本開示は、空調対象空間を暖房可能な車両用空調装置に関する。
従来の車両用空調装置として、例えば、特許文献1に記載されたものが知られている。特許文献1の車両用空調装置では、エンジンの冷却水(温水)を熱源とするヒータコアと、ヒートポンプサイクルの冷媒を熱源とする室内凝縮器とが、空調ケース内に設けられている。そして、ヒータコア温度Tca≧目標吹出し温度TAO+ΔT、となるときは、ヒータコアを用いた暖房(温水暖房)が行われ、ヒータコア温度Tca<目標吹出し温度TAO+ΔT、となるときは、温水暖房からヒートポンプを用いたヒートポンプ暖房に切替えられるようになっている。
しかしながら、ヒータコア温度Tca<目標吹出し温度TAO+ΔT、となる場合であっても、ヒータコアへ流入する温水の温度に対してヒータコアから流出する温水の温度が低下している(温度差がある)のであれば、温水は、空調用空気を加熱していることになる。そのため、上記のような温度条件で温水暖房からヒートポンプ暖房への切替えが行われると、エンジンによる温水の熱が充分に活用されていないことになる。
本開示の目的は、エンジンの熱を有効に活用して暖房運転を可能とする車両用空調装置を提供することにある。
本開示の一態様においては、車両用空調装置は、車両エンジンとの接続状態を切替え可能とする温水回路の温水が流通する加熱器と、温水を加熱する補助熱源と、加熱器を流通する温水の熱によって空調用空気の加熱制御を行う制御部と、を備える。制御部は、車両エンジンから流出される温水の温度が、加熱器を流通する温水の目標温度よりも低いときに、加熱器を流通する温水から空調用空気に放熱可能な放熱温度差がある場合は、車両エンジンを温水回路に接続状態として、補助熱源を作動させ、加熱器を流通する温水が空調用空気から吸熱する吸熱温度差がある場合は、車両エンジンを温水回路から非接続状態として、補助熱源を作動させる。
これによれば、車両エンジンから流出される温水の温度が、加熱器を流通する温水の目標温度より低くても、加熱器を流通する温水から空調用空気に放熱可能な放熱温度差がある場合は、車両エンジンを温水回路に接続状態として、補助熱源を作動させる。よって、車両エンジンによる温水の熱を有効に活用して、空調用空気の加熱(暖房運転)を行うことができる。
尚、加熱器を流通する温水が空調用空気から吸熱する吸熱温度差がある場合は、空調用空気を加熱することができない状況である。よって、車両エンジンを温水回路から非接続状態として、補助熱源を作動させることで、空調用空気の温度を低下させてしまうような事態を排除して、補助熱源によって適切な空調用空気の加熱が可能となる。
以下に、図面を参照しながら複数の実施形態を説明する。各形態において先行する形態で説明した事項に対応する部分には同一の参照符号を付して重複する説明を省略する場合がある。各形態において構成の一部のみを説明している場合は、構成の他の部分については先行して説明した他の形態を適用することができる。各実施形態で具体的に組み合わせが可能であることを明示している部分同士の組み合わせばかりではなく、特に組み合わせに支障が生じなければ、明示していなくても実施形態同士を部分的に組み合せることも可能である。
(第1実施形態)
第1実施形態について図1~図5を用いて説明する。第1実施形態の車両用空調装置100は、例えば、ハイブリッド車両に適用される。

ハイブリッド車両は、ガソリン等の液体燃料を爆発燃焼させて動力を発生させる走行用内燃機関をなすエンジン10、および走行補助用電動機機能および発電機機能を備える図示しない走行補助用の電動発電機を備えている。エンジン10は、車両エンジンに対応する。ハイブリッド車両は、エンジン10、および電動発電機の少なくとも一方を走行用駆動源として走行可能となっている。
エンジン10には、エンジン温水回路11が設けられている。エンジン温水回路11は、温水回路に対応する。エンジン温水回路11は、環状の流路であり、流路の途中にエンジン10、および後述する空調ユニット110内に配置される加熱器114が接続されている。エンジン温水回路11において、エンジン10の温水流入側には、ウォータポンプ12が設けられており、エンジン温水回路11内(エンジン10と加熱器114)を、温水が循環するようになっている。また、エンジン温水回路11において、エンジン10の温水流出側には、エンジン10から流出される温水の温度(以下、エンジン流出温度)TWEを、検出する水温センサ13が設けられている。
また、エンジン温水回路11には、ウォータポンプ12と加熱器114との間、および水温センサ13と加熱器114との間を繋ぐバイパス流路14が設けられている。バイパス流路14の途中には、ウォータポンプ14aが設けられて、バイパス流路14の一端側(エンジン10の温水流入側)には、三方弁14bが設けられている。そして、エンジン温水回路11において、水温センサ13とバイパス流路14(接続部)との間には、流路を開閉する電磁弁15が設けられている。
ウォータポンプ12、14a、三方弁14b、および電磁弁15は、後述する制御部130によって制御されるようになっている。また、水温センサ13によって検出された水温信号(エンジン流出温度TWE)は、後述する制御部130に出力されるようになっている。
尚、エンジン10には、ラジエータ回路16が設けられており、サーモスタット16cによる流路の開閉切替えによって、ウォータポンプ12によってエンジン10から流出される温水が、ラジエータ16a側を流通する場合と、バイパス流路16b側を流通する場合とが形成されて、エンジン10が適切に冷却されるようになっている。
車両用空調装置100は、空調ユニット110、ヒートポンプサイクル120、および制御部130等を備えている。空調ユニット110、および制御部130は、車室内(インストルメントパネルの内側等)に配設され、また、ヒートポンプサイクル120は、主に車両のエンジンルーム内に配設されている。但し、ヒートポンプサイクル120を構成する蒸発器124は、車内の空調ユニット110内に組み込まれている。
空調ユニット110は、空調ケース111、内外気切替え部112、蒸発器124、エアミックスドア113、加熱器114、およびPTCヒータ115等を有している。
空調ケース111は、空調用空気が流通する流路を形成するものであり、空調用空気の最上流側に内外気切替え部112が接続されると共に、流路内部に、蒸発器124、エアミックスドア113、加熱器114、およびPTCヒータ115等を収容するケースとなっている。尚、空調ケース111の最下流側には、各種吹出し口(フェイス吹出し口、フット吹出し口、デフロスタ吹き出し口等)が設けられており、空調された空気が車室内に吹出されるようになっている。
内外気切替え部112は、切替えドア112a、および送風機112b等を有しており、切替えドア112aの回動によって、空調用空気として外気あるいは内気を選択して、選択した空気を送風機112bによって空調ケース111内に導入する部位となっている。切替えドア112aの回動、および送風機112bの作動は、制御部130によって制御されるようになっている。
蒸発器124は、内外気切替え部112直後の流路(通風路)全体を横断するように配置されており、送風機112bから吹き出された空調用空気の全部が通過するようになっている。蒸発器124は、ヒートポンプサイクル120の運転時(冷房運転時)において、内部を流れる冷媒の吸熱作用によって、空調用空気を除湿したり冷却したりする冷却用熱交換器となっている。
エアミックスドア113は、アクチュエータ等によりそのドア本体位置が変化される(回動される)ことで、空調ケース111内の二分された通路である温風側通路および冷風側通路に対する開度を調整して、空調用空気の温度を調節するためのドアとなっている。エアミックスドア113の作動は、制御部130によって制御されるようになっている。
エアミックスドア113による温風側通路の開度は、温風側通路の横断方向の開口が開放される割合のことであり、0%から100%の範囲で調整可能となっている。また、エアミックスドア113による冷風側通路の開度は、冷風側通路の横断方向の開口が開放される割合のことであり、温風側通路の開度0%~100%に対して、100%から0%の範囲で調整可能となっている。
加熱器114は、空調ケース111内において、エアミックスドア113の下流側となる温風側通路に配置されている。加熱器114の内部には、エンジン温水回路11の温水が流通するようになっており、加熱器114は、この温水の熱を利用して空調用空気を加熱する加熱用熱交換器となっている。
加熱器114の温水の流入側には、加熱器114に流入される温水の温度(以下、加熱器流入温度TWHin)を検出する入口水温センサ114aが設けられている。また、加熱器114の温水の流出側には、加熱器114から流出される温水の温度(以下、加熱器流出温度TWHout)を検出する出口水温センサ114bが設けられている。出口水温センサ114bは、温度センサに対応する。各センサ114a、114bで検出された水温信号(加熱器流入温度TWHin、加熱器流出温度TWHout)は、制御部130に出力されるようになっている。
PTC(positive temperature coefficient)ヒータ115は、少なくともその伝熱部分が温風側通路のみに位置し、加熱器114よりも更に空調用空気の下流側に配置されている。PTCヒータ115は、通電発熱素子部を有しており、冷房運転時や暖房運転時において、温風側通路を流れる空調用空気を補助的に加熱する加熱手段となっている。PTCヒータ115の作動は、制御部130によって制御されるようになっている。
ヒートポンプサイクル120は、サイクル内を流れる冷媒(例えば、R134a、CO2等)の状態変化を利用することにより、冷房運転、および暖房運転を行う熱サイクルとして機能すると共に、後述する水冷媒熱交換器122によって、エンジン温水回路11の温水を加熱する機能を有している。ヒートポンプサイクル120は、補助熱源に対応している。
ヒートポンプサイクル120は、循環流路120a、分岐流路120b、電動圧縮機121、水冷媒熱交換器122、室外熱交換器123、蒸発器124、アキュムレータ125、各種温度センサ126a~126e、圧力センサ127a、電気式膨張弁128a、128b、逆止弁129a、電磁弁129b、および圧力調整弁129c等を備えている。
循環流路120aは、冷媒が流通する環状の流路を形成するものであり、この循環流路120aには、電動圧縮機121、水冷媒熱交換器122、室外熱交換器123、蒸発器124、およびアキュムレータ125が順に接続されている。また、分岐流路120bは、室外熱交換器123と蒸発器124との間から分岐して、アキュムレータ125の冷媒流入側に接続される流路となっている。
電動圧縮機121は、内蔵された電動機によって駆動され、冷媒を高温高圧に圧縮して吐出する流体機械となっている。電動圧縮機121は、制御部130によって回転数制御されて、冷媒吐出量が可変されるようになっている。
水冷媒熱交換器122は、電動圧縮機121の下流側に配置されて、電動圧縮機121から吐出される冷媒の熱によってエンジン温水回路11の温水を加熱する熱交換器となっている。水冷媒熱交換器122の内部には、冷媒流路と温水流路とが設けられており、冷媒流路に冷媒が流通され、また、温水回路に温水が流通され、冷媒の熱が温水に移動されるようになっている。水冷媒熱交換器122の温水流路は、エンジン温水回路11において、バイパス流路14の下流側と、加熱器114の温水流入側との間に配置されている。
室外熱交換器123は、水冷媒熱交換器122の下流側で、例えばエンジンルーム内の前方に配置されて、外気と冷媒との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器となっている。室外熱交換器123は、室外ファンから強制的に送風を受けて後述する冷房運転時には凝縮器として機能し、暖房運転時には蒸発器として機能するようになっている。
蒸発器124は、室外熱交換器123の下流側に配置されて、上記したように、ヒートポンプサイクル120の運転時(冷房運転時)において、内部を流れる冷媒の吸熱作用によって、空調用空気を除湿したり冷却したりする冷却用熱交換器となっている。
アキュムレータ125は、蒸発器124の下流側に配置されて、ヒートポンプサイクル120内の過剰冷媒を一時蓄えると共に、蒸発器124、あるいは電磁弁129bから流出される冷媒の気液を分離して、分離した気相冷媒を電動圧縮機121に吸入させるようになっている。
温度センサ126a、126b、126c、126d、126eは、図1中のヒートポンプサイクル120の各部位に配置されて、各部位の冷媒の温度を検出するセンサとなっている。各温度センサ126a~126eで検出された温度信号は、制御部130に出力されるようになっている。
圧力センサ127aは、電動圧縮機121から吐出される冷媒の圧力を検出するセンサとなっている。圧力センサ127aで検出された圧力信号は、制御部130に出力されるようになっている。
電気式膨張弁128aは、水冷媒熱交換器122と室外熱交換器123との間に配置されて、循環流路120aの開度を調整する弁となっており、この弁開度は、制御部130によって制御されるようになっている。電気式膨張弁128aは、冷房運転時には、開度が全開(循環流路120aと同等)に調整され、また、暖房運転時には、所定の絞り開度に調整されて、冷媒を減圧膨張させる膨張弁として機能するようになっている。
電気式膨張弁128bは、室外熱交換器123と蒸発器124との間に配置されて、循環流路120aの開度を調整する弁となっており、この弁開度は、制御部130によって制御されるようになっている。電気式膨張弁128bは、冷房運転時には、所定の絞り開度に調整されて、冷媒を減圧膨張させる膨張弁として機能し、また、暖房運転時には、開度が全閉に調整されるようになっている。
逆止弁129aは、室外熱交換器123と電気式膨張弁128bとの間に配置されて、冷媒の流通方向を室外熱交換器123側から蒸発器124側に規制する弁となっている。
電磁弁129bは、分岐流路120bの途中に配置されて、分岐流路120bを開閉する弁となっており、この弁の開閉は、制御部130によって制御されるようになっている。
圧力調整弁129cは、蒸発器124の下流側に配置されて、蒸発器124の下流側(流出側)冷媒の圧力を調整する弁となっており、この圧力調整に係る作動は、制御部130によって制御されるようになっている。
制御部130は、車室内の空調運転を制御(空調用空気の加熱制御)する制御手段であり、入力回路、出力回路、およびマイクロコンピュータを備えている。入力回路は、車室内前面に設けられた操作パネル上の各種スイッチからの信号、内気温度を検出する内気センサ、外気温度を検出する外気センサ、日射量を検出する日射センサ、各種水温センサ13、114a、114b、各種温度センサ126a~126e、および圧力センサ127a等からのセンサ信号等の入力を行う。
また、出力回路は、ウォータポンプ12、14a、三方弁14b、電磁弁15、内外気切替え部112、エアミックスドア113、PTCヒータ115、電動圧縮機121、電気式膨張弁128a、128b、電磁弁129b、および圧力調整弁129c等に出力信号を送るようになっている。
また、マイクロコンピュータは、ROM(読み込み専用記憶装置)、RAM(読み込み書き込み可能記憶装置)等のメモリおよびCPU(中央演算装置)等から構成されており、操作パネル等から送信された運転命令に基づいた演算に使用される各種プログラムを保有している。
車両用空調装置100の構成は、以上のようになっており、次に、上記構成に基づく車両用空調装置100の作動について説明する。
1.冷房運転時(図1)
ヒートポンプサイクル120において、制御部130によって、電磁弁129bが閉じられ、電気式膨張弁128aが全開状態にされ、また、電気式膨張弁128bが所定の絞り開度に調整される。冷房運転時には、電動圧縮機121が作動されて、冷媒は、電動圧縮機121→水冷媒熱交換器122→電気式膨張弁128a(絞りなし)→室外熱交換器123→逆止弁129a→電気式膨張弁128b(絞りあり)→蒸発器124→圧力調整弁129c→アキュムレータ125→電動圧縮機121の順に循環する。
ヒートポンプサイクル120において、制御部130によって、電磁弁129bが閉じられ、電気式膨張弁128aが全開状態にされ、また、電気式膨張弁128bが所定の絞り開度に調整される。冷房運転時には、電動圧縮機121が作動されて、冷媒は、電動圧縮機121→水冷媒熱交換器122→電気式膨張弁128a(絞りなし)→室外熱交換器123→逆止弁129a→電気式膨張弁128b(絞りあり)→蒸発器124→圧力調整弁129c→アキュムレータ125→電動圧縮機121の順に循環する。
電動圧縮機121で高温高圧に圧縮された冷媒の熱は、水冷媒熱交換器122で温水に放出され、また、室外熱交換器123で外気に放出される。更に、冷媒は、電気式膨張弁128bで低温低圧に減圧されて、蒸発器124で空調用空気から吸熱することで、空調用空気を冷却し、アキュムレータ125に至る。
エンジン温水回路11においては、制御部130によって、三方弁14bがバイパス流路側と接続されるように切替えられて、電磁弁15が閉じられることによって、エンジン10が、エンジン温水回路11に対して非接続の状態(切り離し状態)となる。そして、ウォータポンプ14aが作動されることで、温水がバイパス流路14と加熱器114との間を循環するエンジン非接続状態が形成される。
このとき、エンジン温水回路11の温水には、エンジン10の排熱は伝達されない状態となる。一方、水冷媒熱交換器122においては、冷媒の熱が温水に移動される。更に、エアミックスドア113は、加熱器114の配置される温風通路側の開度が0%(図1中の破線)となるように制御されて、加熱器114から空調用空気への実質的な放熱は阻止される。
2.暖房運転時
2-1 TWO<TWEのとき(図2)
暖房運転時には、ヒートポンプサイクル120において、制御部130によって、電磁弁129bが開かれ、電気式膨張弁128bが全閉状態にされ、また、電気式膨張弁128aが所定の絞り開度に調整される。

暖房運転時において、加熱器114を流通する温水の目標温度TWO(予め定められた目標温度)よりも、エンジン流出温度TWEが高い場合であると、温水の熱を利用した加熱器114での放熱(暖房)が充分可能であり、エンジン温水回路11は、エンジン10が接続状態となるように切替えられる。
つまり、エンジン温水回路11においては、制御部130によって、三方弁14bがエンジン10側と接続されるように切替えられて、電磁弁15が開かれることによって、エンジン10が、エンジン温水回路11に接続された状態となる。そして、ウォータポンプ12が作動されることで、温水がエンジン10と加熱器114との間を循環する。尚、ヒートポンプサイクル120における冷媒の熱によって、温水を加熱する必要はないため、ヒートポンプサイクル120は停止される。
エアミックスドア113は、加熱器114の配置される温風通路側の開度が100%側(図2中の実線)となるように制御される。そして、温水の熱が加熱器114から空調用空気へ放出されることで、空調用空気が加熱されて、暖房運転が実行される。
2-2 TWO>TWEのとき(図3~図5)
2-2-1 TWE-TWHout>0の場合(図3、図4)
制御部130は、図3に示す制御フローに基づいて、暖房運転を実行する。即ち、ステップS100で、(エンジン流出温度TWE-加熱器流出温度TWHout)>0か否かを判定する。ステップS100で肯定判定すると、加熱器114においては、エンジン流出温度TWEが目標温度TWOよりも低い条件であっても、流入側と流出側とで空調用空気に対して放熱可能とする温度差(放熱温度差)があり、この温度差によって、空調用空気を加熱する余地があると捉えることができる。
2-2-1 TWE-TWHout>0の場合(図3、図4)
制御部130は、図3に示す制御フローに基づいて、暖房運転を実行する。即ち、ステップS100で、(エンジン流出温度TWE-加熱器流出温度TWHout)>0か否かを判定する。ステップS100で肯定判定すると、加熱器114においては、エンジン流出温度TWEが目標温度TWOよりも低い条件であっても、流入側と流出側とで空調用空気に対して放熱可能とする温度差(放熱温度差)があり、この温度差によって、空調用空気を加熱する余地があると捉えることができる。
よって、制御部130は、ステップS110に進み、図4に示すように、エンジン温水回路11におけるエンジン10の接続状態を、上記2-1で説明した「エンジン接続状態」を継続して、上記2-1で説明した電磁弁129b、電気式膨張弁128a、128bの設定条件でヒートポンプサイクル120を作動させる。
このとき、エンジン10から流出される温水は、水冷媒熱交換器122で加熱され、温水の熱が加熱器114から空調用空気へ放出されることで、空調用空気が加熱されて、暖房運転が実行される。温水には、エンジン10による排熱が付加されており、エンジン10の排熱が暖房に有効に使用される。
2-2-2 TWE-TWHout≦0の場合(図3、図5)
一方、制御部130は、図3に示す制御フローのステップS100で、(エンジン流出温度TWE-加熱器流出温度TWHout)≦0と判定すると、加熱器114においては、エンジン流出温度TWEが目標温度TWOよりも低い条件であって、流入側と流出側とで空調用空気から吸熱してしまうような温度差(吸熱温度差)があり、この条件では、エンジン10の排熱を暖房に使用することができない状況にある。
一方、制御部130は、図3に示す制御フローのステップS100で、(エンジン流出温度TWE-加熱器流出温度TWHout)≦0と判定すると、加熱器114においては、エンジン流出温度TWEが目標温度TWOよりも低い条件であって、流入側と流出側とで空調用空気から吸熱してしまうような温度差(吸熱温度差)があり、この条件では、エンジン10の排熱を暖房に使用することができない状況にある。
よって、制御部130は、ステップS120に進み、図5に示すように、ヒートポンプサイクル120の設定条件を上記(エンジン流出温度TWE-加熱器流出温度TWHout)>0の場合と同様にして作動継続させて、エンジン温水回路11におけるエンジン10の接続状態を、上記1で説明した「エンジン非接続状態」に切替える。
このとき、エンジン温水回路11における温水は、エンジン10を流通せずに循環し、水冷媒熱交換器122で加熱され、温水の熱が加熱器114から空調用空気へ放出されることで、空調用空気が加熱されて、暖房運転が実行される。温水には、エンジン10の影響が取り除かれて、水冷媒熱交換器122によって加熱された温水の熱が使用されることになる。
以上のように、本実施形態では、エンジン10から流出される温水の温度(エンジン流出温度TWE)が、加熱器114を流通する温水の温度(目標温度TWO)より低くても、加熱器114を流通する温水から空調用空気に放熱可能な放熱温度差がある場合(2-2-1の場合)は、エンジン10をエンジン温水回路11に接続状態として、ヒートポンプサイクル120を作動させるようにしている。よって、エンジン10による温水の熱を有効に活用して、空調用空気の加熱(暖房運転)を行うことができる。
尚、加熱器114を流通する温水が空調用空気から吸熱する吸熱温度差がある場合(2-2-2の場合)は、空調用空気を加熱することができない状況である。よって、エンジン10をエンジン温水回路11から非接続状態として、ヒートポンプサイクル120を作動させることで、空調用空気の温度を低下させてしまうような事態を排除して、ヒートポンプサイクル120によって適切な空調用空気の加熱が可能となる。
(第2実施形態)
上記第1実施形態では、加熱器流出温度TWHoutを検出するために出口水温センサ114bを用いるが、本実施形態では、入口水温センサ114aによる加熱器流入温度TWHinと、加熱器114における水側熱量(Qw)および空気側熱量(Qa)とから、加熱器流出温度TWHoutを推定して、出口水温センサ114bを不要としている。以下、加熱器流出温度TWHoutの推定の考え方(推定式)を説明する。
上記第1実施形態では、加熱器流出温度TWHoutを検出するために出口水温センサ114bを用いるが、本実施形態では、入口水温センサ114aによる加熱器流入温度TWHinと、加熱器114における水側熱量(Qw)および空気側熱量(Qa)とから、加熱器流出温度TWHoutを推定して、出口水温センサ114bを不要としている。以下、加熱器流出温度TWHoutの推定の考え方(推定式)を説明する。

上記数式4において、ΔTの加熱器吸入空気温度は、温度センサ126dの検出温度から推定可能である。Vaは、送風機112bの風量特性から推定可能である。η、ρa、κa、Aは定数として設定可能、あるいは温度に対する特性テーブル等から推定可能である。また、Vwは、ウォータポンプ12、14aの流量特性から推定可能である。ρw、κwは、定数として設定可能、あるいは温度に対する特性テーブル等から推定可能である。
よって、出口水温センサ114bを用いずとも、加熱器流出温度TWHoutを推定することが可能となる。
(その他の実施形態)
上記各実施形態では、温水を加熱するための補助熱源として、ヒートポンプサイクル120を使用するものとして説明したが、これに限定されることなく、例えば、電気式のヒータ等としてもよい。

また、放熱温度差と吸熱温度差とを、エンジン流出温度TWEと加熱器流出温度TWHoutとの差から判定するものとしたが、加熱器114内の温水温度と空調用空気の温度との差から判定するものとしてもよい。
また、暖房運転時におけるヒートポンプサイクル120の作動パターンとして、例えば除湿効果を持たせるために、冷房運転時の作動パターンを用いるようにしてもよい。
また、車両用空調装置100は、ハイブリッド車両に搭載せるものとして説明したが、これに限定されるものではない。
Claims (4)
- 車両エンジン(10)との接続状態を切替え可能とする温水回路(11)の温水が流通する加熱器(114)と、
前記温水を加熱する補助熱源(120)と、
前記加熱器を流通する前記温水の熱によって空調用空気の加熱制御を行う制御部(130)と、を備える車両用空調装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記車両エンジンから流出される前記温水の温度(TWE)が、前記加熱器を流通する前記温水の目標温度(TWO)よりも低いときに、
前記加熱器を流通する前記温水から前記空調用空気に放熱可能な放熱温度差がある場合は、前記車両エンジンを前記温水回路に接続状態として、前記補助熱源を作動させ、
前記加熱器を流通する前記温水が前記空調用空気から吸熱する吸熱温度差がある場合は、前記車両エンジンを前記温水回路から非接続状態として、前記補助熱源を作動させる車両用空調装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記放熱温度差、および前記吸熱温度差を、前記車両エンジンから流出される前記温水の温度(TWE)と、前記加熱器から流出される前記温水の温度(TWHout)との差から判定する請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記加熱器から流出される前記温水の温度(TWHout)を検出する温度センサ(114b)を備える請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記加熱器から流出される前記温水の温度(TWHout)を、前記加熱器に流入される前記温水の温度(TWHin)と、前記加熱器における水側熱量(Qw)および空気側熱量(Qa)とから推定する請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置。
