Abstract

A construction method for quickly repairing a concrete pavement crack in a zipper-manner, comprising the following steps: (1) taking the concrete crack as a center line by using a marking pen, drawing a parallel line having a width of 20 cm, and drawing circles each having a diameter of 20 cm on the parallel line every 50 cm; (2) drilling holes in a circular position by using a drill; (3) cutting concrete, chiseling out the concrete in the range by using a pneumatic pick, wherein the chiseling depth is 1/2-1/3 of a concrete layer of the pavement; and (4) cleaning the chiseled out concrete; wetting a surface needing to be repaired and removing visible water; finally pouring a stirred SC-type repairing material to a repairing tank and performing vibration compaction, polishing by using a barby; curing by sprinkling water after complete final setting and hardening of the material, and covering the pavement by using a plastic thin film. The construction method has a good repairing effect and can effectively reduce the re-damage rate.
