此外,控制器还可根据与交互终端(例如,装置100的用户)的特征信息(例如,身份信息)相对应的历史购买信息和/或历史浏览信息,向第一显示单元120发送与交互终端的特征信息相关联的商品信息,以用于在第一显示单元120上显示。在这种情况下,控制器发送给第一显示单元120进行显示的商品信息不一定是与存放在柜体110内的待售商品的信息,而是线上商品的信息。所发送的商品信息是根据用户的历史购买信息和/或历史浏览信息得出的。用户在第一显示单元120上看到该商品信息后,如果对该商品感兴趣,则可通过第一显示单元120、信息录入设备(未示出)或自身携带的移动终端或类似的设备进行线上下单购买。可以理解,在线上购买的情景中,每个用户的身份信息所对应的历史购买信息和历史浏览信息可存储在装置100内,也可存储在远程服务器中,从而可由远程服务器对用户的历史购买信息和/或历史浏览信息进行分析,以确定并向装置100发送需要向用户推送的商品信息。
可以理解,图1中所示出的第一显示单元120在柜体110上的位置仅仅是示例性的,而不应对本申请的范围构成限制。第一显示单元120可位于柜体110四周的任何适当位置,以便于用户观看和/或操作。控制器可位于柜体110内任何适当的位置,以便于与第一显示单元120交互数据和/或接收外部数据。
由此,上述装置100既能够实现物流终端自提柜的物流对象存取功能,还可实现商品的售卖功能。根据以上描述,本领域技术人员既可利用现有铺设的物流终端自提柜通过简单改造,就能够实现上述功能,还可依照本申请的实施方式制造新型物流终端自提柜,以实现上述功能。
根据本申请一个实施方式,第一显示单元120可以是触摸屏,其还可用于接收交互终端(例如,装置100的用户)输入的物流对象信息,例如快递单号、送件码、取件码。由此,可仅仅利用第一显示单元,即可实现物流对象的存取操作,又能够实现对商品信息的显示。当利用现有铺设的物流终端自提柜进行改造以实现本申请的技术方案时,其硬件改动小,易于实现。
图2示出了根据本申请另一实施方式用于存取物流对象并售卖商品的装置的示意性透视图。如图2所示,除了柜体110、第一显示单元120,该装置100还包括第二显示单元140。第二显示单元140位于柜体110上,可以是触摸屏,以用于接收交互终端(例如,装置100的用户)输入的物流对象信息,例如快递单号、送件码、取件码。也就是说,第一显示单元120用于向用户显示商品信息,而第二显示单元140用于用户在投放 或取出物流对象时的操作。因此,由两个显示单元分别用于实现存取物流对象和售卖商品的功能,从而使得两方面的操作不会彼此影响,以提高该装置的使用效率,避免出现由于一方的操作而使另一方排队的情况。
无论是以上图1所示的实施方式,还是图2所示的实施方式,均是通过柜体110上的触摸屏接收用户输入的物流对象信息,以实现物流对象的存取。根据本申请一个实施例,控制器可根据该物流对象信息获知用户的身份信息。例如,对于每一件物流对象,其收件人或寄件人均具有身份信息。由此,控制器可利用物流对象信息与用户身份信息的这种关联性,根据用户在触摸屏上输入的物流对象信息而获知用户的身份信息。根据另一实施例,柜体110上的触摸屏还可用于接收交互终端(例如,装置100的用户)输入的身份信息。也就是说,用户可通过触摸屏直接输入身份信息。随后,控制器可根据用户输入的该身份信息向第一显示单元120发送与身份信息相关联的商品信息,以用于在第一显示单元120上显示。
根据本申请一个实施方式,装置100还可包括身份信息录入单元(图中未示出),以用于接收交互终端(例如,装置100的用户)录入的身份信息。例如,该身份信息录入单元可以包括摄像头,以用于拍摄用户的人脸图像或身份识别码作为用户的身份信息。再例如,身份信息录入单元可以包括按键键盘,以用于接收用户直接录入的身份代码作为信息。
根据本申请一个实施方式,上述商品信息可包括商品的优惠信息。例如,商品信息可包括商品的电子优惠券,以吸引用户进行线上下单购买。
图3示出了根据本申请一个实施方式用于存取物流对象并售卖商品的装置的柜体的示意性主视图。如图3所示,柜体110包括多个储物格111,分别用于存放物流配送的物流对象和待售商品。在图3所示的实施方式中,物流配送物流对象和待售商品是混用柜体中的储物格的。由此,可提高柜体中各储物格的利用率,避免由于空载而导致的资源浪费。
图4示出了根据本申请另一实施方式用于存取物流对象并售卖商品的装置的柜体的示意性主视图。如图4所示,柜体110包括用于存放物流配送的物流对象的多个第一储物格111A和用于存放待售商品的多个第二储物格111B,并且第一储物格111A和第二储物格111B彼此相互独立。在图4所示的实施方式中,物流配送物流对象所占用的储物格和待售商品所占用的储物格是彼此独立的。也就是说,柜体中的任何一个储物格要么只会存放物流配送的物流对象,要么只会存放待售商品,而不会混用。由此,存放物流配 送物流对象的储物格和存放待售商品的储物格彼此独立,实现专格专用,从而不会互相挤占资源,以确保该装置所实现的两项功能的独立性。
图5示出了根据本申请又一实施方式用于存取物流对象并售卖商品的装置的柜体内部结构的示意性透视图。如图5所示,柜体110可包括至少一个固定货架112和移动构件113。固定货架112用于存放物流对象和/或商品,移动构件113位于固定货架112的侧面。此外,柜体110还包括控制器(图中未示出),该控制器控制移动构件113沿固定货架112的侧面运动至固定货架112的预定位置,并且在向柜体110投递物流对象或放置商品时时,该控制器可控制移动构件113在上述预定位置向固定货架112放置需要投递的物流对象或需要放置的商品;在从柜体110取出物流对象或商品时,该控制器可控制移动构件113在上述预定位置从固定货架112取出物流对象或商品。
根据本申请的不同实施方式,该控制器可设置在柜体110中任何适当的位置,并且该控制器可通过有线或无线的方式向移动构件113发出控制信号,以实现对移动构件113的控制。
由此,在本申请所提供的柜体中,固定货架作为固定部分存放物流对象,移动构件作为活动部分实现对物流对象的放入和取出,从而实现物流对象的自助投递和取出。而且,物流对象在货架上的摆放将更加具有灵活性,有利于合理地、最大化地对空间进行利用。
如图5所示,柜体110可包括两个固定货架112,该两个固定货架112的侧面相对设置,且间隔开一定距离,以使得移动构件113可位于两个固定货架112之间。在这种设置中,移动构件113可在控制器的控制下在两个固定货架112之间运动,即沿两个固定货架的侧面运动。根据该设置,移动构件113作为柜体110中的活动部分,既可以为其一侧的货架112进行物流对象放入/取出操作,又可以为其另一侧的货架112进行物流对象放入/取出操作,从而提高空间利用率,并使得柜体中可存放的物流对象更多。
根据另一实施方式,根据场地条件的限制,两个固定货架112可呈L形设置,在这种设置中,移动构件113可在控制器的控制下沿两个固定货架112的侧面运动。
根据本申请的不同实施方式,可根据安装柜体的场地条件的实际情况,适当地设置固定货架的位置和形状(例如,之字形或蛇形),并且无论在移动构件的一侧还是两侧设置有固定货架,任一侧的固定货架均可以进行模组化延伸(例如:通过在柜体中未设置固定货架的一侧设置固定货架,以使得固定货架全部或部分地包围移动构件),以形成规模更大的柜体。此外,尽管图5中所示的两个固定货架彼此是对称的,但也可根据 场地条件的实际情况,将移动构件两侧的固定货架设置为具有不同高度或长度。
再参照图5,柜体110还可包括底座105。固定货架112、移动构件113均可设置于底座105上。
图6示出了图5中所示的固定货架沿图5所示的X方向的视图。图7示出了图5中所示的固定货架沿图5所示的Y方向的视图。如图5至图7所示,每个固定货架112均可包括多列承载部112A,在每列承载部112A的空间中均可沿竖直方向排列放置多个物流对象。每列承载部112A均具有沿竖直方向分布的多个支撑件112B,支撑件112B用于在其上支撑载物托盘(将在稍后描述)。虽然图5至图7中示出的多个支撑件112B沿竖直方向均匀分布,但根据本申请的不同实施方式,也可根据实际需要不均匀地设置支撑件112B,以达到放置不同体积物流对象的需求。
图8示出了支撑于支撑件上的多个载物托盘的透视图。如图5和图8所示,柜体110还包括多个载物托盘114。多个载物托盘114分别支撑于不同的支撑件112B上。图5和图8所示出的是载物托盘114在初始时可均支撑于下侧的支撑件112B上,在用户自助投递物流对象时,移动构件113可从支撑件112B上抽取空置的载物托盘114,在用户将物流对象放置在移动构件113所抽取的载物托盘114上之后,移动构件113可将该载物托盘114连同其上承载的物流对象一起放置于固定货架112的适当位置,即,使该载物托盘114支撑于适当位置的支撑件112B上。在用户自助取出物流对象时,移动构件113可从支撑件112B上抽取目标物流对象承载于其上的载物托盘114,并移动至用户附近,在用户取走该载物托盘114上的目标物流对象后,移动构件113可将该已空置的载物托盘114放回至固定货架上的预定位置,即,使该载物托盘114支撑于预定位置的支撑件112B上。
再参照图5,移动构件113可包括移动框架113A。图9示出了根据本申请一个实施方式的移动框架的透视图。如图5和图9所示,移动框架113A可在控制器的控制下沿固定货架112的侧面在水平方向上移动(即,图5中所示的X方向),以运行至固定货架112的多列承载部112A中预定承载部的一侧。
在用户自助投递物流对象时,控制器控制移动框架113A沿固定货架112的侧面在X方向上移动至多列承载部112A中预定承载部(具有空置的载物托盘的承载部)的一侧。随后,移动构件113从该预定承载部中抽取空置的载物托盘114。在用户将物流对象放置在移动构件113所抽取的载物托盘114上之后,控制器再控制移动框架113A沿固定货架112的侧面在X方向上移动至多列承载部112A中某个承载部(将放置该物流对象的承 载部)的一侧。随后,移动构件113将该载物托盘114连同其上承载的物流对象一起放置于该承载部中的适当位置,即,使该载物托盘114支撑于该承载部中适当位置的支撑件112B上。
在用户自助取出物流对象时,控制器控制移动框架113A沿固定货架112的侧面在X方向上移动至多列承载部112A中预定承载部(放置目标物流对象的承载部)的一侧。随后,移动构件113从该预定承载部中抽取放置目标物流对象的载物托盘114。在用户取走该载物托盘114上的目标物流对象后,控制器控制移动框架113A沿固定货架112的侧面在X方向上移动至多列承载部112A中某个承载部(将放置空置的载物托盘的承载部)的一侧。最后,移动构件113将空置的载物托盘114放置于该承载部中,即,使该载物托盘114支撑于该承载部中适当位置的支撑件112B上。
根据本申请不同的实施方式,移动框架113A可通过行驶轨道、转轮、传动链条等形式在X方向上移动。
再参照图5,移动构件113还可包括移动托板113B。图10示出了根据本申请一个实施方式的移动框架和移动托板构成的组件的透视图。如图5和图10所示,移动托板113B可在控制器的控制下沿移动框架113A在竖直方向上移动(即,图5中所示的Z方向),以运行至固定货架112的预定位置。
在用户自助投递物流对象时,除了移动框架113A在控制器的控制下沿固定货架112的侧面在X方向上移动至多列承载部112A中预定承载部(具有空置的载物托盘的承载部)的一侧之外,控制器还控制移动托板113B沿移动框架113A在Z方向上移动,以运行至固定货架112的预定位置(具有空置的载物托盘的位置)。随后,移动构件113从该预定位置抽取空置的载物托盘114。在用户将物流对象放置在移动构件113所抽取的载物托盘114上之后,除了移动框架113A在控制器的控制下沿固定货架112的侧面在X方向上移动至多列承载部112A中某个承载部(将放置该物流对象的承载部)的一侧之外,控制器还控制移动托板113B沿移动框架113A在Z方向上移动,以运行至固定货架112的某个位置(将放置该物流对象的位置)。随后,移动构件113将该载物托盘114连同其上承载的物流对象一起放置于固定货架中的适当位置,即,使该载物托盘114支撑于固定货架中适当位置的支撑件112B上。
在用户自助取出物流对象时,除了移动框架113A在控制器的控制下沿固定货架112的侧面在X方向上移动至多列承载部112A中预定承载部(放置目标物流对象的承载部)的一侧之外,控制器还控制移动托板113B沿移动框架113A在Z方向上移动,以运行至 固定货架112的预定位置(放置目标物流对象的位置)。随后,移动构件113从该预定位置抽取放置目标物流对象的载物托盘114。在用户取走该载物托盘114上的目标物流对象后,除了移动框架113A在控制器的控制下沿固定货架112的侧面在X方向上移动至多列承载部112A中某个承载部(将放置空置的载物托盘的承载部)的一侧之外,控制器还控制移动托板113B沿移动框架113A在Z方向上移动,以运行至固定货架112的某个位置(将放置该空置的载物托盘的位置)。最后,移动构件113将空置的载物托盘114放置于该位置上,即,使该载物托盘114支撑于该位置的支撑件112B上。
根据本申请不同的实施方式,移动托板113B可通过行驶轨道、转轮、传动链条等形式在移动框架113A中沿Z方向移动。
再参照图10,移动托板113B可具有水平传送器113C。图11示出了根据本申请一个实施方式的移动托板的透视图。如图10和图11所示,水平传送器113C可在控制器的控制下将位于预定支撑件112B上的载物托盘114沿水平方向(即,图5中所示的Y方向)输送至移动托板113B上。另外,水平传送器113C还可在控制器的控制下将移动托板113B上的载物托盘114沿水平方向输送至预定支撑件112B上。
在用户自助投递物流对象时,当移动框架113A和移动托板113B均运行到位后(即,已使移动托板113B位于空置的载物托盘处),控制器可控制水平传送器113C将位于预定支撑件112B上的该载物托盘114沿Y方向输送至移动托板113B上。在用户将物流对象放置在移动托板113B上空置的载物托盘114上且移动框架113A和移动托板113B均运行到位后(即,已使移动托板113B位于将放置该物流对象的位置)之后,控制器可控制水平传送器113C将移动托板113B上的载物托盘114连同其上的物流对象一起沿Y方向输送至对应的支撑件112B上。
在用户自助取出物流对象时,当移动框架113A和移动托板113B均运行到位后(即,已使移动托板113B位于承载目标物流对象的载物托盘处),控制器可控制水平传送器113C将位于预定支撑件112B上的该载物托盘114连同其上的目标物流对象一起沿Y方向输送至移动托板113B上。在用户取走该载物托盘114上的目标物流对象且移动框架113A和移动托板113B均运行到位之后(即,已使移动托板113B位于将放置该空置的载物托盘处),控制器可控制水平传送器113C将移动托板113B上空置的载物托盘114沿Y方向输送至对应的支撑件112B上。
根据本申请不同的实施方式,水平传送器113C可通过磁吸、传动滚轮、传动臂、真空吸盘、传送带、推动器等形式使载物托盘114能够沿Y的正反两个方向(图11中箭 头所示)移动,从而实现位于两个固定货架中间的移动构件能够与其两侧的固定货架协同操作的效果。
由以上描述可以看出,移动构件113作为活动部件,可实现载物托盘114在X、Y、Z三个方向上的运动,从而实现物流对象的自动投取。
根据本申请一个实施方式,柜体110还可包括外壳115。图12示出了根据本申请一个实施方式的外壳的示意图。如图5和图12所示,外壳115包围固定货架112和移动构件113。根据本申请的实施方式,外壳115可全部或部分包围固定货架112和移动构件113。当外壳115仅部分包围固定货架112和移动构件113时,固定货架112和移动构件113的其余部分可由柜体110的安装场地中的墙体包围。在外壳115上设置有第一投取口115A,第一投取口115A邻近于移动构件113的运行轨迹设置,并在控制器的控制下打开或关闭。由此,外壳可对其内部的部件和物流对象起到保护作用,并且用户能够通过第一投取口投递或取出物流对象。
根据本申请一个实施方式,第一投取口115A的高度对应于移动构件113在竖直方向上的中部(参照图5和图12)。根据上述设置,可缩短移动构件中的移动托板在第一投取口与货架的目标位置之间的平均移动距离,从而提高操作效率,节省用户的时间。
图13示出了根据本申请另一实施方式的外壳的示意图。如图13所示,在外壳115上,除了第一投取口115A,还设置有多个第二投取口115B,以用于批量投递物流对象。参照图5和图13,多个第二投取口115B邻近于固定货架112设置。由此,当用户需要批量投递时(例如,用户需要寄出的物流对象较多,或者物流配送服务人员需要将不同用户的多个物流对象投递至柜体中),由于第二投取口115B直接与放置物流对象的固定货架112相邻,所以用户可通过多个第二投取口115B直接向固定货架112放置物流对象,而无需借助移动构件113向固定货架112运送物流对象,从而节省了操作时间。此时,需要控制器事先将空置的载物托盘置于每个第二投取口处,以便用户放置物流对象。在没有用户使用柜体时(闲时),控制器可根据物流对象的体积,控制移动构件对各第二投取口处的物流对象的放置位置进行调整。
再参照图12,柜体110还可包括信息录入装置116,信息录入装置116可用于获取用户录入的信息,并将该信息发送至控制器。根据一个实施例,信息录入装置116可以是触摸屏或键盘,用户可通过该触摸屏或键盘输入投递码或取件码作为录入信息,以用于控制器可建立该投递码与所投递物流对象的对应关系或根据该取件码找到相应的目标物流对象。根据另一实施例,信息录入装置116可以是摄像头,该摄像头可扫描用户的 脸部图像或用户出示的二维码作为录入信息,以用于控制器可建立该录入信息与所投递物流对象的对应关系或根据该录入信息找到相应的目标物流对象。根据又一实施例,信息录入装置116可以是无线接收模块,该无线接收模块可与用户使用的移动终端建立通信连接,从而从用户的移动终端接收投递码或取件码作为录入信息,以用于控制器可建立该投递码与所投递物流对象的对应关系或根据该取件码找到相应的目标物流对象。例如,在外壳115上可设置有标识信息(如,外壳上的二维码),用户通过获取该标识信息即可与该柜体的无线接收模块建立通信连接,以向其发送录入信息。
控制器在接收到用户录入的信息后,在用户投递物流对象的情况下,控制器可记录录入信息与用户放入外壳115的物流对象的对应关系,并控制移动构件113将承载该物流对象的载物托盘114输送至固定货架112上;在用户取出物流对象的情况下,控制器可查找与录入信息对应的物流对象,并控制移动构件113将承载有该物流对象的载物托盘114从固定货架112上取出。
根据本申请一个实施方式,柜体110还可包括称重器(图中未示出)。该称重器可设置于移动托板113B的下方,以对置于移动托板113B之上的物流对象进行称重,并将称重结果发送至控制器。由此,可利用称重器对用户投递的物流对象进行称重,以用于计算相应的费用。可以理解,在对物流对象进行称重之前,可预先将称重器的读数减去移动托板和承载物流对象的载物托盘的重量,以确保称重器测量结果的准确性。
根据另一实施方式,该称重器还可设置于位于第一投取口115A的载物托盘114下方,以对该载物托盘114上放置的物流对象进行称重,并将物流对象称重结果发送至控制器。特别地,称重后,移动构件113会将该载物托盘114和其上的物流对象移动至移动托板113B。
再参照图12,柜体110还可包括体积识别器117。体积识别器117邻近于第一投取口115A设置,以识别进入第一投取口115A的物流对象的体积。随后,控制器可根据体积识别器117的识别结果控制移动构件113将物流对象放置于固定货架112上。由此,控制器可根据体积识别器所识别的物流对象的体积,选择固定货架上大小合适的空间来放置物流对象,并控制移动构件将物流对象输送至所选择的位置。可以理解,此处所描述的“体积”可以指物流对象的大小、高度或其他能够表征物流对象大小的参数。
根据本申请一个实施方式,控制器可根据体积识别器117的识别结果选择最短路径,并控制移动构件113按照所选择的最短路径将物流对象放置于固定货架112上。为 了缩短移动构件的运行时间以提高处理效率,控制器可根据物流对象的大小以及固定货架上的空闲位置及大小,选择空间能够容纳该物流对象的最近位置(即,移动构件运行的最短路径),并控制移动构件沿最短路径将该物流对象输送至该最近位置。
根据本申请一个实施方式,控制器可根据固定货架112上放置的每件物流对象的体积控制移动构件113调整物流对象在固定货架112上的位置。当柜体110空闲时,控制器可对固定货架内摆放的物流对象位置进行优化处理,即,根据每件物流对象的体积来调整物流对象的放置位置。
图14示意性地示出了控制器对物流对象摆放位置进行优化的一个示例。如图14左侧所示,固定货架112包括三列承载部112A,假设每列承载部112A的高度为10,在固定货架112上共放置有四件物流对象,其高度分别为:置于左侧一列承载部112A的一件物流对象高度为5,置于中间一列承载部112A的一件物流对象高度为6,置于右侧一列承载部112A的两件物流对象高度分别为4和5。经过控制器的优化处理,可通过移动构件113将物流对象摆放为如图14右侧所示,其中左侧一列承载部112A中放置两件高度为5的物流对象,中间一列承载部112A中放置两件高度分别为6和4的物流对象,右侧一列承载部112A空置。如此,固定货架112中的空间可被最大化地利用,右侧一列承载部112A中能够适于摆放更多的物流对象。
再参照图12,柜体110还可包括活体探测器118。活体探测器118可邻近于第一投取口115A设置或设置于外壳115的顶部,以探测进入第一投取口115A的活体,并将探测结果发送至控制器。当用户利用柜体进行投递或取货操作时,有可能发生动物等生命体(例如,飞鸟)通过投取口进入柜体的情况,为了避免发生意外或造成柜体内部的故障,活体探测器可对此进行监控,并及时向控制器报告监控结果。控制器在收到活体探测器的监控报告后,可采取发出警报等措施,以提醒用户或设备维护人员。
根据本申请的一个实施方式,固定货架112和移动构件113可部分或全部埋入地下或嵌入墙体。由此,可根据不同的场地条件更加灵活地设计和安装柜体。
图15示出了根据本申请一个实施方式存取物流对象并售卖商品的方法的流程图。如图15所示,该方法200可包括步骤S210和S220。在步骤S210中,获取交互终端针对存取柜存取物流对象的操作信息。在步骤S220中,根据所述操作信息,控制所述存取柜上的显示单元显示与存放在所述存取柜内的商品相对应的商品信息和/或与所述交互终端的操作信息相关联的商品信息。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种用于存取物流对象并售卖商品的装置,包括:
    柜体,用于存放物流对象和/或商品;
    第一显示单元,位于所述柜体上,用于显示与存放在所述柜体内的商品相对应的商品信息和/或与交互终端的特征信息相关联的商品信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述交互终端包括:接收端、派送端、寄送端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特性在于,所述特征信息包括身份信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括控制器,
    所述控制器用于控制所述第一显示单元显示与存放在所述柜体内的商品相对应的商品信息和/或与所述交互终端的特征信息相关联的商品信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的装置,其中与存放在所述柜体内的商品相对应的商品信息为与存放在所述柜体中的一件或多件商品相对应的商品信息。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的装置,其中所述控制器根据与所述特征信息相对应的历史购买信息和/或历史浏览信息,向所述第一显示单元发送与所述特征信息相关联的商品信息,以用于在所述第一显示单元上显示。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的装置,其中所述第一显示单元为触摸屏,并且还用于接收所述交互终端输入的物流对象信息。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的装置,还包括:
    第二显示单元,位于所述柜体上,其中所述第二显示单元为触摸屏,并且用于接收所述交互终端输入的物流对象信息。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的装置,其中所述触摸屏接收所述交互终端输入的物流对象信息,所述控制器根据所述物流对象信息获知所述交互终端的身份信息。
  10. 如权利要求7或8所述的装置,其中所述触摸屏还用于接收所述交互终端输入的身份信息。
  11. 如权利要求4所述的装置,还包括:
    身份信息录入单元,用于接收所述交互终端录入的身份信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其中所述身份信息录入单元包括摄像头,所述摄像头用于拍摄人脸图像或身份识别码。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其中所述身份信息录入单元包括按键键盘。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述柜体包括多个储物格,分别用于存放物流对象和商品。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述柜体包括用于存放物流对象的多个第一储物格和用于存放商品的多个第二储物格,所述第二储物格独立于所述第一储物格。
  16. 如权利要求4所述的装置,其中所述柜体包括:
    至少一个固定货架,用于存放物流对象和/或商品;
    移动构件,位于所述固定货架的侧面;
    其中所述控制器控制所述移动构件沿所述固定货架的侧面运动至所述固定货架的预定位置,并控制所述移动构件向所述固定货架放置物流对象和/或商品;或者,从所述固定货架取出物流对象和/或商品。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述商品信息包括商品的优惠信息。
  18. 一种存取物流对象并售卖商品的方法,包括:
    获取交互终端针对存取柜存取物流对象的操作信息;
    根据所述操作信息,控制所述存取柜上的显示单元显示与存放在所述存取柜内的商品相对应的商品信息和/或与所述交互终端的操作信息相关联的商品信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述交互终端包括:接收端、派送端、寄送端。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特性在于,所述操作信息包括身份信息。
  21. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其中所述商品信息为与存放在所述存取柜中的一件或多件商品相对应的商品信息。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的方法,其中根据所述操作信息,控制所述存取柜上的显示单元显示与存放在所述存取柜内的商品相对应的商品信息和/或与所述交互终端的特征信息相关联的商品信息包括:
    获取与所述操作信息相对应的历史购买信息和/或历史浏览信息;
    根据所述历史购买信息和/或历史浏览信息,确认与所述操作信息相关联的商品信息。
  23. 如权利要求20所述的方法,其中获取交互终端针对存取柜存取物流对象的操作信息包括:
    接收所述交互终端输入的物流对象信息;
    根据所述物流对象信息确定所述交互终端的身份信息。
  24. 如权利要求20所述的方法,其中获取交互终端针对存取柜存取物流对象的操作信息包括:
    利用摄像头拍摄交互终端的人脸图像或身份识别码作为所述身份信息;或者
    接收交互终端通过按键键盘输入的身份识别代码。
  25. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其中所述商品信息包括商品的优惠信息。
  26. 一种存取物流对象并售卖商品的装置,包括:
    操作信息获取单元,用于获取交互终端针对存取柜存取物流对象的操作信息;
    控制单元,根据所述操作信息,控制所述存取柜上的显示单元显示与存放在所述存取柜内的商品相对应的商品信息和/或与所述交互终端的操作信息相关联的商品信息。
  27. 一种装置,包括:
    处理器;
    存储器,用于存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器实现如权利要求18-25中任一项所述的方法。
  28. 一种非瞬时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序在被处理器执行时,使得所述处理器实现如权利要求18-25中任一项所述的方法。
