专利文献公开号为CN105421826A、专利申请号为第201510895502.X号、发明名称为“一种装配式整体卫生间及其建造方法”的发明专利申请,就解决了上述的问题。该整体卫生间具有质轻、承重保温、隔热、耐久、抗震、以及优良的防火性能和隔声性能。但在装配式建筑中安装整体卫生间时,往往出现由于其安装空间而造成一定局限。在安装就位时会产生较大的困难。
目前,装配式建筑中整体卫生间的安装,主要采用吊车吊装与铲车配合的方式。但是吊车吊装的方式需要的安装空间较大,铲车安装精度不高,需要反复校正,且楼板的局部承重也是需要考虑的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置及 其安装方法。本发明可在小空间、两面障碍物以及楼板下沉部位定点安装等复杂条件下,将整体建筑模块进行整体移动,并精确定位整体安装。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置,它主要包括:控制台、调整装置、连接装置、升降装置;防倾倒装置,其中,所述的控制台分别与调整装置及升降装置相连接;所述的连接装置分别与升降装置及调整装置相连接;所述防倾倒装置的一端与连接装置相连接,其另一端设有配重挂钩,以根据需求设置配重块;电源及汽源由外部设备供给。

如图2、3、10所示,所述的升降装置5,主要包括油缸51、升降支架52、伸缩导杆53、定位销钉54;并在所述的升降装置5的下部设有气垫式运送装置55;在所述的升降装置5还设有自行走装置56,以便于移动整体卫生间7安装就位;其中,所述的升降支架52与自行走装置56连接;在伸缩导杆53上设有定位销54。
所述的自行走装置56,由多个万向轮构成。
所述的气垫式运送装置55,由四个可移动的气垫构成;所述的气垫设有压缩空气连接口,其与外接汽源相连接。
所述的连接支架41、42、43、44,可在升降支架52和油缸51的作用下上升、定位或下降。
如图12-图16所示,本发明整体卫生间的安装方法,该方法步骤包括:
(A)、根据整体卫生间7的尺寸大小和高度,在控制台2上控制调整装置3的伸缩臂31的长短与整体卫生间7相配合;并调整连接装置4中连接支架41、42、43、44的顶部连接件46的高度与整体卫生间7顶部连接件72相配合;并通过自行走装置56移动本安装装置1,将本安装装置1与整体卫生间7贴紧配合;
(B)、将连接支架41、42、43的顶部连接件46与整体卫生间7三个角 的顶部连接件72连接固定;并将连接支架41、42、43的底部挂钩47置入整体卫生间7底部吊装孔71;然后,再将独立连接支架44的顶部连接件46与整体卫生间7的顶部连接件72连接固定;
(C)、控制台2开启四个升降装置5的油缸51同步上升,同时带动四个升降支架52、连接支架41、42、43、44及整体卫生间7上升至距地面2~4公分;安装设置伸缩导杆53上的定位销54,以将升降支架52定位;
(D)、在防倾倒装置6的挂钩61上加装相应的配重块62(图中未标注),以保持与地面处于平衡状态,至整体卫生间7上升动作完成;
(E)、将气垫式运送装置55置入升降装置5下方;接通压缩空气后,使本安装装置1带动整体卫生间7上升;此时,自行走装置56脱离楼板平面10,使本安装装置1离开地面,处于可轻松移动状态;
(F)、通过气垫式运送装置55将整体卫生间7移送到达预定调整位置;然后,撤除独立连接支架44;同时,需要通过调整配重块62而继续保持整体卫生间7与地面处于平衡状态;
(G)、通过气垫式运送装置55将整体卫生间7移动调整到安装位置楼板下沉部位12;然后,再切断气垫式运送装置55的压缩空气,使得自行走装置56的万向轮落至楼板平面10,此时定位完成;
(H)、拆除升降装置5上伸缩导杆53上的定位销钉54;同步控制三个油缸51下降;整体卫生间7落入安装位置楼板下沉部位12内;
(I)、拆除三具顶部连接件46与整体卫生间7的连接;并脱开底部挂钩47;通过自行走装置56的万向轮移走本安装装置1,则整体卫生间精准安装就位完成。
实施例2:
如图17所示,本发明中的滚轮运输装置13,它包括旋转盘131、行走轮132。
如图19所示,另一本发明整体卫生间的安装方法,该方法步骤包括:
(A)、根据整体卫生间7的尺寸大小和高度,在控制台2上控制调整装置3的伸缩臂31的长短与整体卫生间7相配合;并调整连接装置4中连接支架41、42、43、44及顶部连接件46的高度与整体卫生间7顶部连接件72相配合;并通过自行走装置56移动本安装装置1,将本安装装置1与整体卫生间7贴紧配合;
(B)、将连接支架41、42、43的顶部连接件46与整体卫生间7三个角的顶部连接件72连接固定;并将连接支架41、42、43的底部挂钩47置入整体卫生间7底部吊装孔71;然后,再将独立连接支架44的顶部连接件46与整体卫生间7的顶部连接件72连接固定;
(C)、将滚轮运输装置13置入升降装置5下方;滚轮运输装置13下部设有行走轮132,其上部设有可以水平旋转的旋转盘131;
(D)、控制台2开启四个升降装置5的油缸51同步上升,同时带动四个升降支架52、连接支架41、42、43、44及整体卫生间7上升至距地面2~4公分;安装设置伸缩导杆53上的定位销54,以将升降支架52定位;
(E)、在防倾倒装置6的挂钩61上加装相应的配重块62(图中未标注),以保持与地面处于平衡状态,至整体卫生间7上升动作完成;
(F)、通过滚轮运输装置13将整体卫生间7移送到达预定调整位置;然后,撤除独立连接支架44;同时,需要通过调整配重块62而继续保持整 体卫生间7与地面处于平衡状态;
(G)、通过滚轮运输装置13将整体卫生间7移动调整到安装位置楼板下沉部位12;此时定位完成;
(H)、拆除升降装置5上伸缩导杆53上的定位销钉54;同步控制三个油缸51下降;整体卫生间7落入安装位置楼板下沉部位12内;
(I)、拆除三具顶部连接件46与整体卫生间7的连接;并脱开底部挂钩47;通过自行走装置56的万向轮移走本安装装置1,则整体卫生间精准安装就位完成。
实施例3:
如图18所示,本发明中的上顶平衡装置14,它包括升降螺旋结构141、顶部万向轮142。
如图20所示,又一本发明整体卫生间的安装方法,该方法步骤包括:
(A)、根据整体卫生间7的尺寸大小和高度,在控制台2上控制调整装置3的伸缩臂31的长短与整体卫生间7相配合;并调整连接装置4中连接支架41、42、43、44的顶部连接件46的高度与整体卫生间7顶部连接件72相配合;并通过自行走装置56移动本安装装置1,将本安装装置1与整体卫生间7贴紧配合;
(B)、将连接支架41、42、43的顶部连接件46与整体卫生间7三个角的顶部连接件72连接固定;并将连接支架41、42、43的底部挂钩47置入整体卫生间7底部吊装孔71;然后,再将独立连接支架44的顶部连接件46与整体卫生间7的顶部连接件72连接固定;
(C)、控制台2开启四个升降装置5的油缸51同步上升,同时带动四 个升降支架52、连接支架41、42、43、44及整体卫生间7上升至距地面2~4公分;安装设置伸缩导杆53上的定位销54,以将升降支架52定位;
(D)、调整上顶平衡装置14的升降螺旋结构141,使上顶平衡装置顶部万向轮142顶住屋顶,以保持与地面处于平衡状态,至整体卫生间7上升动作完成;
(E)、将气垫式运送装置55置入升降装置5下方;接通压缩空气后,使本安装装置1带动整体卫生间7上升;此时,自行走装置56脱离楼板平面10,使本安装装置1离开地面,处于可轻松移动状态;
(F)、通过气垫式运送装置55将整体卫生间7移送到达预定调整位置;然后,撤除独立连接支架44;同时,通过调整上顶平衡装置14,使得上顶平衡装置顶部万向轮142随整体卫生间7的移动而保持与屋顶始终滑动接触,保持整体卫生间7与地面处于一种平衡状态;
(G)、通过气垫式运送装置55将整体卫生间7移动调整到安装位置楼板下沉部位12;然后,再切断气垫式运送装置55的压缩空气,使得自行走装置56的万向轮落至楼板平面10,此时定位完成;
(H)、拆除升降装置5上伸缩导杆53上的定位销钉54;同步控制三个油缸51下降;整体卫生间7落入安装位置楼板下沉部位12内;
(I)、调整上顶平衡装置14的升降螺旋结构141,解除上顶平衡装置顶部万向轮142与屋顶的接触,拆除三具顶部连接件46与整体卫生间7的连接;并脱开底部挂钩47;通过自行走装置56的万向轮移走本安装装置1,则整体卫生间精准安装就位完成。
工业应用性
本发明可将整体建筑模块精准安装就位。特别是,可将整体卫生间安装精准就位。整体卫生间,是在施工现场外就已将其内部装修及卫浴设备均已安装完毕,仅在其外部留有电路接口、上下水接口、以及安装连接件等。其安装位置一般为一面靠墙或两面靠墙的位置,而且需要在楼板平面的基础上进行下沉定位安装。由于整体卫生间的自重较大,移动困难,特别是需要移动到安装位置后,还要下沉定位,这在已完成楼层施工的空间内进行下沉定位安装是很困难的。而本发明就解决了现有技术的难题,实现了轻松准确地完成整体卫生间的安装。因此,本发明实现了对大体积成吨重的装配式建筑在小空间、复杂环境的高效率精确安装,节约了成本,省时省力。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置,它主要包括:控制台、调整装置、连接装置、升降装置;防倾倒装置,其中,所述的控制台分别与调整装置及升降装置相连接;所述的连接装置分别与升降装置及调整装置相连接;所述防倾倒装置的一端与连接装置相连接,其另一端设有配重挂钩,以根据需求设置配重块;电源及汽源由外部设备供给。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置,其特征在于:在所述的控制台上设有控制开关,它包括电器设备控制开关、油缸控制开关、汽源控制开关、调整开关。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置,其特征在于:所述的调整装置,包括伸缩臂;在控制台的控制下,所述的伸缩臂可依据整体建筑模块的尺寸而伸长或缩短。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置,其特征在于:所述的连接装置,包括三个连接支架及独立连接支架;所述的连接支架分别与所述的伸缩臂连接;并设有连接撑架;在连接装置的上端设有顶部连接件,它可与整体建筑模块顶部设有的螺栓固定孔相配合穿设连接固定;在连接装置的下端设有底部挂钩,它可与整体建筑模块设有的底部吊装孔相连接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置,其特征在于:所述的升降装置,主要包括油缸、升降支架、伸缩导杆、定位销钉;并在所述的升降装置的下部设有气垫式运送装置或滚轮运输装置; 在所述的升降装置还设有自行走装置,以便于移动整体建筑模块安装就位;其中,所述的升降支架与自行走装置连接;在伸缩导杆上设有定位销。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置,其特征在于:所述的自行走装置,由多个万向轮构成。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置,其特征在于:所述的气垫式运送装置,由四个可移动的气垫构成;所述的气垫设有压缩空气连接口,其与外接汽源相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置,其特征在于:所述的连接支架,可在升降支架和油缸的作用下上升、定位或下降。
  9. 一种用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置的安装方法,该方法步骤包括:
    (A)、根据整体建筑模块的尺寸大小和高度,在控制台上控制调整装置伸缩臂的长短与整体建筑模块相配合;并调整连接装置中连接支架顶部连接件的高度与整体建筑模块顶部连接件相配合;并通过自行走装置移动本安装装置,将本安装装置与整体建筑模块贴紧配合;
    (B)、将连接支架的顶部连接件与整体建筑模块三个角的顶部连接件连接固定;并将连接支架的底部挂钩置入整体建筑模块底部吊装孔;然后,再将独立连接支架的顶部连接件与整体建筑模块的顶部连接件连接固定;
    (C)、控制台开启四个升降装置的油缸同步上升,同时带动四个升降支架、连接支架及整体建筑模块上升至距地面2~4公分;安装设置伸缩导杆上的定位销,以将升降支架定位;
    (D)、在防倾倒装置上加装相应的配重块,以保持与地面处于平衡状态,至整体建筑模块上升动作完成;
    (E)、将气垫式运送装置置入升降装置下方;接通压缩空气后,使本安装装置带动整体建筑模块上升;此时,自行走装置脱离楼板平面,使本安装装置离开地面,处于可轻松移动状态;
    (F)、通过气垫式运送装置将整体建筑模块移送到达预定调整位置;然后,撤除独立连接支架;同时,需要通过调整配重块而继续保持整体建筑模块与地面处于平衡状态;
    (G)、通过气垫式运送装置将整体建筑模块移动调整到安装位置楼板下沉部位;然后,再切断气垫式运送装置的压缩空气,使得自行走装置的万向轮落至楼板平面,此时定位完成;
    (H)、拆除升降装置上伸缩导杆上的定位销钉;同步控制三个油缸下降;整体建筑模块落入安装位置楼板下沉部位内;
    (I)、拆除三具顶部连接件与整体建筑模块的连接;并脱开底部挂钩;通过自行走装置的万向轮移走本安装装置,则整体建筑模块精准安装就位完成。
  10. 一种用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置的安装方法,该方法步骤包括:
    (A)、根据整体卫生间的尺寸大小和高度,在控制台上控制调整装置的伸缩臂的长短与整体卫生间相配合;并调整连接装置中连接支架的顶部连接件的高度与整体卫生间顶部连接件相配合;并通过自行走装置移动本安装装置,将本安装装置与整体卫生间贴紧配合;
    (B)、将连接支架的顶部连接件与整体卫生间三个角的顶部连接件连接固定;并将连接支架的底部挂钩置入整体卫生间底部吊装孔;然后,再将独立连接支架的顶部连接件与整体卫生间的顶部连接件连接固定;
    (C)、将滚轮运输装置置入升降装置下方;滚轮运输装置下部设有行走轮,其上部设有可以水平旋转的旋转盘;
    (D)、控制台开启四个升降装置的油缸同步上升,同时带动四个升降支架、连接支架及整体卫生间上升至距地面2~4公分;安装设置伸缩导杆上的定位销,以将升降支架定位;

  11. 一种用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置的安装方法,该方法步骤包括:
    (A)、根据整体卫生间的尺寸大小和高度,在控制台上控制调整装置 的伸缩臂的长短与整体卫生间相配合;并调整连接装置中连接支架的顶部连接件的高度与整体卫生间顶部连接件相配合;并通过自行走装置移动本安装装置,将本安装装置与整体卫生间贴紧配合;
    (B)、将连接支架的顶部连接件与整体卫生间三个角的顶部连接件连接固定;并将连接支架的底部挂钩置入整体卫生间底部吊装孔;然后,再将独立连接支架的顶部连接件与整体卫生间的顶部连接件连接固定;
    (C)、控制台开启四个升降装置的油缸同步上升,同时带动四个升降支架、连接支架及整体卫生间上升至距地面2~4公分;安装设置伸缩导杆上的定位销,以将升降支架定位;
    (D)、调整上顶平衡装置的升降螺旋结构,使上顶平衡装置顶部万向轮顶住屋顶,以保持与地面处于平衡状态,至整体卫生间上升动作完成;
    (E)、将气垫式运送装置置入升降装置下方;接通压缩空气后,使本安装装置带动整体卫生间上升;此时,自行走装置脱离楼板平面,使本安装装置离开地面,处于可轻松移动状态;
    (F)、通过气垫式运送装置将整体卫生间移送到达预定调整位置;然后,撤除独立连接支架;同时,通过调整上顶平衡装置,使得上顶平衡装置顶部万向轮随整体卫生间的移动而保持与屋顶始终滑动接触,保持整体卫生间与地面处于一种平衡状态;
    (G)、通过气垫式运送装置将整体卫生间移动调整到安装位置楼板下沉部位;然后,再切断气垫式运送装置的压缩空气,使得自行走装置的万向轮落至楼板平面,此时定位完成;
    (H)、拆除升降装置上伸缩导杆上的定位销钉;同步控制三个油缸下 降;整体卫生间落入安装位置楼板下沉部位内;
    (I)、调整上顶平衡装置的升降螺旋结构,解除上顶平衡装置顶部万向轮与屋顶的接触,拆除三具顶部连接件与整体卫生间的连接;并脱开底部挂钩;通过自行走装置的万向轮移走本安装装置,则整体卫生间精准安装就位完成。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置或根据权利要求9至11所述的用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置的安装方法,其特征在于:所述的整体建筑模块,包括整体卫生间、整体厨房。
