2018年国务院、中央军委空中交通管制委员会办公室为了实现对无人机的依法管理,组织起草了《无人驾驶航空器飞行管理暂行条例(征求意见稿)》并对外征求意见,该暂行条例中结合无人机的重量、速度等因素,将无人机分为微型、轻型、小型、中型、大型五大类,针对不同类型的无人机对无人机驾驶员提出了不同的资质要求,对小型及以上的无人机进行加强监管,对微型、轻型的无人机放宽限制。
而近年来,随着互联网技术和共享思维的发展,出现了一些无人机的租赁平台,但是这些租赁平台没有完善的无人机驾驶员的资质监控,导致无人机租赁市场存在很多安全隐患和乱象。
技术问题
本发明为了克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷(不足),提供一种无人机租赁系统及方法,可以为承租者提供与承租者的无人机驾驶资质相匹配的无人机租赁服务。
技术解决方案
为实现本发明的目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种无人机租赁系统,包括数据存储单元、无人机分选单元、订单生成单元;
所述数据存储单元,用于存储承租者信息、无人机信息,承租者信息包括承租者ID以及每个承租者ID对应的承租资质信息,无人机信息包括无人机ID以及每个无人机ID对应的出租资质信息、出租用途信息、租赁时间;
所述无人机分选单元,用于获取承租者输入的承租者ID、承租用途信息,从数据存储单元中获取承租者ID对应的承租资质信息,从数据存储单元中获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间;
所述订单生成单元,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间,根据承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间生成无人机租赁订单。
当承租者需要租赁无人机时,承租者可以输入承租者ID、承租用途信息,无人机分选单元接收承租者输入的承租者ID和承租用途信息,会在数据存储单元中根据承租者ID查询承租者的承租资质信息,并根据承租资质信息、承租用途信息在数据存储单元中查找出出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间,将所查找出来的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间供承租者选择。
承租者由此获知凭借自己的承租资质可以租赁到的所有无人机ID和对应的租赁时间,从可以租赁到的这些无人机ID中选择要租赁的无人机ID和租赁时间,订单生成单元会根据承租者所选择的无人机ID和租赁时间生成无人机租赁订单。
通过记录每一个承租者的承租资质信息以及每一个无人机的出租资质信息对承租资质信息和出租资质信息进行匹配判断,使得承租者只可以租赁到符合承租资质的无人机,避免一些需要特殊驾驶资质的无人机租赁给没有相应驾驶资质的承租者,提高无人机租赁和无人机驾驶的安全性。
进一步地,所述系统还包括飞手分选单元,所述数据存储单元还用于存储飞手信息,所述飞手信息包括飞手ID以及每个飞手ID对应的飞手资质信息、可工作时间;
当无人机分选单元从数据存储单元中无法获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID时:
所述无人机分选单元还用于从数据存储单元中重新获取出租用途信息分别与承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间并发送到飞手分选单元;
所述飞手分选单元,用于接收无人机分选单元发送的无人机ID、租赁时间,从数据存储单元中获取无人机ID对应的出租资质信息,从数据存储单元中获取出租资质信息、租赁时间分别与飞手资质信息、可工作时间相匹配的飞手ID;
所述订单生成单元,还用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间,根据承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间生成无人机租赁订单。
当无人机分选单元根据承租资质信息、承租用途信息不能找到相匹配的无人机ID时,也就是承租者的承租资质不能满足承租用途信息所匹配的无人机驾驶员资质要求,则无人机分选单元会重新根据承租用途信息从数据存储单元中查找出出租资质信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间,所查找出来的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间再发送到承租终端,同时将查找出来的无人机ID发送到飞手分选单元。飞手分选单元根据无人机ID从数据存储单元中查找出对应的出租资质信息,再根据出租资质信息、租赁时间从数据存储单元中查找出飞手资质信息、可工作时间分别相匹配的飞手ID并发送到承租终端。
当承租者没有相应无人机驾驶资质时,承租者由此获知可以租赁到的无人机ID和有相应无人机驾驶资质的飞手ID,从可以租赁到的这些无人机ID和相应的飞手ID中进行选择。租赁无人机的同时聘请具有相应无人机驾驶资质的飞手,可以使得承租者不受自身无人机驾驶资质的限制,租赁到满足承租用途的无人机并配有飞手服务。
通过记录每一个承租者的承租资质信息和每一个飞手的飞手资质信息,当承租资质信息和出租资质信息无法匹配时,为承租者提供具有相应驾驶资质的飞手服务,实现无人机租赁和飞手聘请的相互配套服务。
进一步地,所述订单生成单元包括租赁信息生成模块、租赁费用计算模块,所述无人机租赁订单包括租赁信息、租赁费用;
所述数据存储单元还用于存储无人机租赁收费信息、飞手聘请收费信息;
当无人机分选单元从数据存储单元中可以获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID时:
所述租赁信息生成模块,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间,根据承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间生成租赁信息;
所述租赁费用计算模块,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间,并从数据存储单元中获取无人机租赁收费信息,根据无人机租赁收费信息以及承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间计算租赁费用;
当无人机分选单元从数据存储单元中无法获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID时:
所述租赁信息生成模块,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间,根据承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间生成租赁信息;
所述租赁费用计算模块,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间,并从数据存储单元中获取无人机租赁收费信息、飞手聘请收费信息,根据无人机租赁收费信息、飞手聘请收费信息以及承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间计算租赁费用。
数据存储单元可以存储无人机租赁收费信息、每个飞手ID对应的聘请收费信息,可以根据无人机种类、功能、规模等的不同而制定不同的租赁收费信息,也可以根据飞手的自身具体情况制定不同的聘请收费信息。租赁费用计算模块可以方便快捷地根据数据存储单元中存储的无人机租赁收费信息和/或飞手聘请收费信息计算租赁费用。
进一步地,所述承租者信息还包括每个承租者ID对应的承租者飞龄;
所述租赁费用计算模块还用于获取承租者输入的承租者ID,从数据存储单元中获取承租者ID对应的承租者飞龄,根据承租者飞龄调整租赁费用。
当承租者飞龄较长时,承租者驾驶无人机的技术比较成熟,会降低在租用无人机时对无人机的损坏概率,因此可以适当地降低收取承租者的租赁费用。
进一步地,所述飞手信息还包括每个飞手ID对应的飞手飞龄;
所述飞手分选单元还用于接收无人机分选单元发送的无人机ID、租赁时间,从数据存储单元中获取无人机ID对应的出租资质信息,从数据存储单元中获取出租资质信息、租赁时间分别与飞手资质信息、可工作时间相匹配的飞手ID和对应的飞手飞龄。
当飞手飞龄较长时,飞手驾驶无人机的技术比较成熟。承租者在选择飞手ID时,可以获知飞手飞龄,根据实际的需要挑选飞龄较长的飞手,以获得更高质的飞手服务。
进一步地,所述租赁费用计算模块还用于从数据存储单元中获取承租者选择的飞手ID对应的飞手飞龄,根据飞手飞龄调整租赁费用。
飞龄较长的飞手掌握了更多的无人机驾驶经验,会为承租者提供更优质的服务,因此可以适当地提高收取承租者的租赁费用。
一种无人机租赁方法,包括以下步骤:
A1.获取承租者输入的承租者ID、承租用途信息;
A2.获取承租者ID对应的承租资质信息,获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间;
A3.根据承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间生成无人机租赁订单。
当承租者需要租赁无人机时,承租者可以输入承租者ID、承租用途信息,获取到承租者输入的承租者ID和承租用途信息后,根据承租者ID查询承租者的承租资质信息,并根据承租资质信息、承租用途信息查找出出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间,将所查找出来的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间供承租者选择。
承租者由此获知凭借自己的承租资质可以租赁到的所有无人机ID和对应的租赁时间,从可以租赁到的这些无人机ID中选择要租赁的无人机ID和租赁时间,根据承租者所选择的无人机ID和租赁时间可以生成无人机租赁订单。
通过对承租者的承租资质信息和无人机的出租资质信息进行匹配判断,使得承租者只可以租赁到符合承租资质的无人机,避免一些需要特殊驾驶资质的无人机租赁给没有相应驾驶资质的承租者,提高无人机租赁和无人机驾驶的安全性。
进一步地,所述步骤A2中,当无法获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID时,执行以下步骤:
B1.重新获取出租用途信息分别与承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间,获取无人机ID对应的出租资质信息;
B2.获取出租资质信息、租赁时间分别与飞手资质信息、可工作时间相匹配的飞手ID;
B3.根据承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间生成无人机租赁订单。
当根据承租资质信息、承租用途信息不能找到相匹配的无人机ID时,也就是承租者的承租资质不能满足承租用途信息所匹配的无人机驾驶员资质要求,则会重新根据承租用途信息从数据存储单元中查找出出租资质信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间,根据无人机ID查找出对应的出租资质信息,再根据出租资质信息、租赁时间查找出飞手资质信息、可工作时间分别相匹配的飞手ID。
当承租者没有相应无人机驾驶资质时,承租者由此获知可以租赁到的无人机ID和有相应无人机驾驶资质的飞手ID,从可以租赁到的这些无人机ID和相应的飞手ID中进行选择。租赁无人机的同时聘请具有相应无人机驾驶资质的飞手,可以使得承租者不受自身无人机驾驶资质的限制,租赁到满足承租用途的无人机并配有飞手服务。
通过对无人机的出租资质信息和飞手的飞手资质信息进行匹配判断,当承租资质信息和出租资质信息无法匹配时,为承租者提供具有相应驾驶资质的飞手服务,实现无人机租赁和飞手聘请的相互配套服务。
进一步地,所述步骤A3具体包括以下步骤:

A32.根据承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间计算租赁费用,并根据承租者飞龄调整租赁费用;

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中无人机分选单元从数据存储单元中获取出租资质信息与承租资质信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间并告知承租者,使得承租者只可以租赁到符合其承租资质的无人机,避免一些需要特殊驾驶资质的无人机租赁给没有相应驾驶资质的承租者,提高无人机租赁和无人机驾驶的安全性;
(2)如果承租者不具有相应的资质租赁到所需无人机时,飞手分选单元获取承租者可以聘用的飞手告知承租者,从而实现无人机租赁和飞手聘请的相互配套服务;
(3)在计算租赁费用的时候,可以综合考虑承租者飞龄和飞手飞龄的因素,调整租赁费用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种无人机租赁系统,其特征在于,包括数据存储单元、无人机分选单元、订单生成单元;
    所述数据存储单元,用于存储承租者信息、无人机信息,承租者信息包括承租者ID以及每个承租者ID对应的承租资质信息,无人机信息包括无人机ID以及每个无人机ID对应的出租资质信息、出租用途信息、租赁时间;
    所述无人机分选单元,用于获取承租者输入的承租者ID、承租用途信息,从数据存储单元中获取承租者ID对应的承租资质信息,从数据存储单元中获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间;
    所述订单生成单元,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间,根据承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间生成无人机租赁订单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无人机租赁系统,其特征在于,还包括飞手分选单元,所述数据存储单元还用于存储飞手信息,所述飞手信息包括飞手ID以及每个飞手ID对应的飞手资质信息、可工作时间;
    当无人机分选单元从数据存储单元中无法获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID时:
    所述无人机分选单元还用于从数据存储单元中重新获取出租用途信息分别与承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间并发送到飞手分选单元;
    所述飞手分选单元,用于接收无人机分选单元发送的无人机ID、租赁时间,从数据存储单元中获取无人机ID对应的出租资质信息,从数据存储单元中获取出租资质信息、租赁时间分别与飞手资质信息、可工作时间相匹配的飞手ID;
    所述订单生成单元,还用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间,根据承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间生成无人机租赁订单。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的无人机租赁系统,其特征在于,所述订单生成单元包括租赁信息生成模块、租赁费用计算模块,所述无人机租赁订单包括租赁信息、租赁费用;
    所述数据存储单元还用于存储无人机租赁收费信息、飞手聘请收费信息;
    当无人机分选单元从数据存储单元中可以获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID时:
    所述租赁信息生成模块,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间,根据承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间生成租赁信息;
    所述租赁费用计算模块,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间,并从数据存储单元中获取无人机租赁收费信息,根据无人机租赁收费信息以及承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间计算租赁费用;
    当无人机分选单元从数据存储单元中无法获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID时:
    所述租赁信息生成模块,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间,根据承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间生成租赁信息;
    所述租赁费用计算模块,用于获取承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间,并从数据存储单元中获取无人机租赁收费信息、飞手聘请收费信息,根据无人机租赁收费信息、飞手聘请收费信息以及承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间计算租赁费用。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无人机租赁系统,其特征在于,所述承租者信息还包括每个承租者ID对应的承租者飞龄;
    所述租赁费用计算模块还用于获取承租者输入的承租者ID,从数据存储单元中获取承租者ID对应的承租者飞龄,根据承租者飞龄调整租赁费用。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的无人机租赁系统,其特征在于,所述飞手信息还包括每个飞手ID对应的飞手飞龄;
    所述飞手分选单元还用于接收无人机分选单元发送的无人机ID、租赁时间,从数据存储单元中获取无人机ID对应的出租资质信息,从数据存储单元中获取出租资质信息、租赁时间分别与飞手资质信息、可工作时间相匹配的飞手ID和对应的飞手飞龄。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的无人机租赁系统,其特征在于,所述租赁费用计算模块还用于从数据存储单元中获取承租者选择的飞手ID对应的飞手飞龄,根据飞手飞龄调整租赁费用。
  7. 一种无人机租赁方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    A1.获取承租者输入的承租者ID、承租用途信息;
    A2.获取承租者ID对应的承租资质信息,获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间;
    A3.根据承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间生成无人机租赁订单。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的无人机租赁方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A2中,当无法获取出租资质信息、出租用途信息分别与承租资质信息、承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID时,执行以下步骤:
    B1.重新获取出租用途信息分别与承租用途信息相匹配的无人机ID和对应的租赁时间,获取无人机ID对应的出租资质信息;
    B2.获取出租资质信息、租赁时间分别与飞手资质信息、可工作时间相匹配的飞手ID;
    B3.根据承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间生成无人机租赁订单。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的无人机租赁方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A3具体包括以下步骤:
    A31.根据承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间生成租赁信息;
    A32.根据承租者选择的无人机ID、租赁时间计算租赁费用,并根据承租者飞龄调整租赁费用;
    A33.根据租赁信息、租赁费用生成无人机租赁订单。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的无人机租赁方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B3具体包括以下步骤:
    B31.根据承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间生成租赁信息;
    B32.根据飞手飞龄、承租者选择的无人机ID、飞手ID、租赁时间计算租赁费用,并根据飞手飞龄调整租赁费用;
    B33.根据租赁信息、租赁费用生成无人机租赁订单。
