当前社会,针对快节奏、高效率的生活方式,很多消费者没时间叠衣服或者太劳累不想叠。即便耗费大量时间来叠衣服,叠的衣服也存在容易散开、褶皱多、平整度差、叠好的衣服大小不一等一系列问题,叠衣不好不仅不利于衣物的存放,而且衣物平整度差的话,用户体验差。
自动叠衣装置,对于在制衣工业上的应用较多,但是针对广大用户越来越高的需求,现并无很好的产品能够满足。
现有一些专利已经针对叠衣机做出保护,例如申请号为:201620698191.8,名称为:一种可以方便叠衣服的机器的中国实用新型专利,该实用新型公开了一种可以方便叠衣服的机器,包括上盖、外壳、底座、机械手臂模块、链条传动模块和自动叠衣模块,机械手臂模块包括手臂基座、第一电机、手臂、第二电机、固定翻块模块和活动翻块模块,链条传动模块包括第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第三齿轮、第四齿轮、第一链条、第二链条、第一滚筒、第二滚筒和传动电机,自动叠衣模块包括翻板、承重平台、齿轮条、滑杆、螺杆、翻块、移动滑杆模块、大电机、基座、模块外壳、链条板卷起展开模块和小电机。该装置操作简单方便,将衣服夹在链条传动模块上即可,将人工叠衣改为自动叠衣,提高了自动化程度,降低了人们的劳动强度,提高了叠衣服的速度;该装置使用寿命长,使用效果好,适用于每个家庭。该实用新型专利虽然提供了一种方便叠衣服的机器,但是结构较为复杂,且整体性不强,不利于家用。

本发明为解决以上问题,本发明核心思想是提供一种低成本的蒸汽发生装置,实现蒸汽处理衣物,提升烘干效果,确保烘干衣物无褶皱;具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
一种衣物处理装置,包括:
处理筒组件,待处理衣物容置于处理筒组件内;
烘干风道组件,内部具有与所述处理筒组件相连通的烘干风道,以向处理筒组件内通入烘干风进行干衣;
蒸汽发生模块,设置在所述烘干风道内,用于产生蒸汽,蒸汽随着烘干风道内烘干风流动进入处理筒组件内。
进一步地,所述烘干风道组件的烘干风道内设置加热装置,所述的蒸汽发生模块包括设置在烘干风道内的储水结构,储水结构靠近所述加热装置设置,储水结构内存的水在加热装置的加热作用下产生蒸汽;
优选地,所述的储水结构设置在所述加热装置的上方或者下方。

本发明的主要解决了现有洗、干衣机没有蒸汽洗护理功能,及现有蒸汽洗蒸汽量不足,产生蒸汽断断续续,蒸汽控温复杂安全性差、耗电量大,产生蒸汽耗时长等的问题,以及烘干出来的衣物褶皱多、效果差的问题。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理筒组件,待处理衣物容置于处理筒组件内;
    烘干风道组件,内部具有与所述处理筒组件相连通的烘干风道,以向处理筒组件内通入烘干风进行干衣;
    蒸汽发生模块,设置在所述烘干风道内,用于产生蒸汽,蒸汽随着烘干风道内烘干风流动进入处理筒组件内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述烘干风道组件的烘干风道内设置加热装置,所述的蒸汽发生模块包括设置在烘干风道内的储水结构,储水结构靠近所述加热装置设置,储水结构内存的水在加热装置的加热作用下产生蒸汽;
    优选地,所述的储水结构设置在所述加热装置的上方或者下方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述储水结构具有敞开的储水腔室,所述的储水结构上设置进水口,进水口连接用于将水源引入储水腔室内的蒸汽进水管。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理装置为洗衣干衣机,洗衣干衣机包括进水阀和洗涤剂盒;所述进水阀具有与蒸汽进水管相连通的雾化进水控制端和与洗涤剂盒相连通的洗涤剂盒进水控制端;
    或者,所述的衣物处理装置为干衣机,干衣机包括进水阀,进水阀的输出端连通蒸汽进水管,进水阀的进水端外接水源。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的储水结构为储水盒,所述储水盒可拆卸的安装在所述烘干风道组件的烘干风道内,或者所述储水盒由烘干风道组件一体构造成型;所述加热装置至少部分位于所述储水盒内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述的烘干风道组件包括风道上壳体和风道下壳体,风道上壳体与风道下壳体密封连接围合形成烘干风道;所述的储水盒设置在风道下壳体内,所述的加热装置位于储水盒上方,或者所述的储水盒设置在风道上壳体内,所述加热装置位于储水盒下方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述储水盒设置在风道下壳体内,储水盒具有敞口的储水腔室;所述的加热装置包括至少双层加热管,至少加热装置的下层加热管设置在储水腔室内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述储水盒设置在风道上壳体内,所述加热装置设置在储水盒的底壁上;
    优选地,所述的加热装置包括至少双层加热管,至少加热装置的上层加热管贴合储水盒的底壁设置。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述储水结构为内部具有封闭储水腔室储水盒,所述储水盒上设置用于向封闭储水腔室内进水的进水口和用于将封闭储水腔室内的水蒸气导出的蒸汽出口。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-9任意一项所述衣物处理装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述的衣物处理装置在执行烘干程序过程中,控制向烘干风道内的蒸汽发生模块内进水,蒸汽发生模块内的水在加热装置的加热作用下产生蒸汽,蒸汽随着烘干风道内烘干风流动进入处理筒组件内。
