本申请还提供一种借阅图书的系统,其包括:用户终端,设置为接收用户输入的图书信息,并将所述图书信息发送至后台服务器;所述后台服务器,设置为根据所述图书信息查询与所述图书信息对应的目标图书,发送配送指令至配送员以将所述目标图书配送至取书柜的格口中,并发送所述目标图书的取书码至所述用户终端;所述取书柜,设置为响应用户输入的所述取书码,并打开所述目标图书所在的格口以便用户将所述目标图书取出。
本申请一实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其中所述计算机可读存储介质存储有至少一个程序,所述至少一个程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以实现上述实施例中所述的借阅图书的方法。
本申请一实施例提供一种处理器,所述处理器设置为运行程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行上述实施例中所述的借阅图书的方法。

具体实施方式
本申请提供一种借阅图书的方法及其系统,以下对本申请进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
参阅图1,一种借阅图书的方法,其包括步骤S100至步骤S300。
在步骤S100中,用户终端接收用户输入的图书信息,并将所述图书信息发送至后台服务器。
在步骤S200中,后台服务器根据所述图书信息查询与所述图书信息对应的目标图书,发送配送指令至配送员以将目标图书配送至取书柜的格口中,并发送所述目标图书的取书码至用户终端。
在步骤S300中,取书柜响应用户输入的取书码,并打开所述目标图书所在 的格口以便用户将所述目标图书取出。
从上述步骤可以得知,用户仅需要通过用户终端进行预约图书,然后根据后台服务器发送的取书码在取书柜取出图书。这一方法,使得社区用户能够随时借阅图书,而不需要前往图书馆借阅图书。从而节约了时间、成本,并且提高了效率、安全性以及可靠性。
所述步骤S100中,用户先通过用户终端输入图书信息,然后由用户终端将图书信息发送至后台服务器。这样,便能随时通过用户终端输入图书信息,方便用户在任意地点、任意时间预定图书。
在一实施例中,用户可以先关注微信公众号(实现本申请的公众号),然后在微信公众号输入图书信息,再发送至后台服务器。
在一实施例中,所述图书信息为图书编码、图书书名、图书作者、图书出版社、图书价格和图书数量的至少一种。例如,用户通过用户终端输入的图书信息包括:图书书名为《AABB》,图书价格为XX元,图书作者为CDE,图书数量为1。输入完成后,将输入的图书信息发送至后台服务器。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S100包括步骤S110和步骤S120。
在步骤S110中,用户终端响应用户的登录操作,并接收用户输入的图书信息。
在步骤S120中,将用户输入的图书信息发送至后台服务器。
所述步骤S110中,用户可以通过手机号码和密码登录,还可以根据办理的读者证账号与密码登录。用户登录成功后,便可以直接输入图书信息,例如,直接输入图书名字等。
在一实施例中,用户登录成功后,可设置账户的个人信息。所述个人信息包括收货地址、收件人电话号码等。用户还也可以选择关注兴趣图书、对账户进行充值等操作。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S120中,可对接收到的图书信息进行加密,并将加密后的加密结果发送至后台服务器。例如,所述用户终端先将用户输入的图书信息进行加密得到加密结果,再将加密结果发送至后台服务器。加密的方式多种多样,例如,可通过信息-摘要算法(Message-Digest Algorithm 5,MD5)的加密方式进行加密。
所述步骤S200中,后台服务器先根据用户终端发送的图书信息查询目标图 书,然后发送配送指令(也可称为配送订单)至配送员以将目标图书配送至取书柜。可根据用户的收货地址选择相应的配送员进行配送,例如,收货地址为深圳市南山区,那么由深圳市南山区的配送员配送目标图书;收货地址为深圳市罗湖区,那么由深圳市罗湖区的配送员配送目标图书等。当然,还可以由配送员选择配送订单的方式配送目标图书。也就是说,配送员通过自身的用户终端(配送终端)选择后台服务器发送的配送订单,再将目标图书配送至取书柜,例如,配送员A通过配送终端选择配送订单a,配送员B通过配送终端选择配送订单b等。
在图书配送完成后,后台服务器发送相应的取书码至用户终端,可以提醒用户及时取书。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S200包括步骤S210至步骤S240。
在步骤S210中,所述后台服务器根据所述图书信息查询与所述图书信息对应的目标图书。
在步骤S220中,获取用户的个人信息,生成预约借书单,根据所述预约借书单发送配送指令至配送员。
在步骤S230中,取书柜响应配送员的登录操作,并接收配送员完成配送目标图书的指令。
在步骤S240中,后台服务器生成所述目标图书对应的取书码,并根据所述个人信息将所述取书码发送至用户终端。
所述步骤S210中,后台服务器接收到用户终端发送的图书信息后,先对其有效性或合法性进行核实。如果接收到的图书信息为加密后的加密结果,那么先对其进行解密,再核实其有效性或合法性。然后,根据所述图书信息查询目标图书。例如,用户终端发送的图书信息包括:图书作者为CDE,图书出版社为XXX出版社,图书数量为1,那么后台服务器根据上述的图书信息检索查询,查询藏书的图书馆、藏书的数量、藏书的编码以及藏书的位置等。
所述步骤S220中,后台服务器自动获取用户的个人信息,然后根据所述个人信息生成预约借书单,所述预约借书单包含目标图书以及个人信息,这样,配送员便能直接根据所述预约借书单配送目标图书。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S220包括步骤S221和步骤S222。
在步骤S221中,后台服务器将预约借书单发给配送员的配送终端。
在步骤S222中,配送终端接收到后台服务器发送的预约借书单后,根据所述预约借书单确定目标图书,并生成派送订单。
所述步骤S221中,配送员通过自身的用户终端(配送终端)接收后台服务器发送的预约借书单。然后,配送员根据预约借书单前往图书馆取出相应的目标图书。
所述步骤S222中,配送员在取出目标图书后,通过所述配送终端确认目标图书已完成取出,然后,配送终端自动生成一个派送订单,所述派送订单可以为派送单号,也可以是派送二维码。
所述步骤S230中,配送员根据自身的账号和密码或通过其他方式如微信扫码等方式登录取书柜。登录成功后,选择派书入柜的操作,从而将目标图书配送至取书柜。
在一实施例中,所述取书柜响应配送员的登录操作以及输入的派送订单,并根据所述派送订单打开所述派送订单对应的格口,以便所述目标图书被配送至所述取书柜的所述格口中。
所述步骤S240中,后台服务器在配送员完成配送图书后,获取用户的个人信息,例如,获取手机号码、微信账号等,将自动生成的取书码发送至用户终端,可以及时提醒用户取书。
在一实施例中,所述取书码共8位,且取书码的前6位为随机位,后2位为区域位。例如,随机位由所述后台服务器随机生成,并存储;所述区域位表示地理位置或区域。例如,深圳市南山区所有取书码的区域位为NS;深圳市罗湖区所有取书码的区域位为LH。也就是说,取书码包括随机位和区域位,例如,取书码为123456NS、取书码为258791LH等。这样,不仅不易出错,还更加方便管理。
在一实施例中,在配送员完成图书配送后,所述取书柜发送相应的指令至后台服务器,后台服务器根据接收的指令发送取书码至用户终端。也就是说,配送员在完成图书配送后,通过所述取书柜确认图书配送完成,然后,取书柜将配送完成的指令发送至后台服务器,再由后台服务器发送相应的取书码至用户终端。例如,所述取书柜发送配送完成的指令后,还可以将目标图书所在的格口位置信息发送至后台服务器,然后后台服务器将取书码和格口位置信息一同发送至用户终端。这样,有利于提高效率。
当然,所述取书码也可由配送终端直接发送至用户终端,配送员在完成图书配送后,通过配送终端确认图书配送完成,然后将取书码发送至用户终端。此外,也可以将格口位置信息通过配送终端发送至用户终端。这一方式,节约了时间,提高了效率。
所述步骤S300中,用户可在所述取书柜直接输入取书码,然后取出相应的目标图书。
在一实施例中,用户还可通过所述读者证在取书柜刷卡登录,完成取书操作。所述取书柜设置有读卡装置,用户可通过自身的读者证刷卡登录所述取书柜。更在一实施例中,用户可以通过微信、支付宝以扫码登录的方式登录所述取书柜,以完成取书操作。
在一实施例中,参阅图2,所述步骤S300之后包括步骤S400和步骤S500。
在步骤S400中,取书柜响应用户的登录操作,并打开可利用的格口以便用户归还所述目标图书。
在步骤S500中,接收用户已归还所述目标图书的指令,并关闭所述可利用的格口,完成还书。
所述步骤S400中,用户阅读完图书后,可以直接通过取书柜归还图书。并不需要通过用户终端预约还书。在一实施例中,用户通过微信、支付宝扫码登录所述取书柜,然后选择还书操作,所述取书柜在接收到用户的还书指令后,便打开可利用的格口。
所述步骤S500中,用户将所述目标图书放入所述可利用的格口后,在所述取书柜输入已还书的指令(例如在所述取书柜点击“已还书”的按键),并关闭所述可利用的格口,完成还书操作。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S400包括步骤S410至步骤S440。
在步骤S410中,设定用于计算滞留费的时间阈值。
在步骤S420中,所述取书柜响应用户的登录操作并获取用户的借书时间,判断所述借书时间是否大于所述时间阈值。
在步骤S430中,若所述借书时间大于所述时间阈值,根据如下关系中的至少之一,收取所述滞留费:所述借书时间越长,所述滞留费越多,以及所述图书价格越高,所述滞留费越多;若所述借书时间小于或等于所述时间阈值,则不收取所述滞留费。
在步骤S440中,所述取书柜接收用户缴纳滞留费成功的通知后,打开可利用的格口。
所述步骤S410中,当用户的借书时间超过时间阈值时,则需要缴纳相应的滞留费。所述时间阈值可以由后台服务器自动设定,例如,设定所述时间阈值为1周、设定所述时间阈值为1个月或设定所述时间阈值为3个月等。本申请一实施例中:根据图书的种类设定所述时间阈值。例如,设定小说类图书的时间阈值为3个月;设定科学类图书的时间阈值为1个月;设定报刊类图书的时间阈值为1周等。
所述步骤S420中,当用户登录所述取书柜后,根据当前时间以及取书时间计算用户的借书时间。例如,将当前时间与取书时间的差值作为借书时间。所述取书时间表示用户从取书柜取出图书的时间。例如,当前时间为2018年5月18日,取书时间为2018年4月18日,上述借书时间为1个月。然后,判断所述借书时间是否大于所述时间阈值。
所述步骤S430中,若所述步骤S420的判断结果为:所述借书时间大于所述时间阈值,那么用户需要缴纳相应的滞留费。所述滞留费与图书价格存在直接的关系,当所述图书价格越高时,滞留费也越高;并且滞留费还与滞留时间存在直接的关系,当所述滞留时间越长时,滞留费也越高。
本申请在一实施例中将所述图书价格、滞留时间和滞留费三者直接建立联系。例如,关系如下:Z=X÷100×Y,上式中Z表示滞留费,X表示图书价格,Y表示滞留天数。当借书时间大于所述时间阈值时,借书时间与所述时间阈值的差便为滞留天数。例如,所述图书价格为50元,借书时间为40天,时间阈值为30天,那么本次借书产生的滞留费Z为:Z=X÷100×Y=50÷100×(40-30)=5元;再例如,例如,所述图书价格为100元,借书时间为60天,时间阈值为30天,那么本次借书产生的滞留费Z为:Z=X÷100×Y=100÷100×(60-30)=30元。
若所述步骤S420的判断结果为:所述借书时间小于或等于所述时间阈值,那么用户可以直接选择还书的操作,也就是说,用户需要缴纳的滞留费为0。
所述步骤S440中,用户可以通过微信扫码付款或支付宝扫码付款的方式缴纳相应滞留费。只有当用户缴纳滞留费后,所述取书柜才能根据接收到的开门指令打开可利用的格口。
在一实施例中,所述步骤S500之后,还包括步骤S600。
在步骤S600中,后台服务器将还书通知的指令发送至配送终端以将图书配送至图书馆。例如,当用户完成还书操作后,后台服务器将还书通知发送至配送终端,配送员根据所述还书通知在取书柜取出用户归还的图书,再根据所述还书通知将图书归还至图书馆。
用户先通过用户终端下单预约借书,然后由后台服务器查询目标图书,再由配送员完成图书配送,用户根据后台服务器发送的取书码完成取书,并在阅读完成后通过所述取书柜还书。这样,形成了一个借书与还书的闭环,避免了相关技术中社区用户借阅图书困难的情况。
在一实施例中,用户可通过所述取书柜直接借阅其他用户归还的图书。例如,用户A通过自身的读者证刷卡登录或通过自身的用户终端微信扫码登录所述取书柜,然后查看取书柜中其他用户已归还的图书。此时,用户A便可以根据自身的需要直接从取书柜查询和借阅图书。这一方法减少了图书、借阅归还的步骤,提高了效率、节约了时间。
在一实施例中,用户还可通过取书柜进行分类检索、字母检索、作者检索等方式检索图书,然后将检索到的图书直接借阅。这样,大大提高了效率,方便用户快速检索图书。
在一实施例中,用户还可以通过微信查看取书柜中其他用户已归还的图书,然后通过微信预约取书,再通过取书柜取出预约图书。这一方式,大大节约了时间,提高了效率。
在一实施例中,所述取书柜接收用户输入图书信息,并将所述图书信息发送至后台服务器。例如,用户先通过读者证或微信扫码登录取书柜,然后在取书柜输入相应的图书信息,取书柜将用户输入的图书信息发送至后台服务器,由后台服务器查询目标图书,再由配送员完成图书配送,用户根据后台服务器发送的取书码完成取书。也就是说,用户可以直接在取书柜中进行预约图书的操作。
请参阅图3,本申请还提供一种借阅图书的系统1,其包括用户终端10,后台服务器20以及取书柜30。
用户终端10,设置为接收用户输入的图书信息,并将所述图书信息发送至后台服务器。
后台服务器20,设置为根据所述图书信息查询与所述图书信息对应的目标图书,选择配送员将目标图书配送至取书柜的格口中,并发送所述目标图书对应的取书码至用户终端。
取书柜30,设置为响应用户输入的取书码,并打开所述目标图书所在的格口,以便用户将所述目标图书取出。
关于上述用户终端10、后台服务器20以及取书柜30的技术细节已在上述步骤中详述,故此不做赘述。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种借阅图书的方法,包括:
    用户终端接收用户输入的图书信息,并将所述图书信息发送至后台服务器;
    所述后台服务器根据所述图书信息查询与所述图书信息对应的目标图书,发送配送指令至配送员以将所述目标图书配送至取书柜的格口中,并发送所述目标图书对应的取书码至所述用户终端;
    所述取书柜响应用户输入的所述取书码,并打开所述目标图书所在的格口以便用户将所述目标图书取出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述取书柜响应用户输入所述的取书码,并打开所述目标图书所在的格口以便用户将所述目标图书取出之后包括:
    所述取书柜响应用户的登录操作,并打开可利用的格口以便用户归还所述目标图书;
    接收用户已归还所述目标图书的指令,关闭所述可利用的格口,完成还书。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述用户终端接收用户输入的图书信息,并将所述图书信息发送至后台服务器包括:
    所述用户终端响应用户的登录操作,并接收用户输入的所述图书信息;
    将用户输入的所述图书信息发送至后台服务器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述图书信息为图书编码、图书书名、图书作者、图书出版社、图书价格和图书数量中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述后台服务器根据所述图书信息查询与所述图书信息对应的目标图书,发送配送指令至配送员以将所述目标图书配送至取书柜的格口中,并发送所述目标图书的取书码至所述用户终端,包括:
    所述后台服务器根据所述图书信息查询与所述图书信息对应的目标图书;
    获取用户的个人信息,生成预约借书单,根据所述预约借书单发送配送指令至配送员;
    取书柜响应配送员的登录操作,并接收配送员完成配送所述目标图书的指令;
    后台服务器生成所述目标图书对应的取书码,并根据所述个人信息将所述取书码发送至所述用户终端。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述取书柜响应用户的登录操作, 并打开可利用的格口以便用户归还所述目标图书包括:
    设定用于计算滞留费的时间阈值;
    所述取书柜响应用户的登录操作并获取用户的借书时间,判断所述借书时间是否大于所述时间阈值;
    若所述借书时间大于所述时间阈值,根据如下关系中的至少之一,收取所述滞留费:所述借书时间越长,所述滞留费越多,以及图书价格越高,所述滞留费越多;若所述借书时间小于或等于所述时间阈值,则不收取所述滞留费;
    所述取书柜接收所述滞留费缴纳成功的通知后,打开可利用的格口以便用户归还所述目标图书。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户的个人信息,生成预约借书单,根据所述预约借书单发送配送指令至配送员包括:
    所述后台服务器将所述预约借书单发送至配送员的配送终端;
    所述配送终端接收所述后台服务器发送的所述预约借书单,根据所述预约借书单确定所述目标图书,并生成派送订单。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述配送终端接收所述后台服务器发送的所述预约借书单,根据所述预约借书单确定所述目标图书,并生成派送订单,之后包括:
    所述取书柜响应配送员的登录操作以及输入的派送订单,并根据所述派送订单打开所述派送订单对应的格口以便所述目标图书被配送至所述取书柜的所述格口中。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,用户的登录操作包括用户通过微信扫码或支付宝扫码的登录操作。
  10. 一种借阅图书的系统,包括:
    用户终端,设置为接收用户输入的图书信息,并将所述图书信息发送至后台服务器;
    所述后台服务器,设置为根据所述图书信息查询与所述图书信息对应的目标图书,发送配送指令至配送员以将所述目标图书配送至取书柜的格口中,并发送所述目标图书对应的取书码至所述用户终端;
    所述取书柜,设置为响应用户输入的所述取书码,并打开所述目标图书所在的格口以便用户将所述目标图书取出。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中所述计算机可读存储介质存储有至少一个程序,所述至少一个程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以实现如权利要求1至9任一项所述的借阅图书的方法。
  12. 一种处理器,所述处理器设置为运行程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行上述权利要求1至9任一项中所述的借阅图书的方法。
