根据本实用新型的第二方面,本实用新型还提供一种儿童安全座椅,包括座椅以及沿高度方向可移动地设于所述座椅的头枕,所述座椅上设置有定位带,本实用新型的所述双向释锁头枕调节装置通过与所述定位带锁定或解锁,实现对所述头枕的锁定或解锁。
相比现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于:所述头枕被解锁后,其可相对于所述座椅上下任意移动,所述头枕移动的过程中,两所述锁止装置均不与所述定位带接触,避免了对所述定位带的磨损,增加了其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面,结合具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步描述,需要说明的是, 在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,对于方位词,如有术语“中心”,“横向”、“纵向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示方位和位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于叙述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定方位构造和操作,不能理解为限制本实用新型的具体保护范围。
如图1-6所示,本实用新型提供一种双向释锁头枕调节装置3,用于调节一活动安装在座椅(图中未示出)上的头枕2的高度。双向释锁头枕调节装置3包括活动安装在头枕2上的两锁止装置31、32和驱动装置33;两锁止装置31、32适于在锁定状态与解锁状态之间变换,当位于锁定状态时,锁止装置31、32与座椅上的定位带1锁定,其中一锁止装置31限制头枕2相对于定位带1向上移动,另一锁止装置32限制头枕2相对于定位带1向下移动,当位于解锁状态时,两锁止装置31、32与定位带1分离,头枕2可自由地上下移动;驱动装置33用于驱动两锁止装置31、32同时锁定或解锁。
值得一提的是,定位带1沿座椅的高度方向延伸,从而头枕2相对于座椅上下移动时,安装在头枕2上的两锁止装置31、32始终可与定位带1相对。
本实用新型中,通过一锁止装置31锁定或解锁头枕2相对于座椅向上的移动,通过另一锁止装置32锁定或解锁头枕2相对于座椅向下的移动,通过驱动装置33实现两锁止装置31、32的同步解锁,从而头枕2被解锁后,其可相对于座椅上下任意移动,头枕2移动的过程中,两锁止装置31、32均不与定位带1接触,避免了对定位带1的磨损,增加了其使用寿命。此外,当头枕2处于解 锁状态时,其可以任意的上下移动,如果头枕2调整的太高,可以直接向下移动到合适的位置,而不必如现有技术中,头枕上移位置过高时,还需要在向下按压拉手,解锁另一方向的移动。
为了实现头枕2高度的无级调节,锁止装置31、32具有棘齿结构,定位带1为编织带。锁止装置31、32在锁定状态时,其棘齿适于插入定位带1的织孔内,相对于定位带1而言,两锁止装置31、32棘齿的延伸方向相反,二者锁定头枕2在相反两个方向上的移动。当头枕2被锁定时:若头枕2受到向上的拉力,一锁止装置31的棘齿卡在定位带1的织孔内,使得头枕2无法向上移动;若头枕2受到向下的压力,另一锁止装置32的棘齿卡在定位带1的织孔内,使得头枕2无法向下移动。
两锁止装置31、32可转动地设置在定位带1的同一侧,从而锁止装置31、32可在锁定状态与解锁状态之间转动。为了保证解锁时锁止装置31、32与定位带1分离的顺畅性,两锁止装置31、32在解锁时的转动方向与其各自棘齿的延伸方向相反,从而在解锁时,棘齿可顺利与定位带1上的织孔分离。由于两锁止装置31、32的棘齿方向相反,因此两锁止装置31、32在解锁时的转动方向相反。
优选地,每一锁止装置31、32均包括棘齿端311、321以及驱动端312、322,棘齿端311、321上形成有连续的棘齿,驱动端321、322从棘齿端311、321远离定位带1的一侧沿高度方向延伸,且两锁止装置31、32的驱动端312、322的延伸方向相反。每一锁止装置31、32通过一轴销36可转动地安装于头枕2,轴销36位于棘齿端311、321与驱动端312、322之间。两锁止装置31、32均通过扭簧保持在锁定状态。
当驱动装置33同时带动两驱动端312、322向定位带1的方向转动时,两 棘齿端311、321同时向远离定位带1的方向转动,从而实现头枕2的解锁。
根据驱动装置33的一个实施例,其包括主动件331以及从动件332。主动件331与从动件332分别用于驱动一锁止装置31、32,以使得两个锁止装置31、32绕相反的方向转动。
主动件331沿高度方向可移动地设置在头枕2上,主动件331的一端延伸到头枕2的上部,以方便使用者对其进行操作,主动件331的另一端向下延伸与一锁止装置31的驱动端312斜面配合,以使得主动件331向上移动时,该锁止装置31的驱动端312向定位带1的方向转动;从动件332可转动地设置在头枕2上,从动件332第一端与主动件331斜面配合,以使得主动件331向上移动时,从动件332的第二端向定位带1的方向转动,从动件332的第二端与另一锁止装置32的驱动端322相对,从而从动件332转动时驱动该锁止装置32的驱动端322向定位带1的方向转动。
进一步地,主动件331包括一面向定位带1倾斜向下延伸的锁止驱动斜面3311,锁止驱动斜面3311与向下延伸的驱动端312相对,当主动件331向上移动时,该向下延伸的驱动端312在锁止驱动斜面3311的作用下向靠近定位带1的方向转动,以使得相应的棘齿端311远离定位带1,从而将锁止装置31从锁定状态转动到解锁状态。
主动件331还包括一背向定位带1倾斜向下延伸的从动件驱动斜面3312,从动件驱动斜面3312与从动件332的第一端相对,从动件332的第二端与向上延伸的驱动端322相对,当主动件331向上移动时,从动件332第一端在从动件驱动斜面3312的作用下向远离定位带1的方向转动,以使得从动件332的第二端向靠近定位带1的方向转动,进而驱动向上延伸的驱动端322向靠近定位带1的方向转动,以使得相应的棘齿端321远离定位带1,从而将锁止装置32 从锁定状态转动到解锁状态。
优选地,主动件331通过一复位弹簧34保持在锁定状态,当需要解锁时,使用者克服复位弹簧34的作用力,拉动主动件331向上移动,当使用者撤去外力时,复位弹簧34恢复形变,使主动件331移动到初始位置,同时锁止装置31、32在扭簧的作用下由解锁状态转动到锁定状态。
优选地,双向释锁头枕调节装置3还包括安装壳体35,两锁止装置31、32适于可转动地设置在安装壳体35内,驱动装置33的至少一部分穿过安装壳体35,与安装壳体35内的锁止装置31、32配合。定位带1的至少一部分穿过安装壳体35,与安装壳体35内的锁止装置31、32相对。
本实用新型的双向释锁头枕调节装置3在初始状态时,如图3、4所示:主动件331处于其行程的最下端,两棘齿端311、321上的棘齿插入定位带1的织孔内,将头枕2与定位带1锁定。
当要解锁头枕2时,使用者向上提拉主动件331,如图5、6:主动件331向上移动,通过锁止驱动斜面3311驱动一锁止装置31转动到解锁状态,通过从动件驱动斜面3312驱动从动件332转动,进而利用从动件332的转动带动另一锁止装置32转动到解锁状态,从而头枕2被解锁,可沿高度方向上下调节;调节完成后,松开主动件331,主动件331在复位弹簧34的作用下回复在初始位置,锁止装置31、32也在各自扭簧的作用下回复到锁定状态,从动件332在相应锁止装置32的作用下也回复初始位置。
上述实施方式仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本实用新型保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本实用新型的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双向释锁头枕调节装置,用于调节一活动安装在座椅上的头枕的高度,其特征在于,包括活动安装在所述头枕上的两锁止装置和驱动装置;两所述锁止装置适于在锁定状态与解锁状态之间变换,当位于锁定状态时,两所述锁止装置与安装在所述座椅上的一定位带锁定,其中一所述锁止装置限制所述头枕相对于所述定位带向上移动,另一所述锁止装置限制所述头枕相对于所述定位带向下移动,当位于解锁状态时,两所述锁止装置与所述定位带分离;所述驱动装置用于驱动两所述锁止装置同时锁定或解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双向释锁头枕调节装置,其特征在于,所述锁止装置具有棘齿结构,所述锁止装置在锁定状态时,其棘齿适于插入所述定位带的织孔内,两所述锁止装置棘齿的延伸方向相反,从而两所述锁止装置分别锁定所述头枕在相反两个方向上的移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双向释锁头枕调节装置,其特征在于,两所述锁止装置可转动地设置在所述定位带的同一侧,从而所述锁止装置在锁定状态与解锁状态之间转换,两所述锁止装置解锁时的转动方向与其各自棘齿的延伸方向相反,以使得解锁时,棘齿顺利与所述定位带上的织孔分离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双向释锁头枕调节装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括主动件以及从动件,所述主动件与所述从动件分别用于驱动一所述锁止装置,所述主动件沿高度方向可移动地设置在所述头枕上,所述主动件的一端延伸到所述头枕的上部,另一端与一所述锁止装置配合,以使得所述主动件上移时,带动相应的所述锁止装置由锁定状态转动到解锁状态,所述从动件可转动地设于所述头枕,所述从动件的第一端与所述主动件配合,所述从动件的第二端与另一所述锁止装置配合,以使得所述主动件上移时带动所述从动件转 动,所述从动件转动时驱动相应的所述锁止装置由锁定状态转动到解锁状态。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的双向释锁头枕调节装置,其特征在于,每一所述锁止装置均包括棘齿端以及驱动端,所述棘齿端上形成有连续的棘齿,所述驱动端从所述棘齿端远离所述定位带的一侧沿高度方向延伸,且两所述锁止装置的所述驱动端的延伸方向相反,每一所述锁止装置通过一轴销可转动地安装于所述头枕,所述轴销位于所述棘齿端与所述驱动端之间,两所述锁止装置分别通过扭簧保持在锁定状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的双向释锁头枕调节装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括主动件以及从动件,所述主动件与所述从动件分别用于驱动一所述锁止装置,所述主动件沿高度方向可移动地设置在所述头枕上,所述主动件的一端延伸到所述头枕的上部,另一端与一所述驱动端配合,以使得所述主动件上移时,带动相应的所述锁止装置由锁定状态转动到解锁状态,所述从动件可转动地设于所述头枕,所述从动件的第一端与所述主动件斜面配合,所述从动件的第二端与另一所述驱动端配合,以使得所述主动件上移时带动所述从动件转动,所述从动件转动时驱动相应的所述锁止装置由锁定状态转动到解锁状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的双向释锁头枕调节装置,其特征在于,所述主动件包括面向所述定位带倾斜向下延伸的锁止驱动斜面,所述锁止驱动斜面与向下延伸的所述驱动端相对,当所述主动件上移时,该向下延伸的所述驱动端在所述锁止驱动斜面的作用下向靠近所述定位带的方向转动,以使得相应的所述棘齿端远离所述定位带。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的双向释锁头枕调节装置,其特征在于,所述主动件还包括背向所述定位带倾斜向下延伸的从动件驱动斜面,所述从动件驱 动斜面与所述从动件的第一端相对,所述从动件的第二端与向上延伸的所述驱动端相对,当所述主动件向上移动时,所述从动件第一端在所述从动件驱动斜面的作用下向远离所述定位带的方向转动,以使得所述从动件的第二端向靠近所述定位带的方向转动,进而带动向上延伸的所述驱动端向靠近所述定位带的方向转动,以使得相应的所述棘齿端远离所述定位带。
  9. 根据权利要求4或6所述的双向释锁头枕调节装置,其特征在于,还包括一复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧设于所述主动件与所述头枕之间,用于将所述主动件保持在锁定状态。
  10. 一种儿童安全座椅,包括座椅以及沿高度方向可移动地设于所述座椅的头枕,其特征在于,包括如权利1-9任一所述双向释锁头枕调节装置,所述座椅上设置有定位带,所述双向释锁头枕调节装置的所述锁止装置通过与所述定位带锁定或解锁,实现对所述头枕的锁定或解锁。
