Description

一种角度无级调节机构以及儿童安全座椅 技术领域
本发明涉及儿童安全座椅领域,尤其涉及一种角度无级调节机构以及具有该角度无级调节机构的儿童安全座椅。
背景技术
为适应不同年龄段、不同身高的儿童,现在很多儿童安全座椅增加了角度调节机构,用于调节安全座椅的角度。角度调节方式有档位调节与无级调节,档位调节的缺点在于可调节的角度都是固定的,使用者无法任意选择角度,而无级调节则可以在一定的范围内调节到任意角度,更好地满足使用者的需求。
在公告号为CN204870631U的专利中,公开了一种高性能汽车儿童安全座椅,采用蜗轮蜗杆啮合传动的结构,蜗杆转动带动蜗轮绕其中心旋转,进而带动汽车儿童安全座椅角度调整,实现了座椅和椅背间角度的无级调节。但是该专利中,蜗轮的安装并不方便,如果使用常规尺寸的蜗轮,则其尺寸较大,很难设置在座椅和底座之间较为狭小的空间内,如果定制蜗轮,则成本较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种用于儿童安全座椅的角度无级调节机构,适于实现座椅本体与底座之间角度的无级调节。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种儿童安全座椅,其座椅本体与底座之间的角度可实现无级调节。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种角度无级调节机构,用于调节儿童安全座椅的座椅本体与底座之间的 角度,其中所述座椅本体与所述底座活动连接,以使得所述座椅本体相对于所述底座前后移动时,所述座椅本体与所述底座之间的夹角连续地变化,所述角度无级调节机构包括:
座椅连接件,其从所述座椅本体的前端向后延伸,且所述座椅连接件可自转地设于所述座椅本体;
底座限位轨,设于所述底座;以及
底座连接件,安装于所述底座限位轨,以使得所述底座连接件在前后方向的平移自由度被所述底座限位轨限制,所述座椅连接件的后端与所述底座连接件螺纹连接,旋转所述座椅连接件时,其相对于所述底座连接件发生螺旋运动,以使得所述座椅连接件带动所述座椅本体相对于所述底座向前或向后移动。
进一步地,所述底座限位轨沿竖直方向延伸,所述底座连接件可转动且和可滑动地与所述底座限位轨连接,以使得所述底座连接件可沿所述底座限位轨上下移动,并可相对于所述底座限位轨转动。
进一步地,所述底座连接件的旋转轴垂直于所述座椅连接件的旋转轴。
进一步地,所述座椅连接件从所述座椅本体的前端向后并且倾斜向下延伸。
进一步地,所述座椅连接件包括操作端以及第一螺纹连接端,所述操作端位于所述座椅本体的前端,所述底座连接件包括限位杆以及第二螺纹连接端,所述限位杆可滑动且可转动地设于所述底座限位轨,从而所述限位杆可沿所述底座限位轨上下移动也可自转,所述第二螺纹连接端沿所述限位杆的径向延伸,并与所述第一螺纹连接端螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述角度无级调节机构包括两所述底座限位轨,两所述底座限位轨分别设置在所述底座的左右两侧,所述底座限位轨具有竖向延伸的滑槽,两所述底座限位轨的所述滑槽相对,所述限位杆的两端分别延伸到所述滑槽内。
进一步地,所述座椅本体的前端具有安装孔,所述安装孔从所述座椅本体前端的中部向后向下延伸到所述座椅本体的下侧,所述座椅连接件的第一螺纹端穿过所述安装孔延伸到所述底座,所述操作端保持在所述安装孔的前端。
本发明的目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:

根据本发明的一个实施例,所述底座包括弧形滑轨,所述弧形滑轨从前至后呈弧形向上延伸,所述座椅本体与所述弧形滑轨可滑动地连接,从而所述座椅本体沿所述弧形滑轨移动时,其相对于所述底座的倾斜角度连续地变化。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述底座包括直线滑轨,所述直线滑轨从前至后倾斜向上延伸,所述座椅本体与所述直线滑轨可滑动且可转动地连接,以使得所述座椅本体适于沿所述直线滑轨移动,同时所述座椅本体可相对于所述直线滑轨转动,以改变其与所述底座之间的夹角。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的角度无级调节机构可实现座椅本体与底座之间角度的无级调节,其调节方式简单,使用者只需要旋转座椅连接件即可;本发明通过利用螺纹配合实现角度的无级调节,其结构相对简单,加工成本低。

如图1-4所示,本发明提供一种安全座椅,包括座椅本体1、底座2以及用于调节座椅本体1和底座2之间角度的角度无级调节机构3,角度无级调节机构3适于实现座椅本体1与底座2之间角度的无级调节。
座椅本体1与底座2活动连接,以使得座椅本体1相对于底座2前后移动时,座椅本体1与底座2之间的夹角连续地变化,也即,座椅本体1相对于底座2适于做曲线滑动。
根据一个实施例,座椅本体1的底面以及底座2的上表面分别设置为相互 契合的弧形曲面,弧形曲面从前至后向上延伸,从而座椅本体1沿底座2的表面移动时,其倾斜角度连续地变化。
根据另一个实施例,底座2包括弧形滑轨(图中未示出),所述弧形滑轨从底座2的底面从前至后呈弧形向上延伸,座椅本体1与所述弧形滑轨可滑动地连接,所述座椅本体1沿所述弧形滑轨移动时,其倾斜角度连续地变化。值得一提的是,座椅本体1在所述弧形滑轨内不发生转动。
根据再一个实施例,底座2包括直线滑轨21,如图1所示,直线滑轨21从前至后倾斜向上延伸,座椅本体1与直线滑轨21可滑动且可转动地连接,以使得座椅本体1适于沿直线滑轨21移动,同时座椅本体1可相对于直线滑轨21转动,从而可实现座椅本体1与底座2之间夹角的连续变化。
以上并非座椅本体1与底座2可滑动连接的穷尽列举,本领域的技术人员结合现有技术,还可以提出座椅本体1滑动设于底座2的其他实施方式,此处不再一一列举。
角度无级调节机构3包括座椅连接件31、底座限位轨32以及底座连接件33。
座椅连接件31从座椅本体1的前端向后延伸,且座椅连接件31可自转地设于座椅本体1,从而座椅连接件31适于带动座椅本体1移动,也即,座椅连接件31与座椅本体1不发生轴向的相对移动。
底座连接件33通过底座限位轨32安装于底座2,以使得底座连接件33在前后方向的移动自由度被限制。
座椅连接件31的后端与底座连接件33螺纹连接,旋转座椅连接件31时,其相对于底座连接件33发生螺旋运动,以使得座椅连接件31带动座椅本体1相对于底座2发生转动。
优选地,座椅连接件31倾斜向后向下延伸到底座2内,从而底座限位轨32以及底座连接件33设置在空间较为充足的底座2内部。
座椅本体1的前端具有安装孔10,安装孔10从座椅本体1前端的中部向后向下延伸到座椅本体1的下侧,座椅连接件31穿过安装孔10延伸到底座2内。
底座限位轨32设于底座2上,并沿竖直方向延伸,底座连接件33可转动且和可滑动地与底座限位轨32连接,以使得底座连接件33可沿底座限位轨32上下移动,并可相对于底座限位轨32转动。由于底座连接件33在底座限位轨32内具一定的自由度,因此其角度以及位置可根据座椅连接件31的变化进行调整。当使用者旋转座椅连接件31时,座椅连接件31相对于底座连接件33发生螺旋运动,而底座连接件33在前后方向的平移自由度被限制,因此其只能随着座椅连接件31在竖直方向移动并转动;同时,座椅连接件31带动座椅本体1相对于底座2向前或向后移动,二者之间的夹角也连续地变化,从而实现了座椅角度的无级调节。
值得一提的是,通过正转或反转座椅连接件31,实现座椅本体1向后或向前倾斜。
底座连接件33的旋转轴垂直于座椅连接件31的旋转轴,从而座椅连接件31可相对于底座连接件33旋转,并且当座椅连接件31的角度改变时,其可带动底座连接件33发生转动。
优选地,座椅连接件31包括操作端311以及第一螺纹连接端312,操作端311处于座椅本体1的前端,以方便使用者对座椅连接件31进行操作。底座连接件33包括限位杆331以及第二螺纹连接端332,限位杆331可滑动且可转动地设于底座限位轨32,从而限位杆331可上下移动,也可自转,限位杆331的旋转轴与座椅连接件31的旋转轴相互垂直。第二螺纹连接端332沿限位杆331 的径向延伸,并与第一螺纹连接端312螺纹连接。
第一螺纹连接端312具有外螺纹,第二螺纹连接端332具有一沿限位杆331径向延伸的通孔,所述通孔具有与第一螺纹连接端312匹配的内螺纹。
优选地,角度无级调节机构3包括两底座限位轨32,两底座限位轨32分别设置在底座2的左右两侧。底座限位轨32具有竖向延伸的滑槽320,两底座限位轨32的滑槽320相对,限位杆331的两端分别延伸到滑槽320内,限位杆331的外径与滑槽320的内径匹配,以使得限位杆331可在滑槽320内自转并可沿滑槽320上下移动,同时限位杆331在水平方向的位移被滑槽320限制。
图3、4显示了座椅本体1由第一倾斜角度转动到第二倾斜角度,由图3变化到图4,首先旋转座椅连接件31,使座椅连接件31相对于底座连接件33倾斜向前移动,座椅连接件31的前端带动座椅本体1向前滑动并转动,同时带动限位杆331向下滑动并转动。

  1. 一种角度无级调节机构,用于调节儿童安全座椅的座椅本体与底座之间的角度,其中所述座椅本体与所述底座活动连接,以使得所述座椅本体相对于所述底座前后移动时,所述座椅本体与所述底座之间的夹角连续地变化,其特征在于,所述角度无级调节机构包括:
    座椅连接件,其从所述座椅本体的前端向后延伸,且所述座椅连接件可自转地设于所述座椅本体;
    底座限位轨,设于所述底座;以及
    底座连接件,安装于所述底座限位轨,以使得所述底座连接件在前后方向的平移自由度被所述底座限位轨限制,所述座椅连接件的后端与所述底座连接件螺纹连接,旋转所述座椅连接件时,其相对于所述底座连接件发生螺旋运动,从而所述座椅连接件带动所述座椅本体相对于所述底座向前或向后移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的角度无级调节机构,其特征在于,所述底座限位轨沿竖直方向延伸,所述底座连接件可转动且和可滑动地与所述底座限位轨连接,以使得所述底座连接件可沿所述底座限位轨上下移动,并可相对于所述底座限位轨转动。
