- the medical seal device is inserted from the top of the face down to the bottom of the cone.
- the support force acts from the bottom of the face up to the face, supporting it in the direction of lifting the sagging tissue up.
- the lifting effect is higher than the medical seal device of the present invention because the medical seal device inserts a thread from the bottom of the face upward, and thus the bearing force of the cone acts from the top of the face down to the face. not big.
- the needle 40 or 41 connected to the medical thread that comes out of the skin is inserted into the tissue through the incision site or the suture insert 4.
- the needle 40 or 41 and the medical seal are then pulled out of the skin through the tissue in the opposite direction of the cone 30 to pull the barbs out of the tissue. Finally, cut the thread out of the skin with scissors.
- a reverse thread 17 or 27 is provided in the extension portion 10a or 20a, and the medical thread provided with the forward barb 12 and It is possible to increase the bearing capacity in the direction opposite to the bearing force generated in the tissue between the medical thread provided with the forward barb and the medical thread provided with the reverse barb.
- the tissue lifted by the extension where the reverse barbs are generated serves to anchor the tissue so that it does not fall down.
- the needle may be both a straight needle 40 or a curved needle 41, and the needle may be inserted upward or may be sutured to generate a support portion.
- the medical thread device of the present invention has a force for lifting the skin is a point (cone), line (medical thread or suture provided with a forward barb) and cotton (medical thread or suture and a reverse barb provided with a forward barb) The space between the sutures is transmitted to the tissue, thereby reducing the likelihood of recesses.
