Description

卧式烘干机的炒料装置 技术领域
本发明涉及到一种卧式烘干机，尤其涉及一种卧式烘干机的炒料装置。
背景技术
现有卧式烘干机在烘干物料时，随着烘干机筒体的转动，焊接在烘干机内壁的扬料板将物料带至一定角度时卸落，物料在卸落过程中完成和热气体的热交换，由于烘干机内部空间有限，物料在空中停留的时间过短，热交换不充分，造成烘干机的烘干效率低下。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种可以有效延长物料和热气体的热交换时间的卧式烘干机的炒料装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：卧式烘干机的炒料装置，包括：底座，设置在底座上的滚动托轮，支撑在滚动托烘干机轮上的筒体，设置在烘干机筒体外侧的轮带和设置在烘干机筒体内侧的若干扬料板，在所述的烘干机筒体内通过三根连接杆设置有中心筒体，在中心筒体设置有若干炒料叶片。
本发明的优点是：上述卧式烘干机的炒料装置，可以有效延长物料和热气体的热交换时间，提高了烘干机的烘干效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示，卧式烘干机的炒料装置，包括：底座1，设置在底座1上的滚动托轮2，支撑在滚动托轮2上的烘干机筒体3，设置在烘干机筒体3外侧的轮带4和设置在烘干机筒体3内侧的若干扬料板5，在所述的烘干机筒体3内通过三根连接杆6设置有中心筒体7，在中心筒体7设置有若干炒料叶片8。使用时，中心筒体7和炒料叶片8随烘干机筒体3一起旋转，被扬料板5带至一定高度而卸落下的物料落在炒料叶片8上时，通过炒料叶片8对物料的翻炒，有效的延长了物料在空中停留的时间，使物料和热气体得以充份热交换，提高了卧式烘干机的烘干效率。

  1. 卧式烘干机的炒料装置，包括：底座(1)，设置在底座(1)上的滚动托轮(2)，支撑在滚动托轮(2)上的烘干机筒体(3)，设置在烘干机筒体(3)外侧的轮带(4)和设置在烘干机筒体(3)内侧的若干扬料板(5)，其特征在于：在所述的烘干机筒体(3)内通过三根连接杆(6)设置有中心筒体(7)，在中心筒体(7)设置有若干炒料叶片(8)。
