技术领域
本申请涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于止鼾的鼻咽支架。
背景技术
OSAHS,即阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome)的缩写,是指睡时上气道塌陷阻塞引起的呼吸暂停和通气不足、伴有打鼾、睡眠结构紊乱、频繁发生血氧饱和度下降、白天嗜睡等病征。OSAHS发病率高、危害大,与全身多个系统致死性疾病密切相关。上气道结构狭小或易于塌陷是OSAHS的根本原因。OSAHS中占比高达70%的人群为OSA(阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停)。按阻塞部位分为四型:
I型:狭窄部位在鼻咽以上(鼻咽、鼻腔);
II型:狭窄部位在口咽部(软腭和扁桃体/悬雍垂水平);
III型:狭窄部位在下咽部(舌根,会厌水平);
IV型:以上部位均有狭窄或有两个以上部位狭窄。
而上述II型和III型占比最高。当睡觉时身体处于放松状态,那部分组织会下垂,压迫你的呼吸道,使其变得狭窄,引起呼吸障碍(比如打鼾等)。一夜之中多次停止呼吸,从而导致各种健康问题。
对于OSA患者,目前治疗方法分为手术治疗和非手术治疗。手术治疗情况复杂,风险大,易复发。因此,公认的首选是佩戴呼吸机的持续正压通气非手术治疗(CPAP),治疗的分型范围广,效果好。但患者对呼吸机治疗的依从性不足50%,从而大量患者不愿意治疗。主要原因是:
佩戴不舒适:正压通气刺激气道,呼气困难;面部佩戴附件后易产生幽闭恐惧感;风机和管路气流噪音干扰睡眠;头戴压迫头部,容易不适。
使用不方便:管路粗大长,翻身不便;体积重量较大,需要插电,管路电线多,差旅携带不便;管路和口鼻面罩清洗消毒麻烦,消毒不到位可能导致上呼吸道感染;每次 使用需要纯净水加湿。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种佩戴舒适的用于止鼾的鼻咽支架。
根据本发明实施例的用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,包括鼻管,所述鼻管为软体鼻管,所述鼻管包括中段管体、连接管体和后段管体,所述连接管体为弯管,所述中段管体和所述后段管体通过所述连接管体连通,所述中段管体设有多个第二网状通孔。
根据本发明实施例的用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,由于鼻管是软体鼻管,鼻管的中段管体上设有多个第二网状通孔,通过第二网状通孔可以让吸入的空气与鼻腔内壁及黏膜充分接触,起到润湿和清洁空气的作用,因此,本发明实施例的鼻咽支架佩戴舒适。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述后段管体上设有多个第四网状通孔。通过在后段管体上设置第四网状通孔,使得鼻咽支架佩戴更加舒适。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述连接管体上设有多个第三网状通孔。通过在连接管体上设置第三网状通孔,使得鼻咽支架佩戴更加舒适。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括球囊,所述球囊为软体球囊,所述球囊与所述后段管体的末端连通,所述球囊设有通孔。当鼻咽支架插入鼻咽通道直至球囊到达人体悬雍垂(软腭)时,由于软体球囊的软硬度合适,可以发生微小变形,能够承受悬雍垂(软腭)处的自然压力,球囊足以将该处的气道塌陷支撑开,通过球囊上的通孔,使得气道畅通,有利人体气体吸入和呼出,有效地起到止鼾。

根据本发明实施例的用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,由于鼻管1是软体鼻管,鼻管1的中段管体12上设有多个第二网状通孔120,通过第二网状通孔120可以让吸入的空气与鼻腔内壁及黏膜充分接触,有助于鼻腔内壁及粘膜润湿、清洁所吸入空气,因此,本发明实施例的鼻咽支架佩戴舒适。
如图3和图4所示,根据本发明的一些实施例,后段管体14上设有多个第四网状通孔140。通过在后段管体14上设置第四网状通孔140,使得鼻咽支架佩戴更加舒适。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述连接管体13上设有多个第三网状通孔(图中未示出)。通过在连接管体13上设置第三网状通孔,使得鼻咽支架佩戴更加舒适。
如图1-图4所示,根据本发明的一些实施例,括球囊2,球囊2为软体球囊,球囊2与后段管体14的末端连通,球囊2设有通孔21。当鼻咽支架插入鼻咽通道直至球囊2到达人体悬雍垂(软腭)时,由于软体球囊2的软硬度合适,可以发生微小变形,能够承受悬雍垂(软腭)处的自然压力,球囊2足以将该处的气道塌陷支撑开,通过球囊2上的通孔21,使得气道畅通,有利人体气体吸入和呼出,有效地起到止鼾。
如图3和图4所示,根据本发明进一步的一些实施例,球囊2设有多个第一网状通孔20。通过球囊上的第一网状通孔20,使得鼻咽支架佩戴更加舒适。
如图1-图3所示,根据本发明的一些实施例,鼻咽支架包括挡片4,挡片4连接在中段管体12上。通过设置挡片4,可以阻止鼻咽支架插入鼻咽通道后继续向前进入。
图5所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,中段管体12包括第一中段管体121、第二中段管体122,连接管体13包括第一连接管体131和第二连接管体132、后段管体14包括第一后段管体141和第二后段管体142,其中,第一中段管体121和第一后段管体141通过第一连接管体131连通,第二中段管体122和第二后段管体142通过第二连接管体132连通,第一连接管体131和第二连接管体132均为弯管状;挡片4包括第一挡片41和与第一挡片41相连的第二挡片42,第一挡片41和第二挡片42分别连接在第一中段管体121上和第二中段管体122上。第一后段管体14和第二后段管体142的末端均连接一个球囊2,球囊2上设有通孔21和第一网状通孔20。
如图4所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,鼻咽支架还包括挡片4,鼻管1还包括前段管体11,前段管体11与中段管体12连通,前段管体11上设有外螺纹,挡片4上设有内螺纹,挡片4通过内螺纹与外螺纹配合套接在前段管体11上。由于鼻管1的前段管体11上设置有外螺纹,挡片4上设置有内螺纹,挡片4通过内螺纹和外螺纹配合套接在鼻管1上,这样,通过旋转挡片4,就可以调节挡片4在鼻管1的前段管体11上的位置,使鼻管1的有效长度适应不同人的不同长度的鼻咽通道,以便撑开人体气道,使得气道通畅。
如图6所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,前段管体11包括第一前段管体111和第二前段管体112,中段管体12包括第一中段管体121、第二中段管体122,连接管体13包括第一连接管体131和第二连接管体132、后段管体14包括第一后段管体141和第二后段管体142,其中,第一前段管体111和第二前段管体112均设有外螺纹,第一中段管体121和第一后段管体141通过第一连接管体131连通,第二中段管体122和第二后段管体142通过第二连接管体132连通,第一连接管体131和第二连接管体132均为弯管状;挡片4包括第一挡片41和第二挡片42,第一挡片41和第二挡片42均设有内螺 纹;第一挡片41和第二挡片42通过内螺纹与外螺纹配合分别套接在第一前段管体111和第二前段管体112上。第一后段管体14和第二后段管体142的末端均连接一个球囊2,球囊2上设有通孔21和第一网状通孔20。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,其特征在于,包括:
    鼻管,所述鼻管为软体鼻管,所述鼻管包括中段管体、连接管体和后段管体,所述连接管体为弯管,所述中段管体和所述后段管体通过所述连接管体连通,所述中段管体设有多个第二网状通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,其特征在于:所述后段管体上设有多个第四网状通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2中任意一项所述的用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,其特征在于:所述连接管体上设有多个第三网状通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,其特征在于,还包括球囊,所述球囊为软体球囊,所述球囊与所述后段管体的末端连通,所述球囊设有通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,其特征在于,所述球囊设有多个第一网状通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,其特征在于,还包括挡片,所述挡片连接在所述中段管体上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,其特征在于,所述中段管体包括第一中段管体、第二中段管体,所述连接管体包括第一连接管体和第二连接管体、所述后段管体包括第一后段管体和第二后段管体,其中,所述第一中段管体和所述第一后段管体通过所述第一连接管体连通,所述第二中段管体和所述第二后段管体通过所述第二连接管体连通,所述第一连接管体和所述第二连接管体均为弯管状;所述挡片包括第一挡片和与所述第一挡片相连的第二挡片,所述第一挡片和所述第二挡片分别连接在所述第一中段管体上和所述第二中段管体上。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,其特征在于,还包括挡片,所述鼻管还包括前段管体,所述前段管体与所述中段管体连通,所述前段管体上设有外螺纹,所述挡片上设有内螺纹,所述挡片通过所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹配合套接在所述前段管体上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于止鼾的鼻咽支架,其特征在于,所述前段管体包括第一前段管体和第二前段管体,所述中段管体包括第一中段管体、第二中段管体,所述连接管体包括第一连接管体和第二连接管体、所述后段管体包括第一后段管体和第 二后段管体,其中,所述第一前段管体和所述第二前段管体均设有所述的外螺纹,所述第一中段管体和所述第一后段管体通过所述第一连接管体连通,所述第二中段管体和所述第二后段管体通过所述第二连接管体连通,所述第一连接管体和所述第二连接管体均为弯管状;所述挡片包括第一挡片和第二挡片,所述第一挡片和所述第二挡片均设有所述内螺纹;所述第一挡片和所述第二挡片通过所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹配合分别套接在所述第一前段管体和所述第二前段管体上。
