- JP 2017-60359 A Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2015-133870
- the control device controls the operating point of the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit.
- the operating point is a point at which the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit operates efficiently, and is a combination of an operating voltage and an operating current.
- One method used when the control device determines the operating point is the MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) method.
- the MPPT method can identify an appropriate operating point (optimum operating point) when the amount of sunshine is constant. On the other hand, in the MPPT method, when the amount of sunshine changes, the optimum operating point may be misidentified and an operating point with poor power generation efficiency may be selected. Further, the control device itself consumes electric power and causes power loss. That is, the control device provided for increasing the power generation efficiency of the solar panel results in a decrease in the charging efficiency of the solar power generation / storage unit.
- the recombination of excited electrons and holes in the solar panel causes a decrease in power generation efficiency of the solar panel.
- the decrease in the power generation efficiency of the solar panel causes a decrease in the charging efficiency of the solar power generation / storage unit.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a solar power generation / storage unit and a solar power generation / storage system that can improve charging efficiency.
- the present inventors have found that a solar panel and a storage battery can be directly connected and the power generation of the solar panel can be controlled by the voltage of the storage battery to increase the charging efficiency of the solar power generation / storage unit. That is, this invention provides the following means in order to solve the said subject.
- the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit includes a solar panel and a storage battery directly connected to the solar panel, and the maximum charging voltage of the storage battery is the maximum of the solar panel.
- the value is not more than 10% larger than the output operating voltage.
- a resistance value of the storage battery may be smaller than a parallel resistance in a parasitic resistance of the solar panel.
- the storage battery includes a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material, a separator sandwiched between the positive electrode and the negative electrode,
- the positive electrode active material may include a material whose crystal structure is maintained in a state where ions contributing to charge / discharge are removed.
- the positive electrode active material may have a spinel structure.
- the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit may further include a first blocking element that blocks between the solar panel and the storage battery when the storage battery is overcharged.
- the solar power generation / storage unit according to the above aspect may further include a second blocking element that blocks between the storage battery and the outside when the storage battery is overdischarged.
- the storage battery in the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit includes at least a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal connected to the positive electrode or the negative electrode.
- the first terminal and the third terminal are connected to the positive electrode or the negative electrode apart from each other, and the second terminal is connected to the first terminal and the third terminal of the positive electrode or the negative electrode. It may be connected to an electrode that is not.
- the storage battery in the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit includes a plurality of storage elements, and at least one of the plurality of storage elements includes at least a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal.
- the first terminal is connected to either the positive electrode or the negative electrode and the solar panel, and the second terminal is not connected to the first terminal of the positive electrode or the negative electrode.
- An electrode and a different power storage element are connected, and the third terminal connects the electrode connected to the first terminal of the positive electrode or the negative electrode and the outside.
- the solar power generation / storage system according to the second aspect includes a plurality of solar power generation / storage units according to the above aspect.
- the plurality of photovoltaic generation / storage units may be connected to the outside by a common external wiring, and the external wiring may include a backflow prevention element.
- the solar power generation / storage unit and the solar power generation / storage system according to the above aspect can increase the charging efficiency of the storage battery.
- FIG. 5 is a graph showing IV characteristics of a solar panel. It is an equivalent circuit diagram of a solar panel. It is a graph which shows the relationship between the resistance value of a storage battery, and the parallel resistance in the parasitic resistance of a solar panel.

- p1 is the optimum operating point.
- the optimum operating point p1 indicates a combination of the output voltage and output current of the solar panel 10 when the solar panel 10 exhibits the maximum output.
- the voltage at the optimum operating point p1 is called the maximum output operating voltage Vpm
- the current at the optimum operating point p1 is called the maximum output operating current Ipm .
- the output is maximized.
- the storage battery 20 is composed of a plurality of cells (storage elements).
- the voltage of one cell is, for example, not less than 3.0V and not more than 4.2V.
- the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery 20 is a value obtained by adding the voltages of the cells constituting the storage battery 20.
- Maximum charge voltage V max of the battery 20 is set to 10% greater value less than the maximum output operation voltage V pm solar panel 10, which preferably is set below the maximum output operation voltage V pm solar panels 10 .
- a value 10% larger than the maximum output operating voltage V pm is a voltage at the operating point p2 in FIG.
- the maximum output operating voltage V pm is assumed to be in a standard state defined in “Crystalline Solar Cell Module Output Measuring Method” of JIS Standard (JIS C 8914).
- FIG. 2 shows an example of the positional relationship between the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery 20 and the maximum output operating voltage V pm in the IV characteristics of the solar panel 10.
- Maximum charge voltage V max of the battery 20 is preferably set to 50% smaller value than the maximum output operation voltage V pm solar panels 10, 40% than the maximum output operation voltage V pm solar panels 10 More preferably, it is set to a value that is smaller than a small value, and more preferably, it is set to a value that is 30% smaller than the maximum output operating voltage V pm of the solar panel 10.
- the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery 20 can be set by the number of connected cells constituting the storage battery 20. For example, when the charging voltage of a single cell constituting the storage battery 20 is 4.1 V and the maximum output operating voltage V pm is 20 V, the number of cells constituting the storage battery 20 is four (the maximum charging voltage is 16.4 V). To do.
- the open-circuit voltage V oc of the solar panel 10 is preferably set to 100% or more and 300% or less of the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery 20, more preferably set to 120% or more and 300% or less, 120 % Is more preferably set to be not less than 200% and not more than 200%, particularly preferably set to be not less than 130% and not more than 160%.
- the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery 20 is preferably 60 V or less, and more preferably 30 V or less.
- the solar panel 10 and the storage battery 20 are directly connected and integrated. Even when the open-circuit voltage V oc of the solar panel 10 is high, the potential of the solar panel 10 becomes the potential of the storage battery 20 (maximum charging voltage V max ). As a result, application of a high voltage to the DC wiring can be suppressed. If the voltage applied to the DC wiring is 60 V or less, wiring work and the like are easy, and the risk of electric shock and ignition is reduced.
- the IV characteristic of the solar panel 10 varies depending on the amount of sunlight.
- the short-circuit current Isc increases as the amount of sunshine increases, and the short-circuit current Isc decreases as the amount of sunshine decreases.
- the MPPT circuit specifies the maximum output power while increasing the output voltage of the solar panel 10, and sets the optimum operating point p1 of the solar panel 10. .
- Electric power is obtained by the product of voltage and current.
- the short-circuit current Isc is constant, and the output power increases as the output voltage of the solar panel 10 increases, and shows a maximum output at a certain value.
- the output voltage of the solar panel 10 at which the power is maximum output is the maximum output operating voltage V pm .
- the amount of sunshine is constant, the amount of current does not vary with the amount of sunshine, so that the optimum operating point p1 of the solar panel 10 can be appropriately defined.
- the amount of sunshine changes during the operation of the MPPT circuit, the amount of current fluctuates separately from the increase in the output voltage of the solar panel 10.
- the voltage at which the power reaches the maximum output may not match the maximum output operating voltage V pm .
- the amount of sunshine increases when the output voltage of the solar panel 10 is higher than the optimum operating point p1, the output current value at that point becomes larger than the output current value before the amount of sunshine increases.
- the power output at each operating point is the product of voltage and current.
- the output power also fluctuates, and the power at the operating point higher than the optimum operating point p1 may be larger than the power output at the optimum operating point p1.
- the MPPT circuit may misidentify the optimum operating point p1 and misunderstand the voltage near the open circuit voltage V oc as the maximum output operating voltage V pm . Since the voltage value in this case is significantly lower than the maximum output operating voltage V pm , the output power of the solar panel 10 is significantly reduced.
- the potential of the solar panel 10 is fixed at the potential of the storage battery 20.
- the solar panel 10 operates at a voltage equal to or lower than the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery 20.
- Maximum charge voltage V max is a value set in the storage battery 20 is not affected by the amount of sunshine variation.
- Maximum charge voltage V max is set from the maximum output operation voltage V pm to the following values 10% greater value. That is, the operating voltage of the solar panel 10 does not fluctuate, and the voltage value at which the output current amount is remarkably reduced in the IV characteristic is not mistaken for the optimum operating point.
- the operating voltage of the solar panel 10 can be defined by the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery 20, It can suppress that the output electric power of the solar panel 10 falls.
- FIG. 3 is an equivalent circuit diagram of the solar panel 10.
- the solar panel 10 is represented by a power generation unit G, a diode D, a parallel resistance R sh, and a series resistance R s .
- the parallel resistance R sh and the series resistance R s are parasitic resistances of the solar panel 10.
- the first terminal t1 and the second terminal t2 of the solar panel 10 are connected to a load.
- the load is the storage battery 20.
- the output current I output from the solar panel 10 is represented by the following formula.
- I I ph ⁇ I d ⁇ (V + R s I) / R sh (1)
- I ph is a photoinduced current. I ph is generated when light enters the solar panel 10.
- I d is a diode current. Since each cell 12 of the solar panel 10 is a diode having a pn junction, the diode current is generated according to the operating voltage.
- (V + R s I) / R sh is a current flowing through the parallel resistor.
- R s is the resistance value of the series resistance
- R sh is the resistance value of the parallel resistance
- V is the output voltage.
- Expression (1) can be rewritten by the following expression (2).
- I (R sh I ph ⁇ R sh I d ⁇ V) / (R s + R sh ) (2)
- R s + R sh is a parasitic resistance and does not fluctuate and can be regarded as a fixed value.
- the output voltage V is fixed by the maximum charge voltage V max of the battery 20, can be regarded as almost constant. Therefore, in the equation (2), it is the portion of R sh (I ph ⁇ I d ) that affects the fluctuation of the output current I.
- the value of R sh (I ph ⁇ I d ) decreases when exciton recombination occurs.
- the resistance value of the storage battery 20 connected to the first terminal t1 and the second terminal t2 is preferably smaller than the parallel resistance R sh in the parasitic resistance (R s + R sh ) of the solar panel 10.
- the resistance of the storage battery 20 is preferably parallel resistance R sh is 1/5 or less of the resistance value of, more preferably less than one 25-minute resistance value of the parallel resistance R sh, 1 of 50 minutes More preferably, it is more preferably 1/100 or less.
- FIG. 4 is a graph showing the relationship between the resistance value of the storage battery and the parallel resistance in the parasitic resistance of the solar panel. The vertical axis in FIG.
- the solar panel 10 indicates the solar panel 10 when the power generation efficiency of the solar panel 10 is normalized to 1 when the resistance value of the storage battery is 1/110 of the resistance value of the parallel resistance (resistance ratio is 0.01).
- the horizontal axis represents the resistance ratio between the resistance value of the storage battery and the resistance value of the parallel resistance.
- the resistance value of the storage battery becomes 1/50 or less of the resistance value of the parallel resistance (resistance ratio is 0.04 or less)
- the power generation efficiency of the solar panel 10 increases rapidly.
- the resistance value of the storage battery 20 is 1/5 to 1/25 of the resistance value of the parallel resistance R sh .
- the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery 20 when the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery 20 is set with respect to the maximum output operating voltage V pm or the open circuit voltage V oc of the solar panel 10, parameters that affect the output current I from the solar panel 10 are limited. be able to. Further, by reducing the resistance value of the storage battery 20 relative to the resistance value of the parallel resistance R sh , the current generated in the power generation unit G can be efficiently flowed to the first terminal t1 side, and recombination of excitons can be prevented. . As a result, the power generation efficiency of the solar panel 10 can be increased, the charging efficiency of the storage battery 20 can be increased, and the power generated by the solar panel 10 can be charged to the storage battery 20 efficiently.
- FIG. 5 to 8 are graphs showing the difference in power generation efficiency between the case where the storage battery and the solar panel are directly connected (Example 1) and the case where the solar panel is controlled using the MPPT circuit (Comparative Example 1). .
- FIG. 5 shows temporal changes in panel voltage in the photovoltaic power generation / storage units of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1.
- FIG. 6 shows temporal changes in panel current in the photovoltaic power generation / storage units of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1.
- FIG. 7 shows changes over time in the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic power generation / storage units of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1.
- FIG. 8 shows the improvement rate of the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit of Example 1 relative to the photovoltaic generation / storage unit of Comparative Example 1.
- the time on the horizontal axis shown in FIGS. 5 to 8 indicates the measurement time. 5 to 8, the maximum charging voltage of the storage battery was 15.49V, and the open-circuit voltage of the solar panel was 22.5V. The maximum output operating voltage V pm of the solar panel is assumed to be larger than the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery.
- the panel voltage of the solar panel changes with time.
- the panel voltage of the solar panel is defined by the voltage of the storage battery.
- Panel voltage solar panel of the embodiment 1 the asymptotic towards the maximum charge voltage V max of the battery regardless of the amount of sunlight.
- the MPPT circuit varies the voltage value for each time according to the amount of sunlight.
- the panel current of the solar panel also changes with time.
- the panel current amount gradually decreases each time the potential difference between the solar panel and the storage battery decreases.
- the solar panel in Example 1 outputs a large amount of panel current until the potential difference between the solar panel and the storage battery becomes zero.
- the solar panel in Comparative Example 1 the amount of panel current that is output decreases rapidly after a certain time has elapsed. This rapid phenomenon of the panel current amount is due to recombination of excitons.
- the MPPT circuit may not be able to appropriately specify the optimum operating point p1, and the current flows to the parallel resistance R ⁇ sh (see FIG. 3) side, so Binding is triggered.
- the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit is converted by the product of the panel voltage and the panel current. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the power generation efficiency of the solar power generation / storage unit of Example 1 is higher than the power generation efficiency of the solar power generation / storage unit of Comparative Example 1. That is, as in Example 1, when defining the operating voltage of the solar panel at the maximum charge voltage V max of the battery, thereby improving the power generation efficiency of solar power generation and energy storage unit.
- FIG. 9 is a graph showing the amount of power stored in the storage battery of the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit.
- a panel having a nominal maximum output of 100 W (18.5 V, 5.4 A), an open-circuit voltage of 22.5 V, and a short-circuit current of 5.9 A was used.
- the storage battery has a plurality of cells (storage elements), and the number of cells connected in series is changed.
- the left column is the amount of electric power (W) stored in the storage battery
- the right column is the voltage (V) and current amount (A) applied to the storage battery.
- the horizontal axis of FIG. 9 is the number of cells constituting the storage battery.
- the voltage (V) applied to the storage battery increases.
- the voltage (V) corresponds to the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery.
- the amount of electric power (W) stored in the storage battery increases until the number of connected cells is four, but decreases when the number of connected cells is five. This decrease is due to the fact that the amount of current (A) applied to the storage battery starts to decrease when the number of connected cells reaches five.
- the potential difference between the solar panel 10 and the storage battery 20 decreases, and the amount of current (A) decreases.
- the storage battery shown in FIG. 9 charges the power generated by the solar panel most efficiently when the number of connected cells is four.
- the maximum charging voltage of the storage battery when the number of connected cells is four is 15.49V.
- the open voltage (22.5V) of the solar panel is 145% of the maximum charging voltage of the storage battery.
- the maximum charging voltage V max of the storage battery is smaller than the maximum output operating voltage V pm of the solar panel.
- FIG. 10 is a graph showing the change over time of the amount of power stored in the storage battery of the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit.
- the horizontal axis is the charging time, and the vertical axis is the amount of power stored in the storage battery per unit time.
- a solar panel and a storage battery are the same structures as the experiment of FIG.
- the graph also shows an example (Comparative Example 1) in the case where an MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) circuit as a control element is interposed between the solar panel and the storage battery.
- MPPT Maximum Power Point Tracking
- FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram of a power storage element 21 (cell) constituting the storage battery 20.
- the storage battery 20 has one or a plurality of power storage elements 21. When connecting a plurality of storage elements 21 in series, the maximum charging voltage V max the battery 20 can be charged increases.
- the storage battery 20 is preferably a lithium ion secondary battery.
- the power storage element 21 includes a positive electrode 22, a negative electrode 24, and a separator 26. A first terminal 22A is connected to the positive electrode 22, and a second terminal 24A is connected to the negative electrode 24. As long as the positive electrode 22 and the negative electrode 24 are stacked via the separator 26, the number of stacked layers is not limited.
- the positive electrode 22 has a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active material formed on at least one surface of the positive electrode current collector.
- the positive electrode current collector is a conductor, for example, aluminum.
- the positive electrode active material preferably includes a material that maintains the crystal structure in a state where ions contributing to charge and discharge are removed.
- the “ion that contributes to charging / discharging” is lithium ion.
- a substance whose crystal structure is maintained in a state where ions contributing to charge / discharge are removed is, for example, a substance having a spinel structure, an olivine structure, or a perovskite structure.
- the positive electrode active material for example, LiMnO 4 , LiMn 1.5 Ni 0.5 O 4 , LiFePO 4 , LiMnPO 4 and the like are preferable.
- FIG. 12 is a diagram schematically showing the crystal structure of the positive electrode active material.
- FIG. 12A shows the crystal structure of LiCoO 2
- FIG. 12B shows the crystal structure of LiMnO 4 .
- 12A and 12B correspond to the crystal structure as viewed from one direction.
- LiCoO 2 has a structure in which slabs composed of Co and O octahedrons and lithium are alternately stacked (see FIG. 12A). Lithium ions enter and exit the slab layer composed of Co and O octahedrons during charging and discharging. LiCoO 2 cannot maintain its crystal structure when lithium ions are completely removed. In order to maintain the interlayer, it is necessary to leave about 30% of lithium ions even during charging (a state in which lithium ions are desorbed). Therefore, LiCoO 2 does not correspond to “a substance whose crystal structure is maintained in a state where ions contributing to charge / discharge are removed”.
- LiMnO 4 is a compound having a spinel structure (see FIG. 12B).
- octahedrons of Mn and O are three-dimensionally bonded. Lithium ions are inserted and desorbed between the octahedrons during charging and discharging.
- LiMnO 4 even if lithium ions are completely removed, the octahedron of Mn and O functions as a column and the crystal structure is maintained. Therefore, LiMnO 4 corresponds to “a substance whose crystal structure is maintained in a state where ions contributing to charge / discharge are removed”.
- a substance whose crystal structure is maintained in a state where ions contributing to charge / discharge are removed maintains the crystal structure even when the corresponding ions are removed. Therefore, the storage battery operates stably even when the amount of the corresponding ions (for example, lithium ions) contained in the positive electrode active material varies. In other words, the storage battery containing this substance is not required to control the amount of ions in the crystal structure during charging and discharging.
- a storage battery containing this substance can operate stably even if it is directly connected to a power source (eg, a solar panel) whose output voltage is unstable without going through a control device (eg, a power conditioner including an MPPT circuit). it can.
- the storage battery using the positive electrode active material having a spinel structure has a small resistance value, and the resistance value of the storage battery 20 can be made smaller than the resistance value of the parallel resistance R sh .
- the negative electrode 24 has a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material formed on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector.
- the negative electrode current collector is a conductor, for example, aluminum, copper, or nickel.
- the negative electrode active material preferably includes a material that maintains the crystal structure in a state where ions contributing to charge / discharge are removed.
- the negative electrode active material for example, graphite, lithium titanium oxide having a spinel structure (Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 : LTO), and lithium vanadium oxide (LiVO 2 , Li 1.1 V 0.9 O 2 ) are preferable. Note that graphite is consistent with FIG. 12A in that lithium ions are inserted and desorbed between layers, but the crystal structure is maintained even when lithium ions are completely desorbed.
- the separator 26 is sandwiched between the positive electrode 22 and the negative electrode 24.
- a known separator can be used as the separator 26.
- the separator 26 may be a film such as polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, cellulose, polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polyamide or the like.
- the storage battery 20 may use the power storage element 21 as a single unit (single cell) or may use a plurality of power storage elements 21 (multiple cells) connected. When connecting a plurality of storage elements 21 in series, the maximum charging voltage V max the battery 20 can be charged increases.
- the switching element 30 switches, for example, three states.
- the first state the solar panel 10 and the storage battery 20 are connected, and the power generated by the solar panel 10 is charged into the storage battery 20.
- a 2nd state connects the solar panel 10 and the exterior, and outputs the electric power generated with the solar panel 10 to the exterior as it is.
- the third state the storage battery 20 is connected to the outside, and the power charged in the storage battery 20 is discharged.
- the switching element 30 changes the connection state according to the amount of sunlight. For example, when the amount of sunlight is large and excessive power is generated, the connection state of the switching element 30 is set to the first state or the second state, and the power generated in the solar panel 10 is output to the outside, and the storage battery is excessive. 20 is charged.
- FIG. 13 and 14 are diagrams showing specific examples of the switching element 30.
- FIG. A switching element 30 shown in FIG. 13 includes a first cutoff element 31 and a second cutoff element 32.
- the first blocking element 31 blocks the connection (first state) between the solar panel 10 and the storage battery 20.
- the first blocking element 31 suppresses further charging (overcharge) from the fully charged state.
- blocking element 32 interrupts
- the second blocking element 32 suppresses overdischarge.
- the switching element 30 shown in FIG. 14 includes a first cutoff element 31, a second cutoff element 32, and a third cutoff element 33. If the 1st cutoff element 31 and the 2nd cutoff element 32 are open
- the output voltage can be switched by switching the first blocking element 31, the second blocking element 32, and the third blocking element 33 even when the external environment changes. Can be kept constant.
- the current output to the outside from the solar panel 10 and the storage battery 20 is a direct current.
- a DC drive element it can be used as it is.
- an AC drive element it is necessary to convert it to AC.
- the external element is AC driven, it is preferable to provide a DC / AC converter between the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit 100 and the external element.
- the power generated by the solar panel 10 can be transmitted to the storage battery 20 directly connected, and the storage battery 20 can be efficiently stored.
- FIG. 15 is a schematic diagram of a solar power generation / storage unit 101 according to the second embodiment.
- the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit 101 according to the second embodiment differs from the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit 100 according to the first embodiment in that the configuration of the storage battery 40 is different and the switching element 30 is not provided.
- the other configuration is the same as that of the solar power generation / storage unit 100 according to the first embodiment, and the description of the same configuration is omitted.
- FIG. 16 is a schematic diagram of a power storage element 41 constituting the storage battery 40 used in the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit according to the second embodiment.
- the power storage element 41 is preferably a lithium ion secondary battery.
- the power storage element 41 includes a positive electrode 42, a negative electrode 44, and a separator 46.
- the power storage element 41 is different from the power storage element 21 in that two terminals are connected to the positive electrode 42.
- the electricity storage element 21 and the electricity storage element 41 are the same in other respects.
- a first terminal 42A and a third terminal 42B are separately connected to the positive electrode 42, and a second terminal 44A is connected to the negative electrode 44.
- the first terminal 42A and the third terminal 42B are separated from each other.
- the first terminal 42A and the second terminal 44A of the power storage element 41 are connected to the solar panel 10, and the second terminal 44A and the third terminal 42B are connected to the outside.
- the storage element 41 can be discharged through the second terminal 44A and the third terminal 42B while being charged through the first terminal 42A and the second terminal 44A.
- the storage element 41 can keep the voltage (discharge voltage) output to the outside constant even when the voltage (charge voltage) supplied from the solar panel 10 varies. There are two reasons for this.
- the first reason is that a positive electrode active material exists between the first terminal 42A and the third terminal 42B.
- the potential of the positive electrode 42 of the power storage element 41 varies depending on the content of conductive ions (lithium ions) contained in the positive electrode active material. That is, the potential of the positive electrode 42 of the power storage element 41 is limited by the amount of movement of the conductive ions regardless of the external charging voltage. That is, even if the charging voltage at the first terminal 42 ⁇ / b> A varies, the voltage variation is attenuated by the movement of the conductive ions in the positive electrode active material. As a result, voltage fluctuation is suppressed when the third terminal 42B is reached, and the discharge voltage becomes constant.
- the second reason is the difference in impedance between the solar panel 10 and the storage element 41.
- the impedance of the solar panel 10 is higher than the impedance of the electricity storage element 41. That is, the fluctuation amount of the charging voltage supplied from the solar panel 10 through the thin wiring is reduced in the power storage element 41 having a sufficiently wide region. As a result, voltage fluctuation is suppressed when the third terminal 42B is reached, and the discharge voltage becomes constant.
- the first terminal 42A and the third terminal 42B are preferably provided on different sides when the shape of the positive electrode 42 in a plan view is rectangular. By ensuring the distance between the first terminal 42A and the third terminal 42B, fluctuations in the charging voltage can be sufficiently suppressed.
- the first terminal 42A and the third terminal 42B may be provided on the same side.
- the positive electrode active material that connects the first terminal 42A and the third terminal 42B may be peeled off for some reason.
- the fluctuation of the charging voltage input from the first terminal 42A is transmitted to the third terminal 42B through the positive electrode current collector excellent in conductivity.
- the predetermined distance is determined by the noise absorption capability obtained by the ratio between the inter-terminal resistance and the internal resistance of the storage element 41.
- ⁇ is the specific resistance of the combined resistance of the positive electrode current collector and the positive electrode active material
- L is the distance between the first terminal 42A and the third terminal 42B
- A is the positive electrode current collection where the positive electrode active material is peeled and exposed. It is a cross-sectional area of an electric body. Therefore, if the internal resistance of the storage element 41 is R ′, R / R ′ ⁇ 100 is the noise absorption capability.
- R / R ′ ⁇ 100 is preferably 50% or more, more preferably 70% or more, and further preferably 90% or more. That is, the inter-terminal distance is preferably set so that the noise level is 50% or less, more preferably 30% or less, and even more preferably 10% or less. .
- the internal resistance R ′ corresponds to the combined resistance (parallel connection) of the positive electrode active material and the current collector.
- the positive electrode current collector is aluminum having a specific resistance of 2.8 ⁇ cm and a thickness of 20 ⁇ m, and a non-formation region where the positive electrode active material is peeled is present in a width of 0.1 mm between the first terminal 42A and the third terminal 42B
- the power storage element 41 has 30 positive electrode layers and an internal resistance of 2.8 m ⁇ . In this case, if the distance between the first terminal 42A and the third terminal 42B is 1 mm, the noise level is reduced to 30%, if 2 mm, the noise level is reduced to 20%, and if 4 mm, the noise level is reduced to 10%.
- FIG. 17 is a diagram illustrating a specific connection relationship of the storage element 41.
- FIG. 17A is an example in which a two-terminal power storage element 21 and a three-terminal power storage element 41 are connected
- FIG. 17B is an example in which a plurality of three-terminal power storage elements 41 are connected. is there.
- the charging voltage input from the solar panel 10 is output to the outside via the storage elements 21 and 41. That is, even if the voltage (charge voltage) supplied from the solar panel 10 varies, the voltage (discharge voltage) output to the outside can be kept constant.
- the third terminal 42B is provided on the positive electrode 42 side has been described so far, but the third terminal 42B may be provided on the negative electrode 44 side. Three or more terminals may be provided simultaneously.
- the same effects as those of the solar power generation / storage unit 100 according to the first embodiment can be achieved.
- charging / discharging can be performed at the same time, and even if the voltage (charging voltage) supplied from the solar panel 10 fluctuates, The output voltage (discharge voltage) can be kept constant.
- FIG. 18 is a diagram schematically illustrating a solar power generation / storage system according to the third embodiment.
- a photovoltaic power generation / storage system 200 shown in FIG. 18 includes a plurality of photovoltaic power generation / storage units 100 according to the first embodiment.
- the external wiring for outputting from the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit 100 to the outside is shared.
- the wirings may be provided separately, but the wiring can be simplified by sharing.
- a backflow prevention element 50 between the photovoltaic power generation / storage units 100.
- a diode or the like can be used as the backflow prevention element 50.
- the power generation amount of the solar panel 10 varies depending on the irradiation amount.
- the power generation amount of each solar panel 10 and the power storage amount stored in the storage battery 20 are different for each solar power generation / storage unit 100.
- By providing the backflow prevention element 50 it is possible to prevent a current from flowing between the photovoltaic power generation / storage unit 100. Further, the solar power generation / storage unit 100 having the highest potential is sequentially discharged, and the voltage of the entire solar power generation / storage system 200 becomes uniform.
- the solar power generation / storage system 200 shown in FIG. 18 can be used as it is when it is connected to a DC drive element.
- a DC drive element it is necessary to convert it to AC.
- the external element is AC driven, it is preferable to provide a DC / AC converter between the photovoltaic power generation / storage system 200 and the external element.

I=Iph-Id-(V+RsI)/Rsh…(1)
I=(RshIph-RshId-V)/(Rs+Rsh)…(2)
