本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,包括可调节支架、离心滤泡机构,所述的可调节支架包括底板、 竖直固定设置在底板上的立柱、设置在立柱上的第一支撑板以及第二支撑板;
所述的立柱上端设置具有向上开口的空腔,空腔内从上往下依次设置有第一电机、丝杠、轴承,第一电机、轴承分别与空腔内壁固定连接,丝杠的上端是与第一电机相互传动连接,丝杠的下端是与轴承相互转动连接;所述的空腔上竖直设置有与外界连通的开口;
所述的立柱下端设置有若干调节螺孔,第一支撑板是通过螺栓与调节螺孔相互固定连接;所述第一支撑板的一端设置有与立柱相互套设的第一通孔,第一支撑板的另一端设置有圆形缺口,并在缺口周边设置有若干定位杆;第一支撑板上还埋设有第二电机,第二电机的主轴穿出第一支撑板,并在第二电机的主轴上设置有传动齿轮;
所述的第二支撑板包括滑块以及与滑块相互连接的伸出板;所述的滑块是与空腔相互滑动连接,滑块上设置有与丝杠相互螺纹连接的螺纹孔;所述的伸出板从开口伸出,并在伸出板上设有第二通孔;
所述的离心滤泡机构包括一个罐体、旋转底座、盖体、水泵、漏斗以及与第二通孔相互套接的输水管;所述的罐体内腔设有滤芯,罐体下端设置有两面均带有半圆形凹槽的凸环,罐体底部设有第三通孔以及与传动齿轮相互传动连接的内齿环;所述的滤芯包括具有圆形结构的网板、由网板卷制的圆桶,圆桶与网板相互连接,且圆桶腔体内壁均匀设有过滤网;
所述的旋转底座包括具有倒L形结构的上环、与上环套设的下环;所述的上环、下环上分别设有第一环槽、第二环槽,第一环槽、第二环槽分别与设置在凸环上的半圆形凹槽之间的滚珠滑动连接,且上环、下环相互以螺纹连接;所述的下环上设有若干与定位杆对应连接的连接孔;
所述的水泵是与输水管上端连接,盖体是与输水管的下端套接;所述漏斗的入口端则是与罐体相互固定连接。
进一步的,所述的底板上表面设置有钢化玻璃板,并在钢化玻璃板下方埋设有红外距离感应器。
进一步的,所述的第一支撑板上设置有微控制器,微控制器是分别与红外距离感应器、第一电机、第二电机相互电性连接。
进一步的,所述的空腔上端开口上设置有与立柱螺纹连接的端盖。
进一步的,所述的滑块、伸出板是一体式结构。
进一步的,所述的圆桶用于放置咖啡粉,输水管下端固定套设滤网后插入圆桶内,与咖啡粉接触。
进一步的,所述的漏斗是碳素结构钢制成,漏斗的出口端设有磁性堵头,磁性堵头上连接有杆件,且杆件的中部与漏斗相互铰接。
进一步的,所述的水泵通过管道从外部抽取热水。
进一步的,所述的输水管上设置有与微控制器电性连接的流量传感器。
本发明的有益效果是:一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,包括可调节支架、离心滤泡机构,可调节支架通过微控制器控制第一电机、第二电机的运作,并通过红外距离感应器检测使用人员与旋转罐体的距离以及是否有杯子放入咖啡出口下方,避免使用人员受伤,智能化水平高,同时采用可调节设计,适用各种不同高度的杯子;离心滤泡机构通过升高罐体内的压力、温度加快咖啡成分的萃取,并通过罐体旋转的产生的离心现象加快咖啡的冲泡和过滤;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、冲泡速度快、安全可靠、冲泡效果好等优点,有效解决现有滤泡式咖啡器冲咖啡速度慢的问题。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,包括可调节支架1、离心滤泡机构2,所述的可调节支架1包括用于放置杯子的底板11、竖直固定设置在底板11上的立柱12、设置在立柱12上的第一支撑板13以及第二支撑板15。
如图2所示,所述的立柱12上端设置具有向上开口的空腔121,空腔121内从上往下依次设置有第一电机123、丝杠124、轴承125,第一电机123、轴承125分别与空腔121内壁固定连接,丝杠124的上端是与第一电机123相互传动连接,丝杠124的下端是与轴承125相互转动连接;所述的空腔121上竖直设置有与外界连通的竖直开口126。
如图1所示,所述的立柱12下端设置有若干调节螺孔16,第一支撑板13是通过螺栓与调节螺孔16相互固定连接;第一支撑板13可以上下移动调节与底板11的距离,并通过螺栓与调节螺孔16相互固定连接,借此调节放置于第一支撑板13上可容纳的杯子的高度。
如图3所示,所述第一支撑板13的一端设置有与立柱12相互套设的第一通孔134,第一支撑板13的另一端设置有圆形缺口,并在缺口周边设置有若干定位杆133;当然,在可能的实施例中,圆形缺口也可以由其他形状的通孔代替。
如图2所示,第一支撑板13上还埋设有第二电机131,第二电机131的主轴穿出第一支撑板13,并在第二电机131的主轴穿出第一支撑板13的部分上设置有传动齿轮132;
如图2、图4所示,所述的第二支撑板15包括滑块151以及与滑块151相 互连接的伸出板152;所述的滑块151是与空腔121相互滑动连接,滑块151上设置有与丝杠124相互螺纹连接的螺纹孔1511;所述的伸出板152从开口126伸出,并在伸出板152上设有第二通孔1521;滑块151的形状应与空腔121截面形状相同,以确保滑动时滑块151不会相对于空腔121发生偏转,相应的空腔121的截面形状不应为纯粹的圆形。
如图1、图2、图5所示,所述的离心滤泡机构2包括一个罐体21、旋转底座22、盖体23、水泵24、漏斗25以及与第二通孔1521相互套接的输水管26;
如图5、图6所示,所述的罐体21内腔设有滤芯211,罐体21下端设置有两面均带有半圆形凹槽的凸环215,罐体21底部设有用于漏出咖啡的第三通孔213以及与传动齿轮132相互传动连接的内齿环214;内齿环214应与罐体21同中心轴线设置。
如图9所示,所述的滤芯211包括具有圆形结构的网板2111、由网板卷制的圆桶2112,圆桶2112与网板2111相互连接。在一种实施例中,圆桶2112底部对应的网板2111为实心结构。
圆桶2112腔体内壁均匀设有过滤网212。在一种实施例中,滤网212是具有上开口的桶装结构。
如图5、图7、图8所示,所述的旋转底座22包括具有倒L形结构的上环221、与上环221套设的下环222;所述的上环221、下环222上分别设有第一环槽2211、第二环槽2221,第一环槽2211、第二环槽2221分别与设置在凸环215上的半圆形凹槽之间的滚珠223滑动连接,且上环221、下环222相互以螺纹连接;所述的下环222上设有若干与定位杆133对应连接的连接孔2222;
如图2所示,所述的水泵24是与输水管26上端连接,盖体23是与输水管26的下端套接;所述漏斗25的入口端则是与罐体21相互固定连接。
在如图1所示的一种实施例中,所述的底板11上表面设置有钢化玻璃板17,并在钢化玻璃板17下方埋设有红外距离感应器18,红外距离感应器18用检测是否有杯子放置在底板11上,并检测使用人员与本发明之间的距离,只有当使用人员离开本发明一定距离时才旋转罐体21,在满足使用人员与本发明保持一定距离的基础上,只有检测到杯子被放上底板11才能释放咖啡,以确保不会发生烫伤等意外伤害。
在一种实施例中,所述的第一支撑板13上设置有微控制器14,微控制器14是分别与红外距离感应器18、第一电机123、第二电机131相互电性连接,微控制器14从红外距离感应器18处得到安全检测的反馈信号,并以此控制第一电机123、第二电机131的运作。
在一种实施例中,所述的空腔121上端开口上设置有与立柱12螺纹连接的端盖122。
在一种实施例中,所述的滑块151、伸出板152是一体式结构。
在一种实施例中,所述的圆桶2112用于放置咖啡粉,输水管26下端固定套设滤网后插入圆桶2112内,与咖啡粉接触。在一种实施例中,所述的圆桶2112用于放置咖啡粉,输水管26下端固定套设滤网后插入圆桶2112与罐体21之间的空腔内,不与咖啡粉接触。
在如图5所示的一种实施例中,所述的漏斗25是碳素结构钢制成,漏斗25的出口端设有磁性堵头251,磁性堵头251上连接有杆件252,且杆件252的中部与漏斗25相互铰接。在一种实施例中,磁性堵头251除本身磁性外,其内部内设有电磁铁提供磁能,且磁性堵头251与微控制器14相互连接,由微控制器14控制漏斗25出口的开合。
在一种实施例中,罐体21周围设置有固定于第一支撑板13或者旋转底座 22上的防护罩或者挡板,以确保罐体21旋转时不会卷入使用者的衣物、头发等,以免造成伤害。
在一种实施例中,所述的水泵24通过管道从外部抽取热水。
在一种实施例中,所述的输水管26上设置有与微控制器14电性连接的流量传感器,借此检测流入咖啡粉中水的分量,借此控制咖啡的口感。
本发明所述的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,包括可调节支架、离心滤泡机构,可调节支架通过微控制器控制第一电机、第二电机的运作,并通过红外距离感应器检测使用人员与旋转罐体的距离以及是否有杯子放入咖啡出口下方,避免使用人员受伤,智能化水平高,同时采用可调节设计,适用各种不同高度的杯子;离心滤泡机构通过升高罐体内的压力、温度加快咖啡成分的萃取,并通过罐体旋转产生的离心现象加快咖啡的冲泡和过滤;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、冲泡速度快、安全可靠、冲泡效果好等优点,有效解决现有滤泡式咖啡器冲咖啡速度慢的问题。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,其特征在于:包括可调节支架(1)、离心滤泡机构(2),所述的可调节支架(1)包括底板(11)、竖直固定设置在底板(11)上的立柱(12)、设置在立柱(12)上的第一支撑板(13)以及第二支撑板(15);
    所述的立柱(12)上端设置具有向上开口的空腔(121),空腔(121)内从上往下依次设置有第一电机(123)、丝杠(124)、轴承(125),第一电机(123)、轴承(125)分别与空腔(121)内壁固定连接,丝杠(124)的上端是与第一电机(123)相互传动连接,丝杠(124)的下端是与轴承(125)相互转动连接;所述的空腔(121)上竖直设置有与外界连通的开口(126);
    所述的立柱(12)下端设置有若干调节螺孔(16),第一支撑板(13)是通过螺栓与调节螺孔(16)相互固定连接;所述第一支撑板(13)的一端设置有与立柱(12)相互套设的第一通孔(134),第一支撑板(13)的另一端设置有圆形缺口,并在缺口周边设置有若干定位杆(133);第一支撑板(13)上还埋设有第二电机(131),第二电机(131)的主轴穿出第一支撑板(13),并在第二电机(131)的主轴上设置有传动齿轮(132);
    所述的第二支撑板(15)包括滑块(151)以及与滑块(151)相互连接的伸出板(152);所述的滑块(151)是与空腔(121)相互滑动连接,滑块(151)上设置有与丝杠(124)相互螺纹连接的螺纹孔(1511);所述的伸出板(152)从开口(126)伸出,并在伸出板(152)上设有第二通孔(1521);
    所述的离心滤泡机构(2)包括一个罐体(21)、旋转底座(22)、盖体(23)、水泵(24)、漏斗(25)以及与第二通孔(1521)相互套接的输水管(26);所述的罐体(21)内腔设有滤芯(211),罐体(21)下端设置有两面均带有半圆形凹槽的凸环(215),罐体(21)底部设有第三通孔(213)以及与传动齿轮(132) 相互传动连接的内齿环(214);所述的滤芯(211)包括具有圆形结构的网板(2111)、由网板卷制的圆桶(2112),圆桶(2112)与网板(2111)相互连接,且圆桶(2112)腔体内壁均匀设有过滤网(212);
    所述的旋转底座(22)包括具有倒L形结构的上环(221)、与上环(221)套设的下环(222);所述的上环(221)、下环(222)上分别设有第一环槽(2211)、第二环槽(2221),第一环槽(2211)、第二环槽(2221)分别与设置在凸环(215)上的半圆形凹槽之间的滚珠(223)滑动连接,且上环(221)、下环(222)相互以螺纹连接;所述的下环(222)上设有若干与定位杆(133)对应连接的连接孔(2222);
    所述的水泵(24)是与输水管(26)上端连接,盖体(23)是与输水管(26)的下端套接;所述漏斗(25)的入口端则是与罐体(21)相互固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,其特征在于:所述的底板(11)上表面设置有钢化玻璃板(17),并在钢化玻璃板(17)下方埋设有红外距离感应器(18)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,其特征在于:所述的第一支撑板(13)上设置有微控制器(14),微控制器(14)是分别与红外距离感应器(18)、第一电机(123)、第二电机(131)相互电性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,其特征在于:所述的空腔(121)上端开口上设置有与立柱(12)螺纹连接的端盖(122)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块(151)、伸出板(152)是一体式结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,其特征在于:所述的圆桶(2112)用于放置咖啡粉,输水管(26)下端固定套设滤网 后插入圆桶(2112)内,与咖啡粉接触。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,其特征在于:所述的漏斗(25)是碳素结构钢制成,漏斗(25)的出口端设有磁性堵头(251),磁性堵头(251)上连接有杆件(252),且杆件(252)的中部与漏斗(25)相互铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,其特征在于:所述的水泵(24)通过管道从外部抽取热水。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高压离心式智能快速咖啡滤泡装置,其特征在于:所述的输水管(26)上设置有与微控制器(14)电性连接的流量传感器。
