Abstract

本发明涉及一种灯具。
背景技术
现有灯具诸如路灯等,通常包括一灯架及安装在灯架上的灯体,该灯架通过模具一体成型制造。这种灯具一经制成,就只能满足一定照明强度的需要。当需要满足各种不同照明强度时,就必须通过增、减灯体上发光二极管模组的数量并重新设计灯具的尺寸,而一体成型的灯架的尺寸再难以改变,原有的模具也不适用而需要重新开模,如此,耗费大量的模具开发费用,也浪费工时。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种可针对特定照明强度要求灵活配置的模块化灯具。
一种灯具,包括至少二灯具模块及一连接件,所述灯具模块的侧部设有滑槽,所述连接件具有容置于不同灯具模块的滑槽中的嵌入部,以连接固定这些灯具模块。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明灯具改变灯具模块的数量时通过连接件的嵌入部与灯具模块的滑槽的结合,使得本发明灯具不必每次应不同的光强要求时重新开模,降低了制造成本。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-2,为本发明第一实施例的灯具。该灯具应用于洗墙灯、隧道灯等等。该灯具包括二横向并排的灯具模块10、连接这些灯具模块10的一连接件20、二分别安装在灯具底部纵向两端的支架30。每一灯具模块10的相对两侧部设有纵长的滑槽40,用以收容所述连接件20。每一灯具模块10底部中间安装一驱动电路盒50以提供电源驱动。
请一并参阅图3,在本实施例中,上述灯具模块10为LED灯具模块,每一灯具模块10包括一散热器80、贴设于散热器80上的若干发光二极管模组12、罩设在发光二极管模组12上的透镜13、一置于发光二极管模组12及透镜13上的反光镜14、一透光板16、及将透光板16与反光镜14固定在散热器80上的二固定条17。
该散热器80采用导热性能良好的材料挤制成型,优选地,其由铝挤成型。值得提出的是,由于每一散热器80制造时是先挤压出较长的一段,然后才通过工具切成所需要的长度。因此,散热器80的长度是可以根据实际需要改变,并且改变长度无需重新设计模具,从而能够大幅降低制造成本。该散热器80包括一纵长的导热板82、自导热板82两侧边垂直向上、向下延伸的侧壁83、及自导热板82底面一体垂直向下延伸的若干散热鳍片85。这些散热鳍片85与侧壁83相互平行。每一侧壁83的外侧表面设有所述滑槽40。在本实施例中,该滑槽40与灯具模块的侧部倾斜,包括一相互平行的纵长第一滑槽41及纵长第二滑槽42。从散热器80的横截面可以看出,该第一滑槽41、第二滑槽42均相向倾斜设置,即第一滑槽41倾斜向下延伸、第二滑槽42倾斜向上延伸。每一侧壁83底部间隔设有若干具有螺纹的限位孔830,每一限位孔830垂直连通第二滑槽42。二侧壁83的上半部与导热板82的顶面围成一矩形的收容空间以安装发光二极管模组12、透镜13及反光镜14。二最外侧散热鳍片85靠近低端处相向延伸二纵长的承载部851而呈F型。而中间的其中二散热鳍片85底部分别向各自靠近的最外侧散热鳍片85的较低的承载部851延伸一配合部852。该配合部852与对应的承载部851共同固定所述支架30。
该发光二极管模组12包括一纵长的电路板121、安装在电路板121上的若干发光二极管122。所述透镜13的数量与上述发光二极管122的数量相同。每一透镜13由光学性能优越的透明材料一体成型,如PMMA或PC塑料。在本实施例中,每一透镜13包括一基座131及自基座131顶面向上凸设的罩体132。每一罩体132内设凹槽(图未示)以收容对应的发光二极管122。每一反射镜14呈弧形设置,中部设有与透镜13的罩体132对应的若干开口140。每一开口140的形状呈矩形并稍小于透镜13的基座131外缘,以使反射镜14可以抵压在透镜13的基座131的边缘并供罩体132穿过。所述固定条17呈长条状,其长度与散热器80的长度相同,通过螺钉固定在散热器80的侧壁83顶缘以卡掣透光板16及透镜13。
每一灯具模块10组装时,发光二极管模组12通过若干螺钉(图未示)固定在散热器80的导热板82上。所述透镜13与反射镜14固定在发光二极管模组12上。二卡合件88固定在散热器80的两端。在本实施例中,卡合件88由铝材料制成,与散热器80焊接在一起。卡合件88的顶部与散热器80的侧壁83设有一矩形的封闭凹槽(图未标),一防水垫圈15收容在该凹槽中。所述透光板16安装在反射镜14上并抵靠在防水垫圈15上,通过固定在散热器80的侧壁83顶部的固定条17抵靠并固定在透光板16上。所述驱动电路盒50固定在散热器80的散热鳍片85底部。灯具模块10安装完毕。
上述连接件20呈长条状设置,由强度较大的材料如金属材料制成,在本实施例中为铝挤型铝块。该连接件20截面大致呈“X”型,包括一中间部21、自中间部21顶部向两侧斜上方延伸的二第一嵌入部22、及自中间部21底部向两侧斜下方延伸的二第二嵌入部23。第一嵌入部22的截面形状对应于侧壁83的第一滑槽41的截面形状,第二嵌入部23的截面形状对应于侧壁83的第二滑槽42的截面形状。第一、第二嵌入部22、23远离中间部21的末端部分宽度大于第一、第二嵌入部22、23靠近中间部21的部分的宽度,以使连接件20在横向卡掣在第一、第二滑槽41、42内。第二嵌入部23底部两端分别设有定位槽230,以对应散热器80的侧壁83的限位孔830。
上述支架30包括与灯具模块10连接的第一安装件31和与第一安装件31转动枢接的一第二安装件36。该第一、第二安装件31、36均为呈L形弯折的片体。该第一安装件31包括可滑动安装于灯具模块10底部的第一固定部32和由第一固定部32一侧边缘垂直延伸的一第一枢接部33。该第一固定部32上开设有四间隔的固定孔320,该其中二固定孔320内分别穿置有一锁固件90。每一锁固件90包括一螺杆91和一螺母96,其中螺杆91的头部夹设在具有承载部851的散热鳍片85及具有配合部852的散热鳍片85之间,螺母96与穿过第一固定部32的固定孔320的一端螺合。因此,在螺杆91与螺母96拧紧之前,第一安装件31可以延纵向方向相对灯具模块10移动。其中,所述收容螺杆91的六角形头部的二散热鳍片85之间的距离稍大于该六角形头部的宽度而小于该六角形头部的直径,以使拧动螺母96时螺杆91相对灯具模块10不动。该第一枢接部33设有一中心孔330及以该中心孔330为圆心的半圆环形状的滑孔333。
上述第二安装件36包括安装于地面或墙壁上的第二固定部37和由第二固定部37一侧边缘垂直延伸的一第二枢接部38。一枢接件200穿过第一安装件31的中心孔330与第二安装件36,当第一安装件31绕枢接件200相对第二安装件36转动至合适的角度时,一结合件300穿过半圆环形状的滑孔333与第二安装件36,达到固定第一安装件31与第二安装件36的目的。
请一并参阅图4-5,灯具组装时,二灯具模块10横向并排设置。二散热器80相邻的侧壁83相互抵靠,二侧壁83上的二第一滑槽41及二第二滑槽42共同组成一容置连接件20的通道。上述连接件20从灯具的一端进入该第一滑槽41及二第二滑槽42组成的通道,并使连接件20第二嵌入部23底部的定位槽230对应散热器80的侧壁83的限位孔830。四固定件如螺钉70螺合在限位孔830中并卡掣在连接件20的定位槽230上,以阻止连接件20从滑道中滑出,即防止安装后的连接件20沿滑槽40的延伸方向滑动。所述固定件在其他实施例中可以是销钉,也可以省去的,通过焊接等方式将连接件20固定在散热器80中。二灯具模块10通过连接件20连接固定。其中,连接件20的数量可以根据连接强度的需要以及散热器80的长度做出改变,如本实施例中的所述连接件20的数量可以是二。另外,连接件20的截面形状在不同的实施例中可以不同,如哑铃状、工字形等等,只要连接件的形状可以使该连接件插入散热器80后不能够沿横向脱离散热器80以达到连接二散热器80。同时散热器80的侧壁83需要设置与连接件20截面形状对应的滑槽40,以收容连接件20。上述支架30同时连接支撑二灯具模块10,每一锁固件90收容于每一灯具模块10的二散热鳍片85之间。
请参阅图6,为本发明第二实施例的灯具。该灯具包括三横向并排的灯具模块10。每一灯具模块10与第一实施例中的灯具模块10相同,每一灯具模块10相互之间通过连接20连接固定。上述支架30置于中间的灯具模块10底部,每一锁固件90穿过第一安装件31的固定孔320并收容于该灯具模块10的二散热鳍片85之间,达到了不同的灯具模块10组合方式的灯具采取对应的支架30的安装方式。
请参阅图7,为本发明第三实施例的灯具。该灯具由两个第一实施例中的灯具纵向并排连接而成,即由四灯具模块10呈矩阵排列而成。横向相邻的二灯具模块10通过一连接件20连接。而二纵向相邻的灯具模块10通过中间的另一连接件20连接在一起,即该连接件20的纵向一半部分收容于其中二灯具模块10的第一、第二滑槽41、42中,另一半部分收容于其它二灯具模块10的第一、第二滑槽41、42中,并通过螺钉将连接件20限位固定在灯具中。可以理解地,该灯具还可以简化为只采取二纵向排列的灯具模块10,通过连接件20将这些灯具模块10相互靠近的一端连接起来。
由于灯具的横向、纵向宽度可以通过改变灯具模块10及连接件20的数量而实现,可以通过灯具模块10的各种组合以及连接件20的连接方式形成不同大小的灯具,使得本发明灯具可针对特定照明要求灵活配置。而通过连接件20与灯具侧壁的滑槽41、42的配合实现灯具模块10的连接固定,组装过程简单、快捷。可以理解地,连接件20也可以与灯具模块10的散热器80的侧壁83一体制造,此时连接件20的长度与散热器80的长度相同。

Claims (10)

1.一种灯具,包括至少二灯具模块及一连接件,其特征在于:所述灯具模块的侧部设有滑槽,所述连接件具有容置于所述灯具模块的滑槽中的嵌入部,以连接固定这些灯具模块。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述至少二灯具模块横向并排设置,所述连接件具有至少二嵌入部。
3.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述至少二灯具模块纵向并排设置,所述连接件的嵌入部同时收容于不同灯具模块的滑槽内。
4.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述连接件的嵌入部伸入滑槽的末端宽度较嵌入部的其他部分大。
5.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述连接件的嵌入部与灯具模块的侧部呈倾斜设置,以使连接件在横向卡掣在滑槽内。
6.如权利要求5所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述嵌入部的数量为四,该连接件呈X形设置。
7.如权利要求6所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述灯具模块同一侧部的滑槽包括相互倾斜的第一滑槽及第二滑槽。
8.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述灯具模块包括一铝挤型散热器及安装在散热器上的发光二极管模组,所述散热器包括一导热板、自导热板两侧延伸侧壁、及自导热板与侧壁外延伸的散热鳍片,所述滑槽设置在侧壁外侧面,所述发光二极管模组安置于导热板。
9.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述连接件与其中一灯具模块的侧部一体成型。
