Claims (17)
- 一种商品交易的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:线下交易系统获取用户的标识信息;基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品;将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,以便用户在线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品包括:向所述线上交易系统发送查询请求,所述查询请求携带所述用户的标识信息;接收所述线上交易系统基于所述用户的标识信息返回的查询结果;基于所述查询结果,确定所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户包括:确定所述线下交易系统的本地商品库中存在所述未完成交易的商品时,将所述本地商品库中的所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户包括:通过所述线下交易系统的显示屏将所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息展示给所述用户;或者,通过所述线上交易系统将所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息发送给所述用户的用户端,以供展示给所述用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:获取所述未完成交易的商品在所述线上交易系统和所述线下交易系统上的交易差值并提供给所述用户,以便所述用户基于所述交易差值完成所述交易。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:获取所述用户的授权指令,所述授权指令用于表示所述用户授权进行所述交易;基于所述授权指令和所述交易差值,向所述线上交易系统发起进行所述交易的请 求。

- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,获取用户的标识信息包括:采集位于所述线下交易系统的图像采集区域的用户的人脸图像,以确定所述用户的标识信息;或者,与用户的用户端发生交易时,获取所述用户的账号信息,作为所述用户的标识信息;或者,获取用户通过所述线下交易系统的自助查询终端输入的人脸图像以确定所述用户的标识信息;或者,获取用户通过所述线下交易系统的自助查询终端输入的账号信息,作为所述用户的标识信息。
- 一种商品交易的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:线上交易系统接收线下交易系统发送的查询请求,所述查询请求携带用户的标识信息;基于所述用户的标识信息,查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品,以便将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,使用户在所述线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:将所述未完成交易的商品发送给所述线下交易系统,以供查询所述线下交易系统的本地商品库中是否存在所述未完成交易的商品。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:将所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息发送给所述用户的用户端,以供展示给所述用户。
- 一种商品交易的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:获取模块,用于获取用户的标识信息;查询模块,用于基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线 上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品;提示模块,用于将线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,以便用户在线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
- 一种商品交易的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:接收模块,用于接收线下交易系统发送的查询请求,所述查询请求携带用户的标识信息;查询模块,用于基于所述用户的标识信息,查询所述用户在线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品,以便将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提示给所述用户,使用户在所述线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
