Definitions
- the present application relates to the technical field of medical devices, and in particular, to a nasopharyngeal stent for stopping belching.
- OSAHS short for obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, refers to apnea and hypoventilation caused by upper airway collapse and obstruction during sleep, accompanied by snoring, disturbance of sleep structure, frequent occurrence Symptoms such as decreased blood oxygen saturation and daytime sleepiness.
- OSAHS has a high incidence and great harm, which is closely related to multiple systemic fatal diseases.
- the narrow structure or easy collapse of the upper airway is the root cause of OSAHS.
- OSAHS accounts for up to 70% of the population is OSA (obstructive sleep apnea). Divided into four types according to the obstruction site:
- Type I The narrow part is above the nasopharynx (nasopharynx, nasal cavity);
- Type II stenoses in the oropharynx (soft palate and tonsils / uvulla level);
- Type III The stenosis is in the hypopharynx (root of tongue, level of epiglottis);
- Type IV Narrow stenosis or more than two stenosis.
- CPAP continuous positive pressure ventilation non-surgical therapy
- the tube is thick and long, and it is inconvenient to turn over; the volume is heavy, it needs to be plugged in, the line is too many, and the travel is inconvenient; the cleaning and disinfection of the tube and mouth and nose mask are troublesome, and inadequate disinfection may cause upper respiratory infection
