一种拉头及一种拉链
本申请要求于2018年06月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810620521.5、发明名称为“一种拉头及一种拉链”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及服饰用品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种拉头,还涉及一种包括上述拉头的拉链。
背景技术
拉链是用于服装上的一种辅料,拉链又是由拉头、布带、链牙、方块插销等基本组成,而拉头不仅影响拉链开合的功能性作用,还影响外观、使用便捷性等,因此拉头的结构设计影响至关重要。常见的拉头分为很多种,例如普通拉头、导轨式拉头、火车式拉头以及弹簧式拉头。
弹簧回弹式拉头的基本组成分为拉体01、保险、拉片02,图1为现有技术中拉头的示意图,弹簧头拉片02如图1状态时是处“锁住”状态-即拉头无法轻易上下移动,拉片02处于竖立状态(即拉体01与拉片02成直角、图二)此时即“解锁状态”,图2为现有技术中拉链的解锁状态示意图,即拉头可以顺畅进行滑动。但是目前普遍存在已经完成拉链合链后,拉头处于图二的状态且不会主动倾倒,这种情况会使拉链失锁,拉链失去锁合力后衣服会滑落,给运动带来了很大的不便,体验感不好。目前市面上这种弹簧拉头的改进只在拉片02上进行改动,改进的方式是在拉片02上添加回型的挡块,当拉片02在快拉到与拉体01成直角状态的时候挡块会与拉体01的上底板接触从而回弹,缺点是这种设计在拉片02正好与拉体01成直角的时候会卡在那里不会弹回来。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种拉头,以解决拉链在合链后、拉头无法自动回弹进而导致拉链失锁的问题,本发明的第二个目的 是提供一种包括拉头的拉锁。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种拉头,包括拉片、拉体和保险,所述拉体上设有上底板和下底板,所述上底板上设有对应设置的后铆体组和前铆体组,所述后铆体组和所述前铆体组形成安装腔,所述拉片包括水平部和与所述水平部连接的侧柱,所述拉片的水平部设于所述安装腔内且可沿所述水平部的自身轴线旋转,所述保险分别与所述拉体和所述拉片连接以能够实现锁止,其特征在于,所述拉片旋转至与所述前铆体组接触时,所述前铆体组与所述拉片的侧柱接触以阻隔所述拉片的翻转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉头,其特征在于,所述水平部的内端面设有第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部的上表面至所述上底板间的距离大于所述安装腔内所述前铆体组的上端面至所述上底板间的距离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拉头,其特征在于,所述保险靠近所述前铆体组的一侧设有用于阻隔所述拉片旋转的阻挡块,所述水平部上设有与所述阻挡块配合的第二凸起部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拉头,其特征在于,所述阻挡块沿所述保险的轴向方向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的拉头,其特征在于,所述阻挡块与所述保险一体式设置。
  6. 一种拉锁,包括布带、链牙和方块插销,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-5任一项所述的拉头。
