背景技术
现有笔记本电脑主要包括显示部分、电脑主机和键盘部分,显示部分通常采用液晶显示屏,为了满足视觉效果,也便于适用各种学习和工作需求,一般液晶屏幕的尺寸都在13英寸左右。为了实现便携,现有笔记本电脑已经向超薄化发展,但受到刚性液晶屏幕对笔记本电脑尺寸的限制,仍然无法摆脱方块状的外形,占用面积仍然很大,需要用电脑包携带,无法做到足够小巧,直接随身携带,仍然满足不了人们便携的要求。
中国专利(申请号:2016101414200)公开了一种笔记本电脑,其特征是:包括机体设投影仪及投影幕,不设显示屏,投影仪与机体电连接将影像投在随机的投影幕上取代显示屏,键盘及鼠标与机体无线连接可脱离使用。投影仪内设随机投影幕成笔记本电脑。作外投用途时,可取出键盘及鼠标随身使用,投影幕向下盖合,调节镜头方向及对焦如公知投影仪,一机多用无需易碎的平板显示屏。尽管采用了投影方式代替了液晶显示屏,但是,其投影幕不能折叠,机体和键盘均为一体结构,因此,不具备便携性。

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述:
参见图1-图2,本发明一种一体式便携投影电脑的实施例1,包括电脑主机3、电脑键盘1、投影模块5及伸缩式投影幕布4。电脑键盘1为折叠键盘,投影模块5与电脑主机3通过两侧的两块连接板2固定连接为一体,电脑主机3的箱体为扁平方形外壳,投影模块5的外壳为方形外壳。由投影模块5、电脑主机3及两块连接板2围合成方形的容纳空间用于折叠键盘1折叠后存放。将伸缩式投影幕布4设置在电脑主机3(或投影模块5)上。
具体而言:上述折叠键盘1为3节刚性键盘通过转轴铰接为一体,折叠键盘1用两根连接杆6与投影模块5铰接,折叠状态下的折叠键盘1的可以放置在上述的容纳空间内。上述折叠键盘1上设置触控板,上述折叠键盘1可以为有线连接的键盘,也可以为无线键盘。
上述投影模块5为LED短距微型投影仪或激光短距微型投影仪,投影模块5包括投影仪外壳、镜头及投影仪外壳内的投影仪组件,镜头朝向电脑主机3上方展开的伸缩式投影幕布4,在投影仪外壳上设置散热孔。上述电脑主机3的箱体内包括电池、主板和主板上的CPU、存储元件、显示元件及显示输出接口,投影模块5通过信号线与上述电脑主机3主板上的显示输出接口连接。在电脑主机3的箱体后面上设置散热孔,在电脑主机3的箱体前面上设置各种用途的插接口。
上述伸缩式投影幕布包括长方形幕布4.2、伸缩架和固定支撑板4.4,将固定支撑板4.4下端与电脑主机3顶面铰接,可通过锁紧装置将竖直设置的固定支撑板4.4锁紧固定。将伸缩架设置在固定支撑板4.4上,在伸缩架的两个伸缩自由端上各设置一根转轴4.10,转轴4.10竖直设置,长方形幕布4.2的左右两边分别卷绕在对应的转轴4.10上。具体安装结构参见图11,在伸缩架的两个伸缩自由端上设置转轴安装外壳4.1,将转轴4.10设置在转轴安装外壳4.1内且转动连接,转轴4.10为弹性回转轴,长方形幕布4.2的左右两端缠绕在弹性回转轴4.10上,弹性回转轴4.10依靠回转弹力自动卷绕长方形幕布4.2。如图2所示,伸缩架为伸缩杆4.3,两根伸缩杆4.3一端与固定支撑板4.4连接,另一端与转轴安装外壳4.1连接。通过两根伸缩杆4.3伸长或缩端实现长方形幕布4.2的展开或收缩。
参见图3,本发明一种一体式便携投影电脑的实施例2,包括电脑主机3、电脑键盘1、投影模块5及伸缩式投影幕布4。电脑键盘1为折叠键盘,投影模块5与电脑主机3通过两侧的两块连接板2固定连接为一体,由投影模块5、电脑主机3及两块连接板2围合成的容纳空间用于折叠键盘1折叠后存放。将伸缩式投影幕布4设置在电脑主机3(或投影模块5)上。上述折叠键盘1为3节刚性键盘通过转轴铰接为一体,折叠键盘1用两根连接杆6与投影模块5铰接,折叠状态下的折叠键盘1的可以放置在上述的容纳空间内。
实施例2与实施例1主要结构基本相同,故具体结构不再赘述,不同之处在于,伸缩式投影幕布4上的伸缩架为两个X形伸缩架4.5, X形伸缩架4.5一端插入固定支撑板4.4一侧面上设置的长槽内,X形伸缩架4.5另一端插入转轴安装外壳4.1上设置的滑槽内。如图11所示,将转轴4.10竖直设置在转轴安装外壳4.1内且转动连接,转轴4.10为弹性回转轴,长方形幕布4.2的左右两端缠绕在弹性回转轴4.10上,弹性回转轴4.10依靠回转弹力自动卷绕长方形幕布4.2。通过两个X形伸缩架4.5展开或收缩实现长方形幕布4.2的展开或收缩。
参见图4-图7,本发明一体式便携投影电脑实施例1和实施例2折叠收缩过程各步骤状态,伸缩式投影幕布4折叠后覆盖在电脑主机3、电脑键盘1及投影模块5的上方时,最后,整机呈长方体形状。优选的,整机尺寸大约是宽度10厘米,长度18厘米,厚度4厘米。因为,体积和尺寸很小,不用电脑包就可以随时携带。
参见图8-图11,本发明一体式便携投影电脑实施例3,包括电脑主机3、电脑键盘1、投影模块5及伸缩式投影幕布4。电脑键盘1为折叠键盘,投影模块5与电脑主机3通过两侧的两块连接板2固定连接为一体,由投影模块5、电脑主机3及两块连接板2围合成的容纳空间用于折叠键盘1折叠后存放。将伸缩式投影幕布4设置在电脑主机3(或投影模块5)上。上述折叠键盘1为3节刚性键盘通过转轴铰接为一体,折叠键盘1用两根连接杆6与投影模块5铰接,折叠状态下的折叠键盘1的可以放置在上述的容纳空间内。上述折叠键盘1为3节刚性键盘通过转轴铰接为一体,折叠键盘1用两根连接杆6与投影模块5铰接,折叠状态下的折叠键盘1的可以放置在上述的容纳空间内。
实施例3与实施例1主要结构基本相同,故具体结构不再赘述,不同之处在于,伸缩式投影幕布4上的伸缩架为菱形伸缩架4.6,菱形伸缩架4.6对称设置在所述固定支撑板4.4上,菱形伸缩架4.6由交叉的连杆和连杆交叉部位的铰接轴铰接构成伸缩机构,菱形伸缩架4.6中间有两个上下设置的铰接轴。在固定支撑板4.4内侧面上竖向设置可旋转的左右旋丝杠4.7,在左右旋丝杠4,7上半部的左旋段套有上丝母4.8,在左右旋丝杠4.7下半部的右旋段上套有下丝母4.9,上丝母4.8和下丝母4.9分别与菱形伸缩架4.6中间的两个铰接轴连接。如图8、、图9、图11所示,在菱形伸缩架4.6的两个伸缩自由端上设置转轴安装外壳4.1,将转轴4.10竖直设置在转轴安装外壳4.1内且转动连接,转轴4.10为弹性回转轴,卷绕长方形幕布4.2的两端缠绕在弹性回转轴4.10上,弹性回转轴4.10依靠回转弹力自动卷绕长方形幕布4.2。
有一微型电机8通过柔性传动轴7与左右旋丝杠下端4.7连接,通过微型电机8正转或反转带动左右旋丝杠4.7正转或反转从而使菱形伸缩架4.6的两个伸缩自由端同步伸展或收缩,展开或卷起长方形幕布4.2。
本发明一体式便携投影电脑实施例3的折叠过程与实施例1-2基本相同。不同点是:实施例1-2为手动伸展或收缩伸缩式投影幕布4,而实施例3是可以通过微型电机8的正转或反转带动左右旋丝杠4.7正转或反转从而使菱形伸缩架4.6的两个伸缩自由端同步伸缩,展开或卷起所述长方形幕布4.2。
本发明一体式便携投影电脑实施例1-3中的长方形幕布4.2展开后可投影部分的对角线尺寸为14英寸左右,与笔记本电脑的液晶屏基本一致,可以满足使用需求。
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员,在本发明的实质范围内所作出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种一体式便携投影电脑,包括电脑主机、电脑键盘、投影模块及伸缩式投影幕布,其特征在于,所述的电脑键盘为折叠键盘,所述投影模块与所述电脑主机连为一体,所述投影模块与所述电脑主机之间设置所述电脑键盘的容纳空间,所述伸缩式投影幕布设置在所述电脑主机或所述投影模块上。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的一体式便携投影电脑, 其特征在于,所述折叠键盘为至少两节刚性键盘通过转轴铰接为一体,所述折叠键盘用两根连接杆与所述投影模块铰接,折叠状态下的所述折叠键盘的置于所述的容纳空间内。
  3. 按照权利要求1或2所述的一体式便携投影电脑,其特征在于,所述投影模块为LED短距微型投影仪或激光短距微型投影仪,所述投影模块包括投影仪外壳、镜头及投影仪外壳内的投影仪组件,所述镜头朝向所述电脑主机上方展开的所述伸缩式投影幕布;所述电脑主机的箱体内包括电池、主板和主板上的CPU、存储元件、显示元件及显示输出接口,所述投影模块通过信号线与所述电脑主机主板上的显示输出接口连接。
  4. 按照权利要求1或2所述的一体式便携投影电脑,其特征在于,所述伸缩式投影幕布包括长方形幕布、伸缩架和固定支撑板,所述固定支撑板一端与所述电脑主机顶面铰接,所述伸缩架设置在所述固定支撑板上,所述伸缩架的两个伸缩自由端上各设置一根转轴,所述长方形幕布的两边分别卷绕在对应的所述转轴上。
  5. 按照权利要求3所述的一体式便携投影电脑,其特征在于,所述伸缩式投影幕布包括长方形幕布、伸缩架和固定支撑板,所述固定支撑板一端与所述电脑主机顶面铰接,所述伸缩架设置在所述固定支撑板上,所述伸缩架的两个伸缩自由端上各设置一根转轴,所述长方形幕布的左右两边分别卷绕在对应的所述转轴上。
  6. 按照权利要求4所述的一体式便携投影电脑,其特征在于,所述伸缩架为菱形伸缩架或X形伸缩架或伸缩杆,所述伸缩架的两个伸缩自由端上设置转轴安装外壳,所述转轴设置在所述转轴安装外壳内且转动连接,所述转轴为弹性回转轴。
  7. 按照权利要求6所述的一体式便携投影电脑,其特征在于,所述菱形伸缩架对称设置在所述固定支撑板上,所述菱形伸缩架由交叉的连杆和连杆交叉部位的铰接轴铰接构成,所述菱形伸缩架中间有两个上下设置的所述铰接轴,所述固定支撑板内侧面上竖向设置可旋转的左右旋丝杠,所述左右旋丝杠上半部的左旋段套有上丝母,所述左右旋丝杠下半部的右旋段上套有下丝母,所述上丝母和下丝母分别与所述菱形伸缩架中间的两个所述铰接轴连接,有一微型电机通过柔性传动轴与所述左右旋丝杠连接,通过微型电机正转或反转带动所述左右旋丝杠正转或反转从而使所述菱形伸缩架的两个所述伸缩自由端同步伸缩,展开或卷起所述长方形幕布。
  8. 按照权利要求1或2所述的一体式便携投影电脑,其特征在于,所述电脑主机的箱体为扁平方形外壳,所述投影仪外壳为方形外壳,所述投影模块与所述电脑主机通过两侧的两块连接板固定连接,由所述投影模块、所述电脑主机及两块所述连接板围合成方形的所述容纳空间;当所述折叠键盘置于所述的容纳空间内,且所述伸缩式投影幕布折叠后覆盖在所述电脑主机、电脑键盘及投影模块的上方时,整机呈长方体形状。
  9. 按照权利要求4所述的一体式便携投影电脑,其特征在于,所述电脑主机的箱体为扁平方形外壳,所述投影仪外壳为方形外壳,所述投影模块与所述电脑主机通过两侧的两块连接板固定连接,由所述投影模块、所述电脑主机及两块所述连接板围合成方形的所述容纳空间;当所述折叠键盘置于所述的容纳空间内,且所述伸缩式投影幕布折叠后覆盖在所述电脑主机、电脑键盘及投影模块的上方时,整机呈长方体形状。
  10. 按照权利要求7所述的一体式便携投影电脑,其特征在于,所述电脑主机的箱体为扁平方形外壳,所述投影仪外壳为方形外壳,所述投影模块与所述电脑主机通过两侧的两块连接板固定连接,由所述投影模块、所述电脑主机及两块所述连接板围合成方形的所述容纳空间;当所述折叠键盘置于所述的容纳空间内,且所述伸缩式投影幕布折叠后覆盖在所述电脑主机、电脑键盘及投影模块的上方时,整机呈长方体形状。
