技术领域
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种商品交易的处理方法、装置及设备。
背景技术
电子商务是以信息网络技术为手段,以商品交换为中心的商务活动,也可理解为在互联网、企业内部网和增值网上以电子交易方式进行交易活动和相关服务的活动。
基于此,用户可通过访问电子商务网站或者移动电子设备客户端的相关应用软件进行线上购物。但是,当线上所购商品处于未发货、配送中等未完成交易的状态而用户又急需时,就需要到线下实体店中购买。
因此,需要一种线上购物与线下购物相互关联的商品交易的处理方案。
发明内容
本说明书实施例提供一种商品交易的处理方法、装置及设备,用以解决现有技术线上购物与线下购物相互独立,导致的购物不便问题。

本说明书实施例提供一种商品交易的处理方法,包括:
线下交易系统获取用户的标识信息;
基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品;
将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,以便用户在线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
可选的,基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品包括:
向所述线上交易系统发送查询请求,所述查询请求携带所述用户的标识信息;
接收所述线上交易系统基于所述用户的标识信息返回的查询结果;
基于所述查询结果,确定所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品。
可选的,将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户包括:

正如背景技术部分陈述的,当用户需要使用线上所购商品,而该商品又处于未发货、 配送中等未完成交易的状态时,就需要用户到线下商店中进行线下购买,但对于用户而言,从数量众多的线下商店、以及线下商店的众多商品中查找出该线上所购商品是一件非常繁琐、不便的事情;或者,当用户在线下商店购物且线下商店有用户线上所购的未完成交易的商品时,若用户能在线下顺便将该物品带走,则将有效提高用户的购物效率,但由于现有技术中线上购物和线下购物之间相互独立,因此,用户难以及时得知线下商店是否有该商品,也无法在线下顺便将该物品带走,导致购物效率受到影响。
基于此,本发明提供一种商品交易的处理方法,本方法在用户线下购物时,基于线下交易系统和线上交易系统的交互,查询用户线上订单中未完成交易的商品,进而确定线下交易系统的本地商品库中是否存在该未完成交易的商品;若是,则将线下交易系统中该未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给用户,以供用户确定是否在线下完成该未完成交易的商品的交易。与现有技术中线下购物与线上购物相互独立的方案相比,能有效建立线上订单与线下商品之间的关联关系,进而为用户线下查找、线下提取线上未完成交易的商品提供便利。
其中,线上购物一般是指网上购物,即通过互联网检索商品信息,并通过电子订购单发出购物请求,然后填上私人支票帐号或信用卡的号码,厂商通过邮购的方式发货,或是通过快递公司送货上门。线下购物为相对于线上购物的购物行为,其一般是指在实体商店进行的购物行为。线上订单中未完成交易的商品一般是指用户未签收的商品,包括:未发货的商品、配送中的商品等等。
下面对本发明的应用场景进行示例性说明。
参见图1a,第一种应用场景中可以包括:图像采集装置116、线下交易装置113、本地商品库115、线上交易装置111、线上订单库114以及用户终端112;其中,图像采集装置116、线下交易装置113和本地商品库115为线下交易系统的部分装置;线上交易装置111和线上订单库114为线上交易系统的部分装置;
相应地,其具体应用方式可以为:
首先,图像采集装置116获取用户的标识信息,从而基于用户的标识信息向线上交易装置111发起查询该用户线上订单中未完成交易的商品的请求。
其中,获取用户的标识信息的实现方式可以包括如下三种:
第一种、在用户进入线下商店时,图像采集装置116基于人脸捕捉技术采集用户的人脸图像或人脸图像的图像数据,作为该用户的标识信息;或者,基于人脸图像或人脸图像的图像数据进一步识别出该用户的身份信息,作为用户的标识信息;

其次,线上交易装置111响应该查询请求基于用户的标识信息从线上订单库114中查找出该用户的线上订单,进而确定该用户的线上订单中未完成交易的商品。
再次,将该未完成交易的商品与线下交易装置113的本地商品库115中的商品进行匹配,以确定线下交易装置113对应的线下商店中是否存在线上未完成交易的商品;若是,则执行下一步骤;若否,则流程结束。
最后,将本地商品库115中的该未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给用户。

首先,用户进入线下商店,操作该线下商店的自主查询终端122进行查询;自主查询终端122基于用户操作获取用户的标识信息,进而向线上交易装置110发起查询该用户线上订单中未完成交易的商品的请求;
其中,获取用户的标识信息的实现方式可以包括如下两种:
第一种、在用户操作的过程中,基于用户授权自主查询终端122控制图像采集装置基于人脸捕捉技术采集用户的人脸图像或人脸图像的图像数据,作为该用户的标识信息;或者,基于人脸图像或人脸图像的图像数据进一步识别出该用户的身份信息,作为用户的标识信息;

在上述示例的二个应用场景中,线上交易装置可以为用户线上购物用的用户端对应的后台服务器,其功能包括管理接入的各线下商店的本地商品库、各用户端的线上订单等;线下交易装置可以为收银一体机;线上订单库中存储有各用户对应的线上订单;线上商品库中存储有各线下商店及其销售的商品列表。

上述如本申请图7所示实施例揭示的商品交易的处理装置或管理者(Master)节点执行的方法可以应用于处理器中,或者由处理器实现。处理器可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的处理器可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本申请实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本申请实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器,处理器读取存储器中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。
商品交易的处理装置还可执行图5的方法,并实现管理者节点执行的方法。
基于相同的发明创造,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行实施例2提供的线上交易系统侧的商品交易的处理方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计 算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
本领域技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种商品交易的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    线下交易系统获取用户的标识信息;
    基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品;
    将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,以便用户在线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品包括:
    向所述线上交易系统发送查询请求,所述查询请求携带所述用户的标识信息;
    接收所述线上交易系统基于所述用户的标识信息返回的查询结果;
    基于所述查询结果,确定所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户包括:
    确定所述线下交易系统的本地商品库中存在所述未完成交易的商品时,将所述本地商品库中的所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户包括:
    通过所述线下交易系统的显示屏将所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息展示给所述用户;
    或者,
    通过所述线上交易系统将所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息发送给所述用户的用户端,以供展示给所述用户。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取所述未完成交易的商品在所述线上交易系统和所述线下交易系统上的交易差值并提供给所述用户,以便所述用户基于所述交易差值完成所述交易。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取所述用户的授权指令,所述授权指令用于表示所述用户授权进行所述交易;
    基于所述授权指令和所述交易差值,向所述线上交易系统发起进行所述交易的请 求。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    向所述线上交易系统发送订单状态修改指示,以使所述线上交易系统调整所述未完成交易的商品的线上订单的订单状态。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,获取用户的标识信息包括:
    采集位于所述线下交易系统的图像采集区域的用户的人脸图像,以确定所述用户的标识信息;
    或者,
    与用户的用户端发生交易时,获取所述用户的账号信息,作为所述用户的标识信息;
    或者,
    获取用户通过所述线下交易系统的自助查询终端输入的人脸图像以确定所述用户的标识信息;
    或者,
    获取用户通过所述线下交易系统的自助查询终端输入的账号信息,作为所述用户的标识信息。
  9. 一种商品交易的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    线上交易系统接收线下交易系统发送的查询请求,所述查询请求携带用户的标识信息;
    基于所述用户的标识信息,查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品,以便将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,使用户在所述线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述未完成交易的商品发送给所述线下交易系统,以供查询所述线下交易系统的本地商品库中是否存在所述未完成交易的商品。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息发送给所述用户的用户端,以供展示给所述用户。
  12. 一种商品交易的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户的标识信息;
    查询模块,用于基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线 上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品;
    提示模块,用于将线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,以便用户在线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
  13. 一种商品交易的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收线下交易系统发送的查询请求,所述查询请求携带用户的标识信息;
    查询模块,用于基于所述用户的标识信息,查询所述用户在线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品,以便将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提示给所述用户,使用户在所述线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;以及
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    获取用户的标识信息;
    基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品;
    将线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,以便用户在线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
  15. 一种计算机可读介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下操作:
    获取用户的标识信息;
    基于所述用户的标识信息,向线上交易系统查询所述用户在所述线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品;
    将线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,以便用户在线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
  16. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;以及
    被安排成存储计算机可执行指令的存储器,所述可执行指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行以下操作:
    接收线下交易系统发送的查询请求,所述查询请求携带用户的标识信息;
    基于所述用户的标识信息,查询所述用户在线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品,以便将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,使用户在所述线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
  17. 一种计算机可读介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行以下操作:
    接收线下交易系统发送的查询请求,所述查询请求携带用户的标识信息;
    基于所述用户的标识信息,查询所述用户在线上交易系统的线上订单中未完成交易的商品,以便将所述线下交易系统中所述未完成交易的商品的商品信息提供给所述用户,使用户在所述线下交易系统完成所述未完成交易的商品的交易。
