Description

一种轻轨车辆转向架 技术领域
本发明属于轨道交通领域,具体涉及一种轻轨车辆转向架。
背景技术
一般的地铁转向架,均采用无摇枕的空气弹簧结构。现代的轻轨车辆为了通过更小的曲线半径,往往采用空气簧配合摇枕结构,以适应转向架与车体之间产生较大的转角。由于需要安装摇枕,使得转向架空间设备安装空间受限,具体表现在如下几个方面:
1.传统的轻轨车辆转向架的牵引装置一般安装于横梁位置,或者在侧梁上的较高位置。牵引装置若安装在横梁处,会导致占用横梁空间,使得横梁上的其他部件安装困难。而安装在侧梁上的形式牵引点高,黏着利用率低。
2.磁轨制动器为悬伸式安装,通过固定在横梁上的一个L形座,实现磁轨制动器安装于轨面正上方,L形座的设置也会占用横梁空间,结构复杂且结构强度难以保证。
3.传统的轻轨车辆转向架的电机安装座和横向止挡都是独立的分别设置于横梁上,结构散,占用横梁空间大。
4.由于安装摇枕后导致转向架空间设备安装空间受限,因此难以设计制动夹钳的安装位置,更难以布置磁轨制动装置。以往的磁轨止挡一般为悬伸式安装座,结构复杂且结构强度难以保证。
另外,现有的轻轨车辆基本不设置整体起吊结构,需要整体起吊时,采用钢绳将车体与构架捆绑吊装,费时费力。
另外,对本案中所提到的方向词汇进行定义,在轨道车辆领域中,技术人 员通常认定的方向有三种:
垂向:竖直垂直于轨面的方向。
纵向:沿着轨道的方向。
横向:水平垂直于轨道的方向。
构架中心轴是穿过构架中心的沿垂向的轴线。
关于中心轴旋转对称是指一个物体绕着中心轴旋转一定角度α后与另一个物体重合。

发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种可实现轻轨车辆低位牵引,且横梁空间更优化的转向架。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种轻轨车辆转向架,包括构架,所述构架包括侧梁、垂直于侧梁中部的横梁,侧梁中部设置有凹陷区域,在横梁顶部设有摇枕,所述横梁由两根沿纵向间隔设置的管体组成,在每一根管体两端均设有连接座,管体两端通过连接座与侧梁固定连接;所述轻轨车辆转向架还包括分别安装于轮对轴颈上的轴箱,在两个轴箱上向内侧延伸设有悬臂座,在两个悬臂座上吊装有磁轨制动器;在磁轨制动器顶部设有垂向导杆,在每个连接座的一侧均安装有限位座,所述限位座位于磁轨制动器两端的正上方,限位座上开有贯通的导向孔,所述垂向导杆插入导向孔内;所述磁轨制动器位于管体的正下方。
上述方案中,通过对摇枕结构的改进以及牵引点位置改变至侧梁的凹陷区域,实现了轻轨车辆的低位牵引,提高了车辆粘着利用率,而且不占用横梁 空间。
进一步的,所述侧梁包括上盖板、下盖板、以及两侧板,四块板合围构成箱型侧梁,且侧梁的上盖板和下盖板的两侧边沿处横向延伸有裙边;在上盖板和下盖板的裙边上对应拉杆安装座的安装位置处横向开有凹槽,所述拉杆安装座顶部卡入上盖板的凹槽并固定,拉杆安装座底部卡入下盖板的凹槽并固定,且拉杆安装座的顶部与上盖板顶部平齐、拉杆安装座的底部与下盖板底部平齐。
在每个侧梁中部凹陷区域的外侧面上固定连接有拉杆安装座,在摇枕两端分别沿垂向向下延伸设有悬臂,在每个悬臂与其同侧的拉杆安装座之间均设有拉杆,所述拉杆的一端安装于拉杆安装座、该拉杆的另一端与悬臂下端固定连接;由悬臂、拉杆安装座、拉杆三者装配连接的两套结构关于构架的中心轴旋转对称,且旋转角度α为180度。
上述进一步改进的方案中,通过开设凹槽使得拉杆安装座与侧梁连接的曲面增多,将直焊缝变为曲线焊缝,增加了焊缝长度,提高了连接强度。
更进一步的,在侧梁外侧面上横向伸出设有挡块;在悬臂上沿纵向设有支撑块,所述挡块位于支撑块正上方,挡块与支撑块之间留有间隙。
上述结构的设计是为了方便吊装,车辆平常运行时,挡块与支撑块之间存在微小的间隙,当需要整体起吊时,起吊点位于车体,车体的起吊会带动摇枕向上运动,从而使得支撑块与挡块抵接,在支撑块的支撑下,将与挡块固定的构架吊起。这种结构的设计充分利用了改进后的摇枕结构,是更进一步创造思维的成果,结构紧凑,设计巧妙,提高了轻轨车辆的起吊效率。

上述跨座将电机安装座和横向止挡的功能集成到一起,既可以充当横向止挡又可以用于安装电机,结构紧凑,相对于背景技术中所提到的现有技术节省了横梁的空间,为其它部件的安装提供了便利。
优选地,本发明的所述构架为H型构架。
本发明采用紧凑型设计,将牵引拉杆安装座设置在侧梁中部外侧,在保证了牵引拉杆安装座足够的结构强度同时充分利用了设计空间。巧妙地在横梁与侧梁连接座上设置磁轨止挡装置,合理地利用了空间,并且保证了磁轨止挡装置的结构强度。
本发明的显著效果是:
1.通过对摇枕结构的改进以及牵引点位置改变至侧梁的凹陷区域,实现了轻轨车辆的低位牵引,提高了车辆粘着利用率。通过开设凹槽使得拉杆安装座与侧梁连接的曲面增多,将直焊缝变为曲线焊缝,增加了焊缝长度,提高了连接强度。
2.巧妙的设计了起吊结构,提高了轻轨车辆的起吊效率。

如图1-8所示,一种轻轨车辆转向架,包括H形构架1。所述构架1包括侧 梁11、垂直于侧梁11中部的横梁12。侧梁11中部设置有凹陷区域,侧梁整体呈“弓”字形结构。在横梁12顶部设有摇枕2。侧梁中部较低平面处设置有二系空气弹簧安装座,用于安装空气弹簧,连接构架与摇枕。在侧梁的外出设置有牵引拉杆安装座,牵引拉杆安装座利用侧梁上下盖板为基础通过对接焊缝与上下盖板相连,保证了牵引拉杆安装座的结构强度。
摇枕2通过空气弹簧安装在构架上方,通过牵引拉杆传递牵引力及制动力。牵引拉杆一端连接在摇枕上,另一端连接在构架1上的牵引拉杆安装座上,牵引拉杆安装座设置在侧梁中间下凹部分,降低了牵引点的高度,提高了车辆的黏着利用率。

侧梁主体结构由高强度低合金钢板焊接而成的箱型梁结构,在侧梁上下盖板的中间部位留出凹槽,用于焊接锻造而成的牵引拉杆安装座,在侧梁上盖板中间部分焊接一个圆筒及圆形的支撑板,组成了二系弹簧安装座。在侧梁两端的下方,设置有四个锻造结构的一系弹簧安装座。
横梁钢管与连接座通过环形对接焊接连接起来,其余各安装座通过环形角焊缝焊接在横梁钢管上。
在每个侧梁11中部凹陷区域的外侧面上固定连接有拉杆安装座3。在上、下盖板裙边上对应拉杆安装座3的安装位置处横向开有凹槽114。所述拉杆安 装座3顶部卡入上盖板111的凹槽114并焊接固定。拉杆安装座3底部卡入下盖板112的凹槽114并焊接固定。拉杆安装座3顶部与上盖板111顶部平齐、底部与下盖板112底部平齐。
在摇枕2两端分别沿垂向向下延伸设有悬臂21。在每个悬臂21与其同侧的拉杆安装座3之间均设有拉杆4。所述拉杆4一端安装于拉杆安装座3、另一端与悬臂21下端固定连接。换句话说,在摇枕2的一侧有向下悬伸段,悬伸段的下端为牵引杆安装点。在牵引拉杆安装点附近,设置了整体起吊装置,在构架侧梁上焊接一个起吊止挡,当起吊车体时,转向架能同车体一起吊起。
构架1的两端各设有一套悬臂拉杆结构,每套悬臂拉杆结构均由悬臂21、拉杆安装座3、拉杆4三者装配连接而成,两套悬臂拉杆结构关于构架1的中心轴旋转对称,且旋转角度α为180度。
在侧梁11外侧面上横向伸出设有挡块5。在悬臂21上沿纵向设有水平的支撑块6。所述挡块5位于支撑块6正上方。挡块5与支撑块6之间留有间隙。
所述横梁12由两根沿纵向间隔设置的管体121组成。在每一根管体121两端均设有连接座8。管体121两端通过连接座8与侧梁11固定连接。最好地,横梁由2根无缝钢管组成,在横梁中间部位设置有电机安装座及横向止挡座,电机安装座及横向止挡座为一体式结构,将两根横梁连接起来。在两根横梁钢管上斜对称布置有齿轮箱吊挂座和制动夹钳安装座。横梁的端部为与侧梁的连接座,在连接座的外出设置有凸台及螺栓安装孔,用于安装磁轨制动器限位装置。
本实施例的转向架还包括分别安装于轮对轴颈上的轴箱。在两个轴箱上向内侧延伸设有悬臂座16。在两个悬臂座16上吊装有磁轨制动器9。在磁轨制动 器9顶部设有垂向导杆17。在每个连接座8的一侧均安装有限位座10。所述连接座8上开有腰型孔15。腰型孔15长轴方向沿纵向。限位座10与连接座8之间通过螺栓插入腰型孔15紧固。磁轨制动器通过磁轨限位装置及连接座安装在构架上,保证了磁轨制动的可靠性。
所述限位座10位于磁轨制动器9两端的正上方。限位座10上开有贯通的导向孔18。所述垂向导杆17插入导向孔18内。磁轨制动器9位于管体121正下方。
在两根管体121上设有横跨两根管体121,并与两根管体121同时形成抱箍式固定连接的跨座7。所述跨座7的横向两侧面均为横向止挡接触面71。跨座7的纵向两端面为电机安装面72。
在摇枕2底部、位于跨座7横向两侧设有横向止挡安装座13。横向止挡安装座13上设有横向止挡14。横向止挡14正对横向止挡接触面71。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种轻轨车辆转向架,包括构架(1),所述构架(1)包括侧梁(11)、垂直于侧梁(11)中部的横梁(12),侧梁(11)中部设置有凹陷区域,在横梁(12)顶部设有摇枕(2),其特征在于:
    所述横梁(12)由两根沿纵向间隔设置的管体(121)组成,在每一根管体(121)两端均设有连接座(8),管体(121)两端通过连接座(8)与侧梁(11)固定连接;
    所述轻轨车辆转向架还包括分别安装于轮对轴颈上的轴箱,在两个轴箱上向内侧延伸设有悬臂座(16),在两个悬臂座(16)上吊装有磁轨制动器(9);
    在磁轨制动器(9)顶部设有垂向导杆(17),在每个连接座(8)的一侧均安装有限位座(10),所述限位座(10)位于磁轨制动器(9)两端的正上方,限位座(10)上开有贯通的导向孔(18),所述垂向导杆(17)插入导向孔(18)内;
    所述磁轨制动器(9)位于管体(121)的正下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轻轨车辆转向架,其特征在于:所述侧梁(11)包括上盖板(111)、下盖板(112)、以及两侧板(113),四块板合围构成箱型侧梁(11),且侧梁(11)的上盖板(111)和下盖板(112)的两侧边沿处横向延伸有裙边;
    在上盖板(111)和下盖板(112)的裙边上对应拉杆安装座(3)的安装位置处横向开有凹槽(114),所述拉杆安装座(3)顶部卡入上盖板(111) 的凹槽(114)并固定,拉杆安装座(3)底部卡入下盖板(112)的凹槽(114)并固定,且拉杆安装座(3)的顶部与上盖板(111)顶部平齐、拉杆安装座(3)的底部与下盖板(112)底部平齐。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的轻轨车辆转向架,其特征在于:在每个侧梁(11)中部凹陷区域的外侧面上固定连接有拉杆安装座(3),
    在摇枕(2)两端分别沿垂向向下延伸设有悬臂(21),在每个悬臂(21)与其同侧的拉杆安装座(3)之间均设有拉杆(4),所述拉杆(4)的一端安装于拉杆安装座(3)、该拉杆(4)的另一端与悬臂(21)下端固定连接;
    由悬臂(21)、拉杆安装座(3)、拉杆(4)三者装配连接的两套结构关于构架(1)的中心轴旋转对称,且旋转角度α为180度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的轻轨车辆转向架,其特征在于:在侧梁(11)外侧面上横向伸出设有挡块(5);
    在悬臂(21)上沿纵向设有支撑块(6),所述挡块(5)位于支撑块(6)正上方,挡块(5)与支撑块(6)之间留有间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的轻轨车辆转向架,其特征在于:所述连接座(8)上开有腰型孔(15),腰型孔(15)长轴方向沿纵向,所述限位座(10)与连接座(8)之间通过插入腰型孔(15)的紧固件紧固。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的轻轨车辆转向架,其特征在于:所述横梁(12)由两根沿纵向间隔设置的管体(121)组成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的轻轨车辆转向架,其特征在于:在两根管体(121)上设有横跨两根管体(121)、并与两根管体(121)同时形成抱箍式固定 连接的跨座(7),所述跨座(7)的横向两侧面均为横向止挡接触面(71),跨座(7)的纵向两端面为电机安装面(72)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的轻轨车辆转向架,其特征在于:所述构架(1)为H型构架。
