本申请要求于2018年8月1日提交中国专利局,申请号为201810866227.2、发明名称为“运动量监控方法、设备及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及人体健康管理领域,尤其涉及一种运动量监控方法、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
适量运动是保持脑力和体力协调,预防、消除疲劳,防止亚健康、延年益寿的一个重要因素。切忌在疲劳到极点时参加运动,此时运动对人体有害无益。对待运动的科学态度是“贵在坚持,贵在适度”。就是说,运动不能一曝十寒,运动必须持之以恒,不可中途而废,即使不能每天锻炼,但每周也要锻炼三到五次并延续下去。为了不引起骨关节的损伤和高能量消耗,中老年人通常不宜进行爆发力很强的短时间运动,而应选择低强度的长时间的运动。
对于许多的用户来说,适量运动有助于身体健康。尤其是病人,适量的运动对于疾病的治疗具有明显的促进作用。但是运动量过大,也会有反作用。而用户往往不清楚自己的运动量,甚至有时忘记运动,造成用户难以通过运动提高身体健康水平。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种运动量监控方法、设备及计算机可读存储介质,以解决用户难以通过运动提高身体健康水平的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种运动量监控方法,包括:
在预设的监控时间到达时,采集监控区域内被监控对象的人脸图像;
根据被监控对象的人脸图像,确定被监控对象的身份信息;
根据被监控对象的身份信息,确定被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量;
获取被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量;
根据目标运动量和实际运动量,对被监控对象进行运动提醒。
本发明还提供了一种运动量监控设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在存储器中并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,该处理器执行计算机程序时实现上述的运动量监控方法的步骤。
本发明还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述的运动量监控方法的步骤。
本发明的上述方案至少包括以下有益效果:
在本发明的实施例中,通过在预设的监控时间到达时,采集监控区域内被监控对象的人脸图像,并根据采集到的人脸图像,确定被监控对象的身份信息,紧接着根据该身份信息,确定被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量,并获取被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量,最终根据目标运动量和实际运动量,对被监控对象的运动状态进行提醒,使作为被监控对象的用户的运动量适量,确保用户通过运动可提高身体健康水平。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面首先结合相关附图来举例介绍下本申请实施例的方案可能应用到的网络架构。
如图1所示,上述网络架构涉及到系统服务器、部署于监控区域内各监测节点上的图像采集设备、被监控对象所穿戴的可穿戴设备以及被监控对象的终端设备。其中,系统服务器可以理解为执行运动量监控方法的服务器,记录有被监控对象的人脸特征、身份信息以及健身计划等信息;图像采集设备用于在采集范围内采集人脸图像;被监控对象所穿戴的可穿戴设备用于采集被监控用户的运动数据,如步数等,且可穿戴设备可以具体为计步智能手环、智能戒指等;被监控对象的终端设备用于显示系统服务器推送的提醒信息,以提醒被监控对象增加运动或减少运动,以使作为被监控对象的用户的运动量适量,确保用户能通过运动提高身体健康水平。
如图2所示,本发明的具体实施例提供了一种运动量监控方法,包括:
步骤21,在预设的监控时间到达时,采集监控区域内被监控对象的人脸图像。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,上述预设的监控时间可以为一周期性的时间,例如每天的10点、16点、19点等时间,以确保持续监控被监控对 象的运动状态,从而确保被监控对象的运动量适量。
另外,上述监控区域可根据被监控对象的身份进行设定,例如,当被监控对象的身份为患者时,监控区域可以为医院;当被监控对象的身份为健身用户时,监控区域可以为健身房。
且具体的,在本发明的具体实施例中,可通过部署于监控区域的各监测节点上的图像采集设备采集被监控对象的人脸图像。
步骤22,根据被监控对象的人脸图像,确定被监控对象的身份信息。
其中,上述身份信息用于指示被监控对象的身份,例如患者、健身用户、学生等,当然该身份信息可以包括一些被监控对象的基本信息,如通讯号码、姓名等,以便后续及时向被监控对象发送提醒信息,使被监控对象增加运动或减少运动。
且在本发明的具体实施例中,在采集到被检对象的人脸图像后,可通过提取人脸图像的人脸特征,快速确定出被监控对象的身份信息。具体的,上述步骤22的具体实现方式包括如下步骤:首先提取人脸图像的人脸特征;然后根据提取到的人脸特征检索人脸数据库,获得人脸特征对应的身份信息,并将获得的身份信息作为被监控对象的身份信息。其中,人脸数据库中存储有监控区域内所有被监控对象的人脸特征以及每一人脸特征对应的身份信息。
步骤23,根据被监控对象的身份信息,确定被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,上述预设时间段可以为每天、每个月等;目标运动量是指在预设时间段内,有助于提高被监控对象的身体健康水平的运动量。且由于不同身份的人员对应的目标运动量存在差异,例如患者的目标运动量与健身用户的目标运动量的差异很大,因此在本发明的具体实施例中,通过结合被监控对象的身份信息,确定被监控对象在预设时间段的目标运动量,能确保目标运动量的适量性,有益于被监控对象的身体健康。
步骤24,获取被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,具体可通过被监控对象所进行的运动的类型信息和运动数据,获得被监控对象的实际运动量,以确保运动量的准 确性。
步骤25,根据目标运动量和实际运动量,对被监控对象进行运动提醒。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,可通过对目标运动量和实际运动量进行比对,根据比对结果,对被监控对象进行运动提醒,即,提醒被监控对象需继续增加运动还是减少运动,以使被监控对象在预设时间段内的运动量达到目标运动量,确保被监控对象能通过运动提高身体健康水平。
具体的,在本发明的具体实施例中,上述步骤25的具体实现方式包括如下步骤:当实际运动量小于目标运动量时,根据被监控对象的身份信息,提醒被监控对象进行运动;而当实际运动量大于目标运动量时,提醒被监控对象需减少运动。
即,在本发明的具体实施例中,当实际运动量小于目标运动量时,需提醒被监控对象继续运动,具体可每隔一预设时间,向被监控对象的终端设备发送提醒消息的方式提醒被监控对象运动,以避免被监控对象忘记运动。而当实际运动量大于目标运动量时,提醒被监控对象需减少运动,以使被监控对象接下来能减少运动量,避免运动量过多影响身体健康。例如当系统服务器确定出今天的实际运动量超过了今天的目标运动量,并提醒被监控对象需减少运动量时,被监控对象明天便可以适当减少运动量,以确保能通过运动提高身体健康水平。
具体的,在本发明的具体实施例中,可根据身份信息中包含的被监控对象的通讯号码,向被监控对象的终端设备发送用于提示被监控对象需减少运动的提醒消息,以确保被监控对象能看到该提醒信息,及时减少自己的运动量,避免运动量长期超标,影响身体健康。特别是患者,身体已然存在疾病,此时如果运动量过大,很容造成严重的后果。
当然还可通过其他方式向被监控对象输出上述提醒消息,例如通过部署于监控区域内的扬声器播报该提醒消息,或者通过部署于监控区域内的显示终端显示该提醒消息,以确保被监控对象能及时接收到该提醒信息,避免运动量长期超标,影响身体健康。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,如图3所示,根据被监控对象的身份信息,提醒被监控对象进行运动的步骤的具体实现包括如下步骤:
步骤31,根据被监控对象的身份信息检索运动建议数据库,获得被监控 对象的身份信息对应的运动建议。
其中,运动建议数据库中存储有监控区域内所有被监控对象的身份信息,以及每一身份信息对应的运动建议,且运动建议包括运动类型及/或运动时间,运动类型可以为仰卧起坐、跑步、快走等。需要说明的是,不同身份信息对应的运动建议不同,例如学生对应的运动建议与健身用户对应的运动建议不相同,因为二者的运动目的不一样。
步骤32,根据获得的运动建议,提醒被监控对象进行运动。
即,在本发明的具体实施例中,可根据获得的运动建议包括的运动类型及/或运动时间,提醒被监控对象进行运动,例如提醒被监控对象每隔半小时做10个仰卧起坐,以确保被监控对象的运动的适量性,进而确保被监控对象能通过运动提高身体健康水平。
具体的,当身份信息指示被监控对象为患者时,如图4所示,上述步骤23的具体实现方式包括如下步骤:
步骤41,根据被监控对象的身份信息,获取被监控对象的医嘱信息。
其中,医嘱信息包括被监控对象的医护人员对被监控对象的运动量指示信息,该运动量指示信息主要用于指示被监控对象的运动量,例如每天应执行的运动量。因为对于患者而言,适量的运动有利于疾病的回复,例如对于结石患者而言,适量运动非常有利于结石的治疗效果。
具体的,在本发明的具体实施例中,可通过向被监控对象接受治疗的医疗机构的病例服务器请求上述医嘱信息的方式,获得上述医嘱信息。当然也可通过接收被监控对象输入医嘱信息的方式获得上述医嘱信息。
步骤42,根据运动量指示信息,获得被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,可根据医嘱信息中的运动量指示信息,获得被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。具体的,若运动量指示信息指示的是被监控对象在修复时间内(如30天)的总运动量,则通过上述预设时间段占修复时间的比例来确定预设时间段内的目标运动量。例如,修复时间为30天,预设时间段为每天,那么预设时间段内的目标运动量为总运动量的三十分之一。
而当身份信息指示被监控对象为健身用户时,如图5所示,上述步骤23 的具体实现方式包括如下步骤:
步骤51,获取被监控对象的体温。
具体的,可通过常用的体温采集设备获取到被监控对象的体温。
步骤52,判断被监控对象的体温是否在正常体温范围内,当被监控对象的体温在正常体温范围内时,执行步骤53。
步骤53,根据预先存储的被监控对象的健身计划信息,获取被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,当被监控对象的身份为健身用户时,需要先通过体温判断被监控对象目前的身体状况,只有当目前体温在正常体温范围内时,在从预存的健身计划信息中获取被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量,以避免被监控对象在身体出现异常的情况下完成预期运动量,损害身体健康。
当然可以理解是,系统服务器中存储有监控区域内所有被监控对象的健身计划信息,且在具体的存储过程中,可将每个被监控对象的健身计划信息与该被监控对象的身份信息相对应,以便在需要获取某个被监控对象的健身计划信息时,能根据该监控对象的身份信息快速得到健身计划信息。其中,每个被监控对象的健身计划信息均包括该被监控对象在健身时间内(如180天内)的总运动量,因此在根据健身计划信息,获取被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量时,需要通过上述预设时间段占健身时间的比例来确定预设时间段内的目标运动量。例如健身时间为180天,预设时间段为每天,那么预设时间段内的目标运动量为总运动量的一百八十分之一。
另外,在本发明的具体实施例中,上述身份信息包括被监控对象的通讯号码,相应的,如图6所示,上述步骤24的具体实现方式包括如下步骤:
步骤61,根据通讯号码,向被监控对象的终端设备发送提示消息;其中,提示消息用于请求被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间所进行的运动的类型信息。
其中,被监控对象所进行的运动的类型信息可以为慢走、快走、跑步、俯卧撑等。
步骤62,接收终端设备发送的被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间所进行的运动的类型信息。
其中,类型信息是终端设备在接收到被监控对象输入的用于指示类型信息的指令后发送的。
其中,上述终端设备科通过一人机交互界面向被监控对象显示上述提示消息,使被监控对象看到上述提示消息后,能在该人机交互界面输入用于指示类型信息的指令,以使终端设备能向系统服务器发送上述类型信息。
步骤63,获取被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的运动数据。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,可通过被监控对象所穿戴到的可穿戴设备获取到运动数据,该运动数据可以为步数、俯卧撑数量等。具体的,穿戴于被监控对象的可穿戴设备自身具备采集被监控对象的运动数据的功能,且其在采集到运动数据后,能根据系统服务器的请求指令或者主动向系统服务器发送运动数据。
步骤64,根据类型信息和运动数据,获得被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量。
其中,在本发明的具体实施例中,可根据类型信息、运动数据和预先存储的运动量计算规则,计算得到实际运动量。其中,该运动量计算规则可根据类型信息进行设定,具体可将被监控对象所进行的运行的单个动作的卡路里与动作数量的乘积作为实际运动量,而单个动作的卡路里由类型信息决定,例如慢走运动与俯卧撑运动,慢走运动的每一步的卡路里小于俯卧撑运动的每一个俯卧撑的卡路里,但在本发明的具体实施例中并不限定单个动作的卡路里值。
可见,通过上述步骤61至步骤64能准确地获得被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量,从而以便后续与目标运动量进行比对的准确性,进而确保运动提醒的准确性,能及时提醒被监控对象减少运动或者继续增加运动,确保被监控对象能通过运动提高身体健康水平。
由此可见,在本发明的具体实施例中,通过在预设的监控时间到达时,采集监控区域内被监控对象的人脸图像,并根据采集到的人脸图像,确定被监控对象的身份信息,紧接着根据该身份信息,确定被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量,并获取被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量,最终根据目标运动量和实际运动量,对被监控对象的运 动状态进行提醒,使作为被监控对象的用户的运动量适量,确保用户通过运动可提高身体健康水平。
此外,为便于理解上述运动量监控方法,以被监控对象为张某为例,阐述上述运动量监控方法。具体的,如图7所示,在该实例中运动量监控方法包括如下步骤:
步骤71,在预设的监控时间到达时,采集张某的人脸图像;
步骤72,根据张某的人脸图像,确定张某为结石病患者;
步骤73,获取张某的医嘱信息;
步骤74,根据医嘱信息中包含的运动量指示信息,获得张某在预设时间段内的目标运动量;
步骤75,通过与张某的终端设备交互,获得张某在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间所进行的运动的类型信息;
步骤76,通过与张某所穿戴的可穿戴设备交互,获得张某在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的运动数据;
步骤77,根据获得的类型信息与运动数据,获取张某在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量;
步骤78,当实际运动量小于目标运动量时,提醒张某进行运动;
步骤79,当实际运动量大于目标运动量时,提醒张某减少运动。
如图8所示,本发明的具体实施例还提供了一种运动量监控设备,该运动量监控设备8包括存储器81、处理器82以及存储在存储器81中并可在处理器82上运行的计算机程序83,该处理器82执行计算机程序83时实现上述的运动量监控方法的步骤。
具体的,在本发明的具体实施例中,处理器82执行计算机程序83时实现如下步骤:在预设的监控时间到达时,通过图像采集设备采集监控区域内被监控对象的人脸图像;根据被监控对象的人脸图像,确定被监控对象的身份信息;根据被监控对象的身份信息,确定被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量;获取被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量;根据目标运动量和实际运动量,对被监控对象进行运动提醒。
可选的,处理器82执行计算机程序83时还实现如下步骤:当实际运动量小于目标运动量时,根据被监控对象的身份信息,提醒被监控对象进行运 动;当实际运动量大于目标运动量时,提醒被监控对象需减少运动。

可选的,当身份信息指示被监控对象为患者时,处理器82执行计算机程序83时还实现如下步骤:根据被监控对象的身份信息,获取被监控对象的医嘱信息;根据运动量指示信息,获得被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。其中,医嘱信息包括被监控对象的医护人员对被监控对象的运动量指示信息。
可选的,当身份信息指示被监控对象为健身用户时,处理器82执行计算机程序83时还实现如下步骤:获取被监控对象的体温;判断被监控对象的体温是否在正常体温范围内;当被监控对象的体温在正常体温范围内时,从预先存储的被监控对象的健身计划信息中获取被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。
可选的,身份信息包括被监控对象的通讯号码,处理器82执行计算机程序83时还实现如下步骤:根据通讯号码,向被监控对象的终端设备发送提示消息;其中,提示消息用于请求被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间所进行的运动的类型信息;接收终端设备发送的被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间所进行的运动的类型信息;其中,类型信息是终端设备在接收到被监控对象输入的用于指示类型信息的指令后发送 的;获取被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的运动数据;根据类型信息和运动数据,获得被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量。
即,运动量监控设备8的处理器82执行计算机程序83时实现上述的运动量监控方法的步骤,能确保用户通过运动可提高身体健康水平。
示例性的,上述运动量监控设备8可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。该运动量监控设备8可包括,但不仅限于处理器82、存储器81。本领域技术人员可以理解,所述示意图仅仅是运动量监控设备8的示例,并不构成对运动量监控设备8的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如运动量监控设备8还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
需要说明的是,由于运动量监控设备8的处理器82执行计算机程序83时实现上述的运动量监控方法的步骤,因此上述运动量监控方法的所有实施例均适用于该运动量监控设备8,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。
此外,本发明的具体实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述的运动量监控方法的步骤。
具体的,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:在预设的监控时间到达时,通过图像采集设备采集监控区域内被监控对象的人脸图像;根据被监控对象的人脸图像,确定被监控对象的身份信息;根据被监控对象的身份信息,确定被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量;获取被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量;根据目标运动量和实际运动量,对被监控对象进行运动提醒。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:当实际运动量小于目标运动量时,根据被监控对象的身份信息,提醒被监控对象进行运动;当实际运动量大于目标运动量时,提醒被监控对象需减少运动。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:根据被监控对象的身份信息检索运动建议数据库,获得被监控对象的身份信息对应的运动建议;其中,运动建议数据库中存储有监控区域内所有被监控对象的身份信息,以及每一身份信息对应的运动建议,且运动建议包括运动类型及/或运动时间; 根据获得的运动建议,提醒被监控对象进行运动。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:根据身份信息中包含的被监控对象的通讯号码,向被监控对象的终端设备发送用于提示被监控对象需减少运动的提醒消息。
可选的,计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:提取人脸图像的人脸特征;根据提取到的人脸特征检索人脸数据库,获得人脸特征对应的身份信息;将获得的身份信息作为被监控对象的身份信息。其中,人脸数据库中存储有监控区域内所有被监控对象的人脸特征以及每一人脸特征对应的身份信息。
可选的,当身份信息指示被监控对象为患者时,计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:根据被监控对象的身份信息,获取被监控对象的医嘱信息;根据运动量指示信息,获得被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。其中,医嘱信息包括被监控对象的医护人员对被监控对象的运动量指示信息。
可选的,当身份信息指示被监控对象为健身用户时,计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:获取被监控对象的体温;判断被监控对象的体温是否在正常体温范围内;当被监控对象的体温在正常体温范围内时,从预先存储的被监控对象的健身计划信息中获取被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。
可选的,身份信息包括被监控对象的通讯号码,计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:根据通讯号码,向被监控对象的终端设备发送提示消息;其中,提示消息用于请求被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间所进行的运动的类型信息;接收终端设备发送的被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间所进行的运动的类型信息;其中,类型信息是终端设备在接收到被监控对象输入的用于指示类型信息的指令后发送的;获取被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的运动数据;根据类型信息和运动数据,获得被监控对象在预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量。
即,计算机可读存储介质的计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述的运动量监控方法的步骤,能确保用户通过运动可提高身体健康水平。
示例性的,计算机可读存储介质的计算机程序包括计算机程序代码,所 述计算机程序代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。
需要说明的是,由于计算机可读存储介质的计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述的运动量监控方法的步骤,因此上述运动量监控方法的所有实施例均适用于该计算机可读存储介质,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种运动量监控方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在预设的监控时间到达时,采集监控区域内被监控对象的人脸图像;
    根据所述被监控对象的人脸图像,确定所述被监控对象的身份信息;
    根据所述被监控对象的身份信息,确定所述被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量;
    获取所述被监控对象在所述预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量;
    根据所述目标运动量和所述实际运动量,对所述被监控对象进行运动提醒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标运动量和所述实际运动量,对所述被监控对象进行运动提醒的步骤,包括:
    当所述实际运动量小于所述目标运动量时,根据所述被监控对象的身份信息,提醒所述被监控对象进行运动;
    当所述实际运动量大于所述目标运动量时,提醒所述被监控对象需减少运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述被监控对象的身份信息,提醒所述被监控对象进行运动的步骤,包括:
    根据所述被监控对象的身份信息检索运动建议数据库,获得所述被监控对象的身份信息对应的运动建议;其中,所述运动建议数据库中存储有所述监控区域内所有被监控对象的身份信息,以及每一身份信息对应的运动建议,且所述运动建议包括运动类型及/或运动时间;
    根据获得的运动建议,提醒所述被监控对象进行运动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提醒所述被监控对象需减少运动的步骤,包括:
    根据所述身份信息中包含的所述被监控对象的通讯号码,向所述被监控对象的终端设备发送用于提示所述被监控对象需减少运动的提醒消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述被监控对象的人脸图像,确定所述被监控对象的身份信息的步骤,包括:
    提取所述人脸图像的人脸特征;
    根据提取到的人脸特征检索人脸数据库,获得所述人脸特征对应的身份信息;其中,所述人脸数据库中存储有所述监控区域内所有被监控对象的人脸特征以及每一人脸特征对应的身份信息;
    将获得的身份信息作为所述被监控对象的身份信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述身份信息指示所述被监控对象为患者时,所述根据所述被监控对象的身份信息,确定所述被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量的步骤,包括:
    根据所述被监控对象的身份信息,获取所述被监控对象的医嘱信息;其中,所述医嘱信息包括所述被监控对象的医护人员对所述被监控对象的运动量指示信息;
    根据所述运动量指示信息,获得所述被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述身份信息指示所述被监控对象为健身用户时,所述根据所述被监控对象的身份信息,确定所述被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量的步骤,包括:
    获取所述被监控对象的体温;
    判断所述被监控对象的体温是否在正常体温范围内;
    当所述被监控对象的体温在正常体温范围内时,根据预先存储的所述被监控对象的健身计划信息,获取所述被监控对象在预设时间段内的目标运动量。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述身份信息包括所述被监控对象的通讯号码;所述获取所述被监控对象在所述预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量的步骤,包括:
    根据所述通讯号码,向所述被监控对象的终端设备发送提示消息;其中,所述提示消息用于请求所述被监控对象在所述预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间所进行的运动的类型信息;
    接收所述终端设备发送的所述被监控对象在所述预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间所进行的运动的类型信息;其中,所述类型信息是所述终端设备在接收到所述被监控对象输入的用于指示所述类型信息的指令后发送 的;
    获取所述被监控对象在所述预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的运动数据;
    根据所述类型信息和所述运动数据,获得所述被监控对象在所述预设时间段的开始时刻到当前时刻之间的实际运动量。
  9. 一种运动量监控设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1至8任一项所述的运动量监控方法的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8任一项所述的运动量监控方法的步骤。
