Un élément de conversion de couleur (4) est pourvu d'un substrat (41) et d'une partie de conversion de couleur (43) disposée sur le substrat (41), la partie de conversion de couleur (43) présentant une première partie fluorescente (44) disposée sur la surface principale du substrat (41), et des secondes parties fluorescentes (46) divisées à un intervalle prédéterminé le long du substrat (41) à l'intérieur de la première partie fluorescente (44), la première partie fluorescente (44) comprenant un premier matériau inorganique (442) constitué au moins d'un premier luminophore (premières particules de luminophore (441)) pour convertir la lumière ayant une longueur d'onde prédéterminée en lumière ayant une autre longueur d'onde, et les secondes parties fluorescentes (46) comprenant une pluralité de seconds luminophores (secondes particules de luminophore (461)) pour convertir la lumière ayant une longueur d'onde prédéterminée en lumière ayant une longueur d'onde plus longue que la lumière résultante provenant du premier luminophore.
