Abstract
La présente invention concerne une structure habitable environnementalement durable, de construction légère, souple, modulaire et simple, ainsi qu'un procédé de construction de ladite structure avec des matériaux recyclables ; la nouvelle invention proposant un nouveau mécanisme de support à dés implantés dans des terrains plats ou des terrains irréguliers sans nécessiter d'excavation, sans remblayages, sans soutènements et sans imperméabilisations ; qui diminue les effets d'affaissements postérieurs ou d'humidités du sol communs sur terrains plats; et avec son propre assemblage modulaire utilisant des éléments tendeurs, des écrous, des colonnes métalliques, des moyens de fixation aux dés implantés et des mécanismes d'exploitation d'énergies propres, la réutilisation d'eaux grises et d'eaux de pluie, la domotique, la gestion de déchets solides, la couverture et les murs verts.
