所述固定部1511包括与所述振膜11正对的支撑板1517、自所述支撑板1517远离所述弹力臂1513的一侧朝所述振膜11方向弯折延伸的内侧板1518以及自所述支撑板1517靠近所述弹力臂1513的一侧朝所述振膜11方向弯折延伸的外侧板1519,所述支撑板1517呈环形,所述音圈13夹设在所述内侧板1518与所述外侧板1519之间。
具体的,所述外侧板对应所述延伸壁1515形成有避让缺口。
所述延伸部153和所述连接部155共同围成横截面呈“U”形的卡扣结构,通过设置所述卡扣结构,增加了所述柔性电路板15与所述盆架5之间的连接强度。同时通过设置所述连接部155,使得所述柔性电路板15可以直接与外接电器连接,无需另外设置外接焊盘,节约了所述扬声器100的内部空间。
所述连接部155形成在所述弹力臂1513的中间位置,具体的,所述连接部155包括沿所述盆架5的外侧朝远离所述振膜11的方向延伸的过渡部1551以及自所述过渡部1551远离所述主体部151的一端沿所述盆架5的远离所述振膜11的表面弯折延伸的焊盘部1553,所述焊盘部1553与所述延伸部153相对设置且与所述盆架5远离所述振膜11的表面固定连接。
所述焊盘部1553用于与外部电路连接。
所述磁路系统3包括设置于所述盆架5远离所述振膜11一端的磁轭31、组配于所述磁轭31中央的磁钢33及组配于所述磁钢33上方的极芯35。
所述盆架5为金属盆架,所述盆架5包括与所述振膜11连接的框体51、设置于所述框体51远离所述振膜11一端且与所述框体51连接的支撑边53及自所述框体51远离所述振膜11的表面向所述振膜11方向凹陷形成的凹陷部55,所述支撑边53与所述凹陷部55配合围成所述卡口部7。
在本实施方式中,所述框体51与所述支撑边53分体成型,当然,这不是对本实用新型的限定,在其他实施方式中,所述框体51与所述支撑边53也可一体成型。
所述框体51包括相对设置的两个第一侧壁511及相对设置的两个第二侧壁513,两个所述第一侧壁511和两个所述第二侧壁513首尾相接围成矩形框状,所述第一侧壁511的长度大于所述第二侧壁513,在本实施方式中,所述凹陷部55设于所述第一侧壁511的中间位置。
所述支撑边53包括分别与两个所述第一侧壁511连接的两个第一支撑边531及分别与两个所述第二侧壁513连接的两个第二支撑边533,所述第一支撑边531与所述弹力臂1513及所述延伸臂1515通过胶水固定连接,同时所述第一支撑边531卡设于所述延伸部153和所述连接部155围成的卡扣结构内,以加强所述柔性电路板15与所述盆架5之间的连接稳定性。
具体的,所述第一支撑边531包括远离所述振膜11的下表面、与所述下表面相对设置的上表面及连接所述上表面和所述下表面的侧表面,所述延伸部153与所述上表面连接,所述过渡部1551与所述侧表面连接,所述焊盘部1553与所述下表面连接。
需要说明的是,在本实用新型提供的所述扬声器100中,对所述卡口部7的数量不做限定,所述卡口部7的数量可以根据实际需要进行设置,在本实施方式中,所述卡口部7的数量为两个,相应的,所述凹陷部55的数量也为两个且分别设置于两个所述第一侧壁511,两个所述凹陷部55和两个所述第一支撑边531组配围成两个所述卡口部7,同时,所述延伸部153和所述连接部155的数量也对应为两个。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器100,通过在所述柔性电路板15设置所述延伸部153和所述连接部155,并使所述延伸部153和所述连接部155共同围成横截面呈“U”形的卡扣结构,加强了所述柔性电路板15与所述盆架5之间的固定连接关系,增加了所述扬声器100的稳定性;同时设置通过所述过渡部1551、所述延伸部153及所述本体部151与所述音圈13连接的所述焊盘部1553,使得所述音圈13可通过所述柔性电路板15直接与外接电器连接,无需另外设置外接焊盘,从而节约了所述扬声器100的内部空间。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固持于所述盆架的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜、位于所述振膜一侧并驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及位于所述音圈远离所述振膜一侧且与所述音圈连接的柔性电路板,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括贯穿所述盆架设置的卡口部,所述柔性电路板包括支撑所述音圈的主体部、自所述主体部朝向所述卡口部延伸并穿过所述卡口部的延伸部及自所述延伸部末端沿所述盆架的外侧弯折延伸的连接部,所述连接部与所述盆架的外侧贴合并用于与外部电路电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架包括与所述振膜连接的框体、设置于所述框体远离所述振膜一端且与所述框体连接的支撑边,所述卡口部形成在所述框体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述连接部包括沿所述盆架的外侧朝远离所述振膜的方向延伸的过渡部以及自所述过渡部远离所述主体部的一端沿所述支撑边的远离所述振膜的表面弯折延伸的焊盘部,所述焊盘部与所述延伸部相对设置且与所述支撑边远离所述振膜的表面固定连接,所述焊盘部用于与外部电路连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述框体与所述支撑边分体成型,自所述框体远离所述振膜的表面向所述振膜方向凹陷形成凹陷部,所述支撑边与所述凹陷部配合围成所述卡口部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述框体由相对设置的两个第一侧壁及相对设置的两个第二侧壁首尾相接围成,所述第一侧壁的长度大于所述第二侧壁,所述凹陷部设于所述第一侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述支撑边包括分别与两个所述第一侧壁连接的两个第一支撑边及分别与两个所述第二侧壁连接的两个第二支撑边,所述第一支撑边卡设于所述延伸部和所述连接部围成的卡扣结构内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一支撑边包括远离所述振膜的下表面、与所述下表面相对设置的上表面及连接所述上表面和所述下表面的侧表面,所述延伸部与所述上表面连接,所述过渡部与所述侧表面连接,所述焊盘部与所述下表面连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述凹陷部的数量为两个且分设于两个所述第一侧壁,两个所述凹陷部和两个所述第一支撑边配合围成两个所述卡口部,相对应地,所述延伸部和所述连接部的数量均为两个。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述凹陷部设于所述第一侧壁的中间位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述主体部包括与所述音圈固定连接且呈环形的固定部、与所述固定部间隔设置的弹力臂以及自所弹力臂沿所述音圈一侧的相对两端分别朝所述固定部延伸的延伸臂,所述弹力臂、所述延伸臂及所述固定部围成环状,所述连接部形成在所述弹力臂。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述连接部形成在所述弹力臂的中间位置。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述固定部包括与所述振膜正对的支撑板、自所述支撑板远离所述弹力臂的一侧朝所述振膜方向弯折延伸的内侧板以及自所述支撑板靠近所述弹力臂的一侧朝所述振膜方向弯折延伸的外侧板,所述支撑板呈环形,所述音圈夹设在所述内侧板与所述外侧板之间。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述外侧板对应所述延伸臂形成有避让缺口。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架为金属盆架。
