Description
本发明电缆线装置技术领域,具体为一种多层防护电缆运输装置。
电缆作为信息、信号、电力的传输载体,被越来越广泛地应用,线缆行业是继汽车产业后的第二大产业。电缆常常是按圈或盘的方式交付的,对于工业用电缆,通常绕放在电缆盘具上,随着电缆盘具一起交付给用户。目前的电缆运输装置功能过单一,不能满足客户的大多数需求,如运输装置在装车是过程麻烦,圆柱形的电缆盘在运输及装卸方面都不方便,工人在野外使用电缆盘是还要手动收存,增加了个人了额外劳动力。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种多层防护电缆运输装置,以解决电缆运输装车麻烦,装卸不方便,收放需要人工完成的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种多层防护电缆运输装置,包括框体,所述框体的上方通过螺栓固有用盖板,且框体前后两侧敞口,所述盖板的左右两侧的内部分别设置有放置孔,放置孔的内部活动连接有固定销,所述框体的底部固定安装有电动机,且电动机的一端通过传动轴连接有传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮通过链条与位于框体中央位置的转轴相连接,所述转轴上对称设置有滚轮,且滚 轮与框体之间有一定距离,所述滚轮靠近框体一侧的表面开设有第一固定孔,所述第一固定孔的正对面的框体的内部开设有第二固定孔,所述框体的底部设置有承载板,且承载板的下部固定焊接有液压伸缩杆,所述液压伸缩杆远离承载板的一侧固定连接有车体,所述车体左侧设置有推手,且推手下部焊接有支撑杆,支撑杆的另一侧焊接在车体上。
优选的,所述滚轮的边缘处设置有防护垫,且滚轮与转轴之间焊接连接。
优选的,所述转轴位于两侧滚轮的中间处的表面上设置有凹槽。
优选的,所述框体外部的传动齿轮、链条及转轴的表面安装有安全防护箱,且安全防护箱与框体之间可拆式连接,转轴远离链条的一端设置有防护罩。
优选的,所述承载板通过设置在框体底部的滑槽中的滑块与框体之间滑动连接。
优选的,所述车体的底部设置万向轮。
本发明提供了一种多层防护电缆运输装置,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过设置框体,承载板,电动机,液压伸缩杆,当装置需要装车是,液压伸缩杆升起,将装置顶到车厢的位置,拉动框体,框体在承载板滑块的作用下很轻松的卸载到车厢上,当装置需要收放电缆是,启动电动机就可控制装置轻松完成收放,解决了电缆运输装车麻烦,装卸不方便,收放需要人工完成的问题。
(2)本发明通过设置固定销,第一固定孔,第二固定孔,当装 置在运输或不使用的时候,可以通过固定销,第一固定孔及第二固定孔把滚轮与框体之间固定在一起,防止滚轮在框体内部自由转动,造成线缆的松散。
(3)本发明通过安全防护箱及防护罩的设置,可以有效的防止装置在运输及使用过程中对装置本身及工作人员的伤害。
(4)本发明车体的设置可以方便装置的运输,而且车体可以循环使用,在野外也有很好的用途。

如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种多层防护电缆运 输装置,包括框体1,框体1的上方通过螺栓17固有用盖板16,且框体1前后两侧敞口,盖板16的左右两侧的内部分别设置有放置孔9,放置孔9的内部活动连接有固定销13,框体1的底部固定安装有电动机4,且电动机4的一端通过传动轴5连接有传动齿轮6,传动齿轮6通过链条11与位于框体1中央位置的转轴3相连接,转轴3位于两侧滚轮2的中间处的表面上设置有凹槽10,凹槽10的设置可以更方便电缆在卷收时的固定,转轴3上对称设置有滚轮2,滚轮2的边缘处设置有防护垫15,且滚轮2与转轴3之间焊接连接,滚轮2与框体1之间有一定距离,滚轮2靠近框体1一侧的表面开设有第一固定孔14,第一固定孔14的正对面的框体1的内部开设有第二固定孔8,固定销13、第一固定孔14及第二固定孔8的设置可以在装置运输过程中更好的固定滚轮2,防止滚轮2的自由转动,框体1外部的传动齿轮6、链条11及转轴3的表面安装有安全防护箱12,且安全防护箱12与框体1之间可拆式连接,转轴3远离链条11的一端设置有防护罩7,防护罩7及安全防护箱12的设置可以防止装置在工作过程中对人员造成不必要的危害,框体1的底部设置有承载板18,且承载板18的下部固定焊接有液压伸缩杆19,承载板18通过设置在框体1底部的滑槽24中的滑块25与框体1之间滑动连接,液压伸缩杆19远离承载板18的一侧固定连接有车体20,车体20左侧设置有推手22,且推手22下部焊接有支撑杆23,支撑杆23的另一侧焊接在车体20上,车体20的底部设置万向轮21。
使用时,当装置需要收放电缆线时,通过电动机4带动链条11 及转轴3转动,使装置实现自动收放电缆线的目的,节省了人工的劳动量,滚轮2外部设置的框体1可以有效的防止雨水及太阳对电缆的侵蚀,当装置在运输或不使用的时候,可以通过固定销13,第一固定孔14及第二固定孔8把滚轮2与框体1之间固定在一起,防止滚轮2在框体1内部自由转动,造成线缆的松散,承载板18及液压伸缩杆19的设置可以使装置更加轻松的运输到需要装车的车厢中,大大节省了人力及其他机型的使用。
综上可得,本发明通过设置框体1,电动机4,链条11,转轴3,承载板18,液压伸缩杆19,解决了电缆运输装车麻烦,装卸不方便,收放需要人工完成的问题。

- 一种多层防护电缆运输装置,包括框体(1),其特征在于:所述框体(1)的上方通过螺栓(17)固有用盖板(16),且框体(1)前后两侧敞口,所述盖板(16)的左右两侧的内部分别设置有放置孔(9),放置孔(9)的内部活动连接有固定销(13),所述框体(1)的底部固定安装有电动机(4),且电动机(4)的一端通过传动轴(5)连接有传动齿轮(6),所述传动齿轮(6)通过链条(11)与位于框体(1)中央位置的转轴(3)相连接,所述转轴(3)上对称设置有滚轮(2),且滚轮(2)与框体(1)之间有一定距离,所述滚轮(2)靠近框体(1)一侧的表面开设有第一固定孔(14),所述第一固定孔(14)的正对面的框体(1)的内部开设有第二固定孔(8),所述框体(1)的底部设置有承载板(18),且承载板(18)的下部固定焊接有液压伸缩杆(19),所述液压伸缩杆(19)远离承载板(18)的一侧固定连接有车体(20),所述车体(20)左侧设置有推手(22),且推手(22)下部焊接有支撑杆(23),支撑杆(23)的另一侧焊接在车体(20)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多层防护电缆运输装置,其特征在于:所述滚轮(2)的边缘处设置有防护垫(15),且滚轮(2)与转轴(3)之间焊接连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多层防护电缆运输装置,其特征在于:所述转轴(3)位于两侧滚轮(2)的中间处的表面上设置有凹槽(10)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多层防护电缆运输装置,其特征在于: 所述框体(1)外部的传动齿轮(6)、链条(11)及转轴(3)的表面安装有安全防护箱(12),且安全防护箱(12)与框体(1)之间可拆式连接,所述转轴(3)远离链条(11)的一端设置有防护罩(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多层防护电缆运输装置,其特征在于:所述承载板(18)通过设置在框体(1)底部的滑槽(24)中的滑块(25)与框体(1)之间滑动连接。
