一种用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置(1)，主要包括：控制台(2)、调整装置(3)、连接装置(4)、升降装置(5)和防倾倒装置(6)，其中，控制台(2)分别与调整装置(3)及升降装置(5)相连接；连接装置(4)分别与升降装置(5)及调整装置(3)相连接；防倾倒装置(6)的一端与连接装置(4)相连接，其另一端设有配重挂钩(61)，以根据需求设置配重块(62)；电源及汽源由外部设备供给。一种用于建筑物中整体建筑模块的安装装置(1)的安装方法。安装装置及其安装方法可在小空间、两面障碍物以及楼板下沉部位定点安装等复杂条件下，将整体建筑模块进行整体移动，并精确定位整体安装，节约成本，省时省力。
