本实用新型涉及平衡车技术领域,特别是涉及一种平衡扭扭车的转轴装置。
背景技术
电动扭扭车驾驶方式灵活简易,作为健身、娱乐和快速交通工具,广受消费者喜爱。扭扭车一般通过各类传感器如加速度传感器、陀螺仪等来控制车身的加速、转向等运动状态。一般包括两个扭转体,用户踩在扭转体上,实现平衡驾驶。两个扭转体之间通过连接轴杆实现相互连接,和多个角度上的扭动转向。但是,现有的连接轴,一般都是对称设计,扭动起来很方便,但是稳定性不够,不容易控制,容易失去平衡;连接轴的零部件构造繁多,导致车身不够轻便简洁和小巧;且在行驶过程中,行驶状态的变换和突然的改变,容易使机械连接件突然受冲击而造成快速损耗甚至突然的损坏,而导致安全事故。
实用新型内容
针对上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的一种平衡扭扭车的转轴装置,能保证扭扭车灵活扭动的同时,有很好的稳定性,更方便用 户对车身进行控制。
一种平衡扭扭车的转轴装置,所述旋转轴连接两个扭转体构成所述扭扭车,所述扭转体包括脚踏部和下盖,所述旋转轴包括第一转轴、第二转轴、中轴和轴承,所述第一转轴设于其中一个所述扭转体的脚踏部,所述第一转轴固定连接所述中轴,所述中轴连接所述轴承,所述轴承连接所述第二转轴,所述第二转轴通过卡簧连接另一个所述扭转体的脚踏部。
进一步的、所述第一转轴通过压铸一体成型固定在所述中轴上。
进一步的、所述第一转轴通过螺丝固定在所述中轴上,且不能转动。所述中轴穿过第一转轴固定。
进一步的、所述第一转轴固定在所述中轴上可采用转动连接的替换固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:转动装置一边固定,一边活动的结构,能保证车身灵活扭动的同时,有很好的稳定性,更方便用户对车身进行控制。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1-2所示,本实用新型提供一种平衡扭扭车的转轴装置,本实施例结合自平衡扭扭车的结构对转动装置进行说明。
平衡扭扭车的转轴装置,设置在平衡扭扭车内,其中,平衡扭扭车包括两个扭转体1和旋转轴2(如图2所示),所述扭转体1包括脚踏部11和下盖12,所述旋转轴2包括第一转轴21、第二转轴22、中轴23和轴承24,所述第一转轴21设于其中一个所述扭转体1的脚踏部11,所述第一转轴21固定连接所述中轴23,所述中轴23连接所述轴承24,所述轴承24连接所述第二转轴22,所述第 二转轴22通过卡簧3连接另一个所述扭转体1的脚踏部11。第一转轴21与中轴23压合在一起,配合第二转轴22,实现灵活扭动的同时,避免了两边同时运动且零部件太多而扭动方向混乱,从而保证了稳定性,且省去了传统结构中另一边的中轴和相关固定件,精简了结构,从而使车身结构进一步减小。
在本实用新型的另一实施例中,也可以采用中轴连接两端都可转动的第二转轴,通过卡簧3固定左右两端的端部。
事实上,图2所示的为优选实施例,与现有技术相比,其转动装置一边固定,一边活动的结构,能保证车身灵活扭动的同时,有很好的稳定性,更方便用户对车身进行控制,另外,卡簧固定有一定的寿命,当卡簧失去效力时,容易对行车安全造成影响。采用优选实施例时,固定的一端减少一个卡簧,还能略微节省成本。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种平衡扭扭车的转轴装置,其特征在于:所述旋转轴包括第一转轴、第二转轴、中轴和轴承,所述第一转轴设于扭扭车的其中一个扭转体,所述第一转轴固定在所述中轴上,所述中轴连接所述轴承,所述轴承连接所述第二转轴,所述第二转轴通过卡簧连接扭扭车的另一个扭转体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述第一转轴通过压铸一体成型固定在所述中轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述第一转轴通过螺丝固定在所述中轴上,且不能转动。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述中轴穿过第一转轴固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述第一转轴固定在所述中轴上可采用转动连接的替换固定连接。
