일반적으로 유아를 품에 안는 데 사용하는 보조수단으로 아기띠가 흔히 사용된다.

상기 힙 시트의 기본구성을 도 1 및 도 2를 참고하여 좀 더 상세히 살펴보면, 통상의 힙 시트(100)는 유아가 앉을 수 있도록 지지체(115)를 내장한 시트부(110)의 양측에 체결수단(125, 벨크로테이프 또는 버클 등)을 구비한 허리밴드(120)를 형성하여 보호자의 골반 상측에 착용할 수 있도록 한다.

본 발명은 휴대시 지지체를 접이식으로 구성하여 파우치와 같은 소형 가방에 담아서 휴대하기 용이하도록 하고 사용시 상기 지지체를 펼쳐서 유아를 앉혀 지지할 수 있는 접이식 힙 시트에 관한 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명자는 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 접이식 힙 시트(1)를 다음과 같이 제안한다.
상기 도면들을 참조하면, 본 발명이 제안하는 접이식 힙 시트(1)는 유아의 체중이 보호자의 허리 및 골반에 전달되도록 한 것으로, 플랫(flat) 타입의 덮개부(11)와 받침부(13)를 구비하되 상기 덮개부(11)와 받침부(13)의 일측 경계를 따라 개폐되는 파우치부(10), 및 상기 파우치부(10) 내부에 수납되는 힙지지부재(20)를 포함한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 파우치부(10)는 상기 받침부(13) 내측에 제1 착탈부(13a)를 구비한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 힙지지부재(20)는, 소정 두께로 수직하게 형성된 복수의 지지판(s21)을 포함한 지지체(21)가 일측을 중심으로 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐지고, 상기 지지판(s21) 타측을 소정 간격 벌어지도록 지지연결부(22)가 잡아주며, 상기 제1 착탈부(13a)에 대응하여 상기 지지체(21) 일측에 제1 착탈부(23a)를 구비하고, 상기 지지연결부(22) 일측에서 제1 허리밴드부(24a)가 연장되며, 상기 지지연결부(22) 타측에서 제2 허리밴드부(24b)가 연장되고, 상기 제1 허리밴드부(24a) 끝단에 제1 밴드체결부(25a) 및 상기 제2 허리밴드부(24b) 끝단에 제2 밴드체결부(25b)를 포함한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 제1 착탈부(13a)에 상기 제2 착탈부(23a)를 결속하여 상기 받침부(13)가 보호자의 배에 안착되게 하고 상기 제1 허리밴드부(24a) 및 제2 허리밴드부(24b)가 상기 보호자의 허리를 감싸도록 상기 제1 밴드체결부(25a) 및 제2 밴드체결부(25b)로 연결하며 상기 덮개부(11)가 상기 복수의 지지판(s21)에 의해서 지지되어 수평이 유지되게 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 제1 밴드체결부(25a) 및 제2 밴드체결부(25b) 사이에 개입되어 보호자의 허리를 지지하는 패드(pad) 타입의 보조허리밴드부(26)를 더 포함한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 지지체(21)는 지지판(s21)이 8개이다.
또한, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 제1 착탈부(23a) 및 제2 착탈부(23b)는 벨크로(velcro) 타입 또는 스냅 단추 타입이다.
또한, 본 발명은 제1 허리밴드부(24a) 내에 길이를 조절하는 제1 조절부(미도시), 및 제2 허리밴드부(24b) 내에 길이를 조절하는 제2 조절부(미도시)를 더 포함한다.
그럼, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 접이식 힙 시트(1)의 구성 및 작용에 대해서 자세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명이 제안하는 접이식 힙 시트(1)는 크게 파우치부(10), 및 상기 파우치부(10) 내부에 수납되는 힙지지부재(20)를 포함한다.
먼저, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 파우치부(10)는 물품을 담을 수 있는 주머니 또는 소형 가방으로, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 덮개부(11), 받침부(13) 및 제1 착탈부(13a)를 포함한다.
여기서, 덮개부(11)는 소정 두께로 평평한 면을 가지고 유연하게 굽혀지되 수평 상태를 유지할 수 있으며 유아가 편안하게 앉을 수 있도록 쿠션(cushion) 소재가 보강될 수 있고 직물재 또는 합성수지재일 수 있다.
또한, 받침부(13)는 덮개부(11)에 대응하는 크기로 상기 덮개부(11) 하부에 위치하고, 소정 두께로 평평한 면을 가지면서 유연하게 굽혀질 수 있으며, 직물재 또는 합성수지재일 수 있다.
또한, 파우치부(10)는 덮개부(11)와 받침부(13) 만나는 일측을 따라 지퍼(zipper)와 같은 개폐수단이 있어 열거나 닫을 수 있고 내부에 공간이 형성되어 물품을 수납할 수 있다.
또한, 제1 착탈부(13a)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 받침부(13) 내측에 구비된다.
즉, 제1 착탈부(13a)는 후술하는 제2 착탈부(23a)에 대응하여 받침부(13) 내측에 설치되어 제2 착탈부(23a)와 결속된다.
이때, 제1 착탈부(13a)는 제2 착탈부(23a)와 탈부착이 용이하도록 결속이 용이한 체결수단을 사용하는 데, 벨크로(velcro) 타입 또는 스냅 단추 타입일 수 있다.
다음, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 힙지지부재(20)는 파우치부(10) 내부에 수납될 수 있는 것으로, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 지지체(21)와, 지지연결부(22)와, 제2 착탈부(23a)와, 제1 허리밴드부(24a)와, 제2 허리밴드부(24b)와, 제1 밴드체결부(25a), 및 제2 밴드체결부(25b)를 포함한다.
또한, 본 발명은 선택적으로 보조허리밴드부(26), 제1 조절부, 및 제2 조절부를 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 지지체(21)는 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 소정 두께로 수직하게 형성된 지지판(s21)을 복수 개 포함한다.
또한, 지지체(21)는 일측을 중심으로 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐져 유아의 엉덩이를 받쳐 유아가 앉을 수 있게 지지 기능을 한다.
즉, 본 발명에서 제안하는 지지체(21)는 소정 두께의 플레이트(plate)가 수직으로 소정 간격씩 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐지면서 덮개부(11)의 하부를 튼튼하게 받쳐 주는 역할을 한다.
특히, 본 발명의 접이식 힙 시트(1)를 휴대하고자 할 경우, 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐진 복수의 지지판(s21)을 용이하게 접어서 그 부피를 작게 할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 접이식 힙 시트(1)를 휴대하고 다니다가 유아를 앉히고자 하면, 복수의 지지판(s21)을 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐서 덮개부(11)의 밑을 지지하게 하므로 유아의 엉덩이가 덮개부(11) 상부에 안정적으로 앉을 수 있게 한다.
한편, 지지체(21)는 지지판(s21)의 개수를 4개, 6개, 또는 10개 등으로 선택할 수 있다.
다만, 본 발명에서 제안하는 지지체(21)는 지지판(s21)이 8개로 구성되므로, 접었을 때 전체 두께가 적당하고 펼쳐 수직을 유지하기에 간편하며 지지판(s21) 간의 간격을 일정하게 유지하기에 최적의 조건이다.
지지연결부(22)는 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 지지판(s21) 일측을 기준으로 지지판(s21) 타측이 부채꼴 형상으로 소정 간격 벌어지도록 잡아주는 띠(band)로, 폭이 좁고 긴 헝겊이나 가죽, 합성수지재일 수 있다.
즉, 지지연결부(22)는 지지판(s21) 타측의 상호 간격이 너무 벌어지거나 너무 가까이 접하지 않고 등간격을 유지할 수 있게 도와주는 기능을 한다.
또한, 지지연결부(22)는 지지판(s21) 타측과 박음질로 연결될 수 있다.
다만, 외관이 보기 좋게 공지된 여러 기술을 이용하여 지지연결부(22)가 복수 지지판(s21)과 연결될 수 있다.
제2 착탈부(23a)는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 지지체(21) 외곽 일측에 구비된다.
더욱 자세하게 제2 착탈부(23a)는 지지판(s21) 중 가장 외곽에 있는 2개의 지지판(s21) 각각에 제1 착탈부(13a)에 대응하여 받침부(13) 내측을 바라보는 곳에 설치된다.
이때, 제2 착탈부(23a)는 제1 착탈부(13a)와 탈부착이 용이하도록 결속이 용이한 체결수단을 사용하는 데, 벨크로(velcro) 타입 또는 스냅 단추 타입일 수 있다.
참고로, 벨크로(velcro) 타입은 일명 찍찍이라고 부르는데, 갈고리와 걸림고리가 쌍을 이뤄 서로 붙였다 떼었다 할 수 있게 하는 도구로, 옷이나 신발 등을 여밀 때 많이 사용한다.
스냅 단추 타입은 일명 똑딱이 단추라고 부르기도 하고, 볼록하게 튀어나온 수단추와 오목한 암단추로 이루어져 암단추에 수단추를 끼워 고정하는 결속수단이다.
제1 허리밴드부(24a)는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 지지연결부(22) 일측에서 연장되어 보호자의 허리를 감싼다.
또한, 제1 허리밴드부(24a)는 소정 탄력을 가지고 있어 보호자의 허리를 감싸면서 신축되어 적당한 힘으로 허리를 압박하여 본 발명이 제안하는 접이식 힙 시트(1)가 유아의 체중이 보호자의 허리 및 골반에 전달되도록 한다.
또한, 제1 허리밴드부(24a)는 상기 제1 허리밴드부(24a) 내에 길이를 조절하는 제1 조절부(미도시)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
즉, 제1 조절부는 사람마다 체형이 다르기 때문에 보호자의 허리 맞게 제1 허리밴드부(24a) 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 제1 허리밴드부(24a) 내에 구비된다.
이때, 제1 조절부는 공지된 다양한 종래 기술을 이용하여 적용될 수 있다.
제2 허리밴드부(24b)는 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 제1 허리밴드부(24a)와는 반대방향으로, 지지연결부(22) 타측에서 연장되어 보호자의 허리를 감싼다.
또한, 제2 허리밴드부(24b)는 소정 탄력을 가지고 있어 보호자의 허리를 감싸면서 신축되어 적당한 힘으로 허리를 압박하여 본 발명이 제안하는 접이식 힙 시트(1)가 유아의 체중이 보호자의 허리 및 골반에 전달되도록 한다.
또한, 제2 허리밴드부(24b)는 상기 제2 허리밴드부(24b) 내에 길이를 조절하는 제2 조절부(미도시)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
즉, 제2 조절부는 사람마다 체형이 다르기 때문에 보호자의 허리 맞게 제2 허리밴드부 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 제2 허리밴드부(24b) 내에 구비된다.
이때, 제2 조절부는 제1 조절부와 같이 공지된 다양한 종래 기술을 이용하여 적용될 수 있다.
제1 밴드체결부(25a)는 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 허리밴드부(24a) 끝단에 설치되어 후술하는 제2 밴드체결부(25b)와 결속되거나 해제된다.
즉, 제1 밴드체결부(25a)는 벨트나 혁대 등에 사용되는 버클(buckle) 타입일 수 있고, 제2 밴드체결부(25b)와 암수로 각각 분담하여 탈부착이 용이하게 한다.
또한, 제1 밴드체결부(25a)는 보조허리밴드부(26) 일측과 버클 타입으로 체결될 수도 있다.
제2 밴드체결부(25b)는 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 허리밴드부(24b) 끝단에 설치되어 제1 밴드체결부(25a)와 결속되거나 해제된다.
즉, 제2 밴드체결부(25b)는 벨트나 혁대 등에 사용되는 버클(buckle) 타입일 수 있고, 제1 밴드체결부(25a)와 암수로 각각 분담하여 탈부착이 용이하게 한다.
또한, 제2 밴드체결부(25b)는 보조허리밴드부(26) 타측과 버클 타입으로 체결될 수도 있다.
보조허리밴드부(26)는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 사각 플레이트 형상의 패드로, 보호자의 뒤쪽 허리 부근에 보조적으로 지지하는 완충재용 보호구이다.
또한, 보조허리밴드부(26)는 제1 밴드체결부(25a) 및 제2 밴드체결부(25b) 사이에 개입되어 보호자의 허리를 지지하는 패드(pad) 타입이다.
또한, 보조허리밴드부(26)는 일측이 제1 밴드체결부(25a)와 버클 타입으로 체결되거나 해제될 수 있고, 타측이 제2 밴드체결부(25b)와 버클 타입으로 체결되거나 해제될 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 접이식 힙 시트(1)는 파우치부(10) 내에 수납되는 힙지지부재(20)를 꺼내서 제1 착탈부(13a)에 제2 착탈부(23a)를 결속하고, 받침부(13)를 수직으로 눕혀 보호자의 배에 안착시키며, 제1 허리밴드부(24a) 및 제2 허리밴드부(24b)를 보호자의 허리를 감싸 제1 밴드체결부(25a) 및 제2 밴드체결부(25b)로 상호 체결한 후, 덮개부(11)가 복수의 지지판(s21) 상부 테두리 부분에 의해서 지지되는 동시에 복수의 지지판(s21)를 덮어 수평이 유지되게 하여 유아를 안정적으로 안착시킬 수 있다.
또한, 보호자가 본 발명이 제안하는 접이식 힙 시트(1)를 손에 들고 다니고 싶을 경우, 제1 밴드체결부(25a) 및 제2 밴드체결부(25b)로 상호 분리한 후 제1 착탈부(13a)에서 제2 착탈부(23a)와의 결속을 풀고 지지판(s21)을 일방향으로 접어 힙지지부재(20)의 부피를 최소화시켜 파우치부(10) 내에 힙지지부재(20)를 수납시킨다.
이때, 접이식 힙 시트(1)는 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 바깥을 파우치부(10)가 감싸고 있어 휴대하기 용이하고 외관이 손상되지 않게 된다.
또한, 보호자가 본 발명이 제안하는 접이식 힙 시트(1)를 손에 들고 다니기 편리하게 파우치부(10) 일측에 손잡이부(15)를 더 구비할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 접이식 힙 시트(1)는 다음과 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
본 발명이 제안하는 지지체(21)는 소정 두께로 수직하게 형성된 지지판(s21)이 복수 개로 구성되어 조립이 용이하고 부피를 줄일 수 있는 이점이 있다.
또한, 종래의 완전히 채워진 밀폐 구조일 경우보다 제작 공정이 간단하고 제작 비용이 감소하는 이점이 있다.
또한, 종래 지나친 부피감으로 그 외관이 저해되는 종래의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
또한, 지지체(21)의 분리가 쉬워 휴대하기 편리한 이점이 있다.
또한, 파우치부(10)가 본 발명이 제안하는 접이식 힙 시트(1)의 바깥을 감싸고 있어 휴대하기 용이하고 외관이 손상되지 않는 이점이 있다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 수정, 변경 및 치환이 가능할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 유아의 체중이 보호자의 허리 및 골반에 전달되도록 한 접이식 힙 시트에 있어서,
    플랫(flat) 타입의 덮개부와 받침부를 구비하되 상기 덮개부와 받침부의 일측 경계를 따라 개폐되는 파우치부, 및 상기 파우치부 내부에 수납되는 힙지지부재를 포함하고,
    상기 파우치부는 상기 받침부 내측에 제1 착탈부를 구비하며,
    상기 힙지지부재는 소정 두께로 수직하게 형성된 복수의 지지판을 포함한 지지체가 일측을 중심으로 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐지고, 상기 지지판 타측을 소정 간격 벌어지도록 지지연결부가 잡아주며, 상기 제1 착탈부에 대응하여 상기 지지체 일측에 제2 착탈부를 구비하고, 상기 지지연결부 일측에서 제1 허리밴드부가 연장되며, 상기 지지연결부 타측에서 제2 허리밴드부가 연장되고, 상기 제1 허리밴드부 끝단에 제1 밴드체결부, 및 상기 제2 허리밴드부 끝단에 제2 밴드체결부를 포함하며,
    상기 제1 착탈부에 상기 제2 착탈부를 결속하여 상기 받침부가 보호자의 배에 안착되게 하고 상기 제1 허리밴드부 및 제2 허리밴드부가 상기 보호자의 허리를 감싸도록 상기 제1 밴드체결부 및 제2 밴드체결부로 연결하며 상기 덮개부가 상기 복수의 지지판에 의해서 지지되어 수평이 유지되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 힙 시트.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 밴드체결부 및 제2 밴드체결부 사이에 개입되어 보호자의 허리를 지지하는 패드(pad) 타입의 보조허리밴드부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 힙 시트.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 지지체는 상기 지지판이 8개인 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 힙 시트.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 착탈부 및 제2 착탈부는 벨크로(velcro) 타입 또는 스냅 단추 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 힙 시트.
