Abstract

La presente solicitud se relaciona con una estructura habitable ambientalmente sostenible, de construcción liviana, flexible, modular y sencilla, así como un método de construcción de las misma estructura con materiales reciclables; donde la nueva invención propone un nuevo mecanismo de soporte con dados incrustados en terrenos planos o terrenos irregulares sin requerir excavación, sin rellenos, sin contenciones y sin impermeabilizaciones; que disminuye los efectos de asentamientos posteriores o humedades del suelo comunes en terrenos planos; y con su propio ensamble modular utilizado tensores, tuercas, columnas metálicas, medios de sujeción a los dados incrustados y mecanismos de aprovechamiento de energías limpias, reutilización de aguas grises y aguas de lluvia, domótica, manejo de residuos sólidos, cubierta y muros verdes
