Abstract

一种公牙接头结构,包括有套接在水管(3)外部的公牙接头(1),还包括有设置在公牙接头内且一端插入水管内壁的连接管(2),该公牙接头连接水管的一端内侧壁设置有若干环形凸起(101),该环形凸起与连接管挤压配合将水管固定在公牙接头结构上。相比于原有的结构,该公牙接头结构省去了铜套,简化了工艺流程,组装方便,提高了生产效率,节约了成本。

一种公牙接头结构 【技术领域】
本发明涉及水管技术领域,具体涉及一种公牙接头结构。
【背景技术】
水管是供水的管道,用于多种领域,现在的园林建设通常较广的用到,水管在绿化园林方面起着不可替代的作用,园林地埋喷头是城市绿化灌溉中最为常见,并且被广泛运用的一种产品,水管的分类有三种,第一类是金属管,如内搪塑料的热镀铸铁管、铜管、不锈钢管等,第二类是塑复金属管,如塑复钢管,铝塑复合管等;第三类是塑料管,如PB、PP-R;水管接头是用来连接水管的一种部件。水管接头按使用方式可分为:外螺纹端接式水管接头、卡套式水管接头、自固式水管接头;外螺纹端接式水管接头用锌合金材料压铸,铝、铜车加工而成。
如图1和图2所示,传统的公牙接头水管装配方式为先将铜皮B与公牙接头A组装在一起,再用机器将铜皮B压翻边得以固定在公牙接头A上。然后将水管D、铜套C依次套进铜皮B,再用机器内扩铜皮B使得压紧水管D;但是使用外加翻边铜套,内扩铜皮芯的方式固定,成本高,组装工艺复杂,生产效率低。
本发明即针对现有技术中的不足而研究提出。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种公牙接头结构,结构简单,设计合理,节省成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了下述技术方案:一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,包括有套接在水管外部的公牙接头,还包括有设置在公牙接头内且一端插入水管内壁的连接管,所述公牙接头连接水管的一端内侧壁设置有若干环形凸起,所述环形凸起与连接管挤压配合将水管固定在公牙接头结构上。
如上所述的一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,所述公牙接头包括有第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部的外侧壁上设置有螺纹;所述的环形凸起设置在所述第二连接部的内侧壁,所述第一连接部与第二连接部的连接处形成有台阶。
如上所述的一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,所述的连接管包括有与公牙接头连接的连接部和用于插入水管内壁并与环形凸起挤压配合的外扩部,所述连接部与外扩部的连接处形成有环形凸台,所述环形凸台抵靠在台阶上。
如上所述的一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,所述连接部的一端向外弯折形成有弯折部,所述弯折部与环形凸台配合使得连接管固定在公牙接头内。
如上所述的一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,所述第二连接部的内侧壁纵截面投影呈波浪形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种公牙接头结构,达到了如下效果:
本发明的一种公牙接头结构,相比于原有的结构,省去铜套,公牙接头连接水管的一端内侧壁设置有环形凸起,环形凸起与连接管挤压配合将水管固定在公牙接头结构上,简化工艺流程,组装方便,提供生产效率,节约成本。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1至图3所示,一种公牙接头结构,包括有套接在水管3外部的公牙接头1,还包括有设置在公牙接头1内且一端插入水管3内壁的连接管2,所述公牙接头1连接水管3的一端内侧壁设置有若干环形凸起101,所述环形凸起101与连接管2挤压配合将水管3固定在公牙接头结构上。本发明相比于原有的结构,省去铜套,公牙接头连接水管的一端内侧壁设置有环形凸起,环形凸起与连接管挤压配合 将水管固定在公牙接头结构上,简化工艺流程,组装方便,提供生产效率,节约成本。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,所述公牙接头1包括有第一连接部11和第二连接部12,第一连接部11的外侧壁上设置有螺纹;所述的环形凸起101设置在所述第二连接部12的内侧壁,所述第一连接部11与第二连接部12的连接处形成有台阶102。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,所述的连接管2包括有与公牙接头1连接的连接部21和用于插入水管3内壁并与环形凸起101挤压配合的外扩部22,所述连接部21与外扩部22的连接处形成有环形凸台201,所述环形凸台201抵靠在台阶102上。限制连接管2向外侧运动。
所述连接部21的一端向外弯折形成有弯折部202,所述弯折部202与环形凸台201配合使得连接管2固定在公牙接头1内。进一步限制连接管向两侧移动,固定效果好。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,所述第二连接部12的内侧壁纵截面投影呈波浪形,代替原有的铜套,节省成本,组装简单。
组装方式:先将连接管与公牙接头组装在一起,再用机器将连接管压翻形成弯折部202,与环形凸台201配合得以固定在公牙接头上;然后将水管套进连接管2的外扩部22,再用机器内扩外扩部22与环形凸起101配合使得压紧水管。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,包括有套接在水管(3)外部的公牙接头(1),还包括有设置在公牙接头(1)内且一端插入水管(3)内壁的连接管(2),所述公牙接头(1)连接水管(3)的一端内侧壁设置有若干环形凸起(101),所述环形凸起(101)与连接管(2)挤压配合将水管(3)固定在公牙接头结构上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,所述公牙接头(1)包括有第一连接部(11)和第二连接部(12),第一连接部(11)的外侧壁上设置有螺纹;所述的环形凸起(101)设置在所述第二连接部(12)的内侧壁,所述第一连接部(11)与第二连接部(12)的连接处形成有台阶(102)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,所述的连接管(2)包括有与公牙接头(1)连接的连接部(21)和用于插入水管(3)内壁并与环形凸起(101)挤压配合的外扩部(22),所述连接部(21)与外扩部(22)的连接处形成有环形凸台(201),所述环形凸台(201)抵靠在台阶(102)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,所述连接部(21)的一端向外弯折形成有弯折部(202),所述弯折部(202)与环形凸台(201)配合使得连接管(2)固定在公牙接头(1)内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种公牙接头结构,其特征在于,所述第二连接部(12)的内侧壁纵截面投影呈波浪形。
