Abstract
The invention discloses repair mortar and a repair construction method of a concrete structure damaged part, wherein the repair mortar comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 12.5 parts of a repairing agent, 87.5 parts of sand, 50 parts of cement, 37.5 parts of white cement and 28 parts of water. The concrete structure damaged part repairing construction method specifically comprises the following steps: chiseling the loose concrete at the damaged part; cleaning a damaged surface of the concrete structure; coating an interface agent on the cleaned damaged surface; and (3) preparing the repair mortar, filling the repair mortar in the damaged part of the concrete structure, and installing a formwork for reinforcement. The concrete structure is tightly combined with the repair mortar, and the surface color of the concrete structure is consistent with that of the repair mortar. The invention not only ensures the beauty and durability of the concrete structure, but also improves the construction efficiency and reduces the construction cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of architectural decoration, in particular to a repair construction method for repairing damaged parts of mortar and concrete structures.
Background
The concrete has poor tensile property, so that cracks, falling off, peeling, pot holes and other diseases are easily generated in the using process, the early diseases are generally not obvious, but gradually become serious along with the lapse of time, accidents are likely to be caused, and even great economic loss is caused. Therefore, it is necessary to repair the cracks, falling-off, peeling, pits, and other defects of the concrete. The existing concrete crack repairing method is commonly used by technical methods such as a surface sealing method, a pressure grouting method, a low-pressure seepage method and the like, the methods all aim at the defects that deep cracks occur in a concrete structure and the safety and the functionality of the structure are endangered, the repairing process is complex, the requirements on equipment and materials are strict, and the processing cost is high. In engineering construction, after a concrete structure is qualified in production, the concrete structure is usually damaged in the processes of storage, transportation and installation due to factors such as improper operation or improper protective measures, and the structural safety and functional influence is not caused through detection and identification. Aiming at the surface defect problem of the concrete structure, the surface treatment can be carried out, so that the integrity and the functionality of the finished product structure are ensured, the construction process flow is simplified, and the construction cost is reduced. The invention aims to provide repair mortar and a repair construction method for a damaged part of a concrete structure, which are used for repairing the damaged defect of the concrete structure, so that the repaired damaged part has no color difference with the original concrete structure, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides repair mortar which comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 12.5 parts of a repairing agent, 87.5 parts of sand, 50 parts of cement, 37.5 parts of white cement and 28 parts of water.
Optionally, the repairing agent comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 2.5 parts of first repairing agent and 10 parts of second repairing agent.

Optionally, the repair mortar further comprises aggregate, the cement, the white cement, the repair agent, the sand and the aggregate are uniformly stirred during preparation, and water is added according to the mixing ratio requirement and is uniformly stirred during use.

The following describes in more detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the schematic drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
An embodiment of the invention provides repair mortar, which comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 12.5 parts of a repairing agent, 87.5 parts of sand, 50 parts of cement, 37.5 parts of white cement and 28 parts of water, wherein the color of the repairing mortar is consistent with that of the concrete structure.
As a preferred embodiment, the repairing agent comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 2.5 parts of first repairing agent and 10 parts of second repairing agent. The first repairing agent is KG-1 type concrete repairing agent, and the second repairing agent is TJ type concrete rapid repairing agent. The cement is P.O52.5 ordinary portland cement (low alkali), the content of C3A is not more than 8%, and the specific surface area is not more than 350m2And/kg, free calcium oxide is not more than 1.0%, the initial setting time is not earlier than 45min, and the final setting time is not later than 10 h. The white cement whiteness value is not less than 86. The sand is medium sand, the fineness modulus is 2.6-3.0, the mud content is less than or equal to 2.0%, the mud block content is less than 0.5%, the sulfide and sulfate content is less than or equal to 0.5%, the mica content is less than or equal to 1.0%, the light matter content is less than 0.5%, the CL-content is less than or equal to 0.02%, and the alkali activity is less than 0.1. The water is drinking water.
In a preferred embodiment, the repair mortar further comprises aggregate, and the cement, the white cement, the repair agent, the sand and the aggregate are uniformly mixed during preparation, and water is added according to the mixing ratio requirement during use and is uniformly mixed. The aggregate is broken stone with the particle size of 5-10 mm, the firmness index of the stone is less than or equal to 5%, the mud content is less than or equal to 0.5%, the content of mud blocks is less than or equal to 0.2%, and the content of sulfides and sulfates is less than or equal to 1.0%.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a repair construction method for a damaged portion of a concrete structure, which specifically includes the following steps:
s1: chiseling the loose concrete at the damaged part;
s2: cleaning a damaged surface of the concrete structure;
s3: coating an interface agent on the cleaned damaged surface;
s4: and (3) preparing the repair mortar, filling the repair mortar in the damaged part of the concrete structure, and installing a formwork for reinforcement.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a damaged portion of a concrete structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the concrete structure is a concrete T-beam 10, a damaged portion is located at a horse shoe position of a rib plate of the concrete T-beam 10, the damaged portion is a damaged portion of a concrete protective layer outside a stressed steel bar 30, and the damaged portion is an appearance damaged portion, which does not affect functionality and safety of the concrete T-beam 10. The concrete step of repairing the damaged portion of the concrete T-beam 10 includes: chiseling the loose concrete at the damaged part by using a hand hammer until the fresh concrete on the surface of the beam body is exposed, removing floating ash on the surface of the concrete and washing the concrete by using clear water; the exposed reinforcing steel bars at the damaged parts are scrubbed clean by clean water, and the rusted parts are polished by abrasive paper; and coating an interface agent on the cleaned damaged surface. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of repairing a concrete structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, after the interface agent is coated, the damaged portion is compacted by the prepared repair mortar 20, and the bottom form 42 and the side forms 41 are installed to be firmly fixed. And after the repair, the concrete T-beam 10 is tightly combined with the repair mortar, and the surface colors of the concrete T-beam and the repair mortar are consistent. The aggregate may be filled in the repair mortar 20 according to the size of the damaged portion.
In a preferred embodiment, the interfacial agent is a DGM-2 type interfacial agent.
In a preferred embodiment, the surface (within 5 mm) of the repaired damaged part can be compacted and burnished by the repair mortar, and then wet-cured for 7 days by covering with a film.
In a preferred embodiment, the repaired damaged part can be wiped and toned by using dry powder obtained by dipping cotton yarn, so that the color of the concrete T-beam is consistent with that of the surface of the repair mortar, and the dry powder is prepared by using cement and gypsum powder.
In summary, in an embodiment of the present invention, the repair mortar and the repair construction method for a damaged portion of a concrete structure are provided, where the repair mortar includes the following substances in parts by mass: 12.5 parts of a repairing agent, 87.5 parts of sand, 50 parts of cement, 37.5 parts of white cement and 28 parts of water, wherein the color of the repairing mortar is consistent with that of the concrete structure. The repairing agent comprises the following substances in parts by mass: the concrete repairing agent comprises 2.5 parts of a first repairing agent and 10 parts of a second repairing agent, wherein the first repairing agent is a KG-1 type concrete repairing agent, and the second repairing agent is a TJ type concrete rapid repairing agent. The concrete structure appearance repairing construction method specifically comprises the following steps: chiseling the loose concrete at the damaged part; cleaning a damaged surface of the concrete structure; coating an interface agent on the cleaned damaged surface; and (3) preparing the repair mortar, filling the repair mortar in the damaged part of the concrete structure, and installing a formwork for reinforcement. The concrete structure is tightly combined with the repair mortar, and the surface color of the concrete structure is consistent with that of the repair mortar.

Claims (10)
1. The repair mortar is characterized by comprising the following substances in parts by mass: 12.5 parts of a repairing agent, 87.5 parts of sand, 50 parts of cement, 37.5 parts of white cement and 28 parts of water.
2. The repair mortar of claim 1, wherein the repair agent comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 2.5 parts of first repairing agent and 10 parts of second repairing agent.
3. The repair mortar of claim 2, wherein the first repair agent is a KG-1 type concrete repair agent.
4. The repair mortar of claim 2, wherein the second repair agent is a TJ type concrete rapid repair agent.
5. Repair mortar according to claim 1, characterized in that the cement is ordinary portland cement.
6. The repair mortar of claim 1, further comprising an aggregate, wherein the cement, the white cement, the repair agent, the sand, and the aggregate are uniformly mixed at the time of preparation, and water is added and uniformly mixed at a mixing ratio when in use.
