传统的拼接方式通常为直接在需要拼接的各灯具上开设有螺纹孔,然后通过螺钉将开设有螺纹孔的各灯具固定在同一连接板上,进而实现多个灯具的拼接。
然而,这种拼接方式中,需要在每个灯具上开设螺纹孔,拼接过程中需要将连接板与每个灯具上的螺纹孔对准并一一旋紧,拼接的时候操作非常繁琐。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种灯具以及灯具组件。
一种灯具,所述灯具具有拼接结构以及连接侧,所述拼接结构设置于所述连接侧上,所述拼接结构包括延伸方向相同的第一卡槽以及第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽与所述第二卡槽的槽口朝向相反。

本发明提供了一种灯具1,参考图1至图10,灯具1具有连接侧1a以及 拼接结构10。拼接结构10设置于连接侧1a上,拼接结构10包括延伸方向相同的第一卡槽10a以及第二卡槽10b。第一卡槽10a与第二卡槽10b槽口朝向相反。
本实施例中的灯具1在进行灯具拼接时需要采用灯具连接模组2。参见图5,灯具连接模组2包括第一灯具连接件21以及第二灯具连接件22。每个第一灯具连接件21能够同时与两个灯具1上的第一卡槽10a卡接,每个第二灯具连接件22能够同时与两个灯具1上的第二卡槽10b卡接,与此同时,第一灯具连接件21与第二灯具连接件22之间还可以可拆卸固定。由于这种拼接方式无需与每个灯具上的螺丝孔对准,因此大幅简化了拼接过程。
具体地,第一灯具连接件21包括第一固定部211以及两个第一卡接部212。两个第一卡接部212均与第一固定部211连接。第二灯具连接件22包括第二固定部221以及两个第二卡接部222,两个第二卡接部222均与第二固定部221连接。

本发明对第一灯具连接件21与第二灯具连接件22连接方式不做限定,在一些实施例中其可以通过第三螺丝组件23(包括螺栓与螺母)来连接,此时,第一灯具连接件21与第二灯具连接件22中均形成有相对应的通孔。具体地,第一固定部211与第二固定部221可以均为板状且形成有相对应的通孔。第一卡接部212可自第一固定部211两侧成90°弯折形成,第二卡接部222可自第二固定部221两侧成90°弯折形成。当两个灯具1拼接过程中,第一灯具连接件21通过第一卡接部212沿第一卡槽10a滑动,和/或第二灯具连接件22通过第二卡接部222沿第二卡槽10b滑动,进而将第一固定部211与第二固定部221中的通孔对齐,然后通过螺栓与螺母配合将第一固定部211与第二固定部221连接,进而将两个灯具1拼接起来。

为了便于安装支架11,参考图1、图7以及图8,灯具1还包括支架连接模组12。支架连接模组12与拼接结构10拼接规定,同时连接支架11。由于这种连接方式会占用一个拼接结构10,因此如果要保证此时的灯具1依然具有与其它灯具1进行拼接组合的能力,就需要灯具1具有两个相互背离的连接侧1a,在每个连接侧1a上均设置一个拼接结构10。这样,其中一个拼接结构10用来连接支架连接模组12,另一个拼接结构10则可继续用来与灯具连接模组2进行配合以拼接其它的灯具1(参考图4以及图9)。需要注意的是,当单个灯具1独立使用而无需与其它灯具1进行拼接时,为了提高支架11的稳定性,也可以同时设置两个支架连接模组12分别与两个拼接结构10进行连接,之后再将支架11同时与两个支架连接模组12连接(参考图1)。
支架连接模组12可以同时滑动连接第一卡槽10a与第三卡槽10c,且支架连接模组12连接支架11,进而使得支架11可以根据需求设置在所需位置处。
具体地,支架连接模组12包括相互连接的第一支架连接件121与第二支架连接件122。同时,第一卡槽10a的一端与第三卡槽10c的一端均延伸至灯具1的同一边缘并在该边缘分别形成第一插入口10a1与第三插入口10c1。第一支架连接件121能够由第一插入口10a1以及第三插入口10c1同时滑入第一卡槽10a以及第三卡槽10c并沿第一卡槽10a以及第三卡槽10c滑动,第二支架连接件122位于第一卡槽10a以及第三卡槽10c外部且与第一支架连接件121连接。
同时参考图4、图5以及图9,支架11具有连接臂111,连接臂111具有连接部1111。支架11组装时,连接部1111与支架连接模组12连接。第一支架连接件121与第二支架连接件122可通过螺钉等连接,当需要调整支架11在灯具1上的连接位置时,可将第一支架连接件121与第二支架连接件122的连接螺钉旋松,然后使得支架连接模组12滑动到所需位置,最后再将第一支架连接件121与第二支架连接件122的连接螺钉旋紧。
参考图4,支架11的连接部1111可与支架连接模组12通过转轴枢转连接,以使得支架11可以根据需求调整与支架连接模组12之间的角度。同时为了使得支架11的角度调整以后支架11与支架连接模组12可以相互固定而不发生转动,可以设置支架11的连接部1111与支架连接模组12的第二支架连接件122为一组相互配合的冠齿组件。
具体地,拼接结构10还具有避让槽10d,避让槽10d位于第一卡槽10a与第三卡槽10c之间。且避让槽10d的槽口朝向与连接侧1a的朝向相同。支架连接模组12还包括第一螺丝组件123。第一螺丝组件123贯穿支架11、第二支架连接件122以及第一支架连接件121,以使得支架11与第一螺丝组件123转动连接,进而转动连接支架11与支架连接模组12,且转动轴与连接侧 相垂直。第一螺丝组件123具有第一螺丝头,第一螺丝头伸入避让槽10d内。当然,第一螺丝组件123的第一螺丝头也可以位于支架11一侧,同时,支架连接模组12还包括第一螺母,第一螺母伸入避让槽10d内。
此外,支架连接模组12还可包括第二螺丝组件124,第一支架连接件121与第二支架连接件122通过第二螺丝组件124相互连接,且第二螺丝组件124可具有第二螺丝头,第二螺丝头伸入避让槽10d内。当然,第二螺丝头也可位于第二支架连接件122一侧,同时,第二螺丝组件124包括第二螺母,第二螺母伸入避让槽10d内。
为了提高拼接的稳定性,连接侧1a的朝向可与灯具1的出光侧1b垂直。参考图1、图2以及图10,在具体实施例中,灯具1可以包括散热器13、光源模组14以及面罩15,为了进行密封,还可以包括密封圈16。一个灯具1可以包括一个光源模组14(参见图1至图4),也可以包括多个光源模组14(例如两个,参见图9和图10)。为便于设置,可将第一卡槽10a与第二卡槽10b设置于散热器13上。光源模组14组设于散热器13上。光源模组14包括光学元件141、光源142以及光源基板143。散热器13具有光源安装部131,光源模组14的光源基板143安装在光源安装部131上,光源142安装在光源基板143背离散热器13的一侧,且光学元件141覆盖光源142以及光源基板143。面罩15整体覆盖光源模组14。密封圈16位于面罩15与光源安装部131连接处,用于保护面罩15与光源安装部131之间的部分,即保护放置于该部分的光源142、光源基板143等部件。
参考图6,由于光源模组14等工作时会产生热量,导致密封圈16因温度升高而发生一定形变进而影响其寿命。为了尽量减少高温对密封圈16寿命的影响,优选设置密封圈16内部中空,进而使得密封圈16可以具有一定的形变空间,进而提高其寿命。同时,为了增加密封圈16的密封防水性能,可设置密封圈16与散热器13贴合的一侧的径向截面的形状为波浪形,进而使得密封圈16与光源安装部131的接触面积减小,进而提高密封圈16与光源 安装部131之间的压强,增强密封效果。
参考图8,为了提高散热性能,还可设置散热器13具有若干凸筋132,凸筋132垂直于光源安装部131。且凸筋132与光源模组14分别位于光源安装部131的相背的两侧。凸筋132包括相互间隔排布的第一筋1321以及第二筋1322。第一筋1321以及第二筋1322沿垂直于光源安装部131方向的长度不同,使得靠近光源模组14的热量较高的散热器13的一端具有较多的凸筋13,而远离光源模组14的热量较低的散热器13的一端具有较少的凸筋13,进而使得散热器13可以通过第一筋1321以及第二筋1322与外部空气进行良好的空气对流,使得散热器13散热均匀。
此外,本发明实施例的灯具1还可以包括为光源模组14提供驱动信号的电源模组17以及起到防水作用的防水接线盒18。电源模组17以及防水接线盒18可以组设于散热器13上且与光源模组14位于散热器13的相背的两侧。本发明中,当一个灯具1包括多个光源模组14时,多个光源模组14可以共用一个电源模组17,也可以每个光源模组14各自均由一个电源模组17驱动,或者也可以几个光源模组14共用一个电源模组17,本发明对此均不做限制。为了防止外界物体撞击光源模组14,还可以在光源模组14外设置防护网19进行防护(参考图1)。
目前市场上销售的泛光灯是一种可以向四面八方均匀照射的点光源,泛光灯制造出的是高度漫射无方向的光,而非轮廓清晰的光束,被广泛应用于机场、大型码头、广场、体育场等大型照明场所。然而,传统泛光灯却存在着以下问题:光线照射角度调整不够灵活,范围较小,具有一定的局限性,且在多组泛光灯进行排列组装时,安装结构复杂,难度大;通常采用集成式光源,光源处热量非常集中,不易即时散发,非常不利于散热;配合集成式光源使用的反光杯调整照射角度时,导致光源照射角度单一。目前的泛光灯通过角度调整装置调整其照射角度,但角度调整装置于泛光灯上的位置无法调整,导致连接角度调整装置的支架无法调整,进而使泛光灯的安装容易受 到安装位置限制。
请参阅图11、图12、图13、图14及图15,其是本发明第一实施例的照明灯具的立体图、剖面图及角度调整机构及支架的组装图;如图所示,本实施例的照明灯具1包括照明模块10、角度调整机构11及支架12,角度调整机构11的数量为两个,其滑设在照明模块10两侧的凹槽101,角度调整机构11能相对于照明模块10滑动而调整位置,待角度调整机构11调整至欲安装位置,并固定于照明模块10。完成角度调整机构11的设置后,支架12的两端分别连接设置在照明模块10两侧的角度调整机构11。本实施例的角度调整机构11包括安装板111、第一齿座112及第二齿座113,安装板111插设于照明模块10一侧的凹槽101,并滑动到欲安装位置,通过第一固定件114固定于照明模块10上,其中第一固定件114为螺丝,其锁固安装板111于凹槽101的侧壁。第一齿座112设置于安装板111,第二齿座113设置于第一齿座112,第一齿座112的齿部与第二齿座113的齿部相啮合,本实施例的第一齿座112及第二齿座113为冠齿轮。支架12的两端分别连接角度调整机构11的第二齿座113,其通过第二固定件115固定于第二齿座113,其中第二固定件115为螺丝。
支架12的两端分别通过第三固定件116固定于安装板111,本实施例的第三固定件116包括锁紧螺丝1161及螺母1162,螺母1162设置于安装板111与照明模块10的凹槽101间,并对应安装板111的固定孔洞1111,第一齿座112具有对应固定孔洞1111的第一穿孔1121,第二齿座113具有对应第一穿孔1121的第二穿孔1131,支架12的两端分别具有对应第二穿孔1131的固定孔121,锁紧螺丝1161从支架12的两端的固定孔121穿入,并穿过第二齿座113的第二穿孔1131、第一穿孔1121及固定孔洞1111,且锁固于螺母1162,以固定第一齿座112及第二齿座113于安装板111,同时固定支架12于角度调整机构11。上述锁紧螺丝1161与支架12之间具有垫片1163。本实施例的安装板111具有安装定位部1112,第一齿座112具有对应安装定位部 1112的第一定位部1122,当第一齿座112设置于安装板111时,安装定位部1112与第一定位部1122进行对位组装,以定位第一齿座112于安装板111上的位置。同理,支架12具有支架定位部122,第二齿座113具有对应支架定位部122的第二定位部1132,当第二齿座113设置于支架12时,支架定位部122与第二定位部1132进行对位组装,以定位第二齿座113于支架12上的位置。本实施例的安装定位部1112及支架定位部122为孔洞,第一定位部1122及第二定位部1132为对应孔洞的凸柱。
本实施例的照明灯具1通过支架12固定于物体上,当锁紧螺丝1161锁紧于螺母1162时,第二齿座113的齿部与第一齿座112的齿部相啮合,所以支架12无法带动第二齿座113相对于第一齿座112转动。欲调整支架12相对于照明模块10的角度时,先转松锁紧螺丝1161,使第二齿座113与第一齿座112分离,支架12带动第二齿座113相对于第一齿座112转动,以调整支架12相对于照明模块10的角度。欲调整支架12相对于照明模块10的位置时,先卸下第一固定件114,移动安装板111于凹槽101至欲安装位置,以带动第一齿座112、第二齿座113及支架12相对于照明模块10移动,当支架12移动至欲安装位置时,安装板111通过第一固定件114固定于照明模块10,以固定支架12于照明模块10。本实施例的照明模块10仅具有单一灯体102。
请参阅图16,其是本发明第二实施例的照明灯具的立体图;如图所示,本实施例的照明模块10也仅具有单一灯体102,本实施例的灯体102的长度与第一实施例的灯体的长度短,表示灯体102的尺寸可不同。请参阅图17,其是本发明第三实施例的照明灯具的立体图;如图所示,本实施例的照明模块10为两个灯体102拼接,也表示照明模块10也可多个灯体102拼接而成。由上述实施例可知,本发明的角度调整机构11可适用具有各种尺寸的灯体102或经多个灯体102拼接的照明模块10,支架12的尺寸根据照明模块10的尺寸而选择,并组装于角度调整机构11。
综上所述,本发明提供一种照明灯具,照明灯具的角度调整机构可滑动于照明模块,其带动支架相对于照明模块移动,以调整支架于照明模块上的位置,使照明灯具能根据其设置的物体调整支架的位置。角度调整机构通过两个冠齿轮相互啮合,防止灯具的重量过重而带动角度调整机构自转。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种灯具,其中,所述灯具具有拼接结构以及连接侧,所述拼接结构设置于所述连接侧上,所述拼接结构包括延伸方向相同的第一卡槽以及第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽与所述第二卡槽的槽口朝向相反。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一卡槽与所述第二卡槽均与所述连接侧的朝向垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其中,所述拼接结构还具有与所述第一卡槽延伸方向相同的第三卡槽,所述第三卡槽位于所述第一卡槽背离所述第二卡槽的一侧,且所述第三卡槽的槽口与所述第一卡槽的槽口相对。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯具,其中,所述灯具具有两个拼接结构以及两个相互背离的连接侧,每个所述连接侧分别设置一个所述拼接结构;
    所述第一卡槽的一端与所述第三卡槽的一端均延伸至所述灯具的同一边缘并在该边缘分别形成第一插入口与第三插入口;
    所述灯具还包括支架以及支架连接模组,所述支架连接模组与其中一个所述拼接结构的所述第一卡槽以及所述第三卡槽滑动连接,且所述支架连接模组连接所述支架。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其中,所述支架连接模组包括第一支架连接件与第二支架连接件,所述第一支架连接件能够由所述第一插入口以及所述第三插入口同时滑入所述第一卡槽以及所述第三卡槽并沿所述第一卡槽以及所述第三卡槽滑动,所述第二支架连接件位于所述第一卡槽以及所述第三卡槽外部且与所述第一支架连接件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,所述支架与所述支架连接模组转动连接,且转动轴与所述连接侧相垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灯具,其中,所述拼接结构还具有避让槽,所述避让槽位于所述第一卡槽与所述第三卡槽之间,且所述避让槽的槽口朝向与所述连接侧的朝向相同,所述支架连接模组还包括第一螺丝组件,所述第一螺丝组件贯穿所述支架、第二支架连接件以及第一支架连接件,所述支架与所述第一螺丝组件转动连接,所述第一螺丝组件具有第一螺丝头,所述第一螺丝头伸入所述避让槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,所述拼接结构还具有避让槽,所述避让槽位于所述第一卡槽与所述第三卡槽之间,且所述避让槽的槽口朝向与所述连接侧的朝向相同,所述支架连接模组还包括第二螺丝组件,所述第一支架连接件与所述第二支架连接件通过第二螺丝组件相互连接,所述第二螺丝组件具有第二螺丝头,所述第二螺丝头伸入所述避让槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一卡槽的至少一端和/或所述第二卡槽的至少一端延伸至所述连接侧的边缘。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述灯具还具有出光侧,所述连接侧与所述出光侧相垂直。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述灯具包括散热器,所述连接侧位于所述散热器上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的灯具,其中,所述灯具还包括光源模组、面罩以及密封圈,所述光源模组组设于所述散热器,所述面罩罩设所述光源模组,所述密封圈位于所述面罩与所述散热器的连接处。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的灯具,其中,所述密封圈内部中空。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的灯具,其中,所述密封圈与所述散热器贴合的一侧的径向截面的形状为波浪形。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的灯具,其中,所述灯具还包括组设于所述散热器的光源模组,所述散热器包括光源安装部以及由所述光源安装部凸出的若干凸筋,且所述凸筋与所述光源模组分别位于所述光源安装部的相背的两侧。
  16. 一种灯具组件,其中,包括两个权利要求1-15任一项所述的灯具以及一组灯具连接模组;
    所述灯具连接模组包括第一灯具连接件以及第二灯具连接件,每个所述第一灯具连接件能够同时与两个所述灯具上的所述第一卡槽卡接,每个所述第二灯具连接件能够同时与两个所述灯具上的所述第二卡槽卡接,所述第一灯具连接件与所述第二灯具连接件可拆卸固定。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的灯具组件,其中,所述灯具组件还包括第三螺丝组件,所述第三螺丝组件穿过所述第一灯具连接件以及所述第二灯具连接件从而将两个所述灯具拼接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的灯具组件,其中,
    所述第一灯具连接件包括第一固定部以及两个第一卡接部,两个所述第一卡接部均与所述第一固定部连接,所述第二灯具连接件包括第二固定部以及两个第二卡接部,两个所述第二卡接部均与所述第二固定部连接;
    每个所述第一卡接部能够分别与一个所述灯具上的所述第一卡槽卡接,以使所述第一灯具连接件同时与两个所述灯具卡接,每个所述第二卡接部能够分别与一个所述灯具上的所述第二卡槽卡接,以使所述第二灯具连接件同时与两个所述灯具卡接;
    所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部中具有相对应的通孔,且所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部通过所述第三螺丝组件与所述通孔配合实现可拆卸连接。
  19. 一种照明灯具,其中,包括照明模块、角度调整机构及支架,所述 角度调整机构滑设于所述照明模块一侧的凹槽,所述支架连接所述角度调整机构,其中所述角度调整机构滑动至欲安装位置并固定于所述照明模块。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的照明灯具,其中,所述角度调整机构包括安装板、第一齿座及第二齿座,所述安装板滑设于所述照明模块一侧的所述凹槽,所述第一齿座设置于所述安装板,所述第二齿座设置于所述第一齿座,所述第二齿座的齿部与所述第一齿座的齿部相啮合,所述支架设置于所述第二齿座,所述支架、所述第二齿座、所述第一齿座及所述安装板通过锁固结构固定。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的照明灯具,其中,所述第一齿座及所述第二齿座分别为冠齿轮。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的照明灯具,其中,所述锁固结构包括锁紧螺丝及螺母,所述螺母设置于所述安装板与所述照明模块之间,并对应所述安装板的固定孔洞,所述第一齿座具有对应所述固定孔洞的第一穿孔,所述第二齿座具有对应所述第一穿孔的第二穿孔,所述支架具有对应所述第二穿孔的固定孔,所述锁紧螺丝穿过所述固定孔、所述第二穿孔、所述第一穿孔及所述固定孔洞,并锁固于所述螺母。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的照明灯具,其中,所述锁固结构还包括垫片,所述垫片设置于所述支架与所述锁紧螺丝之间。
  24. 如权利要求20所述的照明灯具,其中,所述安装板通过第一固定件固定于所述照明模块。
  25. 如权利要求20所述的照明灯具,其中,所述支架通过第二固定件固 定于所述第二齿座。
  26. 如权利要求19所述的照明灯具,其中,所述照明模块包括灯体。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的照明灯具,其中,所述灯体的数量为多个,多个所述灯体相互拼接。
