背景技术
现有笔记本电脑主要包括显示部分、电脑主机和键盘部分,显示部分通常采用液晶显示屏,为了满足视觉效果,也便于适用各种学习和工作需求,一般液晶屏幕的尺寸都在13英寸左右。为了实现便携,现有笔记本电脑已经向超薄化发展,但受到刚性液晶屏幕对笔记本电脑尺寸的限制,仍然无法摆脱方块状的外形,占用面积仍然很大,需要用电脑包携带,无法做到足够小巧,直接随身携带,仍然满足不了人们便携的要求。尽管已有柔性键盘和折叠键盘出现,若不摆脱刚性液晶屏幕的束缚,仍然无法真正实现笔记本电脑的直接随身携带。
中国专利(申请号201620170742.3)公开了一种便携式投影仪幕布,包括投影幕布和幕布轴,投影幕布一端安装在幕布轴上,所述幕布轴垂直连接主支撑杆,在主支撑杆的侧面上均匀设置多根副支撑杆,在主支撑杆的底部还连接多根弹簧,每根弹簧上均设置与挂扣匹配的挂钩,每根副支撑杆均能够绕与主支撑杆的连接端转动,在每根副支撑杆的外壁上均设置一个槽体,槽体内安装有一个挂扣。该专利的投影仪幕布配合投影仪使用时可以取代液晶屏幕,投影仪幕布自带收纳支撑功能,无需再额外借助支架即可在户外使用,该幕布稳定性好,在不使用时能够将幕布折叠缩小。
技术问题
但是,以上专利的便携式投影仪幕布采取水平设置的幕布轴卷曲幕布,实现幕布升降,这种方式比较常见。由于幕布为长方形,横向宽度大于高度,因此,刚性幕布轴较长,收起幕布后,携带仍然不便;另外,其结构较为复杂,需要手动操作幕布升降,操作不便,效率较低。
如何设计一种便携式伸缩投影幕布装置,结构简单、紧凑,折叠后易于随身携带;另外,操作方便,幕布升降效率较高。这是目前亟待解决的问题。

优选的,本实用新型一体式便携投影电脑实施例1-3中的长方形幕布2展开后可投影部分的对角线尺寸为14英寸左右,与笔记本电脑的液晶屏基本一致,可以满足使用需求。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种便携式伸缩投影幕布装置,包括长方形幕布和幕布伸缩支撑架,其特征在于,所述幕布伸缩支撑架包括固定支撑板和伸缩架,所述固定支撑板下端设置支撑座,所述伸缩架设置在所述固定支撑板上,所述伸缩架的左右两端均为可水平伸缩的自由端,两个所述自由端上各竖直设置一根卷轴,所述长方形幕布的两边分别卷绕在对应的所述卷轴上。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的便携式伸缩投影幕布装置, 其特征在于,所述伸缩架为菱形伸缩架、X形伸缩架或伸缩杆,所述伸缩架的两个所述自由端上设置卷轴安装外壳,所述卷轴设置在所述卷轴安装外壳内且转动连接,所述卷轴为弹性回转轴。
  3. 按照权利要求1或2所述的便携式伸缩投影幕布装置, 其特征在于,在所述固定支撑板或支撑座上设置微型电机及控制装置,所述微型电机通过传动部件驱动所述伸缩架的两个所述自由端进行同步伸缩,展开或卷起所述长方形幕布。
  4. 按照权利要求2所述的便携式伸缩投影幕布装置, 其特征在于,所述菱形伸缩架对称设置在所述固定支撑板上,所述菱形伸缩架由交叉的连杆和连杆交叉部位的铰接轴铰接构成,所述菱形伸缩架中间有两个上下设置的所述铰接轴,所述固定支撑板内侧面上竖向设置可旋转的左右旋丝杠,所述左右旋丝杠上半部的左旋段套有上丝母,所述左右旋丝杠下半部的右旋段上套有下丝母,所述上丝母和下丝母分别与所述菱形伸缩架中间的两个所述铰接轴连接,有一微型电机通过柔性传动轴与所述左右旋丝杠连接,通过微型电机正转或反转带动所述左右旋丝杠正转或反转从而使所述菱形伸缩架的两个所述自由端同步伸缩,展开或卷起所述长方形幕布。
  5. 按照权利要求1或2所述的便携式伸缩投影幕布装置, 其特征在于,所述支撑座为与所述固定支撑板下部铰接的支腿或与所述固定支撑板下端铰接的长条底板。
  6. 按照权利要求4所述的便携式伸缩投影幕布装置, 其特征在于,所述支撑座为与所述固定支撑板下端铰接的长条底板,所述微型电机、柔性传动轴、为所述微型电机供电的电池及控制装置均设置在所述长条底板上。
  7. 按照权利要求3所述的便携式伸缩投影幕布装置, 其特征在于,所述的微型电机为步进电机。
  8. 按照权利要求4或6所述的便携式伸缩投影幕布装置, 其特征在于,所述的微型电机为步进电机。
