- the amount of current of an irradiated electron beam is as low as about nano to picoampere, so that the electron beam hardly burns the resin layer. That is, even if the resin layer is left in the scintillator, the resin layer is not burned by the electron beam, and a pinhole does not occur in the adjacent metal layer. Therefore, in the present disclosure, the scintillator 1 is configured to include the resin layer 6.

The interval between the measurement lines is, for example, approximately 5 ⁇ m.
- ⁇ In addition to the above measurement method, it is also possible to calculate an estimated value of the thickness from the film weight of the fluorescent layer 2. For example, in the case of a product to be shipped, it is not possible to measure the film thickness by shaving the fluorescent layer 2, so the above estimated value is calculated.
- the average film thickness (estimated value) of the fluorescent layer 2 is calculated by calculating the film thickness of the top surface (the thickest portion of the layer) of the fluorescent layer 2 from the weight per unit area of the fluorescent layer 2, and calculating the fluorescent layer 2 from the film thickness. Abstract
Description

以上のようにして塗布液を調整し、塗布液の液量は400ml(240ml+60ml+10ml+30ml+60ml)となった。
以上のようにして塗布液を調整し、塗布液の液量は400ml(300ml+30ml+10ml+30ml+60ml)となった。
