一种收割机护刃器配对可切换割片,包括可切换割片组件,该可切换割片组件中不包含护刃器,且其上设置有槽口(10),可以完成杂物的堵塞自动清理;所述可切换割片组件包括割斗钢板(1),设置在割斗钢板(1)的若干个紧密连接的割片底架,该割片底架包括一三角形A部分(8),以及与三角形A部分(8)一体设置的槽架(6),所述槽架(6)与割片底架之间形成┙型,所述割片底架两两之间由横杆(7)固定形成新护刃器,在割片底架上设置有割片组件,所述割片组件包括刀刃部(4),设置在刀刃部(4)后端的安装部,该安装部包括有一凹槽(9),该凹槽(9)固定在槽架(6)上。该结构可以通过将安装面C(5)直接与割片底架一起用螺丝同时固定在割斗钢板(1)部位,新护刃器也可以直接焊接在割斗钢板(1)上。

Description

一种收割机护刃器配对可切换割片 技术领域
本发明涉及一种收割机割片技术,具体涉及一种收割机护刃器配对可切换割片。
背景技术
收割机收割护刃器,无论是单爪,双爪,三爪或其他形状,它们的任务就是收割植被等切割件。其操作原理是切割刀片在护刃器表面平衡接触以及靠摇臂左右移动切割刀以便完成切割的任务。
在操作过程中经过了切割刀片与护刃器表面件上的左右摇摆摩擦一段时间后,切刃刀片以及护刃器都会受到磨损,到了一定的磨损程度就会影响切割任务,这样就必须要换上全新的切刃刀片以及护刃器,更换切刃刀只是一片刀片,但是护刃器却是一整个铸造件,就因为表面受到某程度的磨损就得整套铸造件丢弃而更换全新护刃器,这样不但浪费大量资源,同时也费时去更换装配工作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的是提供了一种收割机护刃器配对可切换割片。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
本发明提供了一种收割机护刃器配对可切换割片,包括
可切换割片组件,该可切换割片组件中不包含护仞器,且其上设置有槽口,可以完成杂物的堵塞自动清理。
所述可切换割片组件包括割斗钢板,设置在割斗钢板的若干 个紧密连接的割片底架,该割片底架包括一三角形A部分,以及与三角形A部分一体设置的槽架,所述槽架与割片底架之间形成┙型,所述割片底架两两之间由横杆固定,在割片底架上设置有割片组件,所述割片组件包括刀刃部,设置在刀刃部后端的安装部,该安装部包括有一凹槽,该凹槽固定在槽架上。
进一步地,所述安装部包括一安装面C,设置在安装面C上的通孔,所述通孔通过螺钉或螺栓与割斗钢板固定,在安装面C与凹槽临近的一端上设置有若干个排列均匀的槽口。
进一步地,述槽架与割斗钢板螺丝或焊接固定。
进一步地,所述刀刃部呈V型结构,该V型结构由两个三角形割片组成。
进一步地,所述三角形割片的侧面上设置有斜齿,斜齿组成刃部。
进一步地,所述割斗钢板两侧分别设置有护板。
进一步地,所述安装面C与刀刃部处于同一水平面上。
进一步地,所述横杆贴着槽架与三角形A部分的连接面焊接固定,或一体铸造而成。
进一步地,所述凹槽的中间部分设置有一缺口。
进一步地,所述槽口朝向凹槽的一端设置有开口。
本发明其主要的优势在于,其可以通过将安装面C直接与新护刃器用螺丝固定在割斗钢板部位。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
本发明提供了一种收割机护刃器配对可切换割片,包括可切换割片组件,该可切换割片组件中不包含护仞器,且其上设置有槽口,可以完成杂物的堵塞自动清理。
可切换割片组件包括割斗钢板1,设置在割斗钢板1的若干个紧密连接的割片底架,该割片底架包括一三角形A部分8,以及与三角形A部分8一体设置的槽架6,所述槽架6与割斗钢板1焊接固定,或参照图5,采用螺丝通过攻丝孔11固定,所述槽架6与割片底架1之间形成┙型,所述割片底架两两之间由横杆7固定,所述横杆7贴着槽架6与三角形A部分8的连接面焊接固定,在本发明中,其并不限于所述割片底架与槽架6的固定方式并不限于上述的形式,其还可以通过与割片底架一体铸造成型,这都属于本发明的保护范围。在割片底架上设置有割片组件,所述割片组件包括刀刃部4,所述刀刃部4呈V型结构,该V型结构由两个三角形割片组成。所述三角形割片的侧面上设置有斜齿,斜齿组成刃部。在刀刃部4后端设置有安装部,该安装部包括有一凹槽9,该凹槽9固定在槽架6上。所述安装部包括一安装面C5,设置在安装面C 5上的通孔2,所述通孔2通过螺钉或螺栓与割斗钢板1以及割片底架一起固定,在安装面C 5与凹槽9临近的一端上设置有若干个排列均匀的槽口10。所述安装面C 5与刀刃部4处于同一水平面上。所述割斗钢板1两侧分别设置有护板2。
本发明其主要的优势在于,其可以通过将安装面C直接与割片底架一起用螺丝固定在割斗钢板部位,而把割片底架焊接在钢板上这样割片底架就起到护刃器的作用,全新的割斗就不再需要装卸护刃器,如果不采用焊接把割片底架固定在钢板上而需要加装护刃器,也可以直接用螺丝加装即可。
同时,本发明在安装面C 5处设置槽口10,所述凹槽9的中间部分设置有一缺口,且所述槽口7朝向凹槽的一端设置有开口。在传统中,在所有的护刃器以及刀片的接触都会产生一些细缝,而这些细缝就会产生杂物的堆积当堆积物到了某个程度就要把刀片拆下清理,要不然就会影响切割任务,现在由于在安装面C表面加上槽口10,那么那些杂物就会被撕裂而掉入槽口10不再造成堵塞。
另外,本发明中,安装部可以替换成如图6所示的两个部分,在B1表面上有槽口,由于在B1表面加上槽口那么那些杂物就会被撕裂而掉入槽口不再造成堵塞。

  1. 一种收割机护刃器配对可切换割片,其特征在于,包括
    可切换割片组件,该可切换割片组件中不包含护仞器,且其上设置有槽口,可以完成杂物的堵塞自动清理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的收割机护刃器配对可切换割片,其特征在于,所述可切换割片组件包括割斗钢板,设置在割斗钢板的若干个紧密连接的割片底架,该割片底架包括一三角形A部分,以及与三角形A部分一体设置的架,所述槽架与割片底架之间形成
