本申请要求2018年06月07日递交的申请号为201810582001.X、发明名称为“信息处理方法、装置以及货架设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及计算机应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、装置以及货架设备。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们对生活便利性的要求越来越高,因而出现了满足生活便利性要求的自助货架,自助货架中可以摆放各种商品,顾客可以任意挑选并可以自助购买,无需专人值守。
现有技术中的一种自助货架,为了方便售货采用全开放式结构,用户可以任意选取货架中的货品,通过客户端扫描商品条形码并上传至服务端,服务端即可以据此确定用户选取商品的商品价格,进行货品结算,之后将货品结算信息通过客户端输出给用户查看,用户即可以据此进行付款,例如通过调用第三方支付系统进行在线支付等,依靠道德约束顾客进行付款购买。
但是现有的这种自助货架,需要用户在个人设备中安装相应的客户端,通过客户端扫描商品条形码以及客户端与服务端的交互,才能完成货品结算,操作仍然不够便利。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息处理方法、装置以及货架设备,用以解决现有技术中操作不够便利的技术问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例中提供了一种信息处理方法,应用于货架设备中;所述货架设备包括设置有至少一个承货台的货架本体;所述方法包括:
基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品的被拿取数量;
根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;
输出结算提示信息。
第二方面,本申请实施例中提供了一种信息处理装置,应用货架设备中,所述货架设备包括设置有至少一个承货台的货架本体,所述装置包括:
第一计算模块,用于基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品的被拿取数量;
货品结算模块,用于根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;
结算提示模块,用于输出结算提示信息。
第三方面,本申请实施例中提供了一种货架设备,包括设置有至少一个承货台的货架本体;设置于货架本体中的处理组件、分别与所述处理组件连接的存储组件、检测组件及显示组件;所述存储组件存储一条或多条计算指令;所述一条或多条计算机指令供所述处理组件调用并执行;
所述处理组件用于:
基于所述检测组件检测的任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品的被拿取数量;
根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;
通过所述显示组件输出结算提示信息。
本申请实施例提供的货架设备设置有至少一个承货台的货架本体,其中,同一承货台用于放置相同货品,此外还设置有检测所述至少一个承货台中货品重量的检测组件,从而通过所述检测组件监测所述至少一个承货台中的货品重量变化;基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,可以确定该至少一个承货台的承载货品是否被拿取;如果确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被拿取,计算被拿取数量;根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;输出结算提示信息。本申请实施例中通过货架设备进行电子称重可以自动检测被拿取货品以及被拿取数量,从而基于被拿取货品的单价以及被拿取数量,即可以实现货品自动结算,无需安装客户端以及执行扫码货品等操作,操作更加便利,提高了用户体验。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。

本申请实施例的技术方案可以适用于无人值守的自助货架中。自助货架不受时间、地点的约束,随时提供服务,为人们的生活带来了极大的便利。
目前常见的一种自助货架为全开放式货架,依靠道德约束用户进行付款购买,通常需要用户安装特定的客户端,利用客户端扫描商品条形码以确定商品价格之后进行商品结算,自助货架仅用于摆放商品,尽管方便用户购物,但是利用率较低,且需要使用自助货架的用户安装客户端,通过客户端以及服务端的交互操作,才能实现商品结算,操作仍然不够便利,且交互繁琐,延长用户购物时间,用户体验不够好。
为了提高操作便利性,提高用户体验,发明人经过一系列研究提出了本申请的技术方案,本申请实施例中提供了一种货架设备,该货架设备设置有至少一个承货台的货架 本体,此外还设置有检测所述至少一个承货台中货品重量的检测组件,从而通过所述检测组件可以监测所述至少一个承货台中的货品重量变化;基于检测组件检测的任一个承货台的货品重量变化,可以确定该至少一个承货台的承载货品是否被拿取;如果确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被拿取,计算被拿取数量;根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;输出结算提示信息,结算提示信息可以提示用户按照该货品结算信息执行支付操作。本申请实施例中通过货架设备可以自动检测用户拿取货品数量,从而基于拿取货品的单价以及货品数量,即可以实现货品自动结算,无需安装客户端以及执行扫码商品等操作,操作更加便利,提高了用户体验。

图1为本申请实施例提供的一种货架设备一个实施例的结构示意图,该货架设备可以包括设置有至少一个承货台101的货架本体102;设置于货架本体102中的处理组件103、分别与所述处理组件103连接的存储组件104、检测组件105及显示组件106;
其中,所述存储组件104存储一条或多条计算指令;所述一条或多条计算机指令供所述处理组件105调用并执行;
其中,同一承货台101中可以放置单个重量以及单价相同的货品,为了方便使用,降低用户使用难度,在实际应用中,在同一个承货台中通常可以放置重量以及单价均相同的相同货品;
可选地,检测组件105可以与每一个承货台连接,用以检测所述至少一个承货台中的货品重量变化。
所述处理组件105可以用于:
基于所述检测组件105检测的任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品的被拿取数量;
根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;

其中,该结算提示信息可以用于提示用户按照该货品结算信息进行支付。
其中,处理组件可以包括一个或多个处理器来执行计算机指令,以完成上述的方法中的全部或部分步骤。当然处理组件也可以为一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、 数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现。
存储组件被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在货架设备的操作。存储组件可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
其中,处理组件以及存储组件可以位于货架本体内。
其中,显示组件可以是指安装在货架本体上的显示屏,显示屏可以为触控屏等显示屏幕。
其中,检测组件例如可以为重力感应器。
用户从货架设备的任意承货台上拿取承载货品之后,承货台即发生货品重量变化,基于该货品重量变化以及承载货品的单个重量即可以确定被拿取数量,从而结合各个承载货品的单价,即可以进行货品结算。
其中,该货品结算信息可以包括货品总价。
可选地,处理组件可以是如果监测任一个承货台保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量降低,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被拿取,从而基于货品重量变化即可以确定被拿取数量。
由于实际应用中,用户在拿取承载货品时,有可能会对货品不满意,可能会将货品重新放置回承货台上,因此任一个承货台的货品重量变化可能会是动态变化的。因此,在某些实施例中,处理组件基于检测组件检测的任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品的被拿取数量可以是:
如果监测任一个承货台保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量降低,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被拿取;
跟随所述任一个承货台在货品重量降低之后的第二预设时间内的货品重量变化,计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量。也即如果确定承载货品被拿取之后,可以跟随货品重量变化,实时计算被拿取数量。
从而计算获得货品结算信息也可以是动态更新的。
通过本实施例的货架设备,利用重力变化进行信息采集,基于货架中的货品重量变化来确定用户是否拿取货品、并实现了货品结算以辅助用户完成购物,利用货架设备即 实现货品结算,无需额外安装客户端,提高了操作便利性,提高了用户体验。
其中,该结算提示信息可以用于提示用户按照该货品结算信息进行支付。
作为一种可选方式,处理组件输出结算提示信息可以包括:
基于所述货品结算信息生成支付链接;
输出包括所述支付链接的结算提示信息;其中,所述支付链接用以调用第三方支付系统进行线上支付。
可选地,可以具体基于所述货品结算信息对应的相应资金以及所述货架设备方的资金账户生成该支付链接。
该支付链接可以为二维码标识或者条形码标识等扫码标识,用户可以通过第三方支付系统扫描该扫码标识,以将该扫码标识对应的货品结算信息对应的相应资金转至该扫码标识对应的货架设备方的资金账户中。
在某些实施例中,输出所述结算提示信息的同时,还是输出所述货品购物信息,该货品购物信息中可以包括用户拿去的货品的货品名称、货品单价以及货品总价等,以提示用户其拿取了哪些货品以及货品总价等。
作为又一种可选方式,该结算提示信息中可以包括该货品购物信息,以提示用户其拿取货品的货品总价等。
该货架设备中可以设置资金容纳箱,该资金容纳箱设置有面对用户的资金投放口,用户可以将该货品总价对应的现金通过资金投放口投放至资金容纳箱,以实现付款的目的。货架设备方开启该资金容纳箱即可以获得付款现金。该资金容纳箱仅可以由货架设备方开启,可以通过电子锁或者机械锁等方式对其进行封闭设置。
其中,在某些实施例中,该检测组件可以包括所述至少一个承货台各自连接的重力感应器;
也即每一个承货台对应一个重力感应器,该检测组件由至少一个重力感应器构成,该至少一个重力感应器分别与处理组件连接,每一个重力感应器用于监测其对应的各自承货台中的货品重量变化。
因此,处理组件还用于通过至少一个重力感应器监测各自对应的承货台中的货品重量变化,从而可以基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,其确定其承载货品的被拿取数量。
在某些实施例中,每一个承货台可以由第一支架以及第二支架连接构成,并形成与所述货架本体接触的第一支点以及第二支点;
每一个承货台通过第一支点固定在货架本体上;每一个承货台的第二支点所在位置设置一重力感应器,每一个重力感应器即可以用于检测其对应承货台的重量,在已知承货台自身重量情况下,检测重量减去承货台自身重量即为货品重量。
如图2a~图2c所示,示出了本申请实施例在实际应用中的承货台三种可能的结构示意图,图2a~图2c可知,第一支架201以及第二支架202基于杠杆原理连接,形成第一支点203以及第二支点,通过第一支点203固定于货架本体102上,在第二支点所在位置设置重力感应器204,第二支架202上承载货品205,从而重力感应器204即可以进行电子称重,获得货品重量。
在某些实施例中,所述处理组件还可以用于:
基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,如果确定所述任一个承货台被放置货品,计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
如果确定任一个承货台被放置货品,可以基于该承货台的货品重量变化以及承载货品的单个重量,首先计算获得被放置数量,再基于被放置数量更新该任一个承货台的当前承载数量。
也可以是基于该承货台的当前承载重量,计算获得该承货台的当前承载数量。
可选地,如果监测任一个承货台保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量增加,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被放置;
跟随所述任一个承货台在货品重量增加之后的第三预设时间内的货品重量变化,计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
也即如果确定承载货品被放置之后,可以跟随货品重量变化实时更新当前承载数量。
其中,货架设备中的每一个承货台中承载什么货品可以预先设置,承载货品的单个重量也可以预先设置,当然也可以通过检测组件称量获得。
在某些实施例中,所述处理组件基于所述检测组件检测的任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量可以是:在任一个承货台处于第一承载状态时,通过所述检测组件监测所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品重量变化;

其中,货架设备中还可以设置与处理组件连接的第一操作控件以及第二操作控件,第一承载请求可以具体是触控该第一操作控件而生成的,第二承载请求可以具体是触控该第二操作控件而生成。
其中,每一个承货台可以均对应一个第一操作控件以及第二操作控件。
因此,处理组件可以具体是:
响应于针对所述第一操作控件的第一控制操作,切换对应的任一个承货台至所述第一承载状态;
响应于针对所述第二操作控件的第二控制操作,切换对应的任一个承货台至所述第二承载状态。
可选地,该第一控制操作例如可以长按第一操作控件第一预设时长,该第二控制操作可以是指长按第二操作控件第二预设时长,可以通过监测触控操作控件时产生的电信号而确定。
对第一操作控件以及第二操作控件的操作可以通过操作手册来制约货架设备方。
在另一个可选方式中,所述处理组件可以是:
检测所述任一个承货台的货品重量清零时,切换所述任一个承货台处于第二承载状态;
检测获得所述任一个承货台中放置单个承载货品时的单个重量之后,切换所述任一个承货台处于第一承载状态。
也即如果一个承货台的货品重量清零,则可以切换该承货台至第二承载状态,以便于操作人员放置单个货品记录单个重量。
记录放置单个承载货品的单个重量之后,即可以切换至第一承载状态,从而在第一承载状态下的货品重量变化以及该单个重量,可以确定该承货台上承载货品的被拿取数量或者被放置数量。
在某些实施例中,由于可以检测每一个承货台中的货品重量变化,因此可以基于每一个承货台的当前货品重量,计算每一个承货台中的当前承载数量,从而可以基于当前承载数量确定是否补货。
此外,还可以基于被放置数量或者被拿取数量,更新任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
因此该处理组件还可以用于:
确定所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的当前承载数量;
基于所述当前承载数量,如果确定任一个承货台满足补货条件,输出针对所述任一个承货台中承载货品的补货通知信息。
可选地,该处理组件可以是确定所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的当前承载数量之后,将所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的当前承载数量发送至服务端,以供服务端确定如果任一个承货台满足补货条件,输出针对所述任一个承货台中承载货品的补货通知信息。
在某些实施例中,所述处理组件还可以将所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量发送至服务端,以供所述服务端更新任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量;如果所述任一个承货台的当前承载数量满足补货条件,生成补货通知信息。
其中,该补货通知信息中可以包括承货台标识、承货台标识对应承货台中承载货品的货品标识以及当前承载数量等。
可选地,该补货通知信息可以通过邮件、短消息等通信方式发送给操作人员,以供提示操作人员尽快进行补货等。
其中,该补货条件可以为当前承载数量小于或者等于预定数量;
或者可以是保持当前承载数量在第四预设时间内小于或者等于预定数量。也即如果一个承货台的承载数量在一定时间内一直小于或等于补货阈值,则可以确认该承货台需要进行补货。该第四预设时间例如可以为5分钟等。
本申请实施例通过重力监测,可以实现了货品清点功能,而无需人工清点,从而使 得可以及时对货架设备进行补货。
在某些实施例中,为了方便用户了解拿取或放置的货品的相关信息,所述处理组件还可以用于:
基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,获取所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品相关信息;
通过所述显示组件输出所述货品相关信息。
其中,该货品相关信息例如可以包括货品名称、货品单价、货品规格、货品相关描述信息等等,该货品相关信息可以为文字、图片和/或视频等多媒体信息。
该货品相关信息可以预先对应任一个承货台进行配置,并对应存储在存储组件中,当然该货品相关信息也可以是由货架设备方输入的。
因此在某些实施例中,所述处理组件还可以用于:
响应于针对任一个承货台执行的用户输入操作,获取输入的货品相关信息;
建立所述任一个承货台与所述货品相关信息的对应关系。
其中,该货架设备还可以包括与承货台连接的输入/输出组件,用以监测用户输入操作。
此外,该用户输入操作可以是货架设备方针对显示组件执行的,也即该显示组件为触控组件时,通过显示组件也可以接收用户输入操作。
因此,在某些实施例中,所述处理还用于:
在所述任一个承货台处于第二承载状态时,通过所述显示组件输出货品输入提示信息;
响应于在所述显示组件中的用户输入操作,确定输入的货品相关信息;
建立所述任一个承货台与所述货品相关信息的对应关系。
可选地,具体的是建立所述任一个承货台与所述货品相关信息以及其承载货品之间的对应关系。
也即如果在任一个承货台中放置单个承载货品时,可以同时在显示组件中输出货品输入提示信息,以提示用户设置该任一承货台中承载货品的货品相关信息。
可选地,也可以是在任一个承货台处于第二承载状态时,通过所述显示组件输出货品输入提示信息。
基于图1所示的货架设备,本申请实施例还提供了一种信息处理方法,如图3所述,该方法可以包括以下几个步骤:
301:基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品的被拿取数量。
本实施例的技术方案可以由货架设备执行,该货架设备包括设置有至少一个承货台的货架本体,同一承货台用于放置相同货品。
该货架设备可以监测所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的货品重量变化。
其中,货架设备中可以设置检测组件,用以通过检测组件监测所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的货品重量变化。如果已知每一个承货台的自身重量,每一个承货台放置货品之后的重量减去承货台的自身重量,即可以获得每一个承货台的货品重量。
从而,可以基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,如果确定所述任一个承货台的承载货架被拿取,再计算被拿取数量。
可选地,可以是如果监测任一个承货台保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量降低,则确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被拿取。
从而可以基于该任一个承货台的货品重量变化,以及该任一个承货台中承载货品的单个重量,计算获得承载货品的被拿取数量。此外,由于承载货品被拿取之后由于用户不满意等原因可能还会被放回,因此货品重量在一定时间内可能是动态变化的,因此可选地:
如果监测任一个承货台保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量降低,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被拿取,之后,可以跟随所述任一个承货台在货品重量降低之后的第二预设时间内的货品重量变化,计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量。
302:根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息。
每一个承货台中承载货品的单价乘以承载货品的被拿取数量,即可以获得每一个承货台中被拿取货品的价格总和,将各个承货台的被拿取货品的价格总和相加,即可以获得该至少一个承货台被拿取货品的总价。该货品结算信息也即可以包括该至少一个承货台被拿取货品的货品总价。
如果被拿取数量动态变化,则该货品结算信息也可以是动态更新直至到达该第二预设时间。
303:输出结算提示信息。
其中,该结算提示信息用以提示用户按照该货品结算信息进行支付。
可选地,所述输出结算提示信息可以包括:
基于所述货品结算信息生成支付链接;
输出包括所述支付链接的结算提示信息;其中,所述支付链接用以调用第三方支付系统进行线上支付。
该支付链接可以为二维码标识或者条形码标识等扫码标识,用户可以通过第三方支付系统扫描该扫码标识,以将该扫码标识对应的货品结算信息对应的相应资金转至该扫码标识对应的货架设备方的资金账户中。
本实施例中,利用重力变化实现了信息采集,以基于货架中的货品重量变化来确定用户是否拿取货品、并实现了货品结算以辅助用户完成购物,利用货架设备即实现货品结算,无需额外安装客户端,提高了操作便利性,提高了用户体验。
在某些实施例中,通过重力变化除了可以实现用户自主购物之外,还可以方便货架设备方进行摆货或补货操作。
因此,所述方法还可以包括:
基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,如果确定所述任一个承货台被放置货品,计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
可以基于该承货台的货品重量变化以及承载货品的单个重量,首先计算获得被放置数量,再基于被放置数量更新该任一个承货台的当前承载数量。
也可以是基于该承货台的当前承载重量,计算获得该承货台的当前承载数量。
货架设备方进行摆货或者补货操作时,会在相应承货台上放置其承载货品,因此如果检测任一个承货台被放置货品,计算被放置数量;即可以基于该任一个承货台的货品重量变化以及其承载货品的单个重量,计算获得被放置数量。
从而基于被放置数量可以计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
可选地,所述基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,如果确定所述任一个承货台被放置货品,计算当前承载数量可以包括:
如果监测任一个承货台保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量增加,确定所述任一个承货台被放置货品;
跟随所述任一个承货台在货品重量增加之后的第三预设时间内的货品重量变化,计 算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
也即如果确定承载货品被放置之后,可以跟随货品重量变化,实时计算当前承载数量。
此外,还可以基于所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量,更新所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
当然,任一个承货台中的当前承载数量也可以基于该任一个承货台的当前承载重量计算获得。
基于每一个承载台的当前承载数量,可以确定每一个承载台是否需要补货。
因此,作为一种可选方式,所述方法还可以包括:
确定所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的当前承载数量;
基于所述当前承载数量,如果确定任一个承货台满足补货条件,输出针对所述任一个承货台中承载货品的补货通知信息。
其中,该补货条件可以为当前承载数量小于或者等于预定数量;
或者可以是保持当前承载数量在第四预设时间内小于或者等于预定数量。
作为另一种可选方式,所述方法还可以包括:
确定所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的当前承载数量;
将所述至少一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量发送至服务端,以供所述服务端基于所述当前承载数量,如果确定任一个承货台满足补货条件,生成补货通知信息。
也即由服务端对当前承载数量进行判断,并生成补货通知信息。
可选地,服务端还可以将该补货通知信息发送至货架设备方,可以通过邮件、短消息、即时通信等方式传达至货架设备方,以通过货架设备方及时进行补货等。
当然,货架设备生成补货通知信息之后,也可以将补货通知信息通过服务端发送至货架设备方,以提示货架设备方进行补货。
其中,每一个承货台承载货品的单个重量可以预先设置,也可以在承货台中称量获得。
因此,在某些实施例中,所述监基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量可以包括:
在任一个承货台处于第一承载状态时,监测所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品重量;
基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量。
可选地,该方法还可以包括:
在所述任一个承货台处于第二承载状态时,检测在所述任一个承货台中放置单个承载货品时的单个重量。
其中,第一承载状态以及第二承载状态的状态切换可以多种实现方式。
在一个可选方式中可以是:
接收到针对所述任一个承货台的第一承载请求时,切换所述任一个承货台至第一承载状态;
接收到针对所述任一个承货台的第二承载请求时,切换所述任一个承货台至第二承载状态。

因此,在某些实施例中,为了用户了解拿取或者放置的货品;所述方法还包括:
基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,获取所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品相关信息;
输出所述货品相关信息。
通过本申请实施例的技术方案,基于货架设备的重力变化可以实现用户的购物操作以及货架设备中货品的补货、上货等操作,实现了无人收银以及货架维护,操作简单便利,提高了用户体验。
如图4中所示,在实际应用中,在货架设备中的任一个承货台空置时,货架设备方可以对货架设备中任一个承货台进行摆货上架,此时可以切换该任一个承货台至第二承载状态,货架设备方可以摆放单个货品至该任一个承货台上,该任一个承货台除去自身重量,即可以记录放入单个承载货品时的单个重量,也即执行步骤401在任一个承货台处于第二承载状态,检测在所述任一个承货台中放置单个承载货品时的单个重量。
其中,货架设备中可以设置相应的操作按钮,例如第二操作控件,响应于针对所述第二操作控件的第二控制操作,切换对应的任一个承货台至所述第二承载状态。该第二控制操作例如可以是长按第二操作控件预定时长等。
该任一个承货台处于第二承载状态,检测获得其承载单个承载货品的单个重量之后,可以切换该任一个承货台至第一承载状态。
其中,该货架设备中可以设置第一操作控件,可以是响应于针对该第一操作控件的第一控制操作,切换任一个承货台至第一承载状态。
在第一承载状态下,货架设备方可以继续在该任一个承货台上放置相同承载货品,同时用户也可以该任一个承货台上的承载货品以进行购买等。
因此货架设备可以执行步骤402在任一个承货台处于第一承载状态时,监测所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品重量变化。
步骤403基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台被放置货品,以及步骤404计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
可选地,可以基于货品重量变化计算被放置数量,再基于被放置数量,更新任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
还可以是基于任一个承货台的当前承载重量,直接计算当前承载数量。
其中,如果在摆货阶段,获得任一个承货台承载单个承载货品的单个重量之后,如果基于该任一个承货台的货品重量变化确定该任一个承货台的货品重量继续增加时,则可以确定该任一个承货上被放置货品。如果在补货阶段,任一个承货台处于第一承载状态,且其保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量增加,则可以确定所述任一个承货台被放置货品。从而通过重力变化,可以实现对货架设备中摆货以及补货的操作。
其中,货架设备可以实时确定所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的当前承载数量;并基于所述当前承载数量,如果确定任一个承货台满足补货条件,则输出针对所述任一个承货台中承载货品的补货通知信息。
还可以将补货通知信息通过服务端发送至货架设备方,以及时提醒货架设备方进行补货。
此外,该货架设备还可以执行步骤405接收用户针对该任一个承货台输入的货品相关信息以及步骤406建立该任一个承货台与该货品相关信息的对应关系,以将任一个承货台与其承载货品之间进行绑定。
其中,该货品相关信息即为该任一个承货台承载货品的货品相关信息,可以包括该承货货品的货品标识、货品价格、货品规格、货品相关描述信息等。
货架设备可以执行步骤407如果监测到任一个承货台保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量降低,则确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被拿取;以及步骤408基于货品重量变化以及承载货品的单个重量,可以计算获得被拿取数量;此外还可以执行步骤409获取所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品相关信息,并输出所述货品相关信息。从而可以方便用户及时了解其拿取的货品的相关信息。
之后可以执行步骤410根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;以及步骤411输出结算提示信息。
该货品结算信息可以具体是指货品总价。
此外,货架设备还可以输出货品购物信息,包括货品名称、货品单价以及该货品总价等。
如图5a~图5b所示的针对货架设备的操作示意图,如果用户拿取第一承货台501中的一个货品时,如图5a中所示,货架设备基于该第一承货台501的货品重量变化,可以确定其承载货品被拿取,可以在货架设备的显示组件的第一显示区域502中输出第一承货台501对应货品相关信息503,同时还可以在第二显示区域504显示货品购物信息505, 该货品购物信息505可以包括当前被拿取货品的货品名称、货品单价、被拿取数量和/或货品总价等等。
如果用户继续拿取货品,假设用户拿取第二承货台506中的一个货品时,如图5b中所示,货架设备此时可以在第一显示区域502输出该第一承货台505对应货品相关信息507,同时会更新第二显示区域504中的货品购物信息505,加入了新拿取的货品的货品名称、货品单价等信息。
在第二显示区域505中还可以输出结算提示信息508,该结算提示信息可以包括一个二维码标识,用户通过第三方支付系统扫描该二维码标识即可以完成线上支付操作。
通过本申请实施例的技术方案,利用电子称重来进行信息的采集与计算,根据重量的变化转化成用户对货架中商货品的操作路径、以及完成购物的流程和与数据库的链接完成对整个货架货物商品的监控补货上货的信息收集。
此外,本申请实施例还提供了一种信息处理方法,由服务端执行,该服务端可以接收货架设备上传的至少一个承货台各自承载货品的当前承载数量;
服务端基于所述当前承载数量如果确定任一个承货台满足补货条件,生成针对所述任一个承货台中承载货品的补货通知信息。
此外,服务端还可以将补货通知信息发送至货架设备方。
此外,服务端还可以基于每一个承货台中承载数量的变化,统计用户购物习惯,以确定用户喜爱的货品等,从而基于用户购物习惯可以重新布置货架设备中的各个货品。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,应用于货架设备中;所述货架设备包括设置有至少一个承货台的货架本体;所述方法包括:
    基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品的被拿取数量;
    根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;
    输出结算提示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,获取所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品相关信息;
    输出所述货品相关信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,获取所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品相关信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户针对任一个承货台输入的货品相关信息;
    建立所述任一个承货台与所述货品相关信息的对应关系。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量包括:
    基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,如果确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被拿取,计算被拿取数量;
    所述方法还包括:
    基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,如果确定所述任一个承货台被放置货品,计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    基于所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量,更新所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的当前承载数量;
    将所述至少一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量发送至服务端,以供所述服务端基于所述当前承载数量如果确定任一个承货台满足补货条件,生成针对所述任一个承货台中承载货品的补货通知信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的当前承载数量;
    基于所述当前承载数量,如果确定任一个承货台满足补货条件,输出针对所述任一个承货台中承载货品的补货通知信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量包括:
    在任一个承货台处于第一承载状态时,监测所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品重量变化;
    基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在任一个承货台处于第一承载状态时,监测所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品重量之前,所述方法还包括:
    在所述任一个承货台处于第二承载状态时,检测在所述任一个承货台中放置单个承载货品时的单个重量。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收到针对所述任一个承货台的第一承载请求时,切换所述任一个承货台至第一承载状态;
    接收到针对所述任一个承货台的第二承载请求时,切换所述任一个承货台至第二承载状态。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测所述任一个承货台的货品重量清零时,切换所述任一个承货台处于第二承载状态;
    获得所述任一个承货台中放置单个承载货品时的单个重量之后,切换所述任一个承货台处于第一承载状态。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量包括:
    如果监测任一个承货台保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量降低,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品被拿取;
    跟随所述任一个承货台在货品重量降低之后的第二预设时间内的货品重量变化,计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,如果确定所述任一个承货台被放置货品,计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量包括:
    如果监测任一个承货台保持货品重量第一预设时间不变之后货品重量增加,确定所述任一个承货台被放置货品;
    跟随所述任一个承货台在货品重量增加之后的第三预设时间内的货品重量变化,计算所述任一个承货台中承载货品的当前承载数量。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述输出结算提示信息包括:
    基于所述货品结算信息生成支付链接;
    输出包括所述支付链接的结算提示信息;其中,所述支付链接用以调用第三方支付系统进行线上支付。
  15. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用货架设备中,所述货架设备包括设置有至少一个承货台的货架本体,所述装置包括:
    第一计算模块,用于基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品的被拿取数量;
    货品结算模块,用于根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;
    结算提示模块,用于输出结算提示信息。
  16. 一种货架设备,其特征在于,包括设置有至少一个承货台的货架本体;设置于货架本体中的处理组件、分别与所述处理组件连接的存储组件、检测组件及显示组件;所述存储组件存储一条或多条计算指令;所述一条或多条计算机指令供所述处理组件调用并执行;
    所述处理组件用于:
    基于所述检测组件检测的任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台的承载货品的被拿取数量;
    根据所述至少一个承货台各自承载货品的单价及被拿取数量,确定货品结算信息;
    通过所述显示组件输出结算提示信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的设备,其特征在于,所述检测组件包括所述至少一个承货台各自连接的重力感应器;
    所述处理组件还用于
    通过至少一个重力感应器监测各自对应的承货台中的货品重量变化。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理组件基于所述检测组件检测的任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量包括:
    在任一个承货台处于第一承载状态时,通过所述检测组件监测所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品重量变化;
    基于任一个承货台的货品重量变化,确定所述任一个承货台中承载货品的被拿取数量;
    所述处理组件还用于:
    在所述任一个承货台处于第二承载状态时,检测在所述任一个承货台中放置单个承载货品时的单个重量。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括所述至少一个承货台各自对应的且与所述处理组件连接的第一操作控件以及第二操控控件;
    所述处理组件还用于:
    响应于针对所述第一操作控件的第一控制操作,切换对应的任一个承货台至第一承载状态;
    响应于针对所述第二操作控件的第二控制操作,切换对应的任一个承货台至第二承载状态。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理组件还用于:
    基于所述检测组件检测的任一个承货台的货品重量变化,获取所述任一个承货台中承载货品的货品相关信息;
    通过所述显示组件输出所述货品相关信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理组件还用于:
    响应于针对任一个承货台执行的用户输入操作,获取输入的货品相关信息;
    建立所述任一个承货台与所述货品相关信息的对应关系。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理组件还用于:
    在任一个承货台处于第二承载状态时,通过所述显示组件输出货品输入提示信息;
    响应于在所述显示组件中针对所述任一个承货台的用户输入操作,确定输入的货品相关信息;
    建立所述任一个承货台与所述货品相关信息的对应关系。
  23. 根据权利要求16所述的设备,其特征在于,每一个承货台由第一支架以及第二支架连接构成,并形成与所述货架本体接触的第一支点以及第二支点;
    其中,每一个承货台通过第一支点固定在货架本体上;每一个承货台的第二支点所在位置设置重力感应器。
