具体地,当信息采集装置1接收到控制模块5发出的启动指令后,开始进行信息采集。当信息采集设备为单一设备时,直接启动信息采集设备,对消费者的个性化信息进行采集。当信息采集设备为多种设备时,通过人机对话设备让消费者选择其中一种采集方式,比如手写输入、摄像头拍照、扫码器扫码、无线信号输入、诸如U盘、移动硬盘等移动存储设备中存储信息的输入等。消费者在选择其中一种采集方式后,信息采集装置启动对应的信息采集设备。消费者在对应启动的信息采集设备上输入相应的个性化信息,信息采集设备将该个性化信息保存,并等待信息处理装置2读取。信息采集装置1向控制模块5发出信息采集完成信号。控制模块5在接收到信息采集完成信号之后向信息处理装置2发出启动指令。
信息处理装置2例如是安装在自动售货机内的计算机、图形处理器和数据存储器中的至少一者,并且/或者是网络设备,该网络设备能够访问远程网络上的服务器和/或存储设备。信息处理装置2将信息采集装置1采集到的信息进行调取、转换,形成信息打印装置3能够接受的文件格式。优选地,还可以同时形成打印效果预览图,供消费者确认。
具体地,当信息处理装置2收到控制模块5发出的启动指令后,即向信息采集装置1查询所采集到的信息。根据信息类型和内容,对信息进行调取、转换等处理,以生成打印文件。例如,当输入信息是手写签名时,则调取该手写签名,生成含有该手写签名的打印文件;当输入信息是摄像头照片时,则调取该照片并进行转换,生成含有该照片的打印文件;当输入信息是二维码时,即通过二维码识别软件对该二维码进行识别,生成含有识别后获得的内容信息的打印文件;当输入信息是诸如U盘、移动硬盘等移动存储设备中存储的信息时,生成含有存储信息的打印文件;当输入信息是远程网络位置时,即访问该位置,生成该位置所包含的内容信息的打印文件。打印文件生成完毕后,信息处理装置2将通过人机对话设备将生成的打印文件中的文字图形等展示给消费者,以便消费者确认。若消费者确认打印文件正确,则信息处理装置2向控制模块5发出成功信号,信息处理工作完成。处理完成的文件等待信息打印装置3提取。若消费者否认该打印文件,则信息处理装置2向控制模块5发出失败信号。 此时,消费者可以选择重新采集信息,也可以选择在该信息的预览图基础上进行修改。当消费者选择重新采集信息时,由控制模块5重新启动信息采集装置1,再次自动进行信息采集。可替代地,也可先再次询问消费者是否需要打印个性化标识,待消费者确认后再开始再次进行信息采集。当使用者选择在预览图基础上进行修改时,使用者通过人机对话装置对预览图进行修改(类似PS操作),修改满意后,确认打印文件正确,将处理完成的文件发送至信息打印装置3等待打印。
信息打印装置3是安装在自动售货机内部或外部的打印机。例如,可以是能够打印不干胶标签的标签打印机,或是其它形式的打印输出设备。
在实际应用中,打印完成的标签可以与所购商品分别弹出,由消费者本人将标签贴到商品上;也可以由自动售货机的内部装置自动将标签贴到商品上之后,再交付给消费者;还可以是由打印机直接将个性化标识打印到商品外包装上。具体采用哪种方式,可以根据设计需求而定。
信息采集装置1、信息处理装置2、信息打印装置3、自动售货装置4均与控制模块5相连,由控制模块5命令各装置工作。控制模块5负责对信息采集设备1、信息处理设备2、信息打印设备3发放指令并接收它们的信息或状态反馈,从而指挥各装置协调工作,完成信息从输入到打印输出的全部工作。同时,控制模块5也负责控制自动售货装置4向消费者交付所购商品。
为了使根据本发明实施例的自动售货机能够实现如上所述的商品个性化区分的功能,控制模块5可以执行如下控制方法,所述控制方法可以包括信息采集步骤(S1)、信息处理步骤(S2)、信息打印步骤(S3)和弹出步骤(S4)。首先,在步骤S1中,采集购买商品的使用者的输入信息。接着,在步骤S2中,对输入信息进行处理,以生成打印文件。然后,在步骤S3中,基于打印文件打印出个性化标识。最后,在步骤S4中,弹出个性化标识和商品。
下面将详细说明步骤S1至S4。具体地,首先,向信息采集装置1发出启动指令,信息采集装置1开启采集模式,执行信息采集步骤(S1)。当信息采集装置1完成了消费者个性化标识的采集后,向控制模块5发出完成信号。控制模块5收到信息采集模块1发出的完成信号后,向信息处理装置2发出接收信息、处理信息指令。信息处理装置2收到控制模块5的指令后,开始执行信息处理步骤(S2)。具体地,在步骤S2中,信息处理装置2从信息采集模块1接收信息,并对所接收信息进行调取、转换等 处理,形成信息打印装置3所需要的打印文件。在该步骤中,还可以包括如下操作:在打印文件生成完毕后,信息处理装置2可以通过人机对话设备将生成的打印文件中包含的图形文件展示给消费者,以便让消费者进行确认。若消费者确认该图形正确,则信息处理装置2向控制模块5发出处理成功信号,信息处理步骤S2完成。打印文件等待信息打印装置3提取和打印。若消费者否认该图形,则信息处理装置2向控制模块5发出失败信号。若消费者确认打印文件正确,则信息处理装置2向控制模块5发出成功信号,信息处理工作完成。处理完成的文件等待信息打印装置3提取。若消费者否认该打印文件,则信息处理装置2向控制模块5发出失败信号。此时,消费者可以选择重新采集信息,也可以选择在该信息的预览图基础上进行修改。当消费者选择重新采集信息时,由控制模块5重新启动信息采集装置1,再次执行信息采集步骤S1。或者,如下所述地,再次询问消费者是否需要打印个性化标识,在得到消费者确认后再执行信息采集步骤S1。当使用者选择在预览图基础上对打印文件进行修改时,使用者通过人机对话装置对预览图进行修改(例如,通过触摸屏或者屏幕和鼠标等人机对话装置对预览图进行类似PS的修改操作),修改满意后,消费者确认打印文件正确,信息处理装置2向控制模块5发出成功信号,将处理完成的文件发送至信息打印装置3等待打印,信息处理步骤S2完成。
控制模块5接收到信息处理装置2发出的处理成功信号后,向信息打印装置3发出打印指令。同时,向自动售货装置4下发出货指令。信息打印装置3接收到控制模块5发出的打印指令后,从信息处理装置2处获取打印信息,执行个性化标识的信息打印步骤(S3)。个性化标识打印完成后,自动售货装置4执行弹出步骤(S4),完成交易。其中,自动售货装置4能够根据商品类型以不同的方式实现步骤S3和S4。例如,可以在步骤S3中基于所述打印文件将个性化标识直接打印在商品的包装上,然后在步骤S4中弹出带有个性化标识的商品。将对应的个性化标识和商品弹出。或者,可以在步骤S3中基于所述打印文件先打印好个性化标识,然后在步骤S4中将个性化标识贴到所述商品上并将所述商品弹出。
图2示出了根据本发明实施例的自动售货机的在实际交易中的操作方法的示例性流程图。由图2可知,在实际交易中,首先执行消费确认步骤。在该步骤中,消费者输入购买请求并付款,控制模块5收到消费者的购买请求,确认收款以及消费者所选定的产品品种、数量。接下来,进行模式选择步骤。在该步骤中,通过信息采集装置1中的人机对话设备,请消费者选择是否需要打印个性化标识。如果消费者选择不需 要个性化标识,则控制模块5向自动售货装置4发送出货指令,自动售货装置4直接将消费者所选定的商品弹出,完成交易。如果消费者选择需要个性化标识,则开始继续执行上述的用于实现商品个性化区分的功能的控制方法,即步骤S1至步骤S4。
尽管在上面已经参照附图说明了根据本发明的自动售货机、自动售货机的控制方法和操作方法,但是本发明不限于此,且本领域技术人员应理解,在不偏离本发明随附权利要求书限定的实质或范围的情况下,可以做出各种改变、组合、次组合以及变型。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种自动售货机,其包括:
    信息采集装置,其用于采集购买商品的使用者的输入信息;
    信息处理装置,其对来自所述信息采集装置的所述输入信息进行处理,以生成打印文件;
    信息打印装置,其基于所述信息处理装置提供的所述打印文件打印个性化标识;
    自动售货装置;以及
    控制模块,所述信息采集装置、所述信息处理装置、所述信息打印装置、所述自动售货装置均与所述控制模块相通信并根据所述控制模块的指令工作,
    其中,所述自动售货机能够将所述商品和所述个性化标识提供给所述使用者。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中,所述信息采集装置包括人机对话设备和信息采集设备。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动售货机,其中,所述人机对话设备和所述信息采集设备是一体的。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的自动售货机,其中,所述信息处理装置在生成打印文件之后,通过所述人机对话设备将生成的所述打印文件展示给所述使用者,然后将经所述使用者确认的所述打印文件提供给所述信息打印装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中,所述信息采集装置为手写板、触摸屏、摄像头、读码器、网络接口、无线接收器、USB接口或者人体特征识别装置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中,所述信息处理装置是安装在所述自动售货机内的计算机、图形处理器和数据存储器中的至少一者,并且/或者
    所述信息处理装置是能够访问远程网络上的服务器和/或存储设备的网络设备。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中,所述输入信息是手写签名、摄像头照片、二维码、移动存储设备中存储的信息或远程网络位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其中,所述自动售货机分别弹出所述个性化标识与所述商品;或者
    所述自动售货机自动将所述个性化标识贴到所述商品上,再将所述商品弹出;或者
    所述自动售货机将所述个性化标识直接打印到所述商品的外包装上。
  9. 一种自动售货机的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
    信息采集步骤,在该步骤中,采集购买商品的使用者的输入信息;
    信息处理步骤,在该步骤中,对所述输入信息进行处理,以生成打印文件;
    信息打印步骤,在该步骤中,基于所述打印文件打印个性化标识;以及
    弹出步骤,在该步骤中,弹出所述个性化标识和所述商品。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自动售货机的控制方法,其中,在所述信息采集步骤中,当信息采集设备为单一设备时,直接启动所述信息采集设备,采集所述使用者的所述输入信息;当信息采集设备为多种设备时,先由所述使用者确定一种采集方式,然后启动与确定的所述采集方式对应的信息采集设备,采集所述使用者的所述输入信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的自动售货机的控制方法,其中,所述采集方式包括手写输入、摄像头拍照、扫码器扫码、USB接口输入或无线信号输入。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的自动售货机的控制方法,其中,所述输入信息是手写签名、摄像头照片、二维码、移动存储设备中存储的信息或远程网络位置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的自动售货机的控制方法,其中,在所述信息处理步骤中,当所述输入信息是手写签名时,生成含有所述手写签名的所述打印文件;当所述输入信息是摄像头照片时,生成含有所述摄像头照片的所述打印文件;当所述输入信息是二维码时,生成含有识别所述二维码后的获得的内容信息的所述打印文件;当所述输入信息是移动存储设备中存储的信息时,生成含有所述存储信息的所述打印文件;当所述输入信息是远程网络位置时,访问所述远程网络位置,生成含有所述远程网络位置所包含的内容信息的所述打印文件。
  14. 根据权利要求9至13中任一项所述的自动售货机的控制方法,其中,所述信息处理步骤还包括打印文件确认步骤,在该步骤中,通过人机对话设备将生成的所述打印文件展示给所述使用者,若所述使用者确认所述打印文件正确,则所述信息处理步骤结束;若所述使用者否认所述打印文件,则返回至所述信息采集步骤或者由使用者通过所述人机对话设备对所述打印文件进行修改。
  15. 根据权利要求9至13中任一项所述的自动售货机的控制方法,其中,在所述信息打印步骤中,基于所述打印文件将个性化标识直接打印在所述商品的包装上。
  16. 根据权利要求9至13中任一项所述的自动售货机的控制方法,其中,在所述弹出步骤中,先将所述个性化标识贴到所述商品上,再将所述商品弹出;或者
    在所述弹出步骤中,分别弹出所述个性化标识和所述商品。
  17. 一种自动售货机的操作方法,包括以下步骤:
    消费确认步骤,在该步骤中,确认使用者选定的商品品种、数量以及付款;
    模式选择步骤,在该步骤中,通过人机对话设备请所述使用者选择是否需要打印个性化标识,其中,如果所述使用者选择不需要所述个性化标识,则直接弹出所述商品,完成交易;如果所述使用者选择需要所述个性化标识,则继续执行如权利要求9至16中任一项所述的控制方法。
