在一些实施例中,所述显示装置还包括:清洁组件,所述清洁组件固定在所述固定轴上,用于在收起所述显示面板时,使所述显示面板表面保持清洁。
在一些实施例中,所述清洁组件的材料包括导电纤维。
在一些实施例中,所述第一支撑组件、第二支撑组件均为丝线结构。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本公开的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开作进一步详细描述。
本公开实施例中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分;“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
如图1所示,相关技术中的柔性显示屏两侧均设置有边框,用于在柔性显示屏处于展开状态时,支撑柔性显示屏,以避免柔性显示屏出现褶皱,影响柔性显示屏显示效果的问题。但是,由图1很容易看出的是,分别设置在柔性显示屏两侧的左边框13和右边框14均占据了柔性显示屏的部分位置,该种设置方式减少了柔性显示屏显示区的面积,从而影响了用户使用由该柔性显示屏所制成的显示装置的视觉体验效果,降低用户体验度。
在本公开实施例中,以显示面板1为柔性显示面板为例;其中,柔性显示面板具有第一侧(图2中所示的侧边a)、第二侧(图2中所示的侧边b)、第三侧(图2中所示的侧边c)、第四侧(图2中所示的侧边d)。根据本公开的一个具体实施例,如图2所示,本实施例提供一种显示装置,包括:柔性显示面板,一对支撑组件,转动组件,第一固定部和第二固定部;其中,第一固定部设置在转动组件上;柔性显示面板包括:相对设置的第一侧和第二侧,第一侧与第一固定部固定连接;一对支撑组件包括:相对设置的第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3;第一支撑组件2的第一端与转动组件的第一端固定连接,第一支撑组件2的第二端与位于第二侧的第二固定部的第一端固定连接;第二支撑组件3的第一端与转动组件的第二端固定连接,第二支撑组件3的第二端与位于第二侧的第二固定部的第二端固定连接;第一支撑组件2与第 二支撑组件3相互作用,用于在柔性显示面板处于展开状态时,支撑柔性显示面板;转动组件用于在外力的作用下发生转动,以带动柔性显示面板、第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3同时运动,以收起或展开柔性显示面板。
由于本实施例中的显示装置包括一对支撑组件,即第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3,其中,第一支撑组件2的两端分别与第一固定部的第一端、柔性显示面板第二侧的第二固定部的第一端固定连接,第二支撑组件3的两端分别与第一固定部的第二端、柔性显示面板第二侧的第二固定部的第二端固定连接,故在展开易变形且无刚性的柔性显示面板时,第一支撑组件2和第二支撑组件3能够彼此相互作用,支撑柔性显示面板,以使柔性显示面板在垂直于第一侧的方向(如图2中所示的x方向)上处于平整展开状态,以避免柔性显示面板出现褶皱,从而保证柔性显示面板具有较佳的显示效果。
根据本公开的一个具体实施例,如图2所示,本实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括:柔性显示面板,一对支撑组件,转动轴6、套筒7,第一固定部4和第二固定部5。具体的,柔性显示面板包括:相对设置的第一侧和第二侧;第一固定部4固定在柔性显示面板的第一侧,第二固定部5固定在柔性显示面板的第二侧;第一固定部4固定在套筒7的中间位置。一对支撑组件包括:相对设置的第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3;第一支撑组件2的第一端与套筒7的第一端固定连接,第一支撑组件2的第二端与第二侧的第二固定部5的第一端固定连接;第二支撑组件3的第一端与套筒7的第二端固定连接,第二支撑组件3的第二端与第二侧的第二固定件5的第二端固定连接,第一支撑组件2与第二支撑组件3相互作用,用于在柔性显示面板处于展开状态时,支撑柔性显示面板,以使柔性显示面板在垂直于第一侧的方向(如图2中所示的x方向)上处于平整展开状态,以保证柔性显示面板具有较佳的显示效果。其中,第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3 的正投影与显示面板1的正投影无重叠;同时,柔性显示面板的第一侧通过第一固定件4与套筒7固定连接,且柔性显示面板与第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3互不接触,也就是说,柔性显示面板的第一侧固定在套筒7的中间位置,该中间位置具体是指套筒7的第一端与套筒7的第二端之间的位置。转动轴6与套筒7采用过盈连接,也即套筒7是固定在转动轴6上的,该转动轴6用于在外力的作用下发生转动,驱使与其连接的套筒7也发生转动,以带动柔性显示面板、第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3同时运动,以收起或展开柔性显示面板。
由于本实施例中的显示装置包括一对支撑组件,该对支撑组件能够彼此相互作用,以在显示面板1处于展开状态时,支撑显示面板1,且该对支撑组件的正投影与显示面板1的正投影无重叠,具体如图2所示,本实施例的该对支撑组件是分别设置在显示面板1的第三侧、第四侧的,两者均不与显示面板1相接触,也即二者没有占据显示面板1上的任何区域,从而省去了相关技术中,为支撑显示面板1而在显示面板1的第三侧、第四侧分别设置的左边框13、右边框14,进而实现显示面板1窄边框化,增大了显示面板1的显示区占整个显示面板1的比例,也即增大了显示区的面积,提高用户使用由该显示面板1所制成的显示装置的视觉体验效果,提高用户体验度。进一步地,为使处于展开状态的柔性显示面板能够在平行于第一侧的方向(如图2中所示的y方向)上处于平整状态,以保证柔性显示面板具有较佳的显示效果。
具体的,为便于理解本实施例的意图,以下对本实施例中的显示装置的工作原理进行具体说明。
当转动轴6在外力的作用下沿着顺时针方向转动时,与该转动轴6采用过盈连接的套筒7也会跟随转动轴6沿着顺时针方向转动,此时,由于柔性显示面板的第一侧是固定在第一固定件4进而固定在套筒7上的,且第一支撑组件2的第一端、第二支撑组件3的第一端也分别固定在套筒7的第一端、第二端,故柔性显示面板、第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3这三者会同时缠绕在 套筒7表面,以收起该柔性显示面板。同理,当转动轴6在外力的作用下沿着逆时针方向转动时,与该转动轴6采用过盈连接的套筒7也会跟随转动轴6沿着逆时针方向转动,此时,缠绕在套筒7上的柔性显示面板、第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3会同时从套筒7表面伸出,以使柔性显示面板处于展开状态。
当然,当转动轴6受到外力的作用沿着顺时针方向发生转动时,该转动轴6也可以带动缠绕在套筒7上的柔性显示面板、第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3同时从套筒7表面伸出,以展开柔性显示面板;同理,当转动轴6受到外力的作用沿着逆时针方向发生转动时,该转动轴6也可以带动柔性显示面板、第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3这三者同时缠绕在套筒7表面,以收起柔性显示面板,在此不做限定。
其中,为便于将本实施例中的第一支撑组件2和第二支撑组件3缠绕在套筒7上,第一支撑组件2和第二支撑组件3可选为丝线结构。
由于第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3的材料均包括聚醚醚酮,故第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3具有较强的柔韧性与刚性,从而使得第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3不仅能够缠绕在套筒7的两端处,还使两者能够在柔性显示面板处于展开状态时,通过支撑柔性显示面板的第一侧的两端,使得柔性显示面板在展开的过程中始终保持平整状态,从而避免柔性显示面板在展开过程中发生褶皱,甚至撕裂破损的情况,影响该柔性显示屏的显示效果的问题。
其中,本实施例中的外力可以为人工施加给转动轴6的作用力,当然,该外力也可以是一个驱动组件施加给转动轴6的驱动力,如电机驱动转动轴6发生转动的驱动力等。为使柔性显示面板能够匀速、稳定地从套筒7表面伸出,或缠绕在套筒7表面,本实施例以外力为驱动组件施加给转动轴6的驱动力为例。具体的,本实施例中的显示装置还设置有驱动组件,其通过联轴器与转动轴6连接,用于驱动转动轴6发生转动,以实现自动展开或 收起柔性显示面板。
进一步的,本实施例中的套筒7可设置为供电组件,其与驱动组件、柔性显示面板电连接,用于为驱动组件、柔性显示面板供电。更进一步地,本实施例中的显示装置还可以设置开关单元,该开关单元包括第一开关单元、第二开关单元、第三开关单元,三者均与供电组件连接。具体的,当开启第一开关时,供电组件将向驱动组件供电,以使驱动组件驱动转动轴6沿着顺时针方向转动,以收起柔性显示面板;当关断第一开关时,供电组件不再向驱动组件供电,此时,驱动组件将停止驱动转动轴6发生转动。当开启第二开关时,供电组件将向驱动组件供电,以使驱动组件驱动转动轴6沿着逆时针方向转动,以展开柔性显示面板;当关断第二开关时,供电组件不再向驱动组件供电,此时,驱动组件将停止驱动转动轴6发生转动。当开启第三开关时,供电组件将向柔性显示面板供电,以使柔性显示面板对外进行显示;当关断第三开关时,供电组件不再向柔性显示面板供电,此时,柔性显示面板将停止画面显示。
为避免供电组件在长期的工作过程中,因其自身产生的热量过高而被烧坏,可选地,本实施例中的显示装置还包括:散热组件,其设置在供电组件表面,用于散除供电组件产生的热量。其中,散热组件的材料包括石墨烯或者碳纤维,当然,散热组件还可以由其他材料制成,在此不做限定。
进一步地,如图3所示,第一固定部和第二固定部通过上下部夹块与柔性显示面板固定连接,上下两个夹块通过卡扣形式将柔性显示面板夹紧固定。第二固定部还通过紧固螺栓锁紧上下两个夹块,其锁紧程度可调。散热组件包括:设置在供电组件表面的散热通道8,以及均匀分布在散热通道8表面的多个散热件9,该种结构可以加快散除供电组件产生的热量的散热速率,以增加本实施例所提供的显示装置的使用寿命,以及安全性能。
更进一步地,每个散热件9的形状包括矩形,且散热件9远离散热通道8的一侧为球面结构,该球面结构可有效避免散热件9 刮伤柔性显示面板的情况的发生。
其中,本实施例可选地,显示装置还设置有固定轴10、连接组件11;固定轴10通过连接组件11与转动轴6连接,固定轴10用于手持和驱动转动轴转动。在本实施例中,固定轴10的设置能够方便用户拿取本实施例所提供的显示装置,从而避免人手直接接触柔性显示面板所造成的显示面板表面出现褶皱,甚至撕裂破损的情况,影响该柔性显示屏的显示效果的问题。
由于用户长期使用本实施例所提供的显示装置时,柔性显示面板会一直处于展开状态,在此期间,不可避免地,柔性显示面板表面会沾附一些异物,这些异物很可能在收起柔性显示面板时,跟随柔性显示面板一同缠绕在套筒7上,此时,某些尖锐的异物很可能划伤柔性显示面板,从而影响柔性显示面板的显示效果,更严重地,将直接使得本实施例中的柔性显示面板无法进行显示,故为避免前述情况的发生,可选地,本实施中的显示装置还包括:清洁组件12,清洁组件12固定在固定轴10上,用于在收起柔性显示面板时,清除位于柔性显示面板表面沾附的异物,以使柔性显示面板表面保持清洁。
进一步的,为避免清洁组件12在清除位于柔性显示面板表面沾附的异物时,清洁组件12与柔性显示面板表面发生摩擦所产生的静电击伤柔性显示面板,清洁组件12的材料可为防静电材料,例如导电纤维。
综上,由于本实施例中的第一支撑组件2、第二支撑组件3是分别设置在柔性显示面板的第三侧、第四侧的,两者均不与柔性显示面板相接触,也即没有占据柔性显示面板上的任何区域,且二者还能彼此相互作用,以在柔性显示面板处于展开状态时,支撑柔性显示面板,故省去了相关技术中,为支撑柔性显示面板而在柔性显示面板的第三侧、第四侧分别设置的左边框13、右边框14,进而实现柔性显示面板窄边框化,增大了柔性显示面板的显示区占整个柔性显示面板的比例,也即增大了显示区的面积,提高用户使用由该柔性显示面板所制成的显示装置的视觉体验效 果,提高用户体验度。同时,本实施例中的显示装置还包括能够实现自动收起或展开柔性显示面板的驱动组件,散除供电组件表面的热量的散热组件,以及使得柔性显示面板表面保持清洁的清洁组件12,三者共同作用,能够提高本实施例所提供的显示装置的使用寿命、安全性能,进一步地,还提高了本实施例所提供的显示装置的市场竞争力。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本公开的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本公开并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本公开的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:显示面板,一对支撑组件,转动组件,第一固定部和第二固定部;其中,
    第一固定部与所述转动组件固定连接;
    所述显示面板包括:相对设置的第一侧和第二侧,所述第一侧与所述第一固定部固定连接,所述第二侧与所述第二固定部固定连接;
    一对支撑组件包括:相对设置的第一支撑组件、第二支撑组件;所述第一支撑组件的第一端与所述转动组件的第一端固定连接,所述第一支撑组件的第二端与所述显示面板第二侧的第二固定部的第一端固定连接;所述第二支撑组件的第一端与所述转动组件的第二端固定连接,所述第二支撑组件的第二端与所述显示面板第二侧的第二固定部的第二端固定连接;所述第一支撑组件与所述第二支撑组件相互作用,用于在所述显示面板处于展开状态时,支撑所述显示面板;
    所述转动组件用于在外力的作用下发生转动,以带动所述显示面板、所述第一支撑组件、第二支撑组件同时运动,以收起或展开所述显示面板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一支撑组件、所述第二支撑组件在与显示面板相平行的平面的正投影与所述显示面板的正投影无重叠。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板的第一侧与第一固定部通过上下夹块固定连接,所述显示面板第二侧与第二固定部通过上下夹块固定连接,并通过紧固螺栓锁紧第二固定部上下两个夹块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述转动组件包 括:转动轴、套筒;其中,
    所述第一支撑组件的第一端与所述套筒的第一端固定连接;所述第二支撑组件的第一端与所述套筒的第二端固定连接;所述第一固定部与所述套筒固定连接;所述显示面板与所述第一支撑组件、所述第二支撑组件互不接触;
    所述转动轴与所述套筒采用过盈连接,所述转动轴用于在外力的作用下发生转动,以带动与其连接的套筒转动,以展开或收起所述显示面板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括:驱动组件,其与所述转动轴连接,用于驱动所述转动轴发生转动,以展开或收起所述显示面板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述套筒被设置为供电组件,所述供电组件与所述驱动组件、所述显示面板电连接,用于为所述驱动组件、所述显示面板供电。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述供电组件还设置开关单元,该开关单元包括第一开关单元、第二开关单元、第三开关单元,第一、第二和第三开关单元分别控制显示面板的展开、收起和向显示面板供电。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括:散热组件,其设置在所述供电组件表面,用于散除所述供电组件产生的热量。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,所述散热组件包括:设置在所述供电组件表面的散热通道,以及均匀分布在所述散热通道表面的至少一个散热件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述至少一个散热件中的每个散热件的形状包括矩形,且所述散热件远离所述散热通道的一侧为球面结构。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,所述散热组件的材料包括石墨烯或者碳纤维。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括:固定轴、连接组件;所述固定轴通过所述连接组件与所述转动轴连接,所述固定轴用于手持。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括:清洁组件,所述清洁组件固定在所述固定轴上,用于在收起所述显示面板时,使所述显示面板表面保持清洁。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述清洁组件的材料包括导电纤维。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一支撑组件、第二支撑组件均为丝线结构。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一支撑组件、第二支撑组件的材料均包括聚醚醚酮。
