如图1~3所示,一种多功能推车,包括底框1、撑梁43、垫梁42、滚轮2、手摇组件、升降组件、横梁11、托梁12和车架组件;底框1的下侧四个转角处均固定有一个滚轮2,底框1的内侧固定有两个对称平行分布的撑梁43,两个撑梁43的下侧侧面之间固定有垫梁42;底框1的上方设置有升降组件,手摇组件与升降组件相连; 升降组件上设置有两个对称平行分布的横梁11,两个横梁11的上侧侧面之间固定有两个对称平行分布的托梁12,两个托梁12的上方设置有车架组件;升降组件包括第一轴承座3、转轴4、第一带轮5、第二轴承座6、转动板7、牵引板8、销轴41、第二皮带10和第二带轮40;底框1的上方设置有两个对称平行分布的转轴4,每个转轴4的两端均套设连接有一个第一轴承座3;四个第一轴承座3两两对称地固定在底框1的上方两侧边缘,每个转轴4的两端均套设固定有一个相互对称分布的转动板7,同一个转轴4上的两个转动板7的外侧平面上均固定有一个相互对称分布的第二轴承座6;分别位于两个转轴4上的同侧的两个第二轴承座6的固定位置均相同,每个第二轴承座6中均插入连接有一个销轴41,每个销轴41的外端均采用转动连接的方式连接有一个牵引板8,四个牵引板8两两对称分布,同侧的两个牵引板8之间均固定有一个横梁11;第一带轮5和第二带轮40分别套设固定在两个转轴4上,第一带轮5的一侧端面中心向外形成有第四带轮51,第四带轮51与第二带轮40之间套设有第二皮带10;手摇组件包括第一皮带9、第三带轮34、第一支座33、第二支座35、驱动轴36、第一旋钮螺钉37、摇柄38和手柄39;第一支座33固定在垫梁42的上侧侧面上,第二支座35固定在底框1的上方一侧边缘,第一支座33与第二支座35之间采用转动连接的方式穿插连接有横向分布的驱动轴36,驱动轴36的一端套设固定有第三带轮34,第三带轮34与第一带轮5之间套设有第一皮带9,驱动轴36的另一端套设固定有摇柄38,摇柄38的另一端外侧连接有手柄39;第二支座35的外侧向外形成有定位套351,驱动轴36穿插经过定位套351的中心;定位套351的外侧穿插螺接有第一旋钮螺钉37,第一旋钮螺钉37的螺纹端顶紧在驱动轴36的外侧侧面上,从而防止驱动轴36转动;车架组件包括侧梁13、竖管14、长管15、短管17、第一侧板16、第二侧板44、延伸管19、前管20、斜管21、推管22、第二旋 钮螺钉23、底板24、前板25、中管26、坐板27、转动管28、端管29、背板46、连接管30、铰链31和下管32;两个托梁12的上侧侧面之间固定有两个对称平行分布的侧梁13;两个托梁12的上侧侧面之间还固定有底板24,底板24位于两个侧梁13之间;两个侧梁13的上方均设置有一个长管15,同侧的侧梁13和长管15之间均固定有三个竖直分布的竖管14,两个长管15的前端之间固定有短管17,分别位于两个侧梁13上的最后侧的两个竖管14的外侧中部均固定有一个横向分布的延伸管19;两个延伸管19的后端之间固定有前管20;分别位于两个侧梁13上的最后侧的两个竖管14的外侧中部还均固定有两个倾斜向上分布的斜管21,斜管21位于延伸管19的上方,两个斜管21的外端之间固定有推管22,同侧的一个长管15、一个延伸管19、一个斜管21和三个竖管14的上部内侧均固定有一个第一侧板16,同侧的一个侧梁13和三个竖管14的下部内侧均固定有一个第二侧板44;两个第一侧板16之间固定有位于同一水平高度且均横向分布的中管26和下管32,中管26的后侧侧面与底板24的上平面之间固定有竖直分布的前板25,中管26和下管32的上侧侧面之间固定有坐板27,下管32的上方设置有横向分布的连接管30,连接管30与下管32之间通过两个对称分布的铰链31相连,连接管30的上侧侧面两端均固定有一个相互对称分布的转动管28,两个转动管28的上端之间固定有端管29,连接管30、端管29和两个转动管28的上侧侧面之间固定有背板46,背板46能借助连接管30与下管32之间的两个铰链31实现上下翻转;两个第一侧板16的外侧平面上均开设有一个相互对称分布的圆弧槽161,两个圆弧槽161中均穿插连接有一个第二旋钮螺钉23,两个第二旋钮螺钉23的螺纹端分别拧入到端管29的两端内部;两个第一侧板16之间还设置有安全带45,安全带45位于坐板27的上方。
使用时,将孩童的两脚踏在底板24的上方并位于前板25的前侧, 使得孩童坐在坐板27上并使得安全带45阻挡在孩童的腹部以起到安全防护作用,孩童背靠在背板46上;成人用手握住推管22向外推拉,就能将孩童推移,若孩童想要睡觉时,可以先拧松两个第二旋钮螺钉23,并慢慢向下翻转背板46,直到端管29的下侧侧面贴合在前管20的上侧侧面上,就能将背板46放平,以供孩童舒适地睡觉;同时也可以通过旋紧两个第二旋钮螺钉23将背板46定位在任意一个角度;若想要调节儿童的坐卧高度时,先拧松第一旋钮螺钉37,然后手握手柄39并转动摇柄38,进而带动驱动轴36和第三带轮34转动,从而借助第一皮带9和第一带轮5带动其中一个转轴4转动,同时依靠第四带轮51、第二皮带10与第二带轮40的传动连接带动另一个转轴4同向转动,进而带动每个转动板7同向转动,从而借助连接在每个转动板7上的牵引板8和两个横梁11在保证水平状态的前提下顺时针或逆时针转动,从而借助托梁12带动车架组件上升或下降,且上升或下降的同时会向前或向后移动一定距离,进而实现了调整孩童坐卧高度的作用,调整后须再次拧紧第一旋钮螺钉37;位于底板24上方且位于前板25后侧的区域可以用来放置杂物,收纳空间较大,且存取方便。
推车是孩童远距离出行时必备的“交通工具”,推车需要有成人协助推着或者拉着才能移动;现有的推车功能单一,结构单薄,仅能作为孩童的出行工具使用,使用范围较小;本实用新型具备升降功能,坐卧两用,功能多样,操作简单方便;且结构牢固,还可用来运输物品,扩大了适用范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种多功能推车,包括底框、撑梁、垫梁、滚轮、手摇组件、升降组件、横梁、托梁和车架组件,其特征在于,所述底框的下侧四个转角处均固定有一个滚轮,所述底框的内侧固定有两个对称平行分布的撑梁,两个所述撑梁的下侧侧面之间固定有垫梁;所述底框的上方设置有升降组件,所述手摇组件与升降组件相连;所述升降组件上设置有两个对称平行分布的横梁,两个所述横梁的上侧侧面之间固定有两个对称平行分布的托梁,两个所述托梁的上方设置有车架组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能推车,其特征在于,所述升降组件包括第一轴承座、转轴、第一带轮、第二轴承座、转动板、牵引板、销轴、第二皮带和第二带轮;所述底框的上方设置有两个对称平行分布的转轴,每个所述转轴的两端均套设连接有一个第一轴承座;四个所述第一轴承座两两对称地固定在底框的上方两侧边缘,每个所述转轴的两端均套设固定有一个相互对称分布的转动板,同一个所述转轴上的两个转动板的外侧平面上均固定有一个相互对称分布的第二轴承座;分别位于两个转轴上的同侧的两个所述第二轴承座的固定位置均相同,每个所述第二轴承座中均插入连接有一个销轴,每个所述销轴的外端均采用转动连接的方式连接有一个牵引板,四个所述牵引板两两对称分布,同侧的两个所述牵引板之间均固定有一个横梁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能推车,其特征在于,所述第一带轮和第二带轮分别套设固定在两个转轴上,所述第一带轮的一侧端面中心向外形成有第四带轮,所述第四带轮与第二带轮之间套设有第二皮带。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能推车,其特征在于,所述手摇组件包括第一皮带、第三带轮、第一支座、第二支座、驱动轴、第一旋钮螺钉、摇柄和手柄;所述第一支座固定在垫梁的上侧侧面上, 所述第二支座固定在底框的上方一侧边缘,所述第一支座与第二支座之间采用转动连接的方式穿插连接有横向分布的驱动轴,所述驱动轴的一端套设固定有第三带轮,所述第三带轮与第一带轮之间套设有第一皮带,所述驱动轴的另一端套设固定有摇柄,所述摇柄的另一端外侧连接有手柄。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能推车,其特征在于,所述第二支座的外侧向外形成有定位套,所述驱动轴穿插经过定位套的中心;所述定位套的外侧穿插螺接有第一旋钮螺钉,所述第一旋钮螺钉的螺纹端顶紧在驱动轴的外侧侧面上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能推车,其特征在于,所述车架组件包括侧梁、竖管、长管、短管、第一侧板、第二侧板、延伸管、前管、斜管、推管、第二旋钮螺钉、底板、前板、中管、坐板、转动管、端管、背板、连接管、铰链和下管;两个所述托梁的上侧侧面之间固定有两个对称平行分布的侧梁;两个所述托梁的上侧侧面之间还固定有底板,所述底板位于两个侧梁之间;两个所述侧梁的上方均设置有一个长管,同侧的所述侧梁和长管之间均固定有三个竖直分布的竖管,两个所述长管的前端之间固定有短管,分别位于两个侧梁上的最后侧的两个所述竖管的外侧中部均固定有一个横向分布的延伸管;两个所述延伸管的后端之间固定有前管;分别位于两个侧梁上的最后侧的两个竖管的外侧中部还均固定有两个倾斜向上分布的斜管,所述斜管位于所述延伸管的上方,两个所述斜管的外端之间固定有推管。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能推车,其特征在于,同侧的一个所述长管、一个所述延伸管、一个所述斜管和三个所述竖管的上部内侧均固定有一个第一侧板,同侧的一个所述侧梁和三个所述竖管的下部内侧均固定有一个第二侧板;两个所述第一侧板之间固定有位于同一水平高度且均横向分布的中管和下管,所述中管的后侧侧面 与底板的上平面之间固定有竖直分布的前板,所述中管和下管的上侧侧面之间固定有坐板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能推车,其特征在于,所述下管的上方设置有横向分布的连接管,所述连接管与下管之间通过两个对称分布的铰链相连,所述连接管的上侧侧面两端均固定有一个相互对称分布的转动管,两个所述转动管的上端之间固定有端管,所述连接管、端管和两个转动管的上侧侧面之间固定有背板,所述背板能借助连接管与下管之间的两个铰链实现上下翻转。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能推车,其特征在于,两个所述第一侧板的外侧平面上均开设有一个相互对称分布的圆弧槽,两个所述圆弧槽中均穿插连接有一个第二旋钮螺钉,两个所述第二旋钮螺钉的螺纹端分别拧入到端管的两端内部。
