도 1은 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따른 의류생산장비(예: 전동 재봉기, 전동 원단 재단기 등) 스마트 모니터링 시스템(10)의 개략적인 구성을 나타낸다.
도 1을 참조하면, 의류생산공장에서는 섬유 원단을 디자인 안에 따라 재단하고, 재단된 원단 조각들을 재봉작업으로 이어 붙여 의류를 만든다. 이를 위해, 많은 수의 전동 재봉틀, 전동 원단 재단기 등과 같은 의류생산장비들이 사용된다.
의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 시스템(10)은 예컨대 전동 재봉틀, 전동 원단 재단기 등과 같은 의류생산장비(700)에 설치되는 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100), 서버 컴퓨터(500), 그리고 구동부(600)를 포함할 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따른 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100)의 구성을 나타낸다. 도 4는 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 도 3에 도시된 모듈화 센서-플러그 플랫폼(90)을 도시한다.
도 3 및 4를 참조하면, 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100)는 플랫폼 바디(190), 전력전달부(170), 모듈화 센서부(200), 제어부(300), 모듈화 통신부(400)를 포함할 수 있다.
플랫폼 바디(190)는 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100)를 구성하는 전체 구성요소들(즉, 전력전달부(170), 모듈화 센서부(200), 제어부(300), 모듈화 통신부(400))이 수납, 장착되게 해줄 수 있다. 플랫폼 바디(190)는 자신을 매개로 전체 구성요소들이 유기적으로 결합되어 하나의 장치를 이루도록 해주는 물리적 베이스 내지 하우징의 역할을 할 수 있다. 플랫폼 바디(190)는 예컨대 절연성이 좋은 플라스틱 재질로 만들 수 있다.
전력전달부(170)는 제1 및 제2 전기접속부(150, 160)와 전선로(155)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 전기접속부(150)는 의류생산장비(700)의 구동에 필요한 전력을 제공하는 외부의 전원에 전기적으로 연결되어 외부 전원을 입력받는다. 제2 전기접속부(160)는 의류생산장비(700)에 연결된 전선 말단부(220) 예컨대 플러그와 전기적인 연결을 이루어, 제1 전기접속부(150)를 통해 입력되는 외부 전원을 의류생산장비(700)로 전달하는 통로로 제공된다. 의류생산장비(700)에 연결된 플러그 단자(220)가 삽입되어 전기적인 연결이 이루어질 수 있도록 제2 전기접속부(160)는 예컨대 콘센트 구조로 만들 수 있을 것이다. 제1 및 제2 전기접속부(150, 160)는 전선로(155)를 통해 서로 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
전력전달부(170)는 전선로(155) 상의 소정 지점에 배치되는 전선로 개폐 스위치(165)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이 전선로 개폐 스위치(165)는 후술할 제어부(300)가 제공하는 스위칭 신호에 응하여 전선로(155)를 개폐시키는 역할을 수행할 수 있다.
예시적인 실시예에 따르면, 모듈화 센서부(200)는 여러 가지 다양한 종류의 센서모듈(210-1~210-P), 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P), 그리고 센서모듈 인터페이스(110)를 포함할 수 있다.
복수 개의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)은 각각 소정 대상의 물리적/화학적인 양이나 그 변화를 검출하여 그 검출 데이터를 출력하는 센서일 수 있다. 예컨대 복수 개의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)은 의류생산장비(70)의 사용 전류량, 전압, 또는 전력소비량, 그리고 의류생산공장 내의 온도, 습도, 조도, 압력, 가속도, 소음, 미세먼지 농도, 여러 가지 종류의 가스(CO2, VOC)의 농도 등을 각각 검출할 수 있는 다양한 종류의 센서들의 집합일 수 있다.
예시적인 실시예에 있어서, 제1 센서(200-1)는 전류센서일 수 있다. 이 경우, 제1 센서(200-1)는 예컨대 전원에서 의류생산장비(70)로 전력이 공급되는 전선로(155)를 포위하는 전류변환코일(214)을 포함할 수 있다. 예컨대 그 전류변환코일(214)은 제2 전기접속부(160) 주변에 설치될 수 있다. 이에 의해, 제1 센서(200-1)는 전선로(155)와 플러그 단자(220)를 통해 부하로 공급되는 전류량을 전류변환코일(214)을 통해 검출할 수 있다. 외부전원의 전압은 기지값일 수 있고, 의류생산장비(70)에 공급되는 전류량을 알면 전력 소비량도 산출할 수 있을 것이다.
복수 개의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)은 서로 물리적으로 독립된 형태로 구성될 수 있다. 즉, 각 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)은 물리적으로 서로 별개의 하우징 내지 케이스에 장착된 구조로 구성될 수 있다. 따라서 사용자의 필요에 따라 복수 개의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P) 전체 중에서 원하는 것을 취사선택하여 모듈화 센서부(200)의 센서로 구성할 수 있다.
센서모듈(210-1~210-P)들과 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)은 사용자가 원하는 센서모듈을 장착슬롯에 용이하게 탈 부착할 수 있는 방식으로 구성될 수 있다.
복수 개의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P) 각각에는 각 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)과의 전기적인 접속을 이룰 수 있도록 접속핀(212)들이 바깥으로 노출되게 마련될 수 있다. 각 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)의 접속핀(212)들의 배열 형태는 표준화하여 서로 동일하게 구성할 수 있다. 이처럼 복수 개의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)들의 접속핀(212)들의 배열 형태가 센서모듈의 종류의 상관없이 동일하면, 후술하는 복수의 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)들 중 아무런 장착슬롯에나 장착시킬 수 있으므로 오장착의 문제가 생길 여지가 없어질 수 있다.
복수의 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)은 복수 개의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)이 필요에 따라 장착되거나 이탈될 수 있는 구조로 구성될 수 있다. 즉, 탈착가능하게 장착될 수 있다. 복수의 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)은 플랫폼 바디(190)의 외면에 노출되게 마련될 수 있다. 복수의 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P) 각각에는 접속단자공들이 마련되어 있다. 각 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)의 접속단자공들은 서로 동일한 형태로 배열되는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 각 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)의 접속단자공들은 각 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)의 접속핀(212)들과 동일한 배열로 마련될 필요가 있다. 즉, 접속핀(212)들과 접속단자공들이 센서모듈 및 센서모듈 장착슬롯의 종류나 위치에 상관없이 동일한 배열을 가지면, 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)들을 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)의 위치에 상관없이 장착할 수 있는 편리함이 있다. 사용자는 필요에 따라 원하는 센서모듈을 선택하여 복수의 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P) 중 비어있는 것이라면 아무 장착슬롯에나 장착할 수 있다.
센서모듈 인터페이스(110)는 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)에 각각 장착되는 각 센서모듈을 제어부(300)에 구별 가능하게 전기적으로 연결시켜준다. 즉, 각 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)의 접속단자들과 제어부(300)의 대응되는 포트들을 전기적으로 연결시켜준다.
위와 같은 모듈화 센서부(200)에 의하면, 사용자는 확보되어 있는 여러 가지 종류의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)들 중에서 원하는 센서모듈만을 선택하여 비어있는 임의의 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)에 장착할 수 있다. 이에 의해, 원하는 센서모듈만으로 구성된 모듈화 센서부(200)를 구성할 수 있다.
예시적인 실시예에 따르면, 모듈화 통신부(400)는 복수의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M), 복수의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M), 그리고 통신모듈 인터페이스(130)를 포함할 수 있다. 모듈화 통신부(400)도 모듈화 센서부(200)와 동일한 개념으로 구성될 수 있다. 즉, 사용자가 원하는 통신방식을 지원하는 통신모듈만을 선택하여 비어있는 임의의 통신모듈 장착슬롯에 장착하기만 하면 통신부가 구성될 수 있는 개념의 구성을 갖는다.
복수의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)은 서로 물리적으로 독립된 형태로 구성될 수 있다. 따라서 사용자의 필요에 따라 복수의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M) 중에서 원하는 것만을 선택하여 모듈화 통신부(400)의 통신수단을 구성할 수 있다. 복수의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M) 각각은 서로 다른 통신방식으로 외부와 통신을 수행할 수 있는 통신수단을 포함한다. 즉, 각 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)의 통신수단은 물리적으로 서로 별개의 하우징 내지 케이스에 장착된 구조로 구성될 수 있다. 여기서, 각 통신모듈의 통신수단은 현재 알려진 통신방식을 지원하는 통신수단뿐만 아니라 장래에 개발되는 통신방식을 지원하는 통신수단일 수 있다.
복수의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M) 각각에는 각 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)과의 전기적인 접속을 이룰 수 있도록 접속핀(412)들이 바깥으로 노출되게 마련될 수 있다. 각 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)의 접속핀(412)들의 배열 형태는 표준화하여 서로 동일할 수 있다. 이처럼 복수의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)들의 접속핀(412)들의 배열 형태가 통신모듈의 종류의 상관없이 동일하면, 후술하는 복수의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)들 중 아무 장착슬롯에나 장착시킬 수 있으므로 오장착의 문제가 생길 여지가 없어진다.

복수의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)은 플랫폼 바디(190)의 외면에 노출되게 마련될 수 있다. 복수의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M) 각각에는 접속단자공들이 마련되어 있다. 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M) 각각의 접속단자공들은 서로 동일한 형태로 배열되는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 각 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)의 접속단자공들은 각 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)의 접속핀(412)들과 동일한 배열로 마련될 필요가 있다. 즉, 접속핀(412)들과 접속단자공들이 센서모듈 및 센서모듈 장착슬롯의 종류나 위치에 상관없이 동일한 배열을 가지면, 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)들을 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)의 위치에 상관없이 장착할 수 있는 편리함이 있다. 사용자는 필요에 따라 원하는 통신모듈을 선택하여 복수의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M) 중 비어있는 것이라면 아무 장착슬롯에나 장착할 수 있다.
통신모듈 인터페이스(130)는 복수의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)에 장착되는 각 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)을 제어부(300)에 구별 가능하게 전기적으로 연결시켜줄 수 있다. 즉, 각 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)의 접속단자들과 제어부(300)의 대응되는 포트들을 전기적으로 연결시켜준다.
위와 같은 모듈화 통신부(400)에 의하면, 사용자는 확보되어 있는 여러 가지 종류의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)들 중에서 원하는 통신모듈만을 선택하여 비어있는 임의의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)에 장착할 수 있다. 이에 의해, 원하는 통신모듈만으로 구성된 모듈화 통신부(400)를 구성할 수 있다. 예컨대, 의류생산공장의 통신환경을 고려하여, 지원되는 통신방식에 맞는 하나 이상의 통신모듈을 선택하여 모듈화 통신부(400)를 구성할 수 있다.
예시적인 실시예에 따르면, 복수의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)이 지원하는 통신방식은 예컨대 NFC, WiFi, 블루트스, UWB, IrDA, 지그비, RF 등의 단거리 무선 통신; GMS, Radio modem, WSSM, 위성통신, 단파통신 등의 장거리 무선 통신; 그리고 유선통신 등을 포함할 수 있다. 모듈화 통신부(400)는 이들 통신방식 중 어느 한 가지를 지원하는 하나의 통신모듈을 포함하거나 또는 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100)가 설치되어 운용되는 환경에 적합한 복수의 통신방식을 지원하는 복수의 통신모듈을 포함할 수 있다.
복수의 통신모듈로 구성하는 경우, 그 통신모듈 간에 작동 우선순위를 미리 설정해 둠으로써, 선순위 통신모듈이 우선적으로 작동하게 할 수 있다. 제어부(300)는 복수의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)에 장착된 그 복수의 통신모듈을 미리 정해진 우선순위에 따라 자동으로 선택하여 작동하도록 제어할 수 있다. 즉, 선순위 통신모듈을 자동으로 선택하여 작동하도록 제어하고, 선순위 통신모듈이 작동 불가 시에 그의 후순위 통신모듈이 작동하도록 제어할 수 있다. 예컨대 모듈화 통신부(400)가 3개의 통신모듈을 포함하는 경우, 제어부(300)는 1순위 통신모듈이 우선적으로 작동하도록 제어하고, 그 1순위 통신모듈이 작동하지 않는 경우 그것의 후순위 통신모듈이 순서에 따라 작동하도록 제어할 수 있다.
모듈화 통신부(400)는 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)에 장착된 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)에서 측정된 신호정보를 후술할 외부의 서버 컴퓨터(500)로 전달할 수 있다. 또한, 모듈화 통신부(400)는 서버 컴퓨터(500)가 신호정보를 처리한 후 회송해주는 신호를 수신하여 구동부(600) 또는 제어부(300)로 전달하거나 자체적으로 통신부에서 처리해야할 명령신호를 처리할 수 있다.
제어부(300)는 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)에 장착되는 한 개 또는 복수 개의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2,..., 210-P)을 자동으로 인식할 수 있다. 그리고, 제어부(300)는 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)에 장착된 센서모듈이 정상적으로 작동하여 센싱 신호정보를 생성할 수 있도록 제어할 수 있다. 또한, 제어부(300)는 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)에 장착되는 한 개 또는 복수 개의 통신모듈을 자동으로 인식할 수 있다. 그리고, 제어부(300)는 센서모듈이 측정한 센싱 신호정보를 후술할 서버 컴퓨터(500) 및/또는 구동부(600)에 전송되도록 제어할 수 있다.
제어부(300)는 플랫폼 바디(190)에 설치되고 데이터 저장 및 프로그램 실행 능력을 갖는 자원을 이용하여 구현될 수 있다. 제어부(300)는 요구되는 환경 및 사양 수준에 따라 단일 또는 복수의 프로세서로 구현될 수 있다. 제어부(300)는 예컨대 아두이노, 라즈베리 파이 등과 같은 마이크로프로세서, 마이크로 콘트롤러 유닛(MCU), CPU와 메모리 등과 같이 다양한 처리장치를 하나 또는 복수 개를 이용하여 확장할 수 있는 모듈화 구조로 구성될 수 있다. 제어부(300)는 이러한 처리장치로 소정의 내장 프로그램을 실행하여 제어를 수행할 수 있다.
센서모듈 인터페이스(110)의 도선들(115-1, 115-2, ..., 115-P)은 제어부(300)를 구성하는 처리장치의 서로 다른 포트들에 각각 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 통신모듈 인터페이스(130)의 도선들(135-1, 135-2, ..., 135-M)들도 마찬가지로 제어부(300)를 구성하는 처리장치의 서로 다른 포트들에 각각 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
이와 같은 연결을 통해, 제어부(300)를 구성하는 예컨대 마이크로 콘트롤러의 각 포트에 연결되는 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)과 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)의 종류를 식별하여 인식할 수 있다. 즉, 제어부(300)는 복수의 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)에 장착되는 한 개 이상의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)을 자동으로 인식하여 정상적으로 구동하도록 해줄 수 있다. 나아가, 장착된 한 개 이상의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)이 생성한 센싱정보를 제공받아 메모리에 저장하고, 추후 그 저장된 센싱정보에 관한 처리를 수행할 수 있다.
제어부(300)는 또한, 복수의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)에 장착되는 한 개 이상의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)을 자동으로 인식하여 정상적으로 구동하도록 해줄 수 있다. 또한, 메모리에 저장해둔 센싱정보를 소정의 자동 인식된 통신모듈을 통해 외부로 전송되도록 제어할 수 있다.
센서모듈의 자동 인식 및 구동을 위해, 각 센서모듈에는 고유의 식별정보를 저장해두고, 이에 대응하여 제어부(300)에는 모듈화 센서부(200)를 구성하는 전체 센서모듈들의 식별정보와 각각의 구동 프로그램이 저장될 수 있다. 마찬가지로, 통신모듈의 자동 인식 및 구동을 위해, 각 통신모듈에는 고유의 식별정보를 저장해두고, 이에 대응하여 제어부(300)에는 모듈화 통신부(400)를 구성하는 전체 통신모듈들의 식별정보와 각각의 구동 프로그램이 저장될 수 있다.
제어부(300)의 처리장치는 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)에 어떤 센서모듈이 장착되면 해당 장착슬롯에 대응되는 포트에 나타나는 전압을 모니터링하여 센서모듈의 장착 사실을 인지할 수 있다. 제어부(300)의 처리장치는 센서모듈 인터페이스(110)를 통해 그 장착슬롯에 연결된 센서모듈과 통신을 하여 그 센서모듈로부터 그것의 식별정보를 제공받을 수 있다. 제어부(300)의 처리장치는 제공받은 식별정보를 자신에 등록되어 있는 센서모듈 식별정보 리스트와 비교함으로써 그 센서모듈의 종류를 자동으로 식별할 수 있다. 제어부(300)의 처리장치는 그 식별된 센서모듈의 드라이버 프로그램을 실행할 수 있다. 이에 의해, 제어부(300)의 처리장치는 그 장착된 센서모듈이 측정한 신호정보를 정상적으로 수집하여 제어부(300)로 제공할 수 있도록 제어할 수 있다.
마찬가지로, 제어부(300)의 처리장치는 통신모듈 인터페이스(130)와 연결된 임의의 포트에 나타나는 전압을 모니터링 하여 임의의 통신모듈이 어떤 통신모듈 장착슬롯에 새로이 장착된 사실을 인지할 수 다. 그리고, 제어부(300)의 처리장치는 그 장착된 통신모듈과 통신하여 제공받은 식별정보를 기 등록된 통신모듈 식별정보 리스트와 비교함으로써 그 장착된 통신모듈의 종류를 자동으로 식별할 수 있다. 또한, 제어부(300)의 처리장치는 그 식별된 통신모듈의 드라이버 프로그램을 실행하여 그 장착된 통신모듈이 정상적인 통신기능을 수행할 수 있도록 제어할 수 있다. 복수의 통신모듈이 한꺼번에 장착되는 경우, 제어부(300)는 그 장착된 통신모듈들을 그들의 작동 우선순위에 따라 작동하도록 제어할 수 있다.
제어부(300)는 또한, 서버 컴퓨터(500)에서 처리하여 피드백해주는 신호가 모듈화 통신부(400)를 통하여 수신되면, 그 수신된 신호를 해당 통신모듈로부터 전달받을 수 있다. 그 전달받은 신호의 최종 목적지가 구동부(600) 또는 모듈화 센서부(200)이면, 제어부(300)는 그 신호가 해당 최종 목적지로 전달되도록 제어할 수 있다. 예컨대, 한 개 이상의 통신모듈이 수신하여 전달하는 전선로(155)의 개폐에 관한 제어신호에 기초하여, 제어부(300)는 스위칭 신호를 생성하여 전선로 개폐 스위치(165)에 제공할 수 있다.
위와 같은 구성의 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100)에 따르면, 센서모듈들(210-1, 210-2, ...,210-P)과 통신모듈들(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)을 제외한 나머지 구성요소들 즉, 플랫폼 바디(190), 전력전달부(170), 제어부(300), 복수의 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)과 센서모듈 인터페이스(110), 복수의 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)과 통신모듈 인터페이스(130)는 복수의 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)과 복수의 통신모듈(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M)에 대하여 센서-플러그 플랫폼으로서 기능할 수 있다.
사용자는 모듈화 센서부(200)의 다양한 센서모듈들(210-1, 210-2, ...,210-P)과 모듈화 통신부(400)의 다양한 통신모듈들(410-1, 410-2, ..., 410-M) 중에서 원하는 센서모듈과 통신모듈을 선택하여 플랫폼 바디(190)에 마련된 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)과 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)의 빈 곳에 각각 장착할 수 있다. 이에 의해, 사용자는 자신이 원하는 모듈화 센서부(200)와 모듈화 통신부(400)를 구성할 수 있다. 따라서 모니터링 대상과 지원되는 통신방식 등을 고려하여 거기에 가장 적합하게 센서 복합형 스마트 플러그를 구성할 수 있다. 이 때, 제어부(300)는 센서모듈 장착슬롯(120-1, 120-2, ..., 120-P)과 통신모듈 장착슬롯(140-1, 140-2, ..., 140-M)에 장착된 센서모듈과 통신모듈이 어떤 종류의 것인지를 자동으로 식별하여 거기에 맞는 드라이버 프로그램을 실행할 수 있다. 이렇게 함으로써, 제어부(300)는 장착된 센서모듈과 통신모듈이 정상적으로 동작되도록 지원, 제어할 수 있다. 사용자는 필요에 따라 기 구성된 센서모듈과 통신모듈을 자유롭게 제거하거나 다른 센서모듈이나 통신모듈로 교체할 수도 있다. 제어부(300)는 그 때마다 제거된 것과 새로이 장착되는 것을 자동식별하고 정삭동작이 이루어지도록 지원, 제어할 수 있다.
플랫폼 바디(190)에는 외부에서 제어부(300)로 제어신호를 유선방식으로 주고받을 수 있는 제어신호 연결포트(180)가 마련될 수도 있다.
다시 도 1을 참조하면, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100)로부터 센서모듈(210-1, 210-2, ..., 210-P)의 검출신호를 수신하여 분석할 수 있다. 그 분석 결과에 기초하여, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 특정 사안에 관한 판단 및 의사결정을 하는 등과 같은 소정의 처리를 할 수 있다. 나아가, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 그 판단 및 의사결정의 결과에 기초하여, 의류생산공장의 설비(비도시) 또는 의류생산장비(700)의 구동 및/또는 제어 등이 필요한 경우에는, 해당 설비나 의류생산장비(700)의 구동부(600)로 직접적으로 또는 모듈화 통신부(400)를 통해 간접적으로 필요한 구동신호 또는 제어신호를 제공할 수 있다. 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 시스템(10)을 구성하는 스마트 모니터링 장치(100), 서버 컴퓨터(500), 그리고 구동부(600) 간의 동작은 닫힌 피드백 루프(closed feedback loop) 방식으로 수행될 수 있다.
이와 같은 처리와 동작을 수행하기 위해, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 필요한 데이터 처리를 수행하기 위한 컴퓨터 장치와 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100)의 통신부(400) 및 구동부(600)와 통신을 위한 통신부(비도시)를 포함할 수 있다. 서버 컴퓨터(500)의 컴퓨터 장치는 예컨대 클라우드 서버 컴퓨팅 장치 또는 포그 컴퓨팅 장치로 구현될 수 있다. 네트워크 연결 범용 컴퓨터 또는 클라우드 서버 컴퓨팅 장치 상에 룰 베이스 알고리즘, 머신러닝 등을 포함한 인공지능 알고리즘을 반영하여 구현한 인공지능 서버 컴퓨터, 또는 포그 컴퓨팅 기술을 적용한 서버 컴퓨터 등의 다양한 처리수단을 단독 또는 복수로 활용하여 서버 컴퓨터(500)를 구현할 수 있다.
서버 컴퓨터(500)는 자체의 통신부를 통해 단일 또는 복수의 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100)로부터 센싱 데이터를 수집하여 저장할 수 있다. 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 그 센싱 데이터에 대한 소정의 처리를 수행하며, 처리 과정을 거쳐 단위작업의 완료 여부에 관한 판단, 작업환경에 관한 판단, 필요한 조치 등에 관한 의사 등을 결정할 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 의류생산공장 스마트 모니터링 시스템(50)의 개략적인 구성을 나타낸다.
도 2를 참조하면, 의류생산공장에서는 섬유 원단을 디자인안에 따라 재단하고, 재단된 원단 조각들을 재봉작업으로 이어붙여 의류를 만들기 위한 다수의 전동 재봉틀, 전동 원단 재단기 등과 같은 의류생산장비들(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)이 설치되어 사용된다.
의류생산공장 스마트 모니터링 시스템(50)은 의류생산장비들(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)의 근처에 설치되는 다수의 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)와, 이들과 통신가능하게 연결되는 서버 컴퓨터(500), 그리고 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N) 및 서버 컴퓨터(500)와 통신가능하게 연결되는 구동부(600-1, 600-2, ..., 600-N)를 포함할 수 있다.
의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)는 도 1에서 설명하였듯이 모듈화 센서부(200-1, 200-2, ..., 200-N), 제어부(300), 그리고 통신부(400-1, 400-2, ..., 400-N)를 포함할 수 있다. 모듈화 센서부(200-1, 200-2, ..., 200-N)들 각각은 서로 동일한 센서모듈 또는 서로 다른 종류의 센서모듈을 포함할 수 있다. 마찬가지로 통신부(400-1, 400-2, ..., 400-N)들도 각각 서로 동일한 통신모듈 또는 서로 다른 종류의 통신모듈을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)의 통신부(400-1, 400-2, ..., 400-N) 또는 구동부(600-1, 600-2, ..., 600-N)와 통신할 수 있다. 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 복수의 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)로부터 센싱 신호를 동시 또는 순차적으로 제공받아 소정의 처리를 수행할 수 있다. 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 다수 개의 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)를 각각 독립적으로 또는 통합하여 제어할 수 있다. 예컨대 다수의 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)를 제어함에 있어서, 제어 순서에 관한 의사결정을 하는 처리 알고리즘을 서버 컴퓨터(500)에 반영할 수 있다. 예컨대, 다양한 부하를 가지는 다수의 의류생산장비들 중에서 인공지능 또는 관리자 룰 베이스의 알고리즘 상 장비의 부하가 큰 장비를 우선하여 제어하도록 의가결정을 할 수 있다.
예시적인 실시예에서, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 의류생산장비의 작업 패턴에 관한 학습된 신경망 모델이 구축되어 있을 수 있다. 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 각 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)로부터 수신되는 의류생산장비들(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)의 전류량 또는 전력소비량 데이터의 패턴을 기 구축된 학습된 신경망 모델에 기초하여 분석할 수 있다. 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 또한 그러한 분석을 통해 의류생산장비(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)별로 소정의 단위 작업을 완료하였는지 여부에 관한 판단 데이터를 생성할 수 있다. 이 판단 데이터는 의류생산장비들(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)의 사용 전류량 또는 전력소비량 측정 데이터를 이용하여 생성할 수 있다. 나아가, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 생성된 사용 전류량 또는 전력소비량 기반 판단 데이터에 기초하여, 후술하는 소정의 후처리를 수행할 수 있다.
구동부(600-1, 600-2, ..., 600-N)는 서버 컴퓨터(500) 또는 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)의 통신부(400-1, 400-2, ..., 400-N)로부터 받은 의사결정 신호, 구동 제어신호 등에 기초하여 의류생산공장 내의 소정의 설비의 구동기 또는 의류생산장비(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)에 대한 적절한 구동을 수행할 수 있다. 예컨대 구동부(600)는 릴레이에 대한 구동신호 출력 등을 통해 예컨대, 의류생산장비의 가동속도, 전원 On/Off, 가동시간, 부수조건 조정 등 장비의 작동 환경을 제어하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 출력수단을 통한 알람 출력(문자전송, 경고등 점등 등), 소정 목적지로 신호 전송, 소정의 액추에이터의 작동, 데이터 시연, 온도/습도/조도 등의 제어, 공조기 구동 제어 등과 같은 다양한 방식들 중 적어도 일부의 방식으로 구동기를 구동 제어할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 구동부(600)는 운용자, 관리자, 사용자 등에게 적절한 정보를 제공하거나 또는 설비/장비나 시스템을 제어하여 최적 또는 안전 수준으로 장비/설비 및 시스템이 운영될 수 있도록 제어할 수 있다.
다음으로, 도 2와 같은 의류생산공장 스마트 모니터링 시스템(50)을 이용하여 의류생산공장을 스마트 모니터링 하는 방법을 설명한다. 도 5는 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 신경망 알고리즘을 이용한 작업 패턴 분석을 수행하는 절차를 나타낸다.
의류생산공장 스마트 모니터링 방법은 의류생산장비(700)의 작업 패턴에 관한 학습된 신경망 모델을 서버 컴퓨터(500)에 구축하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 예시적인 실시예에서, 의류생산공장에 대한 스마트 모니터링을 통해 얻어지는 데이터의 분석은 의류생산장비의 작업 패턴에 관한 학습된 신경망 모델을 이용하여 수행할 수 있다. 학습된 신경망 모델(70)은 미리 생성하여 서버 컴퓨터(500)에 구축할 수 있다.
이를 위해, 신경망 알고리즘을 학습시킬 샘플 데이터를 확보하여(S10) 필요한 소정의 전처리(노이즈 제거, 아날로그 신호의 디지털 데이터로의 변환 등)를 수행할 수 있다(S20). 샘플 데이터는 예컨대, 의류생산장비(700)의 사용 전류량 또는 소비전력량에 관한 데이터일 수 있다. 그 밖에 의류생산공장의 작업환경 등에 관한 다양한 측정 데이터를 더 포함할 수 있다. 전처리된 샘플 데이터로부터 의류생산장비(700)의 소정의 단위작업 완료에 해당하는 패턴을 추출할 수 있다. 그 패턴은 예컨대 작업자가 의류생산장비(700)를 이용하여 소정의 단위작업을 완료하는 데 사용된 전류량 또는 소비 전력량의 패턴일 수 있다. 추출한 패턴을 이용하여 패턴 인식 알고리즘을 구현할 수 있다(S40). 이를 통해 의류생산장비의 작업 패턴에 관한 학습된 신경망 모델(70)을 구축할 수 있다(이에 관한 자세한 사항은 후술할 도 6에 관한 설명 참조). 구현된 신경망 모델(70)의 패턴 인식 알고리즘을 이용하여 의류생산장비의 생산량 등을 산출할 수 있다(S50).
도 6은 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 서버 컴퓨터에서 신경망을 이용하여 단위작업 패턴에 관한 신경망 학습 모델을 생성하는 과정을 나타낸다.
도 6을 참조하면, 단위작업 패턴에 관한 신경망 학습 모델(70)을 이용한 학습 알고리즘은 우선 단위작업 패턴에 관한 학습데이터에 대하여 라벨링 및 분류 작업을 수행한다. 이를 위한 학습 절차는 다음과 같다.
우선 단위작업 패턴에 관한 학습데이터를 준비하여 그것을 서버 컴퓨터(500)에 입력한다(S110). 여기서, '단위작업'이란 예컨대 소정의 두 원단을 이어붙이기 위한 박음질 작업처럼 특정 의류를 생산하는 데 필요한 의류생산장비(700)를 이용한 작업을 의미한다. '단위작업 패턴'이란 의류생산장비(700)를 이용하여 그러한 단위작업을 수행할 때 나타나는 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량의 패턴을 의미한다. 예컨대 파이선 코딩을 이용하여 MySQL 서버에서 그 학습 데이터를 입력받을 수 있다.
학습 데이터의 라벨링 및 분류를 위해, 창 사이즈와 창 이동 스텝 사이즈를 설정할 수 있다(S120). 창 사이즈와 창 이동 스텝 사이즈는 최대 단위작업시간을 기준으로 해당 단위작업 패턴을 완전히 포함할 수 있도록 정할 수 있다.
다음으로, 설정된 스텝 사이즈만큼 창을 이동시키면서 학습 데이터를 라벨링하여 분류할 수 있다. 단위작업 패턴이 창 내에서 전부 확인되면 단위작업 완료를 의미하는 '1'로 분류하고, 그렇지 않으면 단위작업 미완료를 의미하는 '0'으로 분류할 수 있다(S130).
이와 같은 라벨링 분류 작업이 완료되면, 라벨링하여 분류된 데이터로 신경망(70)을 이용한 학습을 실시하여 학습된 신경망 모델을 생성할 수 있다(S140).
예시적인 실시예에서, 의류생산공장 스마트 모니터링 방법은 의류생산공장 내 의류생산장비들(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)에 설치된 스마트 모니터링 장치들(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)이 시간 경과에 따라 측정한 의류생산장비들(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)의 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 데이터를 수집하여 서버 컴퓨터(500)에 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 의류생산장비 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)를 이용하여 의류생산장비(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)의 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량, 작업환경 데이터 등을 측정하여 서버 컴퓨터(500)로 전송하는 과정을 나타낸다.
도 7을 참조하면, 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N) 각각의 전류센서(210-1)는 설치된 의류생산장비(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)의 전류량 또는 전력량을 실시간으로 측정할 수 있다. 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N) 각각의 모듈화 센서부(200-1, 200-2, ..., 200-N)는 작업환경 데이터 등을 실시간으로 측정할 수 있다(S210). 다만, 측정의 목적상 실시간 또는 실시간에 준하는 정도의 측정을 수행하는 것이 바람직하다.
스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N) 각각의 제어부(300)는 센서들이 측정한 데이터를 수집할 수 있다(S220).
그리고 제어부(300)는 그 수집된 측정 데이터를 통신부(400-1, 400-2, ..., 400-N)를 통해 서버 컴퓨터(500)로 전송할 수 있다(S230).
이러한 측정과 전송은 주기적으로 또는 임의의 시간마다 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 측정, 수집 및 전송(S110, A120, S130)은 주기적으로 수행되거나 또는 임의의 시간마다 혹은 서버 컴퓨터(500)의 요청에 응하여 수행될 수도 있다(S240).
예시적인 실시예에서, 의류생산공장 스마트 모니터링 방법은, 서버 컴퓨터(500)에서, 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)로부터 수신된 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 데이터의 패턴을 미리 구축한 학습된 신경망 모델(70)에 기초하여 분석할 수 있다. 그리고 해당 의류생산장비들(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-3)의 단위작업의 완료 여부에 관한 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 기반 판단 데이터를 생성할 수 있다. 나아가, 생성된 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 기반 판단 데이터에 기초하여, 소정의 후처리를 수행할 수 있다.
이와 관련하여, 도 8은 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 서버 컴퓨터(500)에서 신경망 학습 모델(70)을 이용하여 의류생산장비들(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-3)의 단위작업 완료 여부에 관한 판단 과정 및 작업환경 데이터를 함께 이용한 다양한 후처리 과정을 나타내는 흐름도이다.
스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)들이 실시간으로 측정하여 전송해주는 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 데이터를 분석하여 단위 작업의 완료 여부를 판단하기 위해서는, 우선 앞서 생성한 단위작업 패턴에 관한 학습된 신경망 모델을 서버 컴퓨터(500)에 구축할 수 있다(S310). 구축된 신경망 모델의 성능을 검증하기 위해 테스트용으로 데이터 분석을 수행할 수도 있다. 사용 전류량에 관한 입력 데이터를 필터링하여 학습된 신경망 모델에 입력하고, 그것의 출력을 확인할 수 있다. 이를 통해 그 모델의 정확도를 판단하고 성능 개선을 위한 후속조치를 취할 수 있을 것이다.
신경망 모델의 성능 향상을 위한 방안으로, 의류생산라인에서 정상적인 생산라인 가동 전에 시험제작실에서 각 단위작업의 소비전력을 계산하여 신경망 노드에 입력할 수 있다. 이렇게 함으로써 전류소모 패턴을 이용한 의류생산라인에서의 단위작업 패턴 분석 시, 단위작업당 소비전력을 함께 계산하도록 하여 단위작업 패턴 인식의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있다. 다른 방안으로, 단위작업 분석 시, 우선적으로 해당 단위작업에 소모되는 전력량을 계산하고, 특정 단위작업에 대하여 해당 전력량만큼 전력이 투입되었을 시 신경망을 이용한 머신러닝 기법으로 단위작업 분석 결과를 검증할 수도 있다.
학습된 신경망 모델이 서버 컴퓨터(500)에 구축되면, 서버 컴퓨터(500)은 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)들이 실시간으로 측정하여 전송해주는 신규 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 데이터를 수신할 수 있다(S320).
그리고 그 수신된 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 데이터의 패턴을 학습된 신경망 모델에 입력하여 분석할 수 있다(S60 또는 S330). 분석 시, 앞서 설명한 입력 데이터의 패턴 분석용 창의 사이즈와 창 이동 스텝 사이즈를 설정할 수 있다(S70). 입력 데이터에 대하여 그 설정된 창을 스텝 사이즈만큼씩 이동시켜가면서 패턴을 분석할 수 있다. 이러한 분석을 통해 단위작업의 완료 여부를 판단할 수 있다. 시간의 흐름에 따라 단위작업의 완료 시점, 완료 빈도 등에 관한 데이터를 생성할 수 있다(S330).
도 9는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 의류생산장비(700)의 단위 작업의 완료 여부에 관한 전류량 패턴 학습 데이터의 라벨링 기준을 예시한다.
도 9 참조하면, 예컨대 소정의 단위작업을 완료하기 위해서 의류생산장비(700)가 도 9의 (b)에 도시된 것과 같은 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량의 패턴을 보일 수 있다. 즉, 이 패턴은 데이터 포인트 인덱스 175-200 사이, 230-270 사이, 그리고 290-330 사이의 3군데에서 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량이 갑자기 크게 증가하는 패턴이다. 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량이 갑자기 크게 증가하는 패턴이 도 9의 (a)와 (d)는 2군데뿐이고, (c)는 1군데뿐이므로, 해당 단위작업이 완료되지 않은 것으로 판단할 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 도 9의 학습된 신경망 모델을 이용하여 의류생산장비의 사용 전류량(또는 전력 소비량)의 실시간 측정 데이터에 대하여 단위작업의 완료 여부를 판단하는 방법을 예시한다.
도 10을 참조하면, (a)와 같은 특정 의류생산장비(700)의 사용 전류량(또는 전력 소비량)의 실시간 측정 데이터가 학습된 신경망 모델(70)에 입력되는 것으로 가정할 수 있다. 학습된 신경망 모델(70)에서는, 이 입력 데이터에 대하여 기 설정된 사이즈의 패턴 분석용 창(80)을 기 설정된 창 이동 스텝 사이즈만큼씩 이동시켜가면서 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량의 패턴을 분석할 수 있다. 창(80)을 이동시킨 상태에서, 그 창(80) 내에서 단위작업(예컨대 소정의 원단조각 이음 박음질 작업)의 완료를 의미하는 패턴이 존재하면 즉, 도 9의 (b)와 같은 패턴이 존재하면, 그때의 창(80) 위치에 대응하여 예컨대 '1'의 값을 부여할 수 있다. 단위작업 완료에 해당하는 패턴이 그 창(80) 내에 존재하지 않으면, 그 때의 창(80)의 위치에 대응하여 예컨대 '0'의 값을 부여할 수 있다. 이런 방법으로, 입력된 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 패턴 데이터(도 10의 (a) 참조)를 분류하여 단위작업 완료 여부에 관한 판단 데이터를 생성할 수 있다(도 10의 (b) 참조).
이러한 과정을 통해 얻어진 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 기반 단위작업 완료 판단 데이터가 확보되면, 그것을 활용하여 여러 가지 다양한 후처리를 수행할 수 있다(S340).
예시적인 실시예에 따르면, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 단위 작업의 완료 여부에 관한 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 기반 판단 데이터에 기초하여, 의류생산라인에서의 의류 생산량과 생산된 의류의 개당 생산시간 데이터를 산출할 수 있다. 나아가, 그 산출된 데이터를 이용하여 생산라인의 가동 상태에 관해 평가 데이터를 생성할 수 있다. 이러한 데이터를 활용하여 생산성 향상, 단위작업의 효율적인 수행, 전체 작업과의 원활한 조정 등을 수행할 수 있다.
예시적인 실시예에 따르면, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)들로부터 수집된 사용 전류량 또는 소비 전력량 패턴이 소정의 문턱값 범위를 벗어나는 비정상 패턴을 보이는지를 모니터링할 수 있다. 비정상 패턴을 보일 때, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 고장 발생을 예방하기 위한 알람을 출력할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 예컨대 K-Means, Gaussian Mixture Model 등 클러스터링 알고리즘을 이용할 수 있다. 의류생산장비(700-1, 700-2, ..., 700-N)에 장착된 스마트 모니터링 장치(100-1, 100-2, ..., 100-N)로부터 수집된 사용 전류량 패턴이 서버 컴퓨터(500)에 저장되어 분석된 기존의 일반적인 패턴의 기준치 이상으로 상이한 비정상 패턴을 보일 때에는, 서버 컴퓨터(500)는 장비 운용자 또는 관리자에게 알람 경고음 또는 전시, 휴대폰 메시지 등을 통하여 경고를 주거나 해당 의류생산장비의 가동을 중단하는 등의 조치를 취할 수 있다. 이를 통해 의류생산장비들의 고장발생을 최소화할 수 있다.
