背景技术
LED照明灯具有寿命长、节能、省电、工作电压低、安全性能好等优点,同等亮度的LED灯泡功耗只有白炽灯的10%,其寿命可达10万小时,比日光灯的寿命长10倍,比白炽灯的寿命长100倍。随着大功率LED技术的发展与成熟,照明用LED的性能指标日益大幅度提高,在照明领域得到越来越广泛的应用。
但是现有的LED射灯存在以下几个缺点:
1、发光电源模组和灯具为一体式结构,不能更换。如果发光电源模组故障或损坏,只能整灯报废。
2、光学器件是固定的,不能根据应用需求更换不同的光学器件,使用成本高。
3、面环不能更换,使用方式单一。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述存在问题和不足,提供一种既可方便更换不同的发光电源模组,还可根据不同应用环境需求更换不同的光学器件,配置不同面环,使用范围广泛,又使用方便的LED射灯模组。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型所述使用方便的LED射灯模组,包括LED发光电源模组、面 环、及装置于所述LED发光电源模组与面环之间的光学器件,其特点是:还包括有将所述面环可靠连接于LED发光电源模组上的并能调节两者之间间距的连接支架,所述连接支架的两端分别与所述面环和LED光源模块能拆装地连接在一起。
其中,上述光学器件可以为反光杯、透光镜或其它光学器件及其组合。当上述光学器件包括有反光杯时,上述LED发光电源模组包括驱动电源组件、LED光源模块,所述LED光源模块位于反光杯的内端口处。所述驱动电源组件包括驱动电源、散热器,所述驱动电源嵌装于所述散热器内,上述LED光源模块安装于所述散热器底部,所述连接支架的两端分别与所述面环和散热器连接。
至于上述连接支架的具体结构可根据需要来设计,如可以是在连接支架上设置弹性卡位,在散热器的外侧设置多个相应的不同高度的卡槽或卡孔;为使其结构简单及连接结构更可靠,可以是上述连接支架的上端部设有至少两个呈上下排列的卡孔,上述散热器的外侧设有能与所述卡孔配合卡置锁定的卡接弹片,上述连接支架通过其上端部不同卡孔与所述卡接弹片的配合卡置而能上下调节地连接于上述散热器上。为使本实用新型结构更可靠,上述散热器的两侧设有两边带挡边的插装槽,上述卡接弹片安装于所述插装槽内。并且上述连接支架至少有两个。各连接支架可以是为一连接片形成,就是将连接片按照安装要求做成所需形状及在上面开卡孔。为使本实用新型结构更紧凑及安装更方便,连接片的上端部做成向相应插装槽方向弯进的台肩形;各连接支架也可以是为两插接片呈上下连接而成,上述卡孔设在上面的插接片上端部。为方便使用者根据需要调节角度,上面的插接片能左右转动 调节角度地连接于下面的插接片上。进一步方案是:上面的插接片做成两头小、中间大的箭头造型片,下面的插接片做成与箭头造型片的箭头头部相对接的倒三角形造型或扇形造型,卡孔设置在箭头造型片的箭头尾部。当然本实用新型中的连接支架还可以是由多片能上下调节长度地连接在一起连接片形成。
至于面环与连接支架的可拆装连接结构也可根据需要来设定,如可以是卡扣连接或旋扣连接;也可以是在面环上设置两边带卡边的卡凸,然后在连接支架的底部设有带相应卡口的卡边,连接支架通过卡边上的卡口与卡凸的配合卡置而可拆装地连接在面环上。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、因本实用新型中的LED发光电源模组和面环是通过连接支架可拆装地连接在一起,也就是说LED发光电源模组与面环为分体式结构,又能结合在一起,所以在使用时可方便更换不同的LED发光电源模组,也可更换面环;
2、由于连接支架能调节LED发光电源模组与面环之间的间距,因此可根据不同应用环境需求,更换不同的光学器件。也就是说本实用新型能调节光学器件的安装高度,可根据不同天花板高度的安装需要更换不同高度的光学器件,如反光杯、透镜等,使用极为方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-图8所示,本实用新型所述使用方便的LED射灯模组,包括LED发光电源模组、面环3、及装置于所述LED发光电源模组与面环3之间的光学器件。为使LED发光电源模组更换方便,及方便更换不同的光学器件和面环3,本实用新型还包括有将所述面环3可靠连接于LED发光电源模组上的并能调节两者之间间距的连接支架,所述连接支架的两端分别与所述面环3和LED发光电源模组能拆装地连接在一起。由于LED发光电源模组和面环3是通过连接支架可拆装地连接在一起的,所以在使用时,如果LED发光电源模组故障或损坏,可方便更换不同的发光电源模组,而无需将整灯报废;也可更换不同的面环,使用极为方便。再加上连接支架又能调节LED发光电源模组与面环之间的间距,也就是说能调节光学器件的安装高度,所以可根据不同天花板高度的安装需要更换不同高度的光学器件,如反光杯、透镜等,进一步的方便了其使用。
其中,上述光学器件包括有反光杯4,上述LED发光电源模组包括驱动电源组件1、LED光源模块2,所述LED光源模块2位于反光杯4的内端口(也叫上端口)处。所述驱动电源组件1包括驱动电源11、散热器12,所述驱动电源11嵌装于所述散热器12内,上述LED光源模块2安装于所述散热器 12底部,所述连接支架的两端分别与所述面环3和散热器12连接。上述面环3包括面环本体31和连接环32,上述反光杯4的外端下端顶置于所述连接环32上。所述面环上还安装有能将射灯定位于天花板上的卡簧。所述卡簧可以是环设于面环上的二个或三个弹片;也可以是如图8所示为两个对称安装的带弹簧的卡脚。
至于上述连接支架的具体结构可根据需要来设计,为使本实用新型结构简单,上述连接支架的上端部设有至少两个呈上下排列的卡孔7,上述散热器12的外侧设有能与所述卡孔7配合卡置锁定的卡接弹片13,上述连接支架通过其上端部不同卡孔7与所述卡接弹片13的配合卡置而能上下调节地连接于上述散热器12上。当然本实用新型中的连接支架还可以是由多片能上下调节长度地连接在一起连接片形成。
为使本实用新型结构更可靠,上述散热器12的两侧设有两边带挡边122的插装槽121,上述卡接弹片13安装于所述插装槽121内。如图1-图2所示,本实用新型实施例一的技术方案是:上述连接支架至少有两个(对称安装),各连接支架为一连接片5形成。为使本实用新型结构更紧凑及安装更方便,如图2所示,连接片的上端部做成向相应插装槽方向弯进的台肩形。如图4-图6所示,本实用新型实施例二的技术方案是:上述连接支架至少有两个,各连接支架为两插接片6呈上下连接而成,上述卡孔7设在上面的插接片6上端部。上面的插接片6能左右转动调节角度地连接于下面的插接片6上。优选方案是:上述两插接片6通过连接柱8连接而成,且其中一插接片6上设有多个角度调节柱61,另一插接片6上相应的设有柱孔。上面的插接片6通过柱孔与不同角度调节柱61的配合装置而实现角度调节。当然也 还可以是在一个插接片6上设有一个或两个调节柱61,另一插接片6上设有多个柱孔。进一步方案是:如图5所示,上面的插接片6做成两头小、中间大的箭头造型片,下面的插接片做成与箭头造型片的箭头头部相对接的倒三角形造型或扇形造型,卡孔7设置在箭头造型片的箭头尾部。更进一步方案:还可将箭头造型片的箭头尾部(也叫上端部)做成向相应插装槽方向弯进的台肩形。还可以如图7所示,上面的插接片做成上部小和下部大的造型片,下面的插接片相应做成与上面的插接片下部配合安装的连接片。
至于面环3与连接支架的可拆装连接结构也可根据需要来设定,如可以是通过锁紧螺丝连接,也可以是卡扣连接或旋扣连接;还可以是如图2所示,在面环3上设置两边带卡边的卡凸,然后在连接支架的底部设有带相应卡口的卡边。连接支架通过卡边上的卡口与卡凸的配合卡置而可拆装地连接在面环上。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED射灯模组,其特征在于:上述光学器件包括有反光杯(4),上述LED发光电源模组包括驱动电源组件(1)、LED光源模块(2),所述LED光源模块(2)位于反光杯(4)的内端口处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED射灯模组,其特征在于:所述驱动电源组件(1)包括驱动电源(11)、散热器(12),所述驱动电源(11)嵌装于所述散热器(12)内,上述LED光源模块(2)安装于所述散热器(12)底部,所述连接支架的两端分别与所述面环(3)和散热器(12)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LED射灯模组,其特征在于:上述连接支架的上端部设有至少两个呈上下排列的卡孔(7),上述散热器(12)的外侧设有能与所述卡孔(7)配合卡置锁定的卡接弹片(13),上述连接支架通过其上端部不同卡孔(7)与所述卡接弹片(13)的配合卡置而能上下调节地连接于上述散热器(12)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LED射灯模组,其特征在于:上述散热器(12)的两侧设有两边带挡边(122)的插装槽(121),上述卡接弹片(13)安装于所述插装槽(121)内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的LED射灯模组,其特征在于:上述连接支架至少有两个,各连接支架为一连接片(5)形成,上述卡孔(7)设置在连接片(5)的上端部。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的LED射灯模组,其特征在于:上述连接支架至少有两个,各连接支架为一连接片(5)形成,连接片(5)的上端部做成向相应插装槽(121)方向弯进的台肩形。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的LED射灯模组,其特征在于:上述连接支架至少有两个,各连接支架为两插接片(6)呈上下连接而成,上述卡孔(7)设在上面的插接片(6)的上端部,且上面的插接片(6)能左右转动调节角度地连接于下面的插接片(6)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的LED射灯模组,其特征在于:上述两插接片(6)通过连接柱(8)连接而成,且其中一插接片(6)上设有多个角度调节柱(61),另一插接片(6)上相应的设有柱孔;或者是一个插接片(6)上设有一个或两个调节柱(61),另一插接片(6)上设有多个柱孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的LED射灯模组,其特征在于:上面的插接片(6)做成两头小、中间大的箭头造型片,下面的插接片做成与箭头造型片的箭头头部相对接的倒三角形造型或扇形造型,卡孔(7)设置在箭头造型片的箭头尾部。
