Abstract
一种环保节能房屋,它的外墙采用保温装饰复合板,房上有太阳能集热器,在保温装饰复合板中有光伏电池;集热器管路连接换热器,换热器经水管路分别连接供暖装置、热水器和贮水池。本实用新型能够在不使用外来能源的情况下,使建筑物本身自给自足,实现热水供给、取暖、发电、照明、制冷、通风换气、污水利用等功能。将现有的自然能源,在充分利用的基础上,更加合理的组合,使建筑物美观实用,得到舒适的居住和工作环境。减少了边远地区传输电能的费用及输电损失,节约大量取暖费和电费。对无电、无取暖设施、少水的边防、沙漠、草原、灾区、边远农村、学校、野外等居住场所的人们,在生活质量方面有很大的提高。节约能源、无二氧化碳排放、无污染,有助环境改善。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑技术领域,具体涉及一种环保节能房屋。
二、背景技术
现有房屋建筑都需要有配套的能源支持,这些能源支持均取自电网、热力网等公共能源系统。建设这些能源系统需要铺设大型网络,要有较大的投资;在能量的传送与转换过程中也需要耗费大量公共能源,制造很多环境污染。在人们居住和工作环境要求较高的今天,怎样才能尽可能的减少污染、节约能源、充分利用无污染、无排放资源,如风能、太阳能、地下水能源来保护环境是当今世界面临的课题。
目前对太阳能、风能等的利用还很有限,现今普遍使用的几种新型能源产品:如太阳能热水器只用来一般洗浴和冬季北方漱洗;冬、夏季地源热泵空调耗能极大;光伏电池受安装位置和占用面积影响,不能充分使用。
怎样用建筑物本身使新材料、新技术得到充分利用,使其不仅达到美观实用的效果,而且节能环保,同时使风、光、电、水得到最大程度的利用,是本实用新型所要解决的课题。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不需要公共网络提供能源支持的环保节能房屋,以实现节省能源,减少排放。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:环保节能房屋的外墙采用保温装饰复合板,房上有太阳能集热器。在保温装饰复合板中有光伏电池;太阳能集热器的介质管路连接换热器,换热器经水管路分别连接供暖装置和热水器。
房屋设有贮水池,保存剩余热水,以供使用需要。换热器通过水泵连通贮水池。太阳能集热器所采集的热量经管路传入换热器中,集热器中的液体介质将换热器内的水加热后给至供暖装置取暖和热水器使用热水,流经换热器后的低温液体,经管路回到集热器,如此循环将热能传至换热器中。换热器剩余热量通过水泵传至贮水池得以保存和应用。水泵及室内用电取自光伏电池或风力发电机。
本实用新型还包括空气净化装置、节水装置和风力发电机。
环保节能房屋主要是利用自然、无污染能源,并根据建筑所需进行有效地组合。
本实用新型能够在不使用外来能源(如外接电网、热网)的情况下,使建筑物本身自给自足,实现热水供给、取暖、发电、照明、制冷、通风换气、污水利用等功能。将现有的自然能源,在充分利用的基础上,更加合理的组合,使建筑物美观实用,得到舒适的居住和工作环境。减少了边远地区传输电能的费用及输电损失,节约大量取暖费和电费。对无电、无取暖设施、少水的边防、沙漠、草原、灾区、边远农村、学校、野外等居住场所的人们,在生活质量方面有很大的提高。节约能源、无二氧化碳排放、无污染,有助环境改善。

五、具体实施方式
环保节能房屋的外墙贴有保温装饰复合板7,房上有太阳能集热器1,保温装饰复合板7中(特别是在向阳墙面)装有光伏电池3。太阳能集热器1的液体介质管路接入换热器,换热器的水管路分别连接供暖装置5、热水器和贮水池8。自来水注入换热器后加热,使用时通过自来水压力将热水顶出,补进自来水,顶出热水做洗浴等应用。当供暖装置5和热水器不需要热量的时候,将热量通过换热器经泵给贮水池8内的水循环加热,做到太阳能热量贮存。在夜晚无太阳时,贮水池8贮存的热水通过供暖装置5,循环散热达到取暖目的。换热器取热可用温控开关或手动控制。贮水池8是大型保温水池,它有一周防水墙9,外面有保温层10,水池上面有防水保温盖11。
室内及水泵用电均取自太阳能光伏电池发电。具体装置是将镶有光伏电池3的保温装饰复合板7,安装在房屋墙面,以南侧墙面为最佳。根据所需电压串联或并联后,接入调压稳流装置,接入用电器和蓄电池,能满足一般照明等用电需要。在小电量用电的房屋,不需外来供电。在没有外来供电的条件下,如需大功率用电,可安装小型风力发电机6,形成光电互补,提供稳定电压。
本实用新型的节水装置4是将洗漱、洗涤水过滤后存于储水器中,用于冲洗厕所,使一水多用。
通风过滤器2能够完成空气过滤净化,通热风(冬季)、通冷风(夏季)等功能。
本实用新型可由工厂制做成模块,现场安装,方便快捷。

1.一种环保节能房屋,它的外墙采用保温装饰复合板(7),房上有太阳能集热器(1),其特征是:保温复合装饰板(7)中装有光伏电池(3);太阳能集热器(1)介质管路连接换热器,换热器的水管路分别连接供暖装置(5)和热水器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能房屋,其特征是:它还设有贮水池(8),换热器水管路经水泵连接贮水池(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能房屋,其特征是:它还包括空气净化装置(2)、节水装置(4)和风力发电机(6)。
