通过本公开提供的支付方式的推荐方法,可以根据用户的历史支付行为,确定当前向所述用户推荐的支付方式,这样至少部分地解决现有技术中系统默认推荐多种支付方式供用户选择时出现选错的问题,从而使得用户能够快捷完成支付。并且在支付界面上,展示支付方式和/或当前订单的详情,这样方便用户确认订单,无需退出支付界面查看,从而提高了用户体验。

通过本公开提供的支付方式的推荐方法,可以根据用户的历史支付行为,确定当前向所述用户推荐的支付方式,这样至少部分地解决现有技术中系统默认推荐多种支付方式供用户选择时出现选错的问题,从而使得用户能够快捷完成支付。并且在支付界面上,展示支付方式和/或当前订单的详情,这样方便用户确认订单,无需退出支付界面查看,从而提高了用户体验。
图1示意性示出了根据本公开实施例的支付方式的推荐方法的流程图。
如图1所示,支付方式的推荐方法包括步骤S101~步骤S103。
在步骤S101中,根据用户的历史支付行为,确定当前向所述用户推荐的支付方式。
在步骤S102中,根据当前订单号,确定当前订单的详情。
在步骤S103中,在支付界面上,展示所述支付方式和/或所述当前订单的详情。
该方法可以根据用户的历史支付行为,确定当前向用户推荐的支付方式,这样至少部分地解决现有技术中系统默认推荐多种支付方式供用户选择时出现选错的问题,从而使得用户能够快捷完成支付。并且在支付界面上,展示支付方式和/或当前订单的详情,这样 方便用户确认订单,无需退出支付界面查看,从而提高了用户体验。
在本公开的一些实施例中,上述用户的历史支付行为可以是该用户上次购物时,在支付界面上选择的支付方式。也可以是该用户在一段时间内使用的支付方式。
当用户的历史支付行为该用户上次购物在支付界面上选择的支付方式时,当前向该用户推荐的支付方式可以是与该用户上次选择的支付方式相同的支付方式。
当用户的历史支付行为该用户在一段时间内购物时选择的支付方式时,当前向该用户推荐的支付方式可以是在该段时间内用户选择次数最多的支付方式。
在本公开的一些实施例中,上述当前订单号可以是基于用户当前所购买的商品生成的订单号。因此,可以根据当前订单号,在订单系统中查询到当前订单的详情,并将当前订单的详情展示在支付界面上。例如,当前订单详情可以包括以下任意一项或多项:商品的信息、商品的优惠信息、商品的运费信息、商品的收货地址、收件人的信息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当用户在支付界面上对当前订单进行付款时,通过该方法可以在该支付界面上展示根据该用户历史支付行为确定的支付方式和/或根据当前订单号确定的当前订单的详情。其中,当前订单详情可以直接展示在该支付界面上,也可以响应于用户点击控件的操作后再展示当前订单详情。例如,如果该支付界面是通过手机屏幕展示的,在这种情况下,可以将当前订单详情隐藏,当该用户点击该支付界面的某控件时对其进行展示。再例如,如果该支付界面是通过电脑屏幕展示的,在这种情况下,可以将当前订单详情直接展示在电脑屏幕上,从而实现了智能化对当前订单详情进行展示。
图2示意性示出了根据本公开另一个实施例的支付方式的推荐方法的流程图。
如图2所示,上述方法还包括步骤S201和步骤S202。
在步骤S201中,判断系统的默认支付方式中是否存在优惠活动。
在步骤S202中,如果系统的默认支付方式中存在优惠活动,则向所述用户优先推荐包含所述优惠活动的支付方式。
该方法可以根据系统默认支付方式的优惠情况向用户推荐当前的支付方式,这样可以为用户减少付款的金额,进一步的提高用户体验。
在本公开的一些实施例中,系统默认的支付方式包括:银行卡在线、信用卡分期、小贷、余额、VA转账、银行卡转账、便利店支付、白条、以及认证支付。例如,当“银行卡在线”存在优惠活动时,当前向用户推荐的支付方式可以是“银行卡在线”。再例如,当“银行卡在线”和“信用卡分期”都存在优惠活动时,当前向用户推荐的支付方式可以是“银行卡在线”和“信用卡分期”。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在上述支付界面上,展示当前向用户推荐的支付方式可以包括:在该支付界面上,展示根据用户的历史行为确定的支付方式和包含所述优惠活动的支付方式。
当系统默认的支付方式存在优惠活动时,可以向用户优先推荐包含优惠活动的支付方式,也可以向用户推荐根据用户的历史行为确定的支付方式和包含所述优惠活动的支付方 式。
图3示意性示出了根据本公开另一个实施例的支付方式的推荐方法的流程图。
如图3所示,当所述包含优惠活动的支付方式为银行卡在线和/或信用卡分期时,上述方法还包括步骤S301~步骤S303。
在步骤S301中,若所述系统中没有所述用户的银行卡信息时,接收所述用户输入的银行卡信息。
在步骤S302中,判断所述用户输入的银行卡信息是否存在优惠活动。
在步骤S303中,如果用户输入的银行卡信息存在优惠活动,则在所述支付界面上展示所述当前订单优惠后的金额。
在该方法中,若系统中没有用户的银行卡信息时,判断该用户输入的银行卡信息是否存在优惠活动,如果用户输入的银行卡信息存在优惠活动,则在支付界面上展示当前订单优惠后的金额,这样在一定程度上使得该用户日后更加喜欢该支付方式,进而对该支付方式起到了推广的作用。
在本公开的一些实施例中,上述银行卡信息可以是银行的名称、银行卡的卡号、用户的名字、银行预留联系电话等等,但不限于此。其中,信用卡属于银行卡的一种。因此,银行卡信息包括信用卡信息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,上述包含优惠活动的支付方式可以指用户使用该支付方式付款时,可以享受优惠。例如,优惠活动为九折,用户购买的订单金额为1000元,如果使用包含优惠活动的支付方式对该订单进行付款,用户只需付900,因此实现了为用户减少付款的金额的有益效果,提升了用户体验。
图4示意性示出了根据本公开实施例的支付方式的推荐装置的方框图。
如图4所示,支付方式的推荐装置400包括第一确定模块410、第二确定模块420和第一展示模块430。
第一确定模块410,用于根据用户的历史支付行为,确定当前向所述用户推荐的支付方式。
第二确定模块420,用于根据当前订单号,确定当前订单的详情。
第一展示模块430,用于在支付界面上,展示所述支付方式和/或所述当前订单的详情。
该支付方式的推荐装置400可以根据用户的历史支付行为,确定当前向用户推荐的支付方式,这样至少部分地解决现有技术中系统默认推荐多种支付方式供用户选择时出现选错的问题,从而使得用户能够快捷完成支付。并且在支付界面上,展示支付方式和/或当前订单的详情,这样方便用户确认订单,无需退出支付界面查看,从而提高了用户体验。

根据本公开的实施例,第一展示模块430还用于在所述支付界面上,展示根据所述用 户的历史行为确定的支付方式和包含所述优惠活动的支付方式。
根据本公开的实施例,所述当前订单详情包括以下任意一项或多项:商品的信息、商品的优惠信息、商品的运费信息、商品的收货地址、收件人的信息。
图5示意性示出了根据本公开另一个实施例的支付方式的推荐装置的方框图。
如图5所示,支付方式的推荐装置500还包括第一判断模块510和推荐模块520。
第一判断模块510,用于判断系统的默认支付方式中是否存在优惠活动。
推荐模块520,如果存在,则向所述用户优先推荐包含所述优惠活动的支付方式。
该支付方式的推荐装置500可以根据系统默认支付方式的优惠情况向用户推荐当前的支付方式,这样可以为用户减少付款的金额,进一步的提高用户体验。
根据本公开的实施例,支付方式的推荐装置500用于实现图2实施例描述的支付方式的推荐方法。
图6示意性示出了根据本公开另一个实施例的支付方式的推荐装置的方框图。
如图6所示,当所述包含优惠活动的支付方式为银行卡在线和/或信用卡分期时,支付方式的推荐装置600还包括接收模块610、第二判断模块620和第二展示模块630。
接收模块610,若所述系统中没有所述用户的银行卡信息时,接收所述用户输入的银行卡信息。
第二判断模块620,用于判断所述用户输入的银行卡信息是否存在优惠活动。
第二展示模块630,如果存在,则在所述支付界面上展示所述当前订单优惠后的金额。
在该支付方式的推荐装置600中,若系统中没有用户的银行卡信息时,判断该用户输入的银行卡信息是否存在优惠活动,如果用户输入的银行卡信息存在优惠活动,则在支付界面上展示当前订单优惠后的金额,这样在一定程度上使得该用户日后更加喜欢该支付方式,进而对该支付方式起到了推广的作用。
根据本公开的实施例,支付方式的推荐装置600用于实现图3实施例描述的支付方式的推荐方法。
可以理解的是,第一确定模块410、第二确定模块420、第一展示模块430、第一判断模块510、推荐模块520、接收模块610、第二判断模块620、以及第二展示模块630可以合并在一个模块中实现,或者其中的任意一个模块可以被拆分成多个模块。或者,这些模块中的一个或多个模块的至少部分功能可以与其他模块的至少部分功能相结合,并在一个模块中实现。根据本发明的实施例,第一确定模块410、第二确定模块420、第一展示模块430、第一判断模块510、推荐模块520、接收模块610、第二判断模块620、以及第二展示模块630中的至少一个可以至少被部分地实现为硬件电路,例如现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、可编程逻辑阵列(PLA)、片上系统、基板上的系统、封装上的系统、专用集成电路(ASIC),或可以以对电路进行集成或封装的任何其他的合理方式等硬件或固件来实现,或以软件、硬件以及固件三种实现方式的适当组合来实现。或者,第一确定模块410、第二确定模块420、第一展示模块430、第一判断模块510、推荐模块520、接 收模块610、第二判断模块620、以及第二展示模块630中的至少一个可以至少被部分地实现为计算机程序模块,当该程序被计算机运行时,可以执行相应模块的功能。
图7示意性示出了根据本公开实施例的支付方式的推荐装置的计算机系统的方框图。图7示出的计算机系统仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图7所示,根据本公开实施例的支付方式的推荐装置的计算机系统700包括处理器701,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)702中的程序或者从存储部分708加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)703中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。处理器701例如可以包括通用微处理器(例如CPU)、指令集处理器和/或相关芯片组和/或专用微处理器(例如,专用集成电路(ASIC)),等等。处理器701还可以包括用于缓存用途的板载存储器。处理器701可以包括用于执行参考图1~图3描述的根据本公开实施例的方法流程的不同动作的单一处理单元或者是多个处理单元。
在RAM 703中,存储有系统700操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理器701、ROM 702以及RAM 703通过总线704彼此相连。处理器701通过执行ROM 702和/或RAM 703中的程序来执行以上参考图1~图3描述的支付方式的推荐方法的各种步骤。需要注意,该程序也可以存储在除ROM 702和RAM 703以外的一个或多个存储器中。处理器701也可以通过执行存储在该一个或多个存储器中的程序来执行以上参考图1~图3描述的支付方式的推荐方法的各种步骤。
根据本公开的实施例,系统700还可以包括输入/输出(I/O)接口707,输入/输出(I/O)接口707也连接至总线704。系统700还可以包括连接至I/O接口705的以下部件中的一项或多项:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分706;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分707;包括硬盘等的存储部分708;以及包括诸如LAN卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分709。通信部分709经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器710也根据需要连接至I/O接口705。可拆卸介质711,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器710上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分708。
根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的方法可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分709从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从可拆卸介质711被安装。在该计算机程序被处理器701执行时,执行本公开实施例的系统中限定的上述功能。根据本公开的实施例,上文描述的系统、设备、装置、模块、单元等可以通过计算机程序模块来实现。
需要说明的是,本公开所示的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限 于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中,计算机可读的信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读的信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:无线、电线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。根据本公开的实施例,计算机可读介质可以包括上文描述的ROM 702和/或RAM 703和/或ROM 702和RAM 703以外的一个或多个存储器。

Claims (12)
- 一种支付方式的推荐方法,包括:根据用户的历史支付行为,确定当前向所述用户推荐的支付方式;根据当前订单号,确定当前订单的详情;在支付界面上,展示所述支付方式和/或所述当前订单的详情。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:判断系统的默认支付方式中是否存在优惠活动;如果存在,则向所述用户优先推荐包含所述优惠活动的支付方式。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述支付界面上,展示所述支付方式包括:在所述支付界面上,展示根据所述用户的历史行为确定的支付方式和包含所述优惠活动的支付方式。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,当所述包含优惠活动的支付方式为银行卡在线和/或信用卡分期时,该方法还包括:若所述系统中没有所述用户的银行卡信息时,接收所述用户输入的银行卡信息;判断所述用户输入的银行卡信息是否存在优惠活动;如果存在,则在所述支付界面上展示所述当前订单优惠后的金额。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当前订单详情包括以下任意一项或多项:商品的信息、商品的优惠信息、商品的运费信息、商品的收货地址、收件人的信息。
- 一种支付方式的推荐装置,包括:第一确定模块,用于根据用户的历史支付行为,确定当前向所述用户推荐的支付方式;第二确定模块,用于根据当前订单号,确定当前订单的详情;第一展示模块,用于在支付界面上,展示所述支付方式和/或所述当前订单的详情。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,该装置还包括:第一判断模块,用于判断系统的默认支付方式中是否存在优惠活动;推荐模块,如果存在,则向所述用户优先推荐包含所述优惠活动的支付方式。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,第一展示模块还用于:在所述支付界面上,展示根据所述用户的历史行为确定的支付方式和包含所述优惠活动的支付方式。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,当所述包含优惠活动的支付方式为银行卡在线和/或信用卡分期时,该装置还包括:接收模块,若所述系统中没有所述用户的银行卡信息时,接收所述用户输入的银行卡信息;第二判断模块,用于判断所述用户输入的银行卡信息是否存在优惠活动;第二展示模块,如果存在,则在所述支付界面上展示所述当前订单优惠后的金额。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述当前订单详情包括以下任意一项或多项:商品的信息、商品的优惠信息、商品的运费信息、商品的收货地址、收件人的信息。
- 一种支付方式的推荐装置,包括:一个或多个处理器;以及存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,其中,当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有可执行指令,该指令被处理器执行时使处理器执行根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的方法。
