- the piping section 6 for supplying natural gas to the natural gas processing facility 2 is provided at a location crossing the location where the living facilities 4 are located when the floating body section 9 is viewed from the boat width direction. For this reason, if flammable gas or the like in natural gas leaks from the pipe section 6 at the relevant location, there is a concern that it may affect the living facilities 4. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the piping section 6 installed at a position passing through the side surface section of the living facility 4 has a double pipe structure in which the outer peripheral surface side is covered by the outer pipe section 60. Therefore, even if the natural gas leaks from the piping 6 at the position passing through the side surface of the living facility 4, the natural gas can be retained in the outer pipe 60 and the leakage to the outside can be prevented.
- a suction unit for sucking gas inside the outer pipe section 60 is provided, and the shut-off valve is shut off by detecting gas in the space between the pipe section 6 and the outer pipe section 60, and the inside of the pipe section 6 is removed. Pressure may be applied.
- the mooring facility 3, the living facility 4, the natural gas processing facility 2 are arranged from the bow side of the floating body 9. Are provided in this order. Therefore, when the floating body 9 is moored, regardless of the wind direction, the living equipment 4 is located on the windward side of the natural gas processing equipment 2, so that the natural gas processing equipment 2 may have a problem in which natural gas leaks. Also, it is difficult for the leaked substance to flow into the living facilities 4.
- a piping section 6 for supplying natural gas from the mooring facility 3 to the natural gas processing facility 2 is disposed so as to pass on the side of the boat rather than the side face of the living facility 4, and the side face of the living facility 4.
- an outer pipe section 60 having a double structure of the pipe section 6 installed at a position passing the bottom side is provided. Therefore, even when natural gas leaks from the pipe section 6, the gas can be prevented from leaking to the outside by the outer pipe section 60. Therefore, the safety of the living facilities 4 can be improved.
- the side surface of the dwelling equipment 4 facing the area where the pipe portion 6 passes is covered with a refractory material 61. For this reason, even if the natural gas leaks to the outside of the pipe part 6 (specifically, the outside of the outer pipe part 60) in the area, and the fire is ignited, the living facilities 4 can be protected. Further, evacuation facilities (a heliport 7 and an evacuation boat 8) for evacuation of personnel in the floating facility 1 are provided on the side of the boat opposite to the piping section 6 when viewed from the living facilities 4, so that the piping section 6 It is possible to safely evacuate even when a natural gas leak occurs.
- evacuation facilities a heliport 7 and an evacuation boat 8 for evacuation of personnel in the floating facility 1 are provided on the side of the boat opposite to the piping section 6 when viewed from the living facilities 4, so that the piping section 6 It is possible to safely evacuate even when a natural gas leak occurs.
- the arrangement of the pipe section 6 connecting the riser 35 and the natural gas processing equipment 2 is not limited to the examples shown in FIGS.
- a raised floor structure is provided in which the living facilities 4 are installed via supports 41 provided on the floating body 9, and the piping section 6 passes below the bottom of the living facilities 4. You may comprise.
- natural gas can be prevented from leaking by adopting a double pipe structure in which the outer peripheral surface side of the pipe section 6 installed at a position passing below the living facilities 4 is covered with the outer pipe section 60.
- the refractory material 61 on the outer bottom surface of the living equipment 4 the living equipment 4 can be protected even if natural gas leaked from the piping 6 is ignited.
- the piping 6 when arranging the piping 6 so as to pass below the bottom surface of the living facilities 4, the piping 6 may be provided so as to pass through the inside of the floating body 9. In this case, the living facilities 4 do not need to have a raised floor structure.
- the mooring equipment 3 when the one end side of the floating body part 9 in which the steering room of the floating body equipment 1 is provided is called a “bow”, the mooring equipment 3 is not limited to the example provided on the bow side.
- the mooring facility 3 may be provided at one end on the stern side, and the dwelling facility 4 and the natural gas processing facility 2 may be provided in this order toward the bow side.
