Description

可更换电池的烟具 技术领域
本公开涉及非燃烧烟具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种可更换电池的烟具。
背景技术
随着对身体健康关注度的持续上升,人们逐渐意识到了将发烟制品进行燃烧产生烟雾用以吸食这一传统抽烟方式对身体的危害,因此开发了非燃烧烟具。
现有的非燃烧烟具典型地通过加热的方式使发烟制品产生烟雾。这种非燃烧烟具具有容纳发烟制品的加热腔,通过将发烟制品插入至非燃烧烟具的加热腔中,启动加热器进行发热来加热发烟制品,以使发烟制品产生烟雾供使用者吸食。
在现有的非燃烧烟具中,电池通常不能更换。但随着电池的使用,电池容量逐渐下降,甚至无法满足一次完整的使用者使用。使用者不能自行更换电池,只能重新购买烟杆,导致浪费和高成本。
发明内容

连接电路板具有第一端部22、第二端部23以及位于两个端部之间的本体部分。电连接件21设置在第一端部22上。在所示的实施例中,第一接触弹片25穿过电池托架24的一端部中的通孔而连接至第一端部22,第二接触弹片26穿过电池托架的另一端部中的通孔而连接至第二端部23,由此电池3与连接电路板实现电连接。整个连接电路板设置于电池托架24的外部,使得第一端部22和第二端部23位于电池托架24的相应端部处并且连接电路板的本体部分沿着电池托架24的纵轴位于其外表面上。
连接电路板的第二端部23设置有接触金手指,用于与外部设备连接,实现充电、数据通讯等功能。
底盖4可拆卸地连接至外壳12的远侧端部,用于固定电池仓组件不使之松动以及用于防止电池仓组件从外壳内脱出,另外还可以起到压紧电池仓组件2以确保电连接件11和电连接件21的电连接的作用。在一示例中,底盖4可以通过螺纹或卡扣或其他可拆卸方式连接至外壳12。底盖4设置有孔,以便接近接触金手指从而使外部设备与电池仓组件之间进行电连接。
在已装配的状态下,电池仓组件2容置于外壳12内,电池仓组件2的电连接件 21和控制模块1的电连接件11电连接,由此电池3通过第一接触弹片25和第二接触弹片26、连接电路板(或者其中设置的电路轨迹)、电连接件21和11而电连接至控制模块1,并且在控制模块1的控制下向加热器供电,由此进行发热来加热发烟制品,以使发烟制品产生烟雾供使用者吸食。
在需要更换电池时,即当电池参数无法满足烟具所需时,比如电池故障或电池老化时,使用者可自行更换电池。使用者首先拆卸底盖,使之脱离与外壳的连接;然后拔出电池仓组件,将原电池取出;再重新安装新电池,由此实现电池的更换。也可以直接更换掉整个电池仓组件。整个更换操作简单、方便、高效,并且在更换之后能够确保各部件之间的原有连接和固定关系。
根据本公开的第二示例性实施例提供的可更换电池的烟具参照图3-4示意性所示。该烟具的构造与第一示例性实施例大体类似。下面将仅描述与第一示例性实施例的不同之处。
在该第二示例性实施例中,烟具的底盖与外壳12为一体形成的单一整体式结构或者两者不可拆卸地连接在一起。主体5(例如其远侧端部)可拆卸地连接至大体呈管状的外壳12内。所述可拆卸地连接包括螺纹连接、卡扣连接等等。
在装配时,首先将电池仓组件2装入外壳12内,然后将外壳可拆卸地连接至主体5。在需要更换电池时,拆卸外壳12以断开外壳12与主体5之间的连接,取出电池仓组件2(例如倒置外壳,使电池仓组件2滑出外壳),然后将原电池从电池仓组件2取出;再重新安装新电池,由此实现电池的更换。整个更换操作简单、方便、高效,并且在更换之后能够确保各部件之间的原有连接和固定关系。
在上述第二示例性实施例的一变形实施例中,该烟具的底盖也可以像第一示例性实施例一样可拆卸地连接至外壳12,例如,底盖可以通过螺纹或卡扣连接至外壳12。这样,使用者既可以选择断开外壳与主体的连接来更换电池,也可以选择断开外壳与底盖的连接来更换电池。
在上述第二示例性实施例的另一变形实施例中,该烟具的底盖4、外壳12、电池3和电池仓组件2共同组成了电池模块6。如此形成了模块化的结构,可以根据需要快速地更换整个电池模块6。也就是说,可以通过简单地断开电池模块6的外壳12与主体5的连接来实现电池模块6的整体更换。该更换操作更加简单方便。当然,也可以直接更换掉整个电池仓组件。
可以想到,电池仓组件和外壳的形状不一定必须为管状,其可以具有不同的形状, 以适应主体或电池的形状。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种可更换电池的烟具,所述烟具包括:
    主体,所述主体形成有加热腔并设置有用于加热发烟制品的气雾形成基体的加热器;
    电池仓组件,所述电池仓组件构造成容置电池并电连接至加热器;
    外壳,所述外壳构造成容置电池仓组件;和
    底盖,所述底盖构造成至少部分地覆盖外壳的远侧端部,
    其中,所述主体和所述底盖中的至少一者可拆卸地连接至所述外壳。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述主体和所述底盖中的所述至少一者通过螺纹或卡扣连接至所述外壳。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述烟具还包括控制模块,所述控制模块构造成连接至加热器和电池仓组件,用于控制电池向加热器的供电。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述控制模块被固定至所述主体,所述控制模块设置有电连接件,该电连接件构造成与电池仓组件的相应电连接件可插拔地电连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述电池仓组件包括:
    用于接收电池的电池托架;
    电连接件,所述电连接件构造成可插拔地电连接至控制模块;
    用于连接至电池的两个电极的两个电接触件;以及
    连接电路板,所述连接电路板用于将所述两个电接触件电连接至所述电连接件,其中,所述电池经由所述连接电路板和所述电连接件连接至所述控制模块。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述两个电接触件均具有一突起销部,所述突起销部通过插入所述电池托架的通孔中而将所述电接触件固定在所述电池托架上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述连接电路板具有相对的第一端部和第二端部,所述两个电接触件中的一个的突起销部穿过所述电池托架的一端部中的通孔而连接至所述第一端部,所述两个电接触件中的另一个的突起销部穿过所述电池托架的另一端部中的通孔而连接至所述第二端部。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述连接电路板具有相对的第一端 部和第二端部,所述连接电路板设置于所述电池托架的外部,使得所述第一端部和所述第二端部分别位于所述电池托架的相应端部处并且所述连接电路板的本体部分沿着所述电池托架的纵轴位于所述电池托架的外表面上。
  9. 如权利要求5-8中任一项所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述两个电接触件均为接触弹片的形式。
  10. 如权利要求7或8所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述连接电路板的第二端部设置有接触金手指,用于与外部设备连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述底盖设置有孔,以便使所述接触金手指通过该孔可触及。
  12. 如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述底盖可拆卸地连接至所述外壳,并且所述主体不可拆卸地连接至所述外壳。
  13. 如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述主体可拆卸地连接至所述外壳,并且所述底盖不可拆卸地连接至所述外壳或者所述底盖与所述外壳是一体形成的单一整体式结构。
