本发明提供一种咖啡豆的烘焙设备,包括有机壳、用于盛装咖啡豆的烘焙仓、用于给所述烘焙仓供热以烘焙咖啡豆的烘焙装置、用于收集咖啡豆皮的收集仓;所述收集仓与所述烘焙仓连通,所述烘焙仓、烘焙装置设置在机壳内部。本发明通过设置收集仓可以将豆皮收集起来,避免咖啡豆烘干且豆皮脱离豆本身后,散乱至各处,造成清理的不便。

Description

一种咖啡豆的烘焙设备 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器技术领域,具体涉及一种咖啡豆的烘焙设备。
背景技术
随着国民经济的逐渐发展,人们对生活质量之要求越来越高,因此,现在市面上出现各式各样的小型家用电器,比如有咖啡机、泡茶机等。
为了配合当今咖啡机市场的现实需求,专利号为201610911131.4的中国发明专利申请公开了一种咖啡烘焙机,包括有烘焙机主体、旋转烘焙机构、加热装置和扇叶。基于这一结构,当咖啡豆通过加热装置及扇叶形成的热风进行加热且配合旋转烘焙机构的搅拌,从而实现烘焙。
然而,以上所述的咖啡机存在一定的技术缺陷,比如烘干后的咖啡豆还需要进行豆皮分离及收集,导致用户使用不便。
发明内容
本发明为弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种咖啡豆的烘焙设备,其能实现豆皮与豆本身的分离及收集,有利于提高设备的工作效率。
本发明为达到其目的,采用的技术方案如下:
一种咖啡豆的烘焙设备,包括有机壳,还包括用于盛装咖啡豆的烘焙仓、用于给所述烘焙仓供热以烘焙咖啡豆的烘焙装置、用于收集咖啡豆皮的收集仓;所述收集仓与所述烘焙仓连通,所述烘焙仓、烘焙装置设置在机壳内部。
作为优选,所述烘焙装置包括用于供应热风的热风机构;所述烘焙仓设有第一排风口及用于供热风进入所述烘焙仓内部的进风口;还设有用于让热风机构产生的热风向进风口流动的导风通道。
作为优选,所述烘焙仓设有若干所述进风口,若干所述进风口环设在所述烘焙仓的侧壁的下部且皆倾斜设置。
作为优选,所述收集仓设有第二排风口;所述收集仓的进口连通所述烘焙仓的第一排风口。
作为优选,所述收集仓包括用于收集咖啡豆皮的收集仓主体、盖合在所述收集仓主体上的盖体;所述收集仓主体为一环槽且环设于所述烘焙仓的外侧上部,所述收集仓主体与所述 烘焙仓内部连通。
作为优选,所述环槽的外侧壁或/及所述盖体上设有所述第二排风口。
作为优选,所述第二排风口上设有用于防止咖啡豆皮排出外界的隔网。
作为优选,所述热风机构包括发热元件及风机;所述发热元件设置在所述导风通道。
作为优选,所述烘焙设备还包括用于控制所述热风机构的热风温度的温控电路、用于启动或关闭热风机构的总开关、用于调节热风温度的调级开关,所述温控电路与所述热风机构、所述启动开关、所述调级开关电连接。
作为优选,所述发热元件包括至少两个发热电阻;所述温控电路包括温控复位器;所述温控复位器与所述调级开关串联;所述温控复位器通过控制发热电阻同时发热或部分发热电阻发热,从而实现热风温度的调整。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益技术效果:
通过设置收集仓可以将豆皮收集起来,避免咖啡豆烘干且豆皮脱离豆本身后,散乱至各处,造成清理的不便。通过设置热风机构,使咖啡豆能够得到烘干;且在热风的吹动作用下,使脱离出的豆皮与豆本身分开,豆皮随热风进入收集仓中,使豆皮很容易地与豆本身分开且不会散乱各处。通过烘焙仓的下部倾斜设置若干进风口,使热风还能起到搅拌咖啡豆的作用。通过上述机构,热风机构产生的热风可以对咖啡豆直接产生烘干、搅拌的效果,从而完成烘焙,然后还能同步地带走豆皮,使本发明所述的烘焙设备结构设置轻便,而且节能低耗,并达到很好的烘焙效果。由于热风从烘焙仓进入收集仓后,会从排风孔排出环境中,避免了热气停留在烘焙机中而造成烘焙机出现过热,导致产生安全隐患。

在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于此描述的其他方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
实施例1
参阅图1至图3所示,本实施例公开了一种咖啡豆的烘焙设备,包括有机壳1、用于盛装咖啡豆的烘焙仓2、用于给烘焙仓供热以烘焙咖啡豆的烘焙装置3、用于收集咖啡豆皮的收集仓4。
烘焙仓2、烘焙装置3设置在机壳1内部,收集仓4设置在机壳1的顶部。
烘焙仓2是一顶部敞口的筒体,在烘焙仓2的侧壁的下部环设若干进风口21,若干进风口21皆呈倾斜设置。烘焙仓2的顶部敞口作为烘焙仓2的第一排风口。
烘焙装置3包括热风外壳32及用于供应热风的热风机构。热风外壳32套设在烘焙仓2的下部,且热风外壳32的内壁与烘焙仓2的外侧壁之间留有距离,烘焙仓2的进风口21位于热风外壳32内。热风机构包括发热元件311及风机312,风机312设置在烘焙仓2的下方且位于热风外壳32内;发热元件311设置在热风外壳32内,发热元件311包括第一发热电阻及第二发热电阻。在热风外壳32内,风机312产生的热风沿热风外壳32内的空间往烘焙仓2的进风口21流动,热风经过的空间形成导风通道;
收集仓4包括收集仓主体41及盖设在收集仓主体41上的盖体42。收集仓主体41为一环槽,环槽的内侧壁设有若干用于连通凹槽与外界的进口,若干进口均匀排布;凹槽的外侧壁均匀设有若干第二排风口43,盖体上也设有第二排风口43,第二排风口43上设有用于防止豆皮排出外界的隔网。收集仓4安装在烘焙仓2的顶部,烘焙仓2的顶部敞口正对收集仓主体41围成的中部位置,烘焙仓2的顶部敞口即与收集仓4的进口相通,烘焙仓2内的热风从第一排风口排出且从进口进入收集仓4。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种咖啡豆的烘焙设备,还包括用于控制热风机构的热风温度的温控电路;温控电路包括用于启动或关闭热风机构的启动开关及用于调节热风温度的调级开关5。调级开关5包括深度烘焙开关52、中度烘焙开关51。
参阅图4及图5,温控电路还包括温控复位器,温控复位器与调级开关连接。温控复位 器与第一发热电阻串联、第二发热电阻与第一发热电阻并联;第一发热电阻与N极接入整流二极管的第一端;第二发热电阻接入整流桥的第二端;第一发热电阻与第二发热电阻并联后与温控复位器连接且引出另一回路连接端,温控复位器再连接至L极。中度烘焙开关51连接在温控复位器与L极之间。
当按压下中度烘焙开关51时,温控复位器启动,当温度达到预设温度后,温控复位器断开,从而使第一发热电阻不发热,实现中度烘焙的效果。
此外,对于本实施例的咖啡豆的烘焙设备的其它内容,与实施例1完全一致(如图1~2所示),在此不再赘述。
最后需要说明的是:本发明所述的烘焙设备的其它内容参见现有技术。

  1. 一种咖啡豆的烘焙设备,包括有机壳,其特征在于,还包括用于盛装咖啡豆的烘焙仓、用于给所述烘焙仓供热以烘焙咖啡豆的烘焙装置、用于收集咖啡豆皮的收集仓;所述收集仓与所述烘焙仓连通,所述烘焙仓、烘焙装置设置在机壳内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡豆的烘焙设备,其特征在于,所述烘焙装置包括用于供应热风的热风机构;所述烘焙仓设有第一排风口及用于供热风进入所述烘焙仓内部的进风口;还设有用于让热风机构产生的热风向进风口流动的导风通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡豆的烘焙设备,其特征在于,所述烘焙仓设有若干所述进风口,若干所述进风口环设在所述烘焙仓的侧壁的下部且皆倾斜设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡豆烘焙设备,其特征在于,所述收集仓设有第二排风口;所述收集仓的进口与所述烘焙仓的第一排风口连通。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡豆的烘焙设备,其特征在于,所述收集仓包括用于收集咖啡豆皮的收集仓主体、盖合在所述收集仓主体上的盖体;所述收集仓主体为一环槽且环设于所述烘焙仓的外侧上部,所述收集仓主体与所述烘焙仓内部连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的咖啡豆的烘焙设备,其特征在于,所述环槽的外侧壁或/及所述盖体上设有所述第二排风口。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡豆的烘焙设备,其特征在于,所述第二排风口上设有用于防止咖啡豆皮排出外界的隔网。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡豆的烘焙设备,其特征在于,所述热风机构包括发热元件及风机;所述发热元件设置在所述导风通道。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡豆的烘焙设备,其特征在于,所述烘焙设备还包括用于控制所述热风机构的热风温度的温控电路、用于启动或关闭热风机构的总开关、用于调节热风温度的调级开关,所述温控电路与所述热风机构、所述启动开关、所述调级开关电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的咖啡豆的烘焙设备,其特征在于,所述发热元件包括至少两个发热电阻;所述温控电路包括温控复位器;所述温控复位器与所述调级开关串联;所述温控复位器通过控制发热电阻同时发热或部分发热电阻发热,从而实现热风温度的调整。
