本实施例中,所述基金代销机构预先在其基金交易系统内为用户开立存款账户和结算账户,所述基金代销机构在为用户进行基金申购交易时,将会从用户的任一银行账户内调取所需款项至存款账户,随后将该款项转存至所述结算账户,以进行基金申购交易。当用户进行基金赎回交易时,所述赎回款项将会 从所述结算账户内转存至所述存款账户,最终存于用户的银行账户内。在用户进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易的过程中,将形成多重交易数据,所述基金交易系统上设有信息流和资金流,所述基金交易系统从所述基金交易系统的基金交易界面上获取所述信息流的实际交易数额和所述资金流的实际交易数额。
本实施例中,所述获取信息流的实际交易数额过程为:基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内在所述基金公司用户名下所有基金交易产品进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易的所有实际交易数额;
所述基金交易日是指开放式基金接受申购、转换、赎回或其他交易的时间段,一般是指每个工作日的上午时间9:30到15:00,其中中午的11:30带13:00为休市时间。本实施例中的该基金交易日选定为2018年2月28日这天,在该日用户进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易。
当用户在2018年2月28日进行基金申购交易时,所述基金代销机构将从用户的任一可允许进行代扣操作的银行账户内调取用于进行基金申购交易的款项,将该款项调取至所述存款账户内,所述存款账户将调用其具有的记账功能,记录此处基金申购交易的实际交易金额,即为信息流实际申购款;
当用户在2018年2月28日进行基金赎回交易时,所述基金代销机构将用户进行基金赎回的资金调取至所述银行账户内,所述存款账户调用其具有的记账功能,记录此次基金赎回交易的实际交易金额,即为信息流实际赎回款。
本实施例中,所述获取资金流的交易数额过程为:基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内所述基金代销机构按照用户要求进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易,以获取资金流实际申购款和资金流实际赎回款,所述资金流实际申购款是进行基金申购交易而从存款账户调取资金至结算账户的实际交易金额,所述资金流实际赎回款是进行基金赎回交易而从所述结算账户调取资金至所述存款账户的实际交易金额。
所述基金交易日是指开放式基金接受申购、转换、赎回或其他交易的时间段,一般是指每个工作日的上午时间9:30到15:00,其中中午的11:30带13:00 为休市时间。本实施例中的该基金交易日选定为2018年2月28日这天,在该日用户进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易。

步骤S2:通过轧差计算公式,对所述信息流进行轧差计算,得到所述信息流轧差交易额,并对所述资金流进行轧差计算,得到所述资金流轧差交易额;
本实施例中,所述得到所述信息流轧差交易额的过程为:通过轧差计算公式,信息流轧差交易额=∑(信息流实际申购)-∑(信息流实际赎回),获取所述信息流轧差交易额,其中,∑(信息流实际申购)为所述信息流实际申购款,∑(信息流实际赎回)为所述信息流实际赎回款。若所述信息流轧差交易额大于0,则表示所述信息流中的基金交易为净申购,若所述所述信息流轧差交易额小于0,则表示所述信息流中的基金交易为净赎回。
本实施例中,所述轧差是指买卖双方相互抵减,其法律机制是利用抵减、合同更新等法律制度,最终取得乙方对另一方的一个数额的净债权或净债务,如市场交易者之间,可能互有内容相同,方向相反的多笔交易,在结算或结束交易时,可以将各方债权在相等数额内抵消,仅支付余额。本实施例中,通过轧差计算公式,能够得出在所述信息流的交易过程中,需要调取多少数额的资金至所述存款账户。
举例来说,当所述信息流实际申购款为100万,则将其记为∑(100万),所述信息流实际赎回款为80万,则将其记为∑(80万),在所述基金代销机构的基 金交易系统的操作界面内通过轧差计算公式,即∑(信息流实际申购)-∑(信息流实际赎回),即可获得所述信息流轧差交易额为∑(100万)-∑(80万)=∑(20万).
本实施例中,所述得到所述资金流轧差交易额的过程为:通过轧差计算公式,资金流轧差交易额=∑(资金流实际申购)-∑(资金流实际赎回),获取所述资金流轧差交易额,其中,∑(资金流实际申购)为所述资金流实际申购款,∑(资金流实际赎回)为所述资金流实际赎回款。若所述资金流轧差交易额大于0,则表示所述资金流中的基金交易为净申购,若所述所述资金流轧差交易额小于0,则表示所述资金流中的基金交易为净赎回。

步骤S3:根据所述信息流记录的实际交易数额和所述信息流轧差交易额,生成从用户的银行账户内代扣至存款账户内的资金数额,同时,根据所述资金流记录的实际交易数额和所述资金流轧差交易额,生成从所述存款账户内代扣至结算账户的资金数额,所述存款账户和所述结算账户是基金代销机构在基金交易系统内为进行基金交易而开立的账户。
本实施例中,所述生成从用户的银行账户内代扣至存款账户内的资金数额的过程包括:通过轧差计算公式,从用户一银行账户中调取资金至存款账户内的资金数额=∑(信息流实际申购)+∑(信息流轧差交易),生成所述从用户一银行 账户中调取资金至存款账户内的资金数额,其中,∑(信息流实际申购)为所述信息流实际申购款,∑(信息流轧差交易)为所述信息流轧差交易额。
举例来说,当所述信息流实际申购款为100万,则将其记为∑(100万),当所述信息流轧差交易额为20万,则将其记为∑(20万),在所述基金代销机构的基金交易系统的操作界面内通过计算公式,即∑(信息流实际申购)+∑(信息流轧差交易),计算得出资金数额为∑(120万),则生成从用户一银行账户中调取至所述存款账户内的资金数额为120万。
本实施例中,所述生成从所述存款账户内代扣至结算账户的资金数额的过程包括:通过轧差计算公式,从存款账户调取至结算账户的资金数额=∑(资金流实际申购)+∑(资金流轧差交易),生成所述从存款账户调取至结算账户的资金数额,其中,∑(资金流实际申购)为所述资金流实际申购款,∑(资金流轧差交易)为所述信息流轧差交易额。
举例来说,当所述资金流实际申购款为2400万,则将其记为∑(240万),当所述资金流轧差交易额为90万,则将其记为∑(90万),在所述基金代销机构的基金交易系统的操作界面内通过计算公式,即∑(资金流实际申购)+∑(资金流轧差交易),计算得出资金数额为∑(310万),则生成从所述存款账户调取至所述结算账户内的资金数额为310万。

赎回记录模块,设置为在所述基金交易日内进行基金赎回交易,基金代销机构从所述存款账户内将进行基金赎回交易的资金代扣至所述银行账户内,所述存款账户记录此次基金赎回交易的实际交易金额,记为信息流实际赎回款。

    从基金交易系统的基金交易界面上获取用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额设置为信息流,从所述基金交易系统的基金交易界面上获取基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额设置为资金流,所述信息流设置为记录用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额,所述资金流设置为记录基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额;
    通过轧差计算公式,对所述信息流进行轧差计算,得到所述信息流轧差交易额,并对所述资金流进行轧差计算,得到所述资金流轧差交易额;
    根据所述信息流记录的实际交易数额和所述信息流轧差交易额,生成从用户的银行账户内代扣至存款账户内的资金数额,同时,根据所述资金流记录的实际交易数额和所述资金流轧差交易额,生成从所述存款账户内代扣至结算账户的资金数额,所述存款账户和所述结算账户是基金代销机构在基金交易系统内为进行基金交易而开立的账户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种交易数据轧差处理方法,其中,所述获取用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额的过程包括:
    基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内在所述基金公司用户名下所有基金交易产品进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易的所有实际交易数额;
    在所述基金交易日内进行基金申购交易,基金代销机构的基金交易系统将从用户的任一银行账户内进行基金申购交易的代扣操作,其代扣的资金将进入存款账户,所述存款账户记录此次基金申购交易的实际交易金额,即为信息流实际申购款;
    在所述基金交易日内进行基金赎回交易,基金代销机构从所述存款账户内将进行基金赎回交易的资金代扣至所述银行账户内,所述存款账户记录此次基金赎回交易的实际交易金额,记为信息流实际赎回款。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种交易数据轧差处理方法,其中,所述获取基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额的过程包括:
    基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内所述基金代销机构按照用户要求进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易,以获取资金流实际申购款和资金流实际赎回款,所述资金流实际申购款是进行基金申购交易而从存款账户调取资金至结算账户的实际交易金额,所述资金流实际赎回款是进行基金赎回交易而从所述结算账户调取资金至所述存款账户的实际交易金额。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种交易数据轧差处理方法,其中,所述得到所述信息流轧差交易额的过程包括:
    通过轧差计算公式,信息流轧差交易额=∑(信息流实际申购)-∑(信息流实际赎回),获取所述信息流轧差交易额,其中,∑(信息流实际申购)为所述信息流实际申购款,∑(信息流实际赎回)为所述信息流实际赎回款。

    轧差处理单元,设置为通过轧差计算公式,对所述信息流进行轧差计算,得到所述信息流轧差交易额,并对所述资金流进行轧差计算,得到所述资金流轧差交易额;
    生成资金数额单元,设置为根据所述信息流记录的实际交易数额和所述信息流轧差交易额,生成从用户的银行账户内代扣至存款账户内的资金数额,同时,根据所述资金流记录的实际交易数额和所述资金流轧差交易额,生成从所述存款账户内代扣至结算账户的资金数额,所述存款账户和所述结算账户是基金代销机构在基金交易系统内为进行基金交易而开立的账户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种交易数据轧差处理系统,其中,所述获取实际交易数额单元设置为获取用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额的过程,包括:
    统计模块,设置为基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内在所述基金公司用户名下所有基金交易产品进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易的所有实际交易数额;
    申购记录模块,设置为在所述基金交易日内进行基金申购交易,基金代销机构的基金交易系统将从用户的任一银行账户内进行基金申购交易的代扣操 作,其代扣的资金将进入存款账户,所述存款账户记录此次基金申购交易的实际交易金额,即为信息流实际申购款;
    赎回记录模块,设置为在所述基金交易日内进行基金赎回交易,基金代销机构从所述存款账户内将进行基金赎回交易的资金代扣至所述银行账户内,所述存款账户记录此次基金赎回交易的实际交易金额,记为信息流实际赎回款。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种交易数据轧差处理系统,其中,所述获取实际交易数额单元设置为获取基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额的过程,包括:
    获取资金流模块,设置为基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内所述基金代销机构按照用户要求进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易,以获取资金流实际申购款和资金流实际赎回款,所述资金流实际申购款是进行基金申购交易而从存款账户调取资金至结算账户的实际交易金额,所述资金流实际赎回款是进行基金赎回交易而从所述结算账户调取资金至所述存款账户的实际交易金额。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的一种交易数据轧差处理系统,其中,所述轧差处理单元中的所述信息流轧差交易额包括:
    通过轧差计算公式,信息流轧差交易额=∑(信息流实际申购)-∑(信息流实际赎回),获取所述信息流轧差交易额,其中,∑(信息流实际申购)为所述信息流实际申购款,∑(信息流实际赎回)为所述信息流实际赎回款。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种交易数据轧差处理系统,其中,所述轧差处理单元中的所述资金流轧差交易额包括:
    通过轧差计算公式,资金流轧差交易额=∑(资金流实际申购)-∑(资金流实际赎回),获取所述资金流轧差交易额,其中,∑(资金流实际申购)为所述资金流实际申购款,∑(资金流实际赎回)为所述资金流实际赎回款。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种交易数据轧差处理系统,其中,所述生成资金数额单元还设置为通过轧差计算公式,从用户一银行账户中调取资金至存 款账户内的资金数额=∑(信息流实际申购)+∑(信息流轧差交易),生成所述从用户一银行账户中调取资金至存款账户内的资金数额,其中,∑(信息流实际申购)为所述信息流实际申购款,∑(信息流轧差交易)为所述信息流轧差交易额。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的一种交易数据轧差处理系统,其中,所述生成资金数额单元还设置为通过轧差计算公式,从存款账户调取至结算账户的资金数额=∑(资金流实际申购)+∑(资金流轧差交易),生成所述从存款账户调取至结算账户的资金数额,其中,∑(资金流实际申购)为所述资金流实际申购款,∑(资金流轧差交易)为所述信息流轧差交易额。
  15. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    从基金交易系统的基金交易界面上获取用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额设置为信息流,从所述基金交易系统的基金交易界面上获取基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额设置为资金流,所述信息流设置为记录用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额,所述资金流设置为记录基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额;
    通过轧差计算公式,对所述信息流进行轧差计算,得到所述信息流轧差交易额,并对所述资金流进行轧差计算,得到所述资金流轧差交易额;
    根据所述信息流记录的实际交易数额和所述信息流轧差交易额,生成从用户的银行账户内代扣至存款账户内的资金数额,同时,根据所述资金流记录的实际交易数额和所述资金流轧差交易额,生成从所述存款账户内代扣至结算账户的资金数额,所述存款账户和所述结算账户是基金代销机构在基金交易系统内为进行基金交易而开立的账户。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机设备,其中,所述获取用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额的过程,使得所述处理器执行:
    基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内在所述基金公司用户名下所有基金交易产品进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易的所有实际交易数额;
    在所述基金交易日内进行基金申购交易,基金代销机构的基金交易系统将从用户的任一银行账户内进行基金申购交易的代扣操作,其代扣的资金将进入存款账户,所述存款账户记录此次基金申购交易的实际交易金额,即为信息流实际申购款;
    在所述基金交易日内进行基金赎回交易,基金代销机构从所述存款账户内将进行基金赎回交易的资金代扣至所述银行账户内,所述存款账户记录此次基金赎回交易的实际交易金额,记为信息流实际赎回款。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机设备,其中,所述获取基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额的过程,使得所述处理器执行:
    基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内所述基金代销机构按照用户要求进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易,以获取资金流实际申购款和资金流实际赎回款,所述资金流实际申购款是进行基金申购交易而从存款账户调取资金至结算账户的实际交易金额,所述资金流实际赎回款是进行基金赎回交易而从所述结算账户调取资金至所述存款账户的实际交易金额。
  18. 一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    从基金交易系统的基金交易界面上获取用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额设置为信息流,从所述基金交易系统的基金交易界面上获取基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额设置为资金流,所述信息流设置为记录用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额,所述资金流设置为记录基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额;
    通过轧差计算公式,对所述信息流进行轧差计算,得到所述信息流轧差交 易额,并对所述资金流进行轧差计算,得到所述资金流轧差交易额;
    根据所述信息流记录的实际交易数额和所述信息流轧差交易额,生成从用户的银行账户内代扣至存款账户内的资金数额,同时,根据所述资金流记录的实际交易数额和所述资金流轧差交易额,生成从所述存款账户内代扣至结算账户的资金数额,所述存款账户和所述结算账户是基金代销机构在基金交易系统内为进行基金交易而开立的账户。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其中,所述获取用户与基金代销机构之间进行资金流转的实际基金交易数额的过程,使得一个或多个处理器执行:
    基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内在所述基金公司用户名下所有基金交易产品进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易的所有实际交易数额;
    在所述基金交易日内进行基金申购交易,基金代销机构的基金交易系统将从用户的任一银行账户内进行基金申购交易的代扣操作,其代扣的资金将进入存款账户,所述存款账户记录此次基金申购交易的实际交易金额,即为信息流实际申购款;
    在所述基金交易日内进行基金赎回交易,基金代销机构从所述存款账户内将进行基金赎回交易的资金代扣至所述银行账户内,所述存款账户记录此次基金赎回交易的实际交易金额,记为信息流实际赎回款。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其中,所述获取基金代销机构与基金公司之间进行资金流转的交易数额的过程,使得一个或多个处理器执行:
    基金交易系统利用统计分组法统计在一基金交易日内所述基金代销机构按照用户要求进行基金申购交易和基金赎回交易,以获取资金流实际申购款和资金流实际赎回款,所述资金流实际申购款是进行基金申购交易而从存款账户调取资金至结算账户的实际交易金额,所述资金流实际赎回款是进行基金赎回交易而从所述结算账户调取资金至所述存款账户的实际交易金额。
