本发明所述的定位装置有一个与支架 1连接的滑轨 23, 滑轨 23底部开设第一定 位孔 25 , 滑轨 23内安装滑块 24, 滑块 24上开设第二定位孔 26, 滑块 24顶面设置定 位板 27, 定位板 27底面设置定位销 28, 定位板 27顶面安装第二调节手柄 31, 滑块 24、 定位板 27均通过第三铰连座 29与椅背 5的下端铰连, 定位板 27与椅背 5之间 安装第二复位弹簧 30 , 椅背 5与椅背支座 34之间安装第二复位拉簧 33。 需要调节座 椅角度时, 通过第二调节手柄 31带动定位板 27将定位销 28从第一定位孔 25和第二 定位孔 26内拔出, 此时滑块 24可沿滑轨 23自由滑动, 对座椅角度进行调节; 需要 定位时, 松开第二调节手柄 31 , 定位板 27在第二复位弹簧 30的作用下自动复位,将 定位销 28插入第一定位孔 25和最近位置的第二定位孔 26内,将滑块 24的位置锁定, 即完成对座椅的定位。 该结构定位过程可自动完成, 操作方便。
本发明所述的倾斜导向槽 2水平方向的夹角 a的角度通常为 30° -60° 。 若夹角 a的角度过大, 超过 60 ° , 则座椅仰角的调节范围过小; 若夹角 a的角度过小, 则座椅向前移动的距离过大, 无法充分利用后排空间, 因此结合实际使用情况, 将夹 角 a的角度定为 30 ° -60 ° 。 本发明可将所述的倾斜导向槽 2水平方向的夹角 a的角 度制作为 45° , 该角度能够满足大部分场合的使用需要。
本发明为了确保椅面 7在人离开后能够自动折叠,可在椅面 7底面安装配重块 32。 配重块 32能够增大横向转轴 6两侧椅面 7的重量差, 当人离幵后, 椅面 7可自动旋 转至相对于地面垂直的状态。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 整体调节式可折叠座椅, 其特征在于: 包括椅架 (1), 椅架 (1) 上安装椅背 (5), 椅背 (5) 底端与椅面 (7) 连接, 椅架 (1) 左右两侧分别通过第一滑动副与 椅背 (5) 下部连接, 第一滑动副的滑动方向相对水平方向倾斜, 椅架 (1) 上连接椅 背支座 (34), 椅背支座 (34) 左右两侧分别通过第二滑动副与椅背 (5) 上部连接, 椅背(5)和椅面(7)沿第一滑动副和第二滑动副相对椅架(1) 定向滑动, 椅背 (5) 上安装用于调节椅背 (5) 和椅面 (7) 相对于椅架 (1) 角度的定位装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的整体调节式可折叠座椅, 其特征在于: 椅背 (5)底部 安装托架 (4), 托架 (4) 一端安装横向转轴 (6), 横向转轴 (6) 与椅面 (7) 铰连。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的整体调节式可折叠座椅, 其特征在于: 所述第一滑动 副有一对分别设置在椅架 (1) 左右两侧的倾斜导向槽 (2), 椅背 (5) 下部左右两侧 分别安装第一滑动轴 (3), 第一滑动轴 (3) 置入倾斜导向槽 (2) 内, 并沿倾斜导向 槽 (2) 滑动, 所述第二滑动副有一对分别开设在椅背 (5) 左右两侧的滑槽 (9), 椅 背支座 (34)左右两侧分别安装第二滑动轴(8), 第二滑动轴 (8) 置入滑槽(9) 内, 并沿滑槽 (9) 滑动。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的整体调节式可折叠座椅, 其特征在于: 所述定位装置 有一个安装在地面上的第一铰连座 (10), 第一铰连座 (10) 与调节缸 (11) 的下端 铰连, 调节缸 (11) 内安装伸缩杆 (12) 和第一复位弹簧 (13), 伸缩杆 (12) 的上 端通过第二铰连座 (14) 与椅背 (5) 连接, 调节缸 (11) 上端安装定位套 (15), 定 位套 (15) 内安装偏心轮 (16), 偏心轮 (16) 的轮轴与第一调节手柄 (17) 连接。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的整体调节式可折叠座椅, 其特征在于: 所述定位装置 有一个与第一滑动轴 (3) 铰连的定位片 (18), 定位片 (18) 上开设定位槽 (19), 椅架 (1) 侧面设置定位柱 (20), 倾斜导向槽 (2) 下侧壁幵设定位横槽 (21), 第一 滑动轴 (3) 与椅背支座 (34) 之间安装第一复位拉簧 (22)。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的整体调节式可折叠座椅, 其特征在于: 所述定位装置 有一个与支架 (1) 连接的滑轨 (23), 滑轨 (23) 底部开设第一定位孔 (25), 滑轨

7、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的整体调节式可折叠座椅, 其特征在于: 所述第一 滑动副的滑动方向与水平方向的夹角 a的角度为 30° -60° 。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的整体调节式可折叠座椅, 其特征在于: 所述第一 滑动副的滑动方向与水平方向的夹角 a的角度为 45° 。
9、 根据权利要求 2所述的整体调节式可折叠座椅, 其特征在于: 椅面 (7) 底面 安装配重块 (32)。
