公开了一种基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法及装置。可以对目标业务节点(任一业务节点)向区块链发布的目标作品进行原创性分析,得到目标作品对应的原创性表征值,如果原创性表征值较低(说明目标作品涉嫌抄袭),则会对目标业务节点对应的版权信用分进行扣减,针对目标业务节点扣减的版权信用分(即版权信用分减量)需要经过多个业务节点的共识验证且共识验证通过后,才能被公示于区块链。区块链上可以公示有目标业务节点对应的版权信用分扣减记录,可以据此确定目标业务节点对应的版权信用分,目标业务节点对应的版权信用分越低,说明目标业务节点的信用水平越差。

本说明书实施例涉及信息技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法及装置。
背景技术
在版权保护领域,为了对作品抄袭行为进行处罚,可以引入信用评价机制,一个人的作品抄袭行为会直接影响到对这个人的信用评价。
实践中,从事作品创作工作的人可以预先在版权信用评价方(通常可以是版权相关行业协会、版权相关行业内的大企业等)的服务器上注册为用户。当所述服务器监测到某个用户发布的作品涉嫌抄袭时,就会调低存储的对应于该用户的版权信用分。
然而,在版权保护领域,需要一种更为公开可信的,针对作品发布者的信用评价方法。
发明内容
为了解决现有的针对作品发布者的信用评价方法不够公开可信的问题,本说明书实施例提供一种基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法及装置,技术方案如下:
根据本说明书实施例的第1方面,提供一种基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法,区块链网络包括若干业务节点,针对每个业务节点,该业务节点具有向区块链发布作品的权限,所述方法包括:
根据区块链中的已发布作品,对目标业务节点向区块链发布的目标作品进行原创性分析,得到所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值;所述目标业务节点是任一业务节点;所述原创性表征值与所述目标作品的原创程度正相关;
若所述原创性表征值小于第一指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分减量;
基于所述目标业务节点的节点标识与所述版权信用分减量,构建信用扣减交易;

本说明书实施例所提供的技术方案,可以对目标业务节点(任一业务节点)向区块链发布的目标作品进行原创性分析,得到目标作品对应的原创性表征值,如果原创性表征值较低(说明目标作品涉嫌抄袭),则会对目标业务节点对应的版权信用分进行扣减,针对目标业务节点扣减的版权信用分(即版权信用分减量)需要经过多个业务节点的共识验证且共识验证通过后,才能被公示于区块链。区块链上可以公示有目标业务节点对应的版权信用分扣减记录,可以据此确定目标业务节点对应的版权信用分,目标业务节点对应的版权信用分越低,说明目标业务节点的信用水平越差。如此,利用区块链具有的数据记录可追溯和数据记录不可篡改的特性,可以建立一个更为公开可信的,针对作品发布者的信用评价体系。

具体实施方式
目前,针对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法通常是由版权信用评价方的服务器来执行的,这种中心化的信用评价方式不够公开透明。并且,存储于版权信用评价方的服务器上的对应于每个作品发布者的版权信用分有可能被篡改,导致现有的针对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法可信性不高。
鉴于此,本发明提出了一套基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的解决方案。利用区块链具有的数据记录可追溯和数据记录不可篡改的特性,构建一个公开可信的,针对作品发布者的信用评价体系。在这种体系下,区块链网络中的每个业务节点对应的版权信用分的扣减都需要经过多个业务节点的共识验证,并且,每个业务节点对应的版权信用分减量一旦存入区块链,就无法撤销,也无法被篡改。因此,针对每个业务节点,该业务节点对应的版权信用分的高低可以准确反映出该业务节点对应的用户在版权业务领域内的信用水平的高低。通过这种信用评价体系,可以有效规范业务节点发布作品 的行为,遏制业务节点发布抄袭作品的行为。
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本说明书实施例中的技术方案,下面将结合本说明书实施例中的附图,对本说明书实施例中的技术方案进行详细地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本说明书的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本说明书中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本说明书各实施例提供的技术方案。
图1是本说明书实施例提供的一种基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法的流程示意图,包括以下步骤:
S100:根据区块链中的已发布作品,对目标业务节点向区块链发布的目标作品进行原创性分析,得到所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值。
在本说明书实施例中,区块链网络包括若干业务节点,针对每个业务节点,该业务节点具有向区块链发布作品的权限。
本方法的执行主体可以是区块链网络中的任一业务节点(称为执行业务节点),所述执行业务节点通过调用区块链中存储的用于实现图1所示方法流程的智能合约,执行图1所示的方法。需要说明的是,所述执行业务节点可以是在每当需要执行图1所示方法时,在各业务节点中随机指定。
还需要说明的是,由于所述目标业务节点也是区块链网络中的任一业务节点,因此,所述目标业务节点和所述执行业务节点有可能是同一业务节点。
此外,还可以在区块链网络中加入管理节点,作为图1所示方法的执行主体。所述管理节点不参与执行版权业务,只是负责对版权业务进行管理。所述管理节点通常也是通过调用区块链中存储的用于实现图1所示方法流程的智能合约,来执行图1所示的方法的。
本文所述的针对目标作品的原创性分析通常是指,基于作品库,采用数字分析手段,将目标作品的数字形式与作品库中的参考作品的数字形式进行比对,从作品库中确定出与目标作品最相似的参考作品,作为重点参考作品,并得到目标作品与重点参考作品的相似度。此是本领域技术人员所熟知的技术手段。
其中,所述相似度一般是介于0~100%之间的值,表征目标作品与重点参考作品之间的相似程度。举例来说,所述相似度为20%,表明目标作品与重点参考作品有20%的 部分相似。显然,所述相似度越高,所述目标作品的原创程度越低。
需要说明的是,在本说明书实施例中,所述原创性表征值是根据所述相似度确定的,所述相似度与所述原创性表征值负相关,所述原创性表征值与所述目标作品的原创程度正相关。即目标作品与该参考作品越相似,所述原创性表征值越低,所述目标作品的原创程度越低。例如,可以将(1-所述相似度)作为所述原创性表征值。
此外,针对目标作品的原创性分析手段不限于上述这一种,只要基于作品库,对目标作品进行原创性分析以得到目标作品对应的原创性表征值的技术手段,都可以应用于本说明书实施例。
在本说明书实施例,所述目标作品是目标业务节点向区块链发布的一个作品,而区块链中的已发布作品实际上可以视为作品库,用于对目标作品进行原创性分析。
需要说明的是,可以当目标业务节点请求向区块链发布目标作品时,对目标作品进行原创性分析,也可以是当目标业务节点已经将目标作品发布至区块链后,再对目标作品进行原创性分析。
S102:若所述原创性表征值小于第一指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分减量。
在本说明书实施例中,可以预设第一指定阈值,若所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值小于所述第一指定阈值,就说明所述目标作品的原创程度较低,对区块链中的已发布作品的模仿程度较高,这不是区块链版权业务模式所鼓励的,会导致发布所述目标作品的目标业务节点对应的信用分的扣减。目标业务节点对应的信用分的扣减,意味着对目标业务节点对应的用户的信用评价降低。
例如,所述第一指定阈值可以是60%,若所述原创性表征值小于60%,说明所述目标作品的原创程度较低。
在本说明书实施例中,所述版权信用分减量是指需要扣减的信用分的分值,其通常是一个正值。所述版权信用分减量可以随机确定,也可以根据实际业务需要确定,本领域技术人员很容易想到多种多样的方式,根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分减量。优选地,所述原创性表征值可以与所述版权信用分减量负相关。
本文示例性地提供一种确定所述版权信用分减量的方式如下,本领域技术人员应当理解,这并不构成对本方案的限制。
具体地,若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则可以将第一指定分值确定为版权信用分减量。其中,所述第二指定阈值小于所述第一指定阈值。此处的业务含义为,所述原创性表征值小于第一指定阈值说明目标作品的原创程度较低,而所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值说明目标作品的原创程度过低,基本可以认定为抄袭作品。此时,将目标作品认定为抄袭作品,并将所述版权信用分减量确定为一个固定的分值(即第一指定分值)。可见,一件作品一旦被认定为抄袭作品,由该抄袭作品引发的版权信用分减量可以是一个固定的分值。
若所述原创性表征值不小于所述第二指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分减量。此时,所述原创性表征值与确定的版权信用分减量负相关,且确定的版权信用分减量小于所述第一指定分值。此处的业务含义为,所述原创性表征值虽然小于第一指定阈值,说明原创程度较低,但是没有小于第二指定阈值,说明原创程度没有过低,不宜认定为抄袭作品,这种情况下,所述版权信用分减量可以小于第一指定分值,并且,所述原创性表征值越高,版权信用分减量越低。
例如,所述第一指定阈值为60%,所述第二指定阈值可以是40%,若所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值如果介于40%~60%之间,则说明所述目标作品原创程度较低,但是不宜将之认定为抄袭作品;若所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值小于40%,则说明所述目标作品原创程度过低,可将之认定为抄袭作品。
更进一步地,当所述目标作品被认定为抄袭作品时(即当所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值时),可以根据所述目标业务节点发布作品的历史表现(例如,所述目标作品已发布的作品中,抄袭作品的比例),来确定所述版权信用分减量。
具体地,可以确定区块链中对应于所述目标业务节点的已发布作品的数量,若所述数量达到指定数量,则确定所述目标业务节点已发布于区块链的作品中,抄袭作品所占的比例,作为抄袭比例。若所述抄袭比例大于第一指定比例,则根据所述抄袭比例,确定惩罚系数;所述惩罚系数不小于1;所述抄袭比例与所述惩罚系数正相关。
其中,所述指定数量和所述第一指定比例都可以根据实际业务需要指定。所述抄袭比例大于第一指定比例,意味着目标业务节点发布作品的历史表现较为糟糕,应当加重对目标业务节点的惩罚,因此,确定不小于1的惩罚系数,所述抄袭比例越高,所述惩罚系数也越大。
例如,所述目标业务节点已发布至区块链的作品的数量为100,其中,原创性表征 值小于第二指定阈值的作品(即抄袭作品)的数量为80,则所述抄袭比例为80%,可以确定相应的惩罚系数为1.5。又如,所述目标业务节点已发布至区块链的作品的数量为100,其中,原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值的作品(即抄袭作品)的数量为60,则所述抄袭比例为60%,可以确定相应的惩罚系数为1.3。
如此,即当所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值时,可以将第一指定分值乘以所述惩罚系数,将乘以所述惩罚系数后的第一指定分值确定为版权信用分减量,这就实现了加重惩罚的目的。
例如,假设目标业务节点向区块链发布所述目标作品之前,已经向区块链发布了99件作品,其中有59件作品是抄袭作品(即原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值40%的作品)。随后,目标业务节点向区块链发布所述目标作品。通过步骤S100,确定所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值30%,小于第二指定阈值40%,说明所述目标作品可被认定为抄袭作品。此时,需要确定版权信用分减量。具体地,首先判断截至目前目标业务节点向区块链发布的作品数量是否达到指定数量(比如指定数量为100),显然已经达到,随后,确定抄袭比例为60%,相应的惩罚系数为1.3。假设第一指定分值为20分,那么所述版权信用分减量为20*1.2=24分。
S104:基于所述目标业务节点的节点标识与所述版权信用分减量,构建信用扣减交易。
在本说明书中所描述的交易(transfer),是指用户通过区块链的客户端创建,并需要最终发布至区块链的分布式数据库中的一笔数据。
其中,区块链中的交易,存在狭义的交易以及广义的交易之分。狭义的交易是指用户向区块链发布的一笔价值转移;例如,在传统的比特币区块链网络中,交易可以是用户在区块链中发起的一笔转账。而广义的交易是指用户向区块链发布的一笔具有业务意图的业务数据;例如,运营方可以基于实际的业务需求搭建一个联盟链,依托于联盟链部署一些与价值转移无关的其它类型的在线业务(比如,租房业务、车辆调度业务、保险理赔业务、信用服务、医疗服务等),而在这类联盟链中,交易可以是用户在联盟链中发布的一笔具有业务意图的业务消息或者业务请求。
在本说明书实施例中,所述信用扣减交易,实际上是指包含所述目标业务节点的节点标识与所述版权信用分减量的数据。
S106:向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易。
将所述信用扣减交易广播给区块链网络,就可以使得,所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与所述版权信用分减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链(即将所述节点标识与所述版权信用分减量之间的对应关系存入区块链)。其中,所述多个业务节点可以是区块链网络中的所有业务节点,也可以是所述区块链网络中的部分业务节点。
如此,就完成了针对目标业务节点的信用分扣减,对目标业务节点扣减的信用分(即目标业务节点对应的信用分减量)会被公示于区块链。
此处需要说明的是,在本说明书实施例中,可以预先为区块链网络中的每个业务节点分配一定的初始版权信用分,也可以不为每个业务节点分配初始版权信用分,那么每个业务节点对应的初始版权信用分就是0。
假设目标业务节点对应的初始版权信用分为100分,通过步骤S100~S106,对应于所述目标业务节点的版权信用分减量(假设是15分)被公示于区块链,那么相当于将目标业务节点对应的信用分由100分调整为100-15=85分。
通过图1所示的基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法,可以对目标业务节点(任一业务节点)向区块链发布的目标作品进行原创性分析,得到目标作品对应的原创性表征值,如果原创性表征值较低(说明目标作品涉嫌抄袭),则会对目标业务节点对应的版权信用分进行扣减,针对目标业务节点扣减的版权信用分(即版权信用分减量)需要经过多个业务节点的共识验证且共识验证通过后,才能被公示于区块链。区块链上可以公示有目标业务节点对应的版权信用分扣减记录,可以据此确定目标业务节点对应的版权信用分,目标业务节点对应的版权信用分越低,说明目标业务节点的信用水平越差。如此,利用区块链具有的数据记录可追溯和数据记录不可篡改的特性,可以建立一个公开可信的,针对作品发布者的信用评价体系,以此来遏制业务节点发布抄袭作品的行为。
此外,在步骤S104中,可以基于所述目标业务节点的节点标识、所述版权信用分减量和所述目标作品的作品标识,构建信用扣减交易。在步骤S106中,向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易,使得所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识、所述版权信用分减量、所述作品标识之间的对应关系并存入区块链。如此,如下信息也会被公示于区块链:所述版权信用减量是由所述目标作品导致的。
进一步地,在步骤S104中,可以基于所述目标业务节点的节点标识、所述版权信用分减量、所述目标作品的作品标识、所述原创性表征值,构建信用扣减交易。在步骤S106中,向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易,使得所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识、所述版权信用分减量、所述作品标识、所述原创性表征值之间的对应关系并存入区块链。如此,如下信息也会被公示于区块链:所述版权信用减量是由所述目标作品导致的,以及所述目标作品的原创程度。
另外,在本说明书实施例中,若所述目标作品是抄袭作品(原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值),则向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易之后,还可以通过监测基于目标作品产生的收益,以监测到的收益为指标,决定是否增加由所述目标作品导致的版权信用分减量。具体的实施方式至少包括以下三种:
方式一:可以监测基于所述目标作品产生的版权收益;若监测到的版权收益达到第一指定金额,则根据监测到的版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充减量;确定的版权信用分补充减量与监测到的版权收益正相关;基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量,构建信用补充扣减交易;向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
其中,所述版权信用分补充减量的含义为,针对所述版权信用分减量进行的补充,意味着版权信用分的补充扣减,其实际上也是版权信用分减量,此处只是为了描述上的区分,将称描述为“补充”。所述信用补充扣减交易本质上也是信用扣减交易,此处也是为了描述上的区分,将之描述为“补充”。
需要说明的是,所述第一指定金额可以根据业务需要指定。若监测到的收益未达到第一指定金额,说明所述目标作品的累积收益较少(即侵犯版权所获得的收益较少),可以不进行信用分的补充扣减。
举例来说,可以预设所述第一指定金额为10000元,在所述第一指定金额以上,设置3个金额区间,依次为[10000,15000)、[15000,30000)、[30000,50000],并分别为这3个金额区间分配补充扣减系数0.5、0.8、1。假设目标作品为抄袭作品,由目标作品导致的版权信用分减量为20分,已经被公示于区块链。若经过一段时间,基于所述目标作品产生的累积收益达到10000元,则可以针对发布所述目标作品的目标业务节 点进行信用分补充扣减。基于所述目标目标作品产生的收益在持续累积,当累积收益落入区间[10000,15000),则需要针对目标业务节点补充扣减的版权信用分为20*0.5=10分,相当于,由于目标业务节点发布了所述目标作品(被认定抄袭),截至目前总共被扣减的信用分达到了20+10=30分。接着,当累积收益落入区间[15000,30000),则需要再次针对目标业务节点补充扣减的版权信用分为20*0.8=16分,相当于,由于目标业务节点发布了所述目标作品(被认定抄袭),截至目前总共被扣减的信用分达到了20+10+16=46分,随着收益的不断累积,目标业务节点因发布抄袭作品所被扣减的版权信用分还会更多。
方式二:针对多个指定周期中每个指定周期,统计该指定周期内,所述目标作品产生的版权收益,作为该指定周期对应的版权收益。对所述多个指定周期分别对应的版权收益求平均值,得到平均版权收益,若所述平均版权收益达到第二指定金额,则根据所述平均版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充减量。其中,确定的版权信用分补充减量与所述平均版权收益正相关。然后,基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量,构建信用补充扣减交易,向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
对于方式二,实际上根据所述目标作品在多个指定周期内的平均收益,决定是否进行信用分补充扣减。
举例来说,可以预设所述第二指定金额为10000元,在所述第二指定金额以上,设置3个金额区间,依次为[10000,15000)、[15000,30000)、[30000,50000],并分别为这3个金额区间分配补充扣减系数0.5、0.8、1。假设目标作品为抄袭作品,由目标作品导致的版权信用分减量为20分,已经被公示于区块链。假设所述指定周期为1个月,可以统计目标业务节点发布所述目标作品后的10个月内,每个月基于所述目标作品产生的收益的平均值为16000元,落入金额区间[15000,30000),相应的补充扣减系数为0.8,可以针对发布所述目标作品的目标业务节点进行信用分补充扣减。假设目标作品为抄袭作品,由目标作品导致的版权信用分减量为20分,那么具体的扣减为,20*0.8=16分。相当于,由于目标业务节点发布了所述目标作品(被认定抄袭),截至目前总共被扣减的信用分达到了20+16=36分。
方式三:监测基于所述目标作品抄袭的原创作品产生的版权收益。根据监测到的版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充减量。其中,确定的版权信 用分补充减量与监测到的版权收益正相关或负相关。然后,基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量,构建信用补充扣减交易,向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
对于方式三,实际上是以所述目标作品抄袭的原创作品产生的版权收益为指标,进行信用分补充扣减,将所述原创作品所蒙受的损失作为参考因素,确定对抄袭所述原创作品的目标业务节点的惩罚力度。具体地,可以规定:所述原创作品的收益越低,所述信用分补充减量越大;也可以规定:所述原创作品的收益越低,所述信用分补充减量越小。
另外,在本说明书实施例中,不仅可以针对发布原创程度较低的作品的目标业务节点进行版权信用分扣减,也可以针对发布原创程度较低高的作品的目标业务节点进行版权信用分激励。
具体地,若所述原创性表征值大于所述第一指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分增量;基于所述节点标识与所述版权信用分增量,构建信用增加交易;向所述区块链网络广播所述信用增加交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用增加交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与所述版权信用分增量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
在本说明书实施例中,所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值大于所述第一指定阈值,就说明所述目标作品的原创程度较高,这是区块链版权业务模式所鼓励的,会导致发布所述目标作品的目标业务节点对应的信用分的增加。目标业务节点对应的信用分的增加,意味着对目标业务节点对应的用户的信用评价提升。
例如,所述第一指定阈值可以是60%,若所述原创性表征值大于60%,说明所述目标作品的原创程度较高。
在本说明书实施例中,所述版权信用分增量是指需要增加的信用分的分值,其通常是一个正值。所述版权信用分减量可以随机确定,也可以根据实际业务需要确定,本领域技术人员很容易想到多种多样的方式,根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分增量。优选地,所述原创性表征值可以与所述版权信用分增量正相关。
本文示例性地提供一种确定所述版权信用分增量的方式如下,本领域技术人员应当理解,这并不构成对本方案的限制。
具体地,若所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值,则将第二指定分值确定为版权信用分增量。其中,所述第三指定阈值大于所述第一指定阈值。此处的业务含义为,所述原创性表征值大于第一指定阈值说明目标作品的原创程度较高,而所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值说明目标作品的原创程度非常高,基本可以认定为原创作品。此时,将目标作品认定为原创作品,并将所述版权信用分增量确定为一个固定的分值(即第二指定分值)。可见,一件作品一旦被认定为原创作品,由该原创作品引发的版权信用分增量可以是一个固定的分值。
若所述原创性表征值不大于所述第三指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分增量。此时,所述原创性表征值与确定的版权信用分增量正相关,且确定的版权信用分增量小于所述第二指定分值。此处的业务含义为,所述原创性表征值虽然大于第一指定阈值,说明原创程度较高,但是没有大于第三指定阈值,说明原创程度没有特别高,不宜认定为原创作品,这种情况下,所述版权信用分增量可以小于第二指定分值,并且,所述原创性表征值越高,版权信用分增量越高。
例如,所述第一指定阈值为60%,所述第三指定阈值可以是80%,若所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值如果介于60%~80%之间,则说明所述目标作品原创程度较高,但是不宜将之认定为原创作品;若所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值如果大于80%,则说明所述目标作品原创程度非常高,可将之认定为原创作品。
更进一步地,当所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值时(即所述目标作品为原创作品时),可以根据所述目标业务节点发布作品的历史表现(例如,所述目标作品已发布的作品中,原创作品的比例),来确定所述版权信用分增量。
具体地,可以确定区块链中对应于所述目标业务节点的已发布作品的数量;若所述数量达到指定数量,则确定所述目标业务节点已发布于区块链的作品中,原创作品所占的比例,作为原创比例;若所述原创比例大于第二指定比例,则根据所述原创比例,确定奖励系数;所述奖励系数不小于1;所述原创比例与所述奖励系数正相关。
其中,所述指定数量和所述第二指定比例都可以根据实际业务需要指定。所述原创比例大于第一指定比例,意味着目标业务节点发布作品的历史表现较好,应当增加对目标业务节点的奖励,因此,确定不小于1的奖励系数,所述原创比例越高,所述奖励系数也越大。
例如,所述目标业务节点已发布至区块链的作品的数量为100,其中,原创性表征 值大于第三指定阈值的作品(即原创作品)的数量为80,则所述原创比例为80%,可以确定相应的奖励系数为1.3。又如,所述目标业务节点已发布至区块链的作品的数量为100,其中,原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值的作品(即原创作品)的数量为60,则所述原创比例为60%,可以确定相应的奖励系数为1.1。此处值得强调,结合前文,一般而言,对于原创比例和抄袭比例,在二者取相同数值的情况下,原创比例对应的奖励系数要小于抄袭比例对应的惩罚系数。
如此,即当所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值时,可以将第二指定分值乘以所述奖励系数,将乘以所述奖励系数后的第二指定分值确定为版权信用分增量,这就实现了增加奖励的目的。
例如,假设目标业务节点向区块链发布所述目标作品之前,已经向区块链发布了99件作品,其中有59件作品是原创作品(即原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值80%的作品)。随后,目标业务节点向区块链发布所述目标作品。确定所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值90%,大于第三指定阈值80%,说明所述目标作品可被认定为原创作品。此时,需要确定版权信用分增量。具体地,首先判断截至目前目标业务节点向区块链发布的作品数量是否达到指定数量(比如指定数量为100),显然已经达到,随后,确定原创比例为60%,相应的奖励系数为1.1。假设第二指定分值为20分,那么所述版权信用分减量为20*1.1=22分。
此外需要说明的是,目标业务节点对应的信用分可以通过对存入区块链的对应于所述目标业务节点的版权信用分增量和版权信用分减量进行合并计算得到。例如,区块链中对应于所述目标业务节点的版权信用分增量有3个,为20、15、10;区块链中对应于所述目标业务节点的版权信用分减量有2个,为20、14。因此,所述目标业务节点对应的信用分为:20+15+10-20-14=11分。
此外,可以基于所述目标业务节点的节点标识、所述版权信用分增量和所述目标作品的作品标识,构建信用增加交易。然后,向所述区块链网络广播所述信用增加交易,使得所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用增加交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识、所述版权信用分增量、所述作品标识之间的对应关系并存入区块链。如此,如下信息也会被公示于区块链:所述版权信用增量是由所述目标作品导致的。
进一步地,可以基于所述目标业务节点的节点标识、所述版权信用分增量、所述目标作品的作品标识、所述原创性表征值,构建信用扣减交易。然后,向所述区块链网络广播所述信用增加交易,使得所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用增加交易共 识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识、所述版权信用分增量、所述作品标识、所述原创性表征值之间的对应关系并存入区块链。如此,如下信息也会被公示于区块链:所述版权信用增量是由所述目标作品导致的,以及所述目标作品的原创程度。
另外,在本说明书实施例中,若所述目标作品是原创作品(原创性表征值小于第三指定阈值),则向所述区块链网络广播所述信用增加交易之后,还可以通过监测基于目标作品产生的收益,以监测到的收益为指标,决定是否进一步增加由所述目标作品导致的版权信用分增量。具体的实施方式至少包括以下两种:
方式一:可以监测基于所述目标作品产生的版权收益;若监测到的版权收益达到第三指定金额,则根据监测到的版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充增量;确定的版权信用分补充增量与监测到的版权收益正相关;基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量,构建信用补充增加交易;向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充增加交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充增加交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
其中,所述版权信用分补充增量的含义为,针对所述版权信用分增量进行的补充,意味着版权信用分的补充增加,其实际上也是版权信用分增量,此处只是为了描述上的区分,将称描述为“补充”。所述信用补充增加交易本质上也是信用增加交易,此处也是为了描述上的区分,将之描述为“补充”。
需要说明的是,所述第三指定金额可以根据业务需要指定。若监测到的收益未达到第三指定金额,说明所述目标作品的累积收益较少,可以不进行信用分的补充增加。
举例来说,可以预设所述第三指定金额为10000元,在所述第三指定金额以上,设置3个金额区间,依次为[10000,15000)、[15000,30000)、[30000,50000],并分别为这3个金额区间分配补充增加系数0.5、0.8、1。假设目标作品为原创作品,由目标作品导致的版权信用分增量为20分,已经被公示于区块链。若经过一段时间,基于所述目标作品产生的累积收益达到10000元,则可以针对发布所述目标作品的目标业务节点进行信用分补充增加。基于所述目标目标作品产生的收益在持续累积,当累积收益落入区间[10000,15000),则需要针对目标业务节点补充增加的版权信用分为20*0.5=10分,相当于,由于目标业务节点发布了所述目标作品(被认定原创),截至目前总共被增加的信用分达到了20+10=30分。接着,当累积收益落入区间[15000,30000),则需要再次针对目标业务节点补充增加的版权信用分为20*0.8=16分,相当于,由于目标业 务节点发布了所述目标作品(被认定原创),截至目前总共被增加的信用分达到了20+10+16=46分,随着收益的不断累积,目标业务节点因发布原创作品所被增加的版权信用分还会更多。
方式二:针对多个指定周期中每个指定周期,统计该指定周期内,所述目标作品产生的版权收益,作为该指定周期对应的版权收益;对所述多个指定周期分别对应的版权收益求平均值,得到平均版权收益;若所述平均版权收益达到第四指定金额,则根据所述平均版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分增量的版权信用分补充增量;确定的版权信用分补充增量与所述平均版权收益正相关;基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量,构建信用补充增加交易;向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充增加交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充增加交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
对于方式二,实际上根据所述目标作品在多个指定周期内的平均收益,决定是否进行信用分补充增加。
举例来说,可以预设所述第四指定金额为10000元,在所述第四指定金额以上,设置3个金额区间,依次为[10000,15000)、[15000,30000)、[30000,50000],并分别为这3个金额区间分配补充增加系数0.3、0.5、0.8。假设目标作品为原创作品,由目标作品导致的版权信用分增量为20分,已经被公示于区块链。假设所述指定周期为1个月,可以统计目标业务节点发布所述目标作品后的10个月内,每个月基于所述目标作品产生的收益的平均值为16000元,落入金额区间[15000,30000),相应的补充增加系数为0.5,可以针对发布所述目标作品的目标业务节点进行信用分补充增加。假设目标作品为原创作品,由目标作品导致的版权信用分增量为20分,那么具体的增加为,20*0.5=10分。相当于,由于目标业务节点发布了所述目标作品(被认定原创),截至目前总共被增加的信用分达到了20+10=30分。
此外,在本说明书实施例中,当所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分低于预设分值时,针对所述目标业务节点执行预设的业务限权操作。其中,本说明书对所述业务限权操作不作具体限定。举例来说,所述业务限权操作可以是禁止目标业务节点向区块链发布作品。
在本说明书实施例中,还可以根据所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分,调整所述目标业务节点对应的用户的综合信用分。
具体地,可以将所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分与所述目标业务节点向区块链发布的作品的数量相除,得到所述目标业务节点对应的修正版权信用分。然后,将所述修正版权信用分提供给综合信用评价方,以便所述综合信用评价方根据所述修正版权信用分和预设的转换规则,将所述修正版权信用分转换成综合信用参考分,并根据所述综合信用参考分,调整所述目标业务节点对应的用户的综合信用分。
其中,本发明中所述的版权信用分是衡量一个人在版权业务领域的信用水平的信用分,而所述综合信用分可以是央行信用分、芝麻信用分等衡量一个人综合信用的信用分。
举例来说,假设目标业务节点对应的版权信用分为250分,目标业务节点共发布版权作品25个,则目标业务节点对应的修正版权信用分为250/25=10分。假设所述转换规则为,1版权信用分=0.5综合信用分,那么,综合信用评价方可以将10分的修正版权信用分转换成5分的综合信用参考分,并据此调整目标业务节点对应的用户的综合信用分。
基于图1所示的基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法,本说明书实施例还对应提供了一种基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的系统,如图2所示,包括:多个区块链节点;
针对每个区块链节点,该区块链节点具有实现图1所示的方法的功能,和/或,参与对所述信用扣减交易的共识验证,对所述信用扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与所述版权信用分减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。

图4示出了本说明书实施例所提供的一种更为具体的计算设备硬件结构示意图,该设备可以包括:处理器1010、存储器1020、输入/输出接口1030、通信接口1040和总线1050。其中处理器1010、存储器1020、输入/输出接口1030和通信接口1040通过总线1050实现彼此之间在设备内部的通信连接。

计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本说明书实施例可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本说明书实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本说明书实施例各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的方法,区块链网络包括若干业务节点,针对每个业务节点,该业务节点具有向区块链发布作品的权限,所述方法包括:
    根据区块链中的已发布作品,对目标业务节点向区块链发布的目标作品进行原创性分析,得到所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值;所述目标业务节点是任一业务节点;所述原创性表征值与所述目标作品的原创程度正相关;
    若所述原创性表征值小于第一指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分减量;
    基于所述目标业务节点的节点标识与所述版权信用分减量,构建信用扣减交易;
    向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与所述版权信用分减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链;
    其中,所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分与对所述目标业务节点对应的用户的信用评价正相关。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分减量,具体包括:
    若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则将第一指定分值确定为版权信用分减量;所述第二指定阈值小于所述第一指定阈值;
    若所述原创性表征值不小于所述第二指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分减量;
    其中,若所述原创性表征值不小于所述第二指定阈值,则所述原创性表征值与确定的版权信用分减量负相关,且确定的版权信用分减量小于所述第一指定分值。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,当所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值时,所述目标作品为抄袭作品;
    若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则在将第一指定分值确定为版权信用分减量之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定区块链中对应于所述目标业务节点的已发布作品的数量;
    若所述数量达到指定数量,则确定所述目标业务节点已发布于区块链的作品中,抄袭作品所占的比例,作为抄袭比例;
    若所述抄袭比例大于第一指定比例,则根据所述抄袭比例,确定惩罚系数;所述惩罚系数不小于1;所述抄袭比例与所述惩罚系数正相关;
    将第一指定分值确定为对应于所述目标业务节点的版权信用分减量,具体包括:
    将所述惩罚系数乘以第一指定分值;
    将乘以所述惩罚系数后的第一指定分值确定为版权信用分减量。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易之后,所述方法还包括:
    监测基于所述目标作品产生的版权收益;
    若监测到的版权收益达到第一指定金额,则根据监测到的版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充减量;确定的版权信用分补充减量与监测到的版权收益正相关;
    基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量,构建信用补充扣减交易;
    向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的方法,若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易之后,所述方法还包括:
    针对多个指定周期中每个指定周期,统计该指定周期内,基于所述目标作品产生的版权收益,作为该指定周期对应的版权收益;
    对所述多个指定周期分别对应的版权收益求平均值,得到平均版权收益;
    若所述平均版权收益达到第二指定金额,则根据所述平均版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充减量;确定的版权信用分补充减量与所述平均版权收益正相关;
    基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量,构建信用补充扣减交易;
    向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的方法,当所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值时,所述目标作品为抄袭作品;
    若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易之后,所述方法还包括:
    监测基于所述目标作品抄袭的原创作品产生的版权收益;
    根据监测到的版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充减量; 确定的版权信用分补充减量与监测到的版权收益正相关或负相关;
    基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量,构建信用补充扣减交易;
    向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    若所述原创性表征值大于所述第一指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分增量;
    基于所述节点标识与所述版权信用分增量,构建信用增加交易;
    向所述区块链网络广播所述信用增加交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用增加交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与所述版权信用分增量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分增量,具体包括:
    若所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值,则将第二指定分值确定为版权信用分增量;所述第三指定阈值大于所述第一指定阈值;
    若所述原创性表征值不大于所述第三指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分增量;
    其中,若所述原创性表征值不大于所述第三指定阈值,则所述原创性表征值与确定的版权信用分增量正相关,且确定的版权信用分增量小于所述第二指定分值。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,当所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值时,所述目标作品为原创作品;
    若所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值,则在将第二指定分值确定为版权信用分增量之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定区块链中对应于所述目标业务节点的已发布作品的数量;
    若所述数量达到指定数量,则确定所述目标业务节点已发布于区块链的作品中,原创作品所占的比例,作为原创比例;
    若所述原创比例大于第二指定比例,则根据所述原创比例,确定奖励系数;所述奖励系数不小于1;所述原创比例与所述奖励系数正相关;
    将第二指定分值确定为对应于所述目标业务节点的版权信用分增量,具体包括:
    将所述奖励系统乘以第二指定分值;
    将乘以所述奖励系数后的第二指定分值确定为版权信用分增量。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的方法,若所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值,则在向所述区块链网络广播所述信用增加交易之后,所述方法还包括:
    监测基于所述目标作品产生的版权收益;
    若监测到的版权收益达到第三指定金额,则根据监测到的版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分增量的版权信用分补充增量;确定的版权信用分补充增量与监测到的版权收益正相关;
    基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量,构建信用补充增加交易;
    向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充增加交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充增加交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的方法,若所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值,则在向所述区块链网络广播所述信用增加交易之后,所述方法还包括:
    针对多个指定周期中每个指定周期,统计该指定周期内,所述目标作品产生的版权收益,作为该指定周期对应的版权收益;
    对所述多个指定周期分别对应的版权收益求平均值,得到平均版权收益;
    若所述平均版权收益达到第四指定金额,则根据所述平均版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分增量的版权信用分补充增量;确定的版权信用分补充增量与所述平均版权收益正相关;
    基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量,构建信用补充增加交易;
    向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充增加交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充增加交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
  12. 如权利要求1或7所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    当所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分低于预设分值时,针对所述目标业务节点执行预设的业务限权操作。
  13. 如权利要求1或7所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分,调整所述目标业务节点对应的用户的综合信用分。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,根据所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分,调整所述目标业务节点对应的用户的综合信用分,具体包括:
    将所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分与所述目标业务节点向区块链发布的作品的数量相除,得到所述目标业务节点对应的修正版权信用分;
    将所述修正版权信用分提供给综合信用评价方,以便所述综合信用评价方根据所述修正版权信用分和预设的转换规则,将所述修正版权信用分转换成综合信用参考分,并根据所述综合信用参考分,调整所述目标业务节点对应的用户的综合信用分。
  15. 一种基于区块链对作品发布者进行信用评价的装置,区块链网络包括若干业务节点,针对每个业务节点,该业务节点具有向区块链发布作品的权限,所述装置包括:
    原创性分析模块,根据区块链中的已发布作品,对目标业务节点向区块链发布的目标作品进行原创性分析,得到所述目标作品对应的原创性表征值;所述目标业务节点是任一业务节点;所述原创性表征值与所述目标作品的原创程度正相关;
    确定模块,若所述原创性表征值小于第一指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分减量;
    信用扣减交易构建模块,基于所述目标业务节点的节点标识与所述版权信用分减量,构建信用扣减交易;
    信用扣减交易广播模块,向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与所述版权信用分减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链;
    其中,所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分与对所述目标业务节点对应的用户的信用评价正相关。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的装置,所述确定模块,若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则将第一指定分值确定为版权信用分减量;所述第二指定阈值小于所述第一指定阈值;若所述原创性表征值不小于所述第二指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分减量;其中,若所述原创性表征值不小于所述第二指定阈值,则所述原创性表征值与确定的版权信用分减量负相关,且确定的版权信用分减量小于所述第一指定分值。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的装置,当所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值时,所述目标作品为抄袭作品;
    所述装置还包括:惩罚系数确定模块,若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则在将第一指定分值确定为版权信用分减量之前,确定区块链中对应于所述目标业务节点的已发布作品的数量;若所述数量达到指定数量,则确定所述目标业务节点已发布于区块链的作品中,抄袭作品所占的比例,作为抄袭比例;若所述抄袭比例大于第一指定比 例,则根据所述抄袭比例,确定惩罚系数;所述惩罚系数不小于1;所述抄袭比例与所述惩罚系数正相关;
    所述确定模块,将所述惩罚系数乘以第一指定分值;将乘以所述惩罚系数后的第一指定分值确定为版权信用分减量。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的装置,所述装置还包括:第一补充扣减模块,若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易之后,监测基于所述目标作品产生的版权收益;若监测到的版权收益达到第一指定金额,则根据监测到的版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充减量;确定的版权信用分补充减量与监测到的版权收益正相关;基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量,构建信用补充扣减交易;向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的装置,所述装置还包括:第二补充扣减模块,若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易之后,针对多个指定周期中每个指定周期,统计该指定周期内,基于所述目标作品产生的版权收益,作为该指定周期对应的版权收益;对所述多个指定周期分别对应的版权收益求平均值,得到平均版权收益;若所述平均版权收益达到第二指定金额,则根据所述平均版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充减量;确定的版权信用分补充减量与所述平均版权收益正相关;基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量,构建信用补充扣减交易;向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
  20. 如权利要求16所述的装置,当所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值时,所述目标作品为抄袭作品;
    所述装置还包括:第三补充扣减模块,若所述原创性表征值小于第二指定阈值,则向所述区块链网络广播所述信用扣减交易之后,监测基于所述目标作品抄袭的原创作品产生的版权收益;根据监测到的版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分减量的版权信用分补充减量;确定的版权信用分补充减量与监测到的版权收益正相关或负相关;基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量,构建信用补充扣减交易;向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充扣减交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充扣减交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充减量之间的对应关 系并存入区块链。
  21. 如权利要求15所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    信用增加模块,若所述原创性表征值大于所述第一指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分增量;基于所述节点标识与所述版权信用分增量,构建信用增加交易;向所述区块链网络广播所述信用增加交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用增加交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与所述版权信用分增量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的装置,所述信用增加模块,若所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值,则将第二指定分值确定为版权信用分增量;所述第三指定阈值大于所述第一指定阈值;若所述原创性表征值不大于所述第三指定阈值,则根据所述原创性表征值,确定版权信用分增量;其中,若所述原创性表征值不大于所述第三指定阈值,则所述原创性表征值与确定的版权信用分增量正相关,且确定的版权信用分增量小于所述第二指定分值。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的装置,当所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值时,所述目标作品为原创作品;
    所述信用增加模块,若所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值,则在将第二指定分值确定为版权信用分增量之前,确定区块链中对应于所述目标业务节点的已发布作品的数量;若所述数量达到指定数量,则确定所述目标业务节点已发布于区块链的作品中,原创作品所占的比例,作为原创比例;若所述原创比例大于第二指定比例,则根据所述原创比例,确定奖励系数;所述奖励系数不小于1;所述原创比例与所述奖励系数正相关;以及,将所述奖励系统乘以第二指定分值;将乘以所述奖励系数后的第二指定分值确定为版权信用分增量。
  24. 如权利要求22所述的装置,所述信用增加模块,若所述原创性表征值大于第三指定阈值,则在向所述区块链网络广播所述信用增加交易之后,监测基于所述目标作品产生的版权收益;若监测到的版权收益达到第三指定金额,则根据监测到的版权收益,确定对应于所述版权信用分增量的版权信用分补充增量;确定的版权信用分补充增量与监测到的版权收益正相关;基于所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量,构建信用补充增加交易;向所述区块链网络广播所述信用补充增加交易,以使所述区块链网络中的多个业务节点对所述信用补充增加交易共识验证通过后,建立所述节点标识与确定的版权信用分补充增量之间的对应关系并存入区块链。

  26. 如权利要求15或21所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    限权模块,当所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分低于预设分值时,针对所述目标业务节点执行预设的业务限权操作。
  27. 如权利要求15或21所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    调整模块,根据所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分,调整所述目标业务节点对应的用户的综合信用分。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的装置,所述调整模块,将所述目标业务节点对应的版权信用分与所述目标业务节点向区块链发布的作品的数量相除,得到所述目标业务节点对应的修正版权信用分;将所述修正版权信用分提供给综合信用评价方,以便所述综合信用评价方根据所述修正版权信用分和预设的转换规则,将所述修正版权信用分转换成综合信用参考分,并根据所述综合信用参考分,调整所述目标业务节点对应的用户的综合信用分。
  29. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1~14任一项所述的方法。
