本发明公开了一种LED路灯灯头,该灯头包括前段的电源盒,中段的灯架及尾段的尾盖,所述的灯架包括有可转动的框架,框架连接有限制框架转动的框架定位装置,在框架内并排安装有多个LED照明模块,所述的LED照明模块与框架转动连接,在框架上设有限制LED照明模块转动的模块定位装置。本发明中框架的角度及LED照明模块的角度均可调节,于是可根据实际的道路情况实时调整框架、LED照明模块的角度,保证了理想的路面照明亮度及均匀度,具有较强的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明路灯,特别涉及一种固定LED照明模块的框架及LED照明模块角度均可调节的路灯灯头。
背景技术
LED路灯作为半导体照明的主要应用,具有使用寿命长,雾穿透力强的优点,更重要的是比传统路灯更节能。
由于LED自身存在光学性能上的不足,如果将LED光源设置在传统的路灯灯具上,则只能是在制造时,根据特定道路的照明情况进行配光设计,即设计好每个或每组LED的光照指向,使其照射路面的不同区域,获得整体的照明效果;上述路灯只能适应特定的路面照明,每个或每组LED的指向是固定的,因此不能够进行角度调节以适应其它道路的照明,具有一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种可根据道路情况调节出光角度的LED路灯灯头。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种LED路灯灯头,该灯头包括前段的电源盒,中段的灯架及尾段的尾盖,所述的灯架包括有可转动的框架,框架连接有限制框架转动的框架定位装置,在框架内并排安装有多个LED照明模块,所述的LED照明模块与框架转动连接,在框架上设有限制LED照明模块转动的模块定位装置。
作为优选,所述的灯架包括沿灯架中心线左右对称的两个框架及连接两个框架的连接件,所述的连接件的前后两端分别与电源盒、尾盖固定连接,所述框架的内侧与连接件转动配合连接,框架外侧与框架定位装置相连。
作为优选,所述的框架包括左侧板、右侧板及连接左右两侧板的前侧板、后侧板,LED照明模块两端与所述的左侧板、右侧板转动连接,在左侧板上沿同一直线上设有多个用以安装LED照明模块的轴孔,在右侧板上与左侧板上轴孔相对应位置处设有多个可供LED照明模块上导线穿过的导线孔,所述的右侧板呈弧形,且在前侧板上与右侧板连接处的上下两端均开有凹槽,在后侧板上与右侧板连接处的上下两端也开设有凹槽;
所述的连接件为一中空型材,其包括有底板,在底板的两端设有左右对称的两个与框架的右侧板形状匹配的用以托住右侧板并使右侧板在其内部旋转的托板,在托板上设有与框架右侧板上导线孔相对应的孔,底板与两托板形成一用以容纳导线的空腔,在托板的上下两端沿自身长度方向开设有定位槽,在定位槽内穿设有支撑杆,支撑杆的两端分别连接电源盒与尾盖。框架的右侧板可绕连接件的托板转动,前侧板、后侧板上凹槽的宽度及深度决定了框架右侧板的转动角度。
作为优选,在LED照明模块上的右端设有球头,从球头内引出有导线,在LED照明模块上的左端固设有一圆环,在圆环外圆周的上下两端各设有一弹性凸齿,所述的圆环连接模块定位装置。球头可以自如旋转,满足LED照明模块周向转动调节的需要,并且停止旋转时借助模块定位装置定位。
作为优选,所述的模块定位装置包括卡环,所述的卡环套接在圆环外,在卡环中部设有一横挡,在横挡中部设有轴头,所述的轴头插置在左侧板上的轴孔内,在卡环内周上下两端各设有一排内齿,所述的弹性凸齿与所述的内齿啮合,卡环与左侧板通过滑块、滑轨结构滑动连接,且卡环周向固定在左侧板上,当弹性凸齿与内齿间受到较大作用力时,弹性凸齿可相对内齿滑动。LED照明模块通过一圆环插置在上述周向固定的卡环内,圆环外周上的弹性凸齿与卡环内周的内齿啮合,当需要调整单个LED照明模块的光照角度时,可转动LED照明模块,使得弹性凸齿受力在内齿上发生滑动,从内齿间的某个齿槽内移动到另外的齿槽内,当调整好角度时,转动停止,弹性凸齿卡在内齿间的齿槽内,使LED照明模块停留在了相应的位置,再次调整时可重复上述操作;初始状态时,需将卡环逐个安装到左侧板上并滑动到相应位置,然后将LED照明模块上的圆环插置在卡环内周内,为防止圆环插入过深导致弹性凸齿与内齿接触不良,在卡环中部设置了横挡以对圆环进行限位;横挡上设置轴头,轴头插置在左侧板上的轴孔内,一是为了方便LED照明模块顺利的转动,二是为了将卡环限制在相应位置,防止其在左侧板上发生滑动。
作为优选,在卡环外周的上下两端对称设有相互平行的滑板,在滑板上设有凸起的滑块,在左侧板内侧面上设有容纳卡环的空腔,在所述空腔的上下两端各设有一条滑轨,所述的滑块卡设在滑轨内。两个平行的滑板与空腔上下两端接触可限制卡环发生周向转动,滑块卡设在滑轨内,防止卡环从空腔内脱落。
为了更好的承受球头,并使球头旋转更加自如,作为优选,在右侧板的上下两棱边上对应开有用以托住球头并使得球头在其内部旋转的弧形槽,LED照明模块上的球头安放在所述的弧形槽内,导线穿过所述的通孔、孔。
作为优选,所述的LED照明模块包括散热装置、导热底板,导热底板的顶面连接散热装置,导热底板的底面上设有印刷电路和多个LED灯,圆环与球头分别设置在散热装置的左右两端面上。LED照明模块为整体造型,包含了多个LED灯,形成一个照明灯管,具有维修、更换方便,聚光效果好的优点。
作为优选,所述的散热装置包括基板,导热底板的顶面连接基板的底面,在基板的顶面并排设置有多个散热翅片,所述的散热翅片是沿基板宽度方向设置,且所述的散热翅片均垂直于基板。
作为优选,散热翅片与基板为一体成型。更利于散热。
作为优选,所述的弹性凸齿与圆环为一体成型,且两者是由橡胶材料制成。由于橡胶质地较软,所以在受力较大的情况下可相对内齿发生滑动。
作为优选,所述的框架定位装置包括设置在框架外侧的框架定位板,框架定位板上端与电源盒、尾盖铰接,在框架定位板上的与框架相接触的端面上由上到下开有多条相互平行的卡槽,所述的卡槽均沿水平方向设置,在框架上与框架定位板相接触的端面上设有至少1条与所述卡槽相配合的卡条,卡条卡接在卡槽内。初始状态时,左侧板与框架定位板相接触,卡条卡设在卡槽内,当需调整框架角度时,可将框架定位板翻开,使卡条脱离卡槽,然后将框架旋转一定角度,即右侧板在托板内旋转一定角度,调整好角度好,再将框架定位板放下,使卡条卡接在相应的卡槽内进行框架定位。
作为优选,所述的框架包括左侧板、右侧板及连接左右两侧板的前侧板、后侧板,卡条设置在左侧板上。
作为优选,在框架定位板上由上到下设有4条平行的卡槽,在左侧板上端设有1个卡条。
本发明的LED路灯灯头,主要部分设计成两个左右对称的框架,每个框架内并排设有多个LED照明模块,框架的角度及LED照明模块的角度均可调节,于是可根据实际的道路情况实时调整框架、LED照明模块的角度,保证了理想的路面照明亮度及均匀度,具有较强的实用性。

本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例:如图1~图6所示,一种LED路灯灯头,该灯头包括前段的电源盒27,中段的灯架28及尾段的尾盖29,所述的灯架28包括沿灯架28中心线左右对称的两个框架1及连接两个框架1的连接件39,所述的连接件39的前后两端分别与电源盒27、尾盖29固定连接,所述框架1的内侧与连接件39转动配合连接,框架1外侧连接有限制框架转动的框架定位装置,在框架1内并排安装有多个LED照明模块2,所述的LED照明模块2与框架1转动连接,在框架1上设有限制LED照明模块2转动的模块定位装置。
下面对各部件、装置的结构作下介绍:
如图2~图5所示,所述的框架1包括左侧板3、右侧板4及通过螺钉连接左右两侧板的前侧板5、后侧板6,LED照明模块2两端与所述的左侧板3、右侧板4转动连接,在左侧板3上沿同一直线上设有多个用以安装LED照明模块2的轴孔21,在右侧板4上与左侧板3上轴孔21相对应位置处设有多个可供LED照明模块上导线10穿过的导线孔11,所述的右侧板4呈弧形,确切的说,是呈圆弧形,且在前侧板5上与右侧板4连接处的上下两端均开有凹槽30,在后侧板6上与右侧板4连接处的上下两端也开设有凹槽30。
所述的连接件39为一中空型材,其包括有底板31,在底板31的两端设有左右对称的两个与框架1的右侧板4形状匹配的用以托住右侧板4并使右侧板4在其内部旋转的托板32,在托板32上设有与框架右侧板4上导线孔11相对应的孔33,底板31与两托板32形成一用以容纳导线的空腔,在托板32的上下两端沿自身长度方向开设有定位槽34,在定位槽34内穿设有支撑杆35,支撑杆35的两端分别连接电源盒27与尾盖29。所述的尾盖29为多根钢管连接构成的型材,在尾盖29上设有多个螺丝安装孔及连接支撑杆35的穿孔。
上述前侧板5、后侧板6上设置凹槽30的作用是:右侧板4在托板32内转动时,不会被托板32上下两端边缘挡住,改变凹槽30的宽度和深度可调整框架1的转动角度。
如图3、图4、图5、图11、图12所示,所述的框架定位装置包括设置在框架1外侧的框架定位板36,框架定位板36上端与电源盒27、尾盖29铰接;具体的,在框架定位板36上端穿设有一定位轴40,在框架定位板36上的与框架左侧板3相接触的端面上由上到下开有4条相互平行的卡槽37,卡槽37的数量不限于此,可根据实际情况进行设置,数量越多,调节越为细密;所述的卡槽37均沿水平方向设置,在左侧板3上端设有1条与所述卡槽37相配合的卡条38,卡条38卡接在卡槽37内。
如图11、图12所示,在框架内安装好LED照明模块后,当需调节框架的角度时,可将框架定位板36沿图11中箭头方向翻开,使卡条38脱离卡槽37,然后将框架沿图12中箭头方向旋转一定角度,调整好角度好,再将框架定位板36翻转回初始位置,使卡条9卡接在相应的卡槽8内进行框架定位,调整十分方便。调整好后,为进一步固定框架定位板36,在框架定位板36的两端设有安装孔41,螺丝42穿过安装孔41将框架定位板36固定在尾盖39及电源盒27上。
如图7、图8所示,所述的LED照明模块2包括散热装置22、导热底板23,导热底板23的顶面连接散热装置22,导热底板23的底面上设有印刷电路和多个LED灯24,为提高LED灯24的聚光效果,可选择在LED灯24外罩设透镜,所述的散热装置22包括基板25,导热底板23的顶面连接基板25的底面,在基板25的顶面并排设置有多个散热翅片26,所述的散热翅片26是沿基板25宽度方向设置,且所述的散热翅片26均垂直于基板25,散热翅片26与基板25均为铝制成;为进一步利于散热,散热翅片26与基板25为一体成型。
如图7、图9、图13所示,在LED照明模块2左右两端的散热翅片26上分别设有一圆环7、球头9,在圆环7外圆周的上下两端各设有一弹性凸齿8,所述的弹性凸齿8与圆环7为一体成型,且两者是由橡胶材料制成,所述的圆环7连接模块定位装置;从球头9内引出有导线10,导线10与所有LED灯24电连接,如图11、图12所示,左右两个框架内,相对的两个LED照明模块2的导线10伸入到连接件39的空腔内后,通过一连接头43连接,连接头43再连接电源盒27。
在右侧板4的上下两棱边上对应开有用以托住球头9并使得球头9在其内部旋转的弧形槽12,LED照明模块2上的球头9安放在所述的弧形槽12内,实现定位并可在弧形槽12内旋转,导线10穿过所述的通孔11、孔33。
如图10、图11、图13、图14所示,所述的模块定位装置包括一圆形卡环13,圆形卡环13的内径与圆环7的外径相同,所述的卡环13套接在圆环7外,在卡环13中部设有一横挡19,在横挡19中部设有轴头20,所述的轴头20插置在左侧板3上的轴孔21内,在卡环13内周上下两端各设有一排内齿14,所述的弹性凸齿8与所述的内齿14啮合,卡环13与左侧板3通过滑块、滑轨结构滑动连接,且卡环13周向固定在左侧板3上,当弹性凸齿8与内齿14间受到较大作用力时,弹性凸齿8可相对内齿14滑动。
如图11、图14所示,上述滑块、滑轨结构具体为:在卡环13外周的上下两端对称设有相互平行的滑板15,在滑板15上设有凸起的滑块16,在左侧板3内侧面上设有容纳卡环13的空腔17,在所述空腔17的上下两端各设有一条滑轨18,所述的滑块16卡设在滑轨18内。
如图1所示,在组装好上述的结构后,为使整体更加美观,在两个托板32上端设有顶盖44,在框架1及连接件39上端设有护罩45,在尾盖29外设有尾盖盒46。

Claims (12)

1.一种LED路灯灯头,该灯头包括前段的电源盒(27),中段的灯架(28)及尾段的尾盖(29),其特征是:所述的灯架(28)包括有可转动的框架(1),框架(1)连接有限制框架转动的框架定位装置,在框架(1)内并排安装有多个LED照明模块(2),所述的LED照明模块(2)与框架(1)转动连接,在框架(1)上设有限制LED照明模块(2)转动的模块定位装置;在LED照明模块(2)上的右端设有球头(9),从球头(9)内引出有导线(10),在LED照明模块(2)上的左端固设有一圆环(7),在圆环(7)外圆周的上下两端各设有一弹性凸齿(8),所述的圆环(7)连接模块定位装置;所述的框架定位装置包括设置在框架(1)外侧的框架定位板(36),框架定位板(36)上端与电源盒(27)、尾盖(29)铰接,在框架定位板(36)上的与框架相接触的端面上由上到下开有多条相互平行的卡槽(37),所述的卡槽(37)均沿水平方向设置,在框架(1)上与框架定位板(36)相接触的端面上设有至少1条与所述卡槽(37)相配合的卡条(38),卡条(38)卡接在卡槽(37)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:所述的灯架(28)包括沿灯架(28)中心线左右对称的两个框架(1)及连接两个框架(1)的连接件(39),所述的连接件(39)的前后两端分别与电源盒(27)、尾盖(29)固定连接,所述框架(1)的内侧与连接件(39)转动配合连接,框架(1)外侧与框架定位装置相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:
所述的框架(1)包括左侧板(3)、右侧板(4)及连接左右两侧板的前侧板(5)、后侧板(6),LED照明模块(2)两端与所述的左侧板(3)、右侧板(4)转动连接,在左侧板(3)上沿同一直线上设有多个用以安装LED照明模块(2)的轴孔(21),在右侧板(4)上与左侧板(3)上轴孔(21)相对应位置处设有多个可供LED照明模块上导线(10)穿过的导线孔(11),所述的右侧板(4)呈弧形,且在前侧板(5)上与右侧板(4)连接处的上下两端均开有凹槽(30),在后侧板(6)上与右侧板(4)连接处的上下两端也开设有凹槽(30);
所述的连接件(39)为一中空型材,其包括有底板(31),在底板(31)的两端设有左右对称的两个与框架(1)的右侧板(4)形状匹配的用以托住右侧板(4)并使右侧板(4)在其内部旋转的托板(32),在托板(32)上设有与框架右侧板上导线孔(11)相对应的孔(33),底板(31)与两托板(32)形成一用以容纳导线的空腔,在托板(32)的上下两端沿自身长度方向开设有定位槽(34),在定位槽(34)内穿设有支撑杆(35),支撑杆(35)的两端分别连接电源盒(27)与尾盖(29)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是所述的模块定位装置包括卡环(13),所述的卡环(13)套接在圆环(7)外,在卡环(13)中部设有一横挡(19),在横挡(19)中部设有轴头(20),所述的轴头(20)插置在左侧板(3)上的轴孔(21)内,在卡环(13)内周上下两端各设有一排内齿(14),所述的弹性凸齿(8)与所述的内齿(14)啮合,卡环(13)与左侧板(3)通过滑块、滑轨结构滑动连接,且卡环(13)周向固定在左侧板(3)上,当弹性凸齿(8)与内齿(14)间受到较大作用力时,弹性凸齿(8)可相对内齿(14)滑动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:在卡环(13)外周的上下两端对称设有相互平行的滑板(15),在滑板(15)上设有凸起的滑块(16),在左侧板(3)内侧面上设有容纳卡环(13)的空腔(17),在所述空腔(17)的上下两端各设有一条滑轨(18),所述的滑块(16)卡设在滑轨(18)内。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:在右侧板(4)的上下两棱边上对应开有用以托住球头(9)并使得球头(9)在其内部旋转的弧形槽(12),LED照明模块(2)上的球头(9)安放在所述的弧形槽(12)内,导线(10)穿过所述的右侧板(4)的导线孔(11)、托板(32)上的孔(33)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:所述的LED照明模块(2)包括散热装置(22)、导热底板(23),导热底板(23)的顶面连接散热装置(22),导热底板(23)的底面上设有印刷电路和多个LED灯(24),圆环(7)与球头(9)分别设置在散热装置(22)的左右两端面上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:所述的散热装置(22)包括基板(25),导热底板(23)的顶面连接基板(25)的底面,在基板(25)的顶面并排设置有多个散热翅片(26),所述的散热翅片(26)是沿基板(25)宽度方向设置,且所述的散热翅片(26)均垂直于基板(25)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:散热翅片(26)与基板(25)为一体成型。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:所述的弹性凸齿(8)与圆环(7)为一体成型,且两者是由橡胶材料制成。
11.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:所述的框架(1)包括左侧板(3)、右侧板(4)及连接左右两侧板的前侧板(5)、后侧板(6),卡条设置在左侧板(3)上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的一种LED路灯灯头,其特征是:在框架定位板(36)上由上到下设有4条平行的卡槽(37),在左侧板(3)上端设有1个卡条(38)。
