Description

精油回流式雾化器 技术领域
本发明属于雾化器领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种精油回流式雾化器。
背景技术
在生活中往往会用到精油,以改善周围环境或进行医疗;如进行杀菌、消毒、改变环境气味等。在使用精油时,会使用到雾化器,以对精油进行雾化,便于人员吸收,或方便扩散到环境中。当前的精油雾化器一般是通过气嘴喷出高速气流,通过虹吸原理,吸出精油瓶中精油,并被高速气流吹散,以实现雾化。然而这种雾化方式导致雾化的气体中精油液滴较大,雾化性能较差,这些液滴被喷出时会产生大量精油浪费。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种精油回流式雾化器,以解决现有技术中存在的精油雾化性能较差且会产生大量精油浪费的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种精油回流式雾化器,包括机壳、具有雾化腔的壳体、安装于所述机壳中的气泵、安装于所述气泵上的气管、与所述气管相连的气嘴和用于抽取精油瓶中精油的油嘴,所述壳体安装于所述机壳上,所述油嘴的上端伸入所述雾化腔中,所述气嘴的出口位于所述油嘴的上端处,所述壳体上开设有连通所述雾化腔的出雾口,所述壳体的下端设有用于配合连接所述精油瓶的连接口,所述油嘴位于所述连接口对应的位置,所述壳体中还安装有用于雾化并过滤所述雾化腔流至所述出雾口的气流中精油液滴的过滤雾化机构,所述过滤雾化机构置于所述雾化腔中;所述过滤雾化机构包括若干供所述气流依次通过的过滤壳,各所述过滤壳的下端开设有若干用于过滤所述气流中精油液滴的通孔。
进一步地,各所述过滤壳呈圆筒状,若干所述过滤壳直径依次缩小,若干所述过滤壳同轴设置,且相邻两所述过滤壳中:内层所述过滤壳插入外层所述过滤壳中,最内层所述过滤壳的内腔与所述出雾口相连通。
进一步地,各所述过滤壳的底板呈中部向上凹陷的弧形面。
进一步地,各所述过滤壳侧面的下端开设有所述通孔。
进一步地,相邻两所述过滤壳上的所述通孔相互错开。
进一步地,所述过滤雾化机构还包括安装于所述雾化腔中的固定板,所述固定板上设有若干圈分别用于连接各所述过滤壳上端的连接环;所述固定板上开设有通过孔,所述通过孔位于最内圈所述连接环中对应的位置。
进一步地,各所述连接环上设置有第一螺纹,各所述过滤壳上端设有配合与相应所述第一螺纹相连的第二螺纹。

有益效果
本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本发明通过在雾化腔中设置过滤雾化机构;当气嘴喷出气流时,通过油嘴抽出精油,并被气流吹散雾化形成混合气流,这些气流依次经过过滤雾化机构的各过滤壳时,气流中的精油液滴会被各过滤壳阻挡而回收,减少精油浪费,而雾化的精油气体会通过各过滤壳的通孔,以喷出;另外当气流中的精油液滴处于各通孔处时,由于过滤壳两侧的压差,会在通孔中形成气流,则通孔处的精油液滴会被该气流再次雾化,而提高雾化性能。

实施例一:
请一并参阅图1至图3,现对本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器进行说明。所述精油回流式雾化器,包括机壳10、壳体30、气泵21、气管22、气嘴23、油嘴24和过滤雾化机构40。壳体30中设有雾化腔310,壳体30上开设有连通雾化腔310的出雾口321,壳体30的下端设有连接口311,连接口311用于连接精油瓶60。壳体30安装在机壳10上,气泵21安装在机壳10中,通过机壳10来支撑与保护气泵21。气管22的一端与气泵21相连,气管22的另一端与气嘴23相连。油嘴24位于连接口311对应的位置,以便连接口311连接精油瓶60时,油嘴24可以从精油瓶60中抽取精油,且油嘴24的上端伸入雾化腔310中,气嘴23的出口231位于油嘴24的上端处;从而当气泵21产生高压气体,并从气嘴23中喷出时,会在油嘴24上端的管口处形成负压,以通过油嘴24从精油瓶60中抽取精油,抽取的精油液滴会被气嘴23喷出的高速气流吹散而雾化形成混合气流,同时会增大雾化腔310中压力;而由于连接口311与精油瓶60相连,则雾化腔310中气流会注射出雾口321,以喷出。过滤雾化机构40置于雾化腔310中,并且过滤雾化机构40安装在壳体30中,以通过壳体30来支撑住过滤雾化机构40。过滤雾化机构40用于雾化并过滤雾化腔310流至出雾口321的气流中精油液滴,即当雾化腔310中的混合气流朝向出雾口321流动时,需要经过过滤雾化机构40,则混合气流中的精油液滴会被过滤雾化机构40阻挡过滤,进而回收,减少精油浪费;而气化的精油气体会穿过过滤雾化机构40至出雾口321喷出。过滤雾化机构40包括若干过滤壳41,当雾化腔310中气流流向出雾口321时,会依次经过各过滤壳41,各过滤壳41的下端开设有若干用于过滤气流中精油液滴的通孔411;从而气流依次经过各过滤壳41时,气流中的精油液滴会被各过滤壳41过滤,聚集回收;雾化的精油气体会通过各过滤壳41的通孔411;并且由于过滤壳41两侧的压差,会在各通孔411中形成气流,则通孔411处的精油液滴会被该气流再次雾化,而提高雾化性能。而设置若干过滤壳41可以更好的将大的精油液滴过滤,进一步减少浪费,提高过滤效果。
本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器,与现有技术相比,本发明通过在雾化腔310中设置过滤雾化机构40;当气嘴23喷出气流时,通过油嘴24抽出精油,并被气流吹散雾化形成混合气流,这些气流依次经过过滤雾化机构40的各过滤壳41时,气流中的精油液滴会被各过滤壳41阻挡而回收,减少精油浪费,而雾化的精油气体会通过各过滤壳41的通孔411,以喷出;另外当气流中的精油液滴处于各通孔411处时,由于过滤壳41两侧的压差,会在通孔411中形成气流,则通孔411处的精油液滴会被该气流再次雾化,而提高雾化性能。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1和图3,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,各过滤壳41呈圆筒状,若干过滤壳41直径依次缩小,若干过滤壳41同轴设置,且相邻两过滤壳41中:内层过滤壳41插入外层过滤壳41中,最内层过滤壳41a的内腔与出雾口321相连通。该结构的过滤壳41,加工制作简单,方便安装,而过滤壳41进入雾化腔310中,可以方便雾化腔310中气体进入过滤壳41中,以被过滤及雾化。另外,将过滤壳41设置呈圆筒状,并在过滤壳41的下端开设通孔411,同时将内层过滤壳41a插入外层过滤壳41b中,当气流从通孔411进入外层过滤壳41b中时,会沿内层过滤壳41a的外侧旋转或紊流,从而雾化充分的精油会快速扩散,而精油液滴在惯性作用来会冲击到内层过滤壳41a的外而面上,而被阻挡、过滤,提高过滤效果。并且该结构在喷射精油的间隙时间中,过滤壳41中收集的精油可以更好的从下端排出,更好的回收。在其它一些实施例中,也可以使用若干开设有开孔的板体来对精油进行过滤。在还有一些实施例中,过滤壳41也可以呈中部向下凹陷的碗杯状结构。
本实施例中,过滤壳41为两个,内层过滤壳41a插入外层过滤壳41b中。在其它实施例中,过滤壳41也可以为三个、四个等等数量。
进一步地,过滤雾化机构40还包括固定板42,固定板42上设有若干圈分别用于连接各过滤壳41上端的连接环421;通过设置连接环421,可以方便将各过滤壳41与固定板42相连,进而通过固定板42盖于各过滤壳41上,同时也便于支撑各过滤壳41。固定板42安装雾化腔310中,以便将各过滤壳41安装在雾化腔310中。固定板42上开设有通过孔,通过孔位于最内圈连接环421中对应的位置,从而当最内层过滤壳41a安装在固定板42上后,可以使通过孔与最内层过滤壳41a的中部相连通,进而使最内层过滤壳41a与出雾口321相连通。
进一步地,固定板42上还设有固定环422,各连接环421位于固定环422中。固定环422与雾化腔310的内壁固定相连。设置固定环422,以方便将固定板42安装在雾化腔310中,安装固定方便。
更进一步地,可以在固定环422上设置安装螺纹,而在雾化腔310的内壁上设置配合螺纹,以通过螺纹连接将固定环422与雾化腔310的内壁相连。
进一步地,各连接环421上设置有第一螺纹,各过滤壳41上端设有配合与相应第一螺纹相连的第二螺纹。该结构方便加工,同时可以方便将各过滤壳41与对应的连接环421固定相连,组装方便。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1和图3,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,最内层过滤壳41a与固定板42是一体成型设置。将固定板42与最内层过滤壳41a一体成型,可以保证最内层过滤壳41a与固定板42的连接强度;该结构中,最内圈的连接环421可以作为最内层过滤壳41a的侧壁,以减小占用空间。当然在其它一些实施例中,固定板42与最内层过滤壳41a也可以分为两个部件制作。
更进一步地,固定板42位于最内层过滤壳41a侧边中部区域对应的位置。该结构可以使最内层过滤壳41a的上端凸出固定板42,以方便将最内层过滤壳41a与出雾口321相连。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1和图3,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,各过滤壳41的底板412呈中部向上凹陷的弧形面,并且由于各过滤壳41的下端开设通孔411,从而将各过滤壳41的底板412设置呈弧形面,可以使过滤壳41中收集的精油液体更好的流向各通孔411,以便排出。
进一步地,各过滤壳41侧面的下端开设有通孔411。将各过滤壳41的通孔411设置在过滤壳41的侧面的下端,加工制作方便,另外也方便精油液滴过滤与回收。更进一步地,当过滤壳41的底板412呈向上凹陷的弧形面时,该弧形面还可以起到引导作用,以引导从各通孔411流至该过滤壳41中的气体。
进一步地,相邻两过滤壳41上的通孔411相互错开。将相邻两个过滤壳41的通孔411相互错开,当气流通过外层过滤壳41b上的通孔411后,较大的精油液滴会被吹到内层过滤壳41a的侧壁上,而被内层过滤壳41a阻挡与收集,从而更好的进行过滤。
进一步地,相邻两个过滤壳41中:内层过滤壳41a的底板与外层过滤壳41b的底板412间隔设置,从而可以增加气流在内层过滤壳41a与外层过滤壳41b之间间隙中的流动,进而可以更好的过滤回收精油液滴。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1和图2,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,气嘴23出口231的轴向指向油嘴24的上端侧壁242的顶部,从而在气嘴23出口231喷出气流时,气流可以覆盖油嘴24的上端,以更好的在油嘴24的上端形成真空,同时油嘴24的上端侧壁242的顶部可以改变气嘴23喷出气流的流向,进而可以更好的将油嘴24抽出的精油液滴雾化。
更进一步地,气嘴23出口231的轴向向上倾斜指向油嘴24的上端侧壁242的顶部。该结构可以避免气嘴23喷出的气流吹入油嘴24上端的管口中,进而可以更好的抽出精油,并且可以将抽出精油倾斜向上吹出,进而可以更好的将精油雾化。
进一步地,本实施例中,油嘴24的上端的侧壁242呈圆锥状,从而油嘴24的上端的侧壁242可以对气嘴23喷出的气流向上进行导向,以便气流可以更好的将油嘴24抽出的精油雾化。在其它一些实施例中,油嘴24的上端的侧壁242也可以呈向上凸起的圆弧状。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,雾化腔310的下端设有回流漏斗33,回流漏斗33的下端设有出口管331,出口管331伸入连接口311中,油嘴24位于出口管331对应的位置。在雾化腔310的下端设置回流漏斗33,并将回流漏斗33的出口管331伸入连接口311中,而油嘴24位于出口管331中,则当连接口311与精油瓶60相连时,回流漏斗33的出口管331伸入精油瓶60口中,以便雾化腔310中精油液可以更好的回流到精油瓶60中。
进一步地,本实施例中,回流漏斗33的上端与雾化腔310的内壁相连,从而可以使雾化腔310内壁上聚集的精油液可以更好的回流至精油瓶60中。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,油嘴24的下端设有连接套241,连接套241中可拆卸插装有吸管243。在油嘴24下端连接吸管243,可以根据不同的精油瓶60来更换不同长度的吸管243,以提高适应性。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,机壳10上对应于气嘴23的位置设有连接管12,连接管12与气管22相连。在机壳10中设置连接管12,以便可以更好的与气管22相连,进而固定住气管22。
更进一步地,本实施例中,气嘴23与连接管12之间还设有密封圈13,从而提高密封性,使气管22中的气体可以全部流至气嘴23。并且该结构可以方便壳体30与机壳10的加工制作与连接。在其它一些实施例中,也可以将气嘴23直接与气管22相连。还有一些实施例中,也可以将气嘴23直接与连接管12相连。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1和图3,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,壳体30包括主壳31和外盖32,主壳31安装于机壳10上;外盖32安装于主壳31上,并且主壳31中开设有雾化腔310,主壳31呈敞口状,外盖32盖于主壳31上,出雾口321开设于外盖32上,连接口311开设于主壳31的底部。该结构方便壳体30的加工制作,同时也方便各部件的组装,如油嘴24、气嘴23及过滤雾化机构40的安装固定。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1和图3,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,连接口311中设有用于连接精油瓶60的螺纹套34。在连接口311中设置螺纹套34,以方便安装或更换精油瓶60。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,机壳10中设有支撑架11,气泵21安装于支撑架11中,支撑架11中设有若干散热通道111,从而可以更好的固定住气泵21,并提高气泵21的散热效率。
进一步地,气泵21可以使用隔膜泵。当然,在其它实施例中,气泵21也可以使用其它形式的泵体,如离心泵、活塞泵等等。
实施例二:
请参阅图4和图5,本实施例的精油回流式雾化器与实施例一的精油回流式雾化器的区别为:
雾化腔310中正对气嘴23的一侧设有引导板332,引导板332倾斜于气嘴23出口231的轴向,引导板332与雾化腔310的侧壁固定相连,该引导板332用于引导气嘴23喷射的气流向上流动。当气嘴23喷出气流,并抽取精油后形成混合气流后,该混合气流会朝向引导板332流动,而设置引导板332,可以更好的将该混合气流引导向过滤雾化机构40,方便过滤壳41对混合气流进行过滤;同时引导板332还可以吸附并聚集混合气流中部分精油液滴,减少这些精油液滴飞溅到过滤壳41上,而堵塞过滤壳41上的通孔411,避免影响过滤效果。
进一步地,请一并参阅图4和图5,作为本发明提供的精油回流式雾化器的一种具体实施方式,雾化腔310的下端设有回流漏斗33,回流漏斗33的下端设有出口管331,出口管331伸入连接口311中,油嘴24位于出口管331对应的位置。在雾化腔310的下端设置回流漏斗33,并将回流漏斗33的出口管331伸入连接口311中,而油嘴24位于出口管331中,则当连接口311与精油瓶60相连时,回流漏斗33的出口管331伸入精油瓶60口中,以便雾化腔310中精油液可以更好的回流到精油瓶60中。
进一步地,引导板332与回流漏斗33的上端相连。该结构可以使引导板332上聚集的精油液滴更好的回流,提高回流的效率。更进一步地,引导板332可以与回流漏斗33一体成型,以方便加工制作,同时也方便安装固定。
进一步地,一些实施例中,引板板于高度方向的截面可以呈直线状。还有一些实施例中,引板板于高度方向的截面也可以曲线状。还有一些实施例中,引导板332可以呈平板状或弧形板。
进一步地,引导板332上于气嘴23出口231轴线的延长线与该引导板332的交点处的切线与该延长线的夹角范围为15-35度。以便引导板332可以更好的引导流向该引导板332的气流,减小与流向该引导板332气流的冲击力。
本实施例的精油回流式雾化器的其它结构与实施例一的精油回流式雾化器的其它结构相同,在此不再赘述。

  1. 精油回流式雾化器,包括机壳、具有雾化腔的壳体、安装于所述机壳中的气泵、安装于所述气泵上的气管、与所述气管相连的气嘴和用于抽取精油瓶中精油的油嘴,所述壳体安装于所述机壳上,所述油嘴的上端伸入所述雾化腔中,所述气嘴的出口位于所述油嘴的上端处,所述壳体上开设有连通所述雾化腔的出雾口,其特征在于:所述壳体的下端设有用于配合连接所述精油瓶的连接口,所述油嘴位于所述连接口对应的位置,所述壳体中还安装有用于雾化并过滤所述雾化腔流至所述出雾口的气流中精油液滴的过滤雾化机构,所述过滤雾化机构置于所述雾化腔中;所述过滤雾化机构包括若干供所述气流依次通过的过滤壳,各所述过滤壳的下端开设有若干用于过滤所述气流中精油液滴的通孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:各所述过滤壳呈圆筒状,若干所述过滤壳直径依次缩小,若干所述过滤壳同轴设置,且相邻两所述过滤壳中:内层所述过滤壳插入外层所述过滤壳中,最内层所述过滤壳的内腔与所述出雾口相连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:各所述过滤壳的底板呈中部向上凹陷的弧形面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:各所述过滤壳侧面的下端开设有所述通孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:相邻两所述过滤壳上的所述通孔相互错开。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述过滤雾化机构还包括安装于所述雾化腔中的固定板,所述固定板上设有若干圈分别用于连接各所述过滤壳上端的连接环;所述固定板上开设有通过孔,所述通过孔位于最内圈所述连接环中对应的位置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:各所述连接环上设置有第一螺纹,各所述过滤壳上端设有配合与相应所述第一螺纹相连的第二螺纹。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:最内层所述过滤壳与所述固定板是一体成型设置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述固定板位于最内层所述过滤壳侧边中部区域对应的位置。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述气嘴出口的轴向指向所述油嘴的上端侧壁的顶部。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述气嘴出口的轴向向上倾斜指向所述油嘴的上端侧壁的顶部。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述油嘴的上端的侧壁呈圆锥状或向上凸起的圆弧状。
  13. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化腔中正对所述气嘴的一侧设有用于引导所述气嘴喷射的气流向上流动的引导板,所述引导板倾斜于所述气嘴出口的轴向,所述引导板与所述雾化腔的侧壁固定相连。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化腔的下端设有回流漏斗,所述回流漏斗的下端设有出口管,所述出口管伸入所述连接口中,所述油嘴位于所述出口管对应的位置,所述引导板与所述回流漏斗的上端相连。
  15. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化腔的下端设有回流漏斗,所述回流漏斗的下端设有出口管,所述出口管伸入所述连接口中,所述油嘴位于所述出口管对应的位置。
  16. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述油嘴的下端设有连接套,所述连接套中可拆卸插装有吸管。
  17. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述机壳上对应于所述气嘴的位置设有连接管,所述连接管与所述气管相连。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述气嘴与所述连接管之间还设有密封圈。
  19. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括安装于所述机壳上的主壳和安装于所述主壳上的外盖,所述主壳中开设有所述雾化腔,所述主壳呈敞口状,所述外盖盖于所述主壳上,所述出雾口开设于所述外盖上,所述连接口开设于所述主壳的底部。
  20. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的精油回流式雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接口中设有用于连接精油瓶的螺纹套。
